This property was absolutely awful. The bathroom smelled like urine. The shower was filthy and the pool (not like we would have used it anyways) was a bright shade of algae green. The floors were gritty and the overall cleanliness was terrible. This place needs gutted or just torn down.

There wasn't anything to dislike.

We didn't eat the breakfast. It's given to clients in a box and didn't look too appetizing. On Tuesday we wanted to go swimming and the pool was very dirty. My husband asked if it could be cleaned. The rep said the maintenance worker had gone home for the day and would do it the next day. On Thursday evening we went back and it was even dirtier. I asked the rep and she said it was debris from the wind and no one was on site working but her. My husband told her on Wednesday that our phone was dead and she said someone would come and fix it. When we left on Friday no one had been there to fix it. Three of the electrical outlets were inoperable in our room (room 111). Two had no power to it and the third one wouldnt hold a plug plugged into it. We told the rep on Weds and she said someone would come and look at it. No one ever did. When we checked in we had no wash cloths in the room. The next morning before we left my husband went to the office and the rep said she'd have them put in the room. When we got back to our room we had one wash cloth. My husband found the cleaning lady and she said she already put ONE in the room. My husband got another from her. The next day while gone the cleaning lady left us only one wash cloth again. So long story short - it was as if there was no staff on site to do anything for us b/c we got no satisfaction to our issues. We won't be staying again. And we will share our experience at Ramada by Wyndam

For the price, this hotel was great! Motel style rooms with a free breakfast included and friendly staff. Expect the rooms to be a little dated/worn from the years, but again for the price, it was a great stay.

The rooms were in overall good condition, beds comfy , breakfast was satisfaction . The lady making the cook to order eggs was a delight. Basic products available (oatmeal made to order eggs cereals and toast/waffles) I started to walk my dog in the field behind the hotel(not hotel property) and one of the employee wanted me not to go in there because of thorns(thanks ramada EE))

I was almost going to book another hotel because of my previous experience. The staff was great. I got in late the night prior and they helped me book an extra night's stay and keep the same room. Maid service was quick when things were needed!!

The objective of our trip was to travel across the border to Mexico to get some dental work completed. The place was super accommodating. It wasnt too far from the border. I felt very safe in this hotel.

The front door of the lobby is in terrible shape with cracks and paint smears, among other things. The TV worked in the evening, but did not work in the morning.

It had a big TV, bed was comfortable The sink was clogged; notified front desk 1st thing in the morning. Second night it was still not addressed. That was super nasty. Front desk on the second night apologized and offer another room (?) but wasn’t that too late of an offer? Also, for the front desk on the first morning, if you say you will have it fixed, pls do it as you said to your patrons. Not standing for your word, is VERY BAD for your reputation (as a person).

Staff was nice! first room had a water leak. They couldn’t give us a new room so I had to stay in that room because everything is booked next day. They gave us a new room that room wasn’t clean yet. Then they gave us another room in that room the door didn’t lock.

The only good thing there was the beds was comfortable. The towels in the room all.had nasty stains on them all. Tub had stains all over them. We showered with flip flops on cause they wasn't sure if there was stuff in the tub. Sheets had stains on them. Turned on TV could only get one channel and couldn't change it and you couldn't turn the volume up or down.

The breakfast was limited, no fruit, yogurt or pastries. The lady mixing the eggs was not very friendly at first. If there is going to be a person there is because they make omelets not just mix the eggs. Other hotels will have the pre mixed egg, choice of bacon or sausage sometimes potatoe. We had just plain egg, side of toast. more choices to go with the egg beside plain egg, side of toast.

Pool was down and breakfast was so so but room was room was great. Would definitely stay there again.

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The bed comforter was visibly dirty, and the mattress had holes, which made the room feel poorly maintained. I hope management addresses these issues promptly, as the staff and location have potential, but the room condition did not meet basic cleanliness or quality standards.

The place was nicely maintained but at smoking destination area needs to be made 50ft from the complex people would be smoking outside the area or from the 2nd floor above my room whike i be sleeping and while having the a/c on the smoke would come through the ac vents into our room. Not good your hotel in williams has a designated smoking area outside away from the hotel. That needs to be a priority be ause people will not stay there in the future due to this problem and also your enterance door to the room the door framing has a gap all around and also below the door gap bugs can come through like small snakes and other creatures. All entrances should be checked and repaired we stayed in room 101 no channel menu on tv to see whats on the channels in yuma Az

It was very convenient to the area where we had an other function. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable TV was really sub par, no chair other than one in the bathroom. No comfortable chair to sit in, or desk or table of any kind. Wasted space on a large “safe?” The breakfast was pretty meager. Bread for toast, cereals, packaged oatmeal, waffle maker. The attendant would make you two eggs to order. No fruit or yogurt available or any sweet pastries of any king. Not even any bagels or English muffins. This is not a continental breakfast.

