This is a great Super 8. One of the best I've stayed in. I was here for two months.

El cuarto al entrar tenia un olor feo como que la alfombra tenia un mal olor tuve una muy mal experience trate de ir a nada ala alberca y la hut tub pero estaba muy sucia y con lama muy terrible tube que irme a otro hotel pues yo iba con el plan de disfrutar mis vacations por que yo bengo de un lugar que es muy frio bueno y hable con el manager una persona que verdedaremente solo me mintio que me iba a regresar mi dinero empenzo hablar mal de la compañía Expedia diciendome que ellos eran los que no regresarian mi dinero y cuando le llamaron que me diera el rembolso el fue quien se nego a regresar mi dinero y recibi llamadas a mi teléfono de ellos para decirme groserias la verdad fue una muy mala experience está vez fue terrible mi estancia

Very good, but breakfast can be more items to eat

Amazingly clean, beyond my expectation. Everything was perfect for the price except the breakfast: no meat or eggs or fruits.

The lady at the front desk is always exceptionally cheerful and helpful!

The ac unit worked very well. And the shower was excellent. The sweetener. Packets had dried coffee splattered all over them for 3 days. The trash can lid was finally cleaned after I complained on the 3rd day. Had days left on reservation and couldn’t take it any longer, ask for a refund and couldn’t not get one! Never again!

Amazing people

The person at the desk on Sunday morning wasn't professional, not smiling or greeting at the guests. A litle noisy guests.

Shower head was broken and looks as it's been like that for awhile

I enjoyed the breakfast. I came a little to late for all of it but the coffee and cereal I were good It would be nice if the food was left out a little bit longer in the morning. I could not get there by 9 am to eat.

The room needed maintenance which I expressed.

Everything was great. Make sure you bring your body wash. Coffee in the morning taste good.

I stop there often and it's always amazing.

Clean room, breakfast was just 2 types of cereal and a waffle maker. Not complaining just describing it. Elevator was out of service but the facilities were clean.

The customer service was amazing or Omar was kind, attentive and accommodating. The location is convenient. The rooms are clean highly recommend it. I cannot say there is anything I didn’t like about the property

It's a nice, clean, inexpensive hotel that's worth the money. Decent breakfast and coffee doesn't hurt and neither does a good TV lineup. Good-size room. Just don't expect the Four Seasons. Maybe the two or three Seasons. We'd probably stay there again. Nothing truly bad comes to mind.

Comfortable bed & pillows. Room appeared fairly clean. Whole property needs a deep clean, paint and repair.

Requests were ignored. In-room phone did not work. Problems with elevator. Front desk issue - Ashley had a "friend" ? Sitting with her who was curling her eyelashes. I felt both girls were rude. Told Ashley I had filed a complaint with Wyndham.. "Good for you". Requested owner contact me. Gave my number. Asked her to repeat it back to me-because it apoeared she was not entering my #. "What was the number?". Luckily Omar, the GM had quite left. He did his best to remedy the situation. Ashley did come to apologize but told me I should learn how to speak to people!. Hopefully new front desk people in the future!

Location was close to Mexico Mattress was great. Check in was good but no receipt or map of hotel. Breakfast was ordinary, not much selection. Room was not clean, carpet was awful especially under tv desk and corners. Hallways and stairwell looked like they have not been vacuumed in a week or more. Windows and outside doors were filthy. Definitely need help with housekeeping. Ice machine not working on our floor or floor above, only one working was next to check in.Will not stay here again.

All electric went out at hotel

Our towels were used before we got there. They were folded but were filthy. The blanket looked like it had drops of blood or salsa (couldn't tell which) on it. Called the front desk and the lady who answered didn't want to come to our room with clean linen. Waffles were good. Just hoping we didn't leave with anything comunicable.

Room had a huge dust bunny on the floor. And one bug running around. Parking was okay.

Bathtub faceted dripped(alot) Ceiling in bathroom was falling down Missing vent in bathroom 1 towel had large holes in it Air conditioner sounded like a washing machine stuck on since cycle Pool and whirlpool very very dirty and whirlpool cold.

The room was great and air conditioning was awesome. Disappointed in the breakfast as there was no yogurt or muffins and only bananas as fruit. Overall was a great place

Everything exceeded expectations.

Bathroom floor was messy and dirty along the bottom of the tub. The microwave was missing the glass plate that fits on the turnstile. Bed was comfortable. Clean hand towels for the second day would be nice. The continental breakfast was a bit skimpy. It would have been nice to have toast or muffins. What are you doing? The desk staff was very friendly. The area around the elevator needs to be cleaned daily especially around the vending machines. It was a mess! Thank you for the chance to share my concerns.

We feel the floor could use a scrub as it was not exactly shinny clean. also the bathroom sink was slow to drain. Finally the breakfast choices could be improved as the only choice for a person who has a Celiac allergy is a banana.

We stayed at Super8 Yuma for 2 nights. The first night we were greeted by very friendly staff. The second night we were assigned to a room where the TV did not work. We told the desk staff and she shrugged and said there was nothing she could do. We asked to be moved to another room. She said the hotel was full which we knew was not true. We looked on Expedia and we could have booked another room. I am disappointed that our request was not even acknowledged.

Smells, shower leaks all over in bathroom, sealing leaked in the room and was left like that. Could not be worse!

The room was ok as cleanliness goes. The bathroom has damage on the ceiling, the curtain road has had to be put back up and you can tell due to the messy job. The baseboards were all scuffed up. The bed was very awkward, I kept hitting the metals sides when I would get close to the edge of the bed, loud and obnoxious. The bed only had one blanket and one bed sheet, would be nice to have a bigger blanket.

