The Staff was very accommodating and friendly, room was clean, and the fridge, microwave and a/c worked great!

They are no good. The showers look like they haven't been cleaned

Effective AC, refrigerator and microwave. Firm mattress, clean room, soaps and shampoo. Everything I needed was within a mile or less.

Very helpful, cheerful staff. Nice, clean pool area. Good - sized room. No breakfast, but they did have plenty of coffee, and it was made nice and early.

The bed was not a true queen. And the shower door didn't close all the way so the bathroom was always wet. There's no in room coffee, they said to just come get it in the lobby. But every morning it was locked and we couldn't get in? We tried 840am, 9am and 930am on the separate mornings we were there.

The staff was courteous and friendly, the room had everything I needed - microwave, fridge, wifi, shower/shampoo and a comfy bed! I'll be back!

Older hotel, very clean.. was told pool was heated and it’s NOT! And that would have been a deal breaker. Staff was extremely nice! Pool!

The staff was amazing. We had a problem with the room, called down to the office, they sent someone right down. Price The bathrooms need updated. There was mold on the shower floor and it had a bad odor in it. As I was getting ready to leave, I was in the bathroom and I found someone else's bathing suit bottoms hanging behind the door...nasty

The door wouldn’t lock and when I asked to be transferred to another room they said no. The internet was not working properly and they didn’t want to change me rooms

I enjoyed the hospitality of the front desk, they were very welcoming and kind. The bed was very comfortable and they had this blanket on it that i REALLY liked. The shower is a bit odd since the way it’s built plus not being able to move the shower head much, the water gets everywhere outside the shower. But this issue isn’t big enough to affect my overall thoughts on the stay and the room. I did wish our room had a shade for the window that allowed us to have privacy while also having the natural sun light shine in. It was either you had the blacked-out shades closed over the window or it was open and anyone walking by could look in.

Very run down and dirty. Noisy place

The bed was freh and very good. The fridge was good but the micro was missing.

The main room was nice and bed was fairly comfortable. The frig and microwave worked well. WiFi was not functioning well at all. TV worked but only 2 channels came in well enough to see...one was cartoons and the other was Fox news. The bathroom was the worst I have seen. No kleenex, no hangers til I asked for them. The shower made you want to wear your shoes. The sink faucet leaked all over the counter, ruining what you had sitting on it.

There was a party in the next room, played music until 6 am, there was random knocking and honking, girls yelling. Locks not working, card keys had to be placed in slot 6 plus times before it opened. Sheets were dirty.

It was clean had everything I needed microwave, refrigerator, tv, cable, pretty quiet, no breakfast or anything If your looking for perfect it’s not but price was good , could of got cheaper but figured it would keep away undesirables. Also close to Yuma Civic Center, close to fast food and other restaurants

First and foremost, does not look like the pictures online. Shower was dirty looking. Lots of noise outside. People talking outside at all hours of the night. Woke up to the excessive noise of a car horn at 6am. People yelling and banging on doors. People hanging out in the stairwell. Just a weird place.

This is by far one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. It was convenient, but dirty, I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

friendly staff rooms was clean bed was really comfortable i slept so good ac was cold this place really surprised me i will definitely stay again. walking distance from alot of stores. it best to walk in the day yuma foot traffic is bad the room was at a great price i would had stayed longer if i could i travel alot this definitely one of my favorite stays

Overall for an older cheaper motel, it was good. I liked the comfort of the bed and the layout of the room. Having a larger tv, microwave, and refrigerator was very convenient. Unfortunately, the facility is showing ware, and the place is not fixed too well. The shower was plumbed backwards. If I had not waited for the shower to get warm before I went in I may have had a freezing shower or been scalded. They really need to fix that!

There was plaster missing in the bathroom wall. The television was awful and they really could use coffee.

The one day during the week I didn’t need to set my alarm I was woken by housekeeping. Our room was right next to the laundry and we were woken by people outside our room both days.

Some rooms have bad plumbing, last time the sink only have hot water and this time the sink was clogged, the second floor rooms are in bad conditions, before my stay on the first floor room was excellent not complains

To be honest the restroom was dirty, the paint in the room was old. The first room they game me smell like smoke, and I was with my son 9 years old. We went and ask to have a different room, I’m sorry the front desk person was nice, that’s was the only thing positive about my whole experience.

It was pleasant. Staff was friendly. In need of a much overdue update in the bathrooms and a new coat of paint here and there. Pool was nice. No jacuzzi just a cold small swimming pool.

One of the worst hotels that we have ever stayed in. Had to change rooms because lock wouldn't work and even after changing rooms had same problem with keys working. Staff didn't seem to care.