The employees were nice and helpful, the break room was so clean and well stocked, there was a very nice lady that cooked the eggs for you. The room was a little small and was also clean, i would recommend it

The room was spotless and the bed was amazing, all the staff that I dealt with was kind and happy. Next time I need a hotel in that city I will 100% be choosing them again. On a scale of 1 to 10 they get a 15.

I had a few issues to begin with this establishment. I got charged twice for the room when I had prepaid before getting there. Then the manager told me well did you ask for housekeeping and I told her yes, I’ll send someone to your room. No one went to clean the room. I took it upon myself to empty the waste bins and they were left without liners the remainder of my stay. I check out and told the manager no one went at all to clean and she said well after Covid if you don’t stay 3 days they don’t clean them which was a shock to me since the whole Covid experience was the total opposite and we were constantly cleaning and disinfecting

I liked the ADA hand holds in the shower and around the toilet. The water pressure was very good, though the water was hard. The king size bed was comfortable. We liked being close to a Circle K.

This has to be one of our favorite hotels. Danielle is always so sweet and always takes care of us. Bed was comfortable, huge tv and the room was what we needed like always for a good nights sleep.

The beds in our room were a bit too soft for our liking. The toilet in the bathroom is dated as it is very low to the ground, making it difficult to sit down on for old people. The room size is good, the TV is modern & it was nice to have a microwave and small refrigerator with a freezer section that had a separate door. It did make a little noise & had I not had earplugs, I would have had to unplug it as it was a little noisy. It would have been nice to have USB ports on the nightstands so that you could charge your phone while sleeping and have it next to the bed. The most disappointing was the so called breakfast that was available. It was bare bone to say the least. They did have a waffle machine, but the waffle batter was so thin, it didn't make a waffle. The only other items I saw at the buffet breakfast was instant oatmeal, cold sugary cereal, white bread for toast & a couple of apples & an orange. They did have a few selections of juice. I was unimpressed to say the least. I did like that the room did not have carpeting.

Very clean, nice pool, looks freshly painted inside the room, can tell theyve made improvements although this is my 1st time ever bing here. Hardwood floors, mini fridge and freezer. Freezer needed some cleaning but was super cold. Place could use a little dusting and sweeping behind fridge, no wifi(not a deal breaker for me.) Convenient. Happy with accommodations. Cost is reasonable. 5 min from Yuma airport. Quiet, safe, seems a little secluded but not seedy. Grateful!

Loved my stay. 9/10 for sure, the room had a lot of space and everything I needed. My first time here and I will definitely be coming back. The pool is huge and is 8 feet, probably my favorite part since it was a hot day. The tub needed a lil repair, paint and scrubbing but it was useable. Best part was the lady that checked me in, Angie, you are amazing thank you so much. I asked for a room next to the pool and she put me 10 feet away. You made my stay so welcoming.

We were in Yuma to help out our elderly friends. The entire staff was amazing, efficient, friendly and flexible. The restaurant staff also did not disappoint, friendly, efficient and welcoming. We love staying at this property and will return as often as we can.

Was overall good stay. The overwhelming smell of the Indian restraunt thts attached in lovby was very very very overwhelning. The toom, pool all pf putdoors all you could smell was their food was wayy too strong it was everwhere

It's the little things that matter. Tile floor in front of the sink leading to the bathroom was dirty & we were locked out of our room due to the battery dying that operates the door locking mechanism & no luggage rack, just a chair in the corner?

The made to order breakfast buffet was WONDERFUL!! In the room there were some discolored grout lines in the bathroom that are probably just stained not dirty. Put a little time into cleaning that up and I would not have anything bad to talk about!

The made to order breakfast buffet was WONDERFUL!! In the room there were some discolored grout lines in the bathroom that are probably just stained not dirty. Put a little time into cleaning that up and I would not have anything bad to talk about!

The only thing I don’t like was that the pool wasn’t heated in the winter but I know it’s expensive and they would have to charge more to do it. I really like this place and will continue to stay there when I’m in Yuma!

Older hotel but comfortable with a good size pool, too. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Cherri and CC helped with a good breakfast each morning in a spacious setting.

It's a nice clean older property. Rooms are quite with dark out curtains. Breakfast has a person making eggs for you.