The room was clean. No remote control for TV, received one the following day. Coffee maker did not work, manager had to come in to fix it. Good idea to have shampoo bottle in shower, less waste than little bottles! Beds were comfy, room was made up nicely for the next day. Overall a pleasant stay.

Everything was great until we went to use the microwave, realized after heating our food that there was a bunch of mold in it.

The value for the price is exceptional. The location is great! The dining selections are all walking distance! There are national chain fast food, buffet, pancake house, burger joint and a locally owned Mexican restaurant! There is a major shopping center less than a mile away. There are historic attractions and many loval events for the season. 3 local tribe casinos as well.

Beds were comfortable and clean but the rest of the Room wasn’t very clean ( windows and shower need attention), perhaps due to low staff on Thanksgiving. The cleaning staff were very busy on Black Friday when we were checking out so I hope it was just an off day. The staff were all very friendly. We required a dog friendly room and considered ourselves lucky to get what we got at the last minute due to a dog show in town. Breakfast was very basic: waffles and cereal ( coffee maker was broken, no hot water), no coffee makers in rooms either BUT there is an IHOp next door. This is a budget hotel and for 59 bucks it’s probably exactly what you should expect for the price.

My room was very clean, bathroom was a bit dingy but clean. Everything worked as it should. Staff was nice. Continental breakfast had very limited options.

I always stay here because the Hotel is very affordable. The gentlemen who work here are very friendly kind and polite. I always engage in amazing conversation with them. Thank you. I would say have a designated person check rooms for cleanliness after cleaners clean. There were old cup stains and food crumbs on end table and computer area.

We immediately notified the front desk, and the staff member was kind, apologetic, and quickly moved us to another room. She said she would inform the manager, which we appreciated. However, even after moving, my family and I no longer felt comfortable. The continental breakfast was also disappointing, just cereal, a waffle maker, and granola bars. While the staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, the overall experience was unsettling and the amenities were lacking. I will never stat there again.

We enjoy staying here when we visit Yuma. Staff treats us very well and they accept dogs! Price is reasonable. Location is great to go visit and explore town.

Location is good. Near shopping and restaurants. However its an older hotel so rooms not perfect. Bed has a metal frame that makes noise when you move around. It was good enough for a one night stay.

It wasnt terrible, its just a super 8 so it is what it is. But the rooms were clean, the pool and hot tub not so much, the staff was like one person so not much help there not that they were bad just one person at a desk cant keep an entire hotel clean and running smoothly so its kindy janky but it was fine for what it was

My husband saw a cockroach in the bathroom. And a rodent that was in the wall would not let us sleep all night long. We thought the rodent was under our bed so we pulled the mattress off and we saw a rodent trap. So we knew this place has a rodent problem

I booked a king size bed room and when i got there they gave me a 2 double bed room without letting me know. I called the receptionist to let her know about the issue she just said they didn’t have any available at the time of my check in. I did my reservation like at month in advanced.

I booked two King rooms through hotels.com. When I arrived mid afternoon, I was told that there were no king rooms available and I should not have booked using Hotels.com because hotels.com doesn't know what rooms are available. Then he said he would give me a double queen room at a 30% discount. So instead of 2 rooms, I received ONE room. I still have not received my credit from Hotels.com and I did not receive a 30% discount from Super 8. Both sides are blaming the other. I paid for 2 rooms, (three people in our group) and we all had to stay in one room.

Great to sleep

Omar (staff) was very friendly and helpful checking me in. He advised me that the morning breakfast was cereal, waffles, juice and coffee. The hotel is next to IHop which is open 24 hrs. Fast food restaurant are within walking distance. Room was clean, and quiet. The building is older, but clean. I would stay there again.

Mattress was good but poor, noisy bed frame. We could hear the people next to us snoring and using the bathroom. Very poor selection at breakfast. Good location.

The pool was dirty and the hot tub not heated, not sure you can all it a hot tub, Facet in shower leaked hot water which turned the room into a sauna when manager was notified they didn't care, guests next door were loud and played music at 3 am, no one cared, breakfast consisted of burnt coffee and waffles that stuck and bananas

Staff was very friendly. Only disappointment was the bathroom in 119 had a sewer odor. Liked the price.

Room was nice and spacious, clean and comfortable. Little noisy as we were facing highway but quite after 10. Nice area to walk the dog with picnic tables. No coffee in the room, hot tub not working and breakfast was dismal. Still all in all it was a good nights sleep with no issues.

Look & feel was that it was new or remodeled to high standards.

Only 1 operational Ice machine for a multiple story hotel. No ice frequently. Breakfast bar consists of of waffles. Few other options and no fruit. They did have juice.

Sink drains very slow. Found a pill on the floor, along with a cheerio. Otherwise it was good.

The shower control was hard to figure out , and it took a l-o-n-g t I m e to get hit but once it did it was fine . Plenty of towels, breakfast was cereal or waffles and good coffee . Over all a nice place to stay good value . I’ll stay here again I’m sure .

Room was clean and updated. have stayed there before so chose it again. numerous eating establishments both sit down and fast food are either in walking distance or an easy drive. Shopping mall and movie theater are within a mile. We go to yuma a couple of times a year and will more than likely stay at this motel again.

Price was great and the staff was amazing

I am only giving 2 stars because of the stains on the bed which resembled bed bug tracks! We didn't notice until the morning now I'm terrified that we had bed bugs around us and what if they came home with us! I'm praying that these marks were old or something but either way there were need bugs at some point and that's the worst thing that could happen from going to a hotel. This is not ok. I won't be staying here again.

It was better than expected for the price

Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is cereal and waffles, coffee is just hot colored water, no flavor! Spend a few bucks more and stay somewhere else.