Pros: Rooms have everything needed for the night including a mini fridge, microwave, smart TV, small coffee pot and all the standard amenities. Cons: The airport directly behind this property is loud. I don't believe flights go on all night (I didn't hear that) but the ones that did take off were shake the room, make your mom on the other end of the phone ask if I was in a war zone loud. Thankfully this wasn't constant. Breakfast was adequate with a lovely woman offering make eggs to order! Parking was safe and the feral cat(s) were curious and fun to watch. I don't understand why there wasn't an iron or ironing board in the room, also there was a finger nail clipping left on the floor closest to the sink & no security peep hole in the door. Last disappointments were that the fridge was very noisy & breakfast was late on opening as the attendant was late arriving to open up the eating area?

The property was clean. Staff was very nice and happy. They were very tentative to all of our request.

We checked in late and our room had not been cleaned for the day. We had notified late check-in and my parents who were already there verified our room so they knew we were coming and had all day to clean room. The room had a horrible sewer smell the entire time we were there.

The house keeping staff was not friendly! And the breakfast was not great. The front desk employees were nice.

Upon arriving I was given a set of keys and told her are you room keys and she walked off. I asked what my room number was and was told the number is written on the keys. No other information was given or offered

The over all stay was nice but just getting into a room was challenging. When I arrived to check-in there were no rooms available as the cleaning staff was still cleaning the rooms. I thought making a reservation before hand was meant to alleviate the check-in process.

The room smelled of sewer and the hotel staff called maintenance who checked the ozone level and said there was no dangerous ozone(?) level in the room so we could just live with it. We were there 3 nights in a room that smelled of sewer. We finally went to Walmart and purchased bleach and poured that in the drain of the bathtub and that helped some. We burned a lot of candles and had to leave the room as much as possible. Also they do not clean your room unless you ask. So we asked and all they did was take out our trash and give us fresh towels. They do not make beds. Or anything else. It was a miserable stay. I was so disappointed as I was getting together with my brother and his wife who I hadn't seen in many years and we couldn't even relax in the room. It smelled so bad. The odor would wake us at night when sleeping. It was so strong and smelled like an out house. They also gave us only 2 towels for three people in the room and we ran out of toilet paper and Kleenex and had to go to the office to get these things ourselves. They do not care about your comfort while staying with them.

Mark stayed for 3 nights. He said the room was not as clean as he liked, having to wipe down counters and the remote control for the tv. He said the staff and restaurant were top notch.

Staff was very nice. Location good. Room was small like a motel 6. Room was tired, old and worn, king bed was queen size and worn out. Images on-line do not represent this property well. High points to staff who try to make your stay pleasent.

Not the fanciest place but the staff was awesome, the place was clean and the complimentary breakfast was above the average. Good quality for your money!

I had to drive down the street for supper. Not what I had in mind.

Housekeeping did not come in to pickup and replace towels or collect trash. Will we stay here again? Probably not…

Our room by the elevator, not the best location, due to noise. But the room was lovely and the location close to sites.

To start off the card reader at check in would not work. Other than that the tv remote wouldn't change the volume or the channels

the room was nice but the breakfast was only fair. Sheila was wonderful cooking the eggs. We expected more for breakfast such as fruit, pastries, and some kind of meat. We thought the pool would be heated.

Hotel was clean and comfortable beds. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Hot food and eggs cooked how you like to have them. Good variety for breakfast.

A remodeled room with all the amenities of a suite, large flat-screen with all the channels we like, refrigerator, coffee maker, hairdryer, lotions, etc.

The hotel was recently updated and is located in a good location. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay again.

The property is a motor lodge. It was clean but dated. Not my preferred accomodations. We booked 4 nights and stayed 1 night. Paid a nasty cancellation fee to expedia. Breakfast had very basic offerings but there was a very nice lady making eggs to order. It made up for the lack of varierty

24 hour staff availability

Stayed for a week visiting a relative stationed at MCAS Yuma. From the outside it looks like in older hotel but once you go in youll find its newly refreshed. The lady who cooks breakfast in the morning was ever pleasant. Definitely would stay again!

Went great, lady that checked me in was very nice and helpful. Completely forgot her name but she was amazing!

The mattress had holes in it. The room phone did not work. The room overall was not presentable. The room coffee maker was filthy scared to use it. A woman feeding many cats in the parking lot near the rooms. I put a three-star average ( area Roundup property) because of the cats running around in the parking lot woman feeding them.

Breakfast was sub par. The host was very pleasant though..
