Clean and Great experience! Very friendly staff

Wonderful pet friendly staff.

This was a nice hotel, well kept & clean. I loved that our room had a separate sitting area. Had a small kitchen. The only negative was very weird choices for breakfast the first day. Second morning had a better selection. The food was cold, however, you could warm it up in the microwave. Otherwise, great place.

Never got to check in ..upon arriving at 10 pm with my children for a cheer comp next morning ..the front desk seen me pull out my chime bank card and proceeded to tell me tjey dont accept chime so me and my familybwere sent on our way in middle of night because of some policy thats not posted anywhere and doesnt make sense anyway my bank is just as good as any other bank

The property is clean, staff is kind, and breakfast is good. The Tesla charger right across the street is very convenient and the downtown area is within walking distance.

Breakfast was pretty good. Modern design with refrigerator Rooms have very thin walls, but other than that. Very nice place to stay.

The size of the room was excellent. We didnt feel cramped. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy room and hotel thoroughly. The check in staff were super friendly and helpful when i asked questions.

The breakfast served here is very, very basic and underwhelming. We have had much better breakfasts at other Hilton properties.

Basic hotel, nice and clean my only complaint is that the bed was horrible!! We had a metal bed frame that was so squeaky. Anytime I moved on the bed it would make so much noise. The bed felt weak and felt like a pull out couch

I really like the location close the walking path., after 9hours driving to Yuma my dog and my self needed a long walk. We walked every evening that stay. The thorns in Yuma are everywhere. The homeless is problem in every city in the West.

Check in was a problem. There was no staff at the front desk and we had to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up.

The size of the room Not enough food-stocked In the reception area, no places to eat within walking distance, so more food options is needed

The amount was more with hidden fees and the first night my arm was bitten by a bug and rest was not an option the room above us kept stomping there feet all night. Horrible experience for the amount we paid!

Neighbors to my room were LITERALLY arguing from about 11:30pm until 4:30am. I was going to contact front desk but just needed to sleep. I then thought I’d have to call 911. It really never ended. I did mention on my way out in the morning to 2 ladies at desk. It’s really very disappointing how 2 times this hotel and 2 times it sure seems “LOUD” Nice as it could be the experience last night just might be the last straw. I can’t imagine nobody else heard this couple loudly arguing FOR HOURS:/

Good location, quiet The shower in the handicapped room we had was awful, water spread across the floor, making it very slippery, and water then ran into the bedroom carpet. A terrible mess. The water never went into the floor drain.

The night attendent was great, the room was clean and comdortable, breakfast was ok.

That you can hear other guests loud conversations next to our room like there was a gathering, and it was after 11:pm..so getting a good night's rest was not convenient on this trip.

The property is literally a few hundred feet from downtown. Staff very professional courteous very welcoming. Breakfast is great. They have great selection of meat. Bacon biscuits, yogurt juices. It’s great overall facilities clean rooms are great comfortable clean as well. Great place to stay. I have no complaints very satisfied they always treat me well. Been there several times very accommodating so I really recommend this property.

Newer property, well maintained. Great location near historic downtown Yuma and freeway access. Spacious rooms, very clean, with partial kitchen stocked with all we needed. Bathroom clean and stocked nicely with personal care products. Comfortable beds. Great option for longer stays or families. Highly recommend.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The shower was also dirty and whoever designed it should be slapped, it was hard to get into the way the door opened unless you’re a midget. Also the water was barely lukewarm.

1 staff member greeted me at breakfast saying "Good Morning" Training and education are needed for all departments. Customer Service-Starts when the reservation is made. I contacted the property after selecting the wrong booking date. After filling the change with Booking.com, the property never responded and said they couldn't help me. They told me to cancel my original booking and make another. when I arrived, the front desk clerk was behind a wall having a personal conversation until he noticed I was waiting. No polite greeting or thank you for waiting. The property is new but housekeeping and maintenance have not been trained. Ripped wallpaper, bathroom floor needed to be cleaned (Someone's nail was on the floor) Dishwasher had a rag smear across the front, shower turn on/off plate not attached correctly to the wall.

Rooms are great size but feel a little outdated. AC didn’t work, we had to set it down to 65 and it still felt 75. Shower also leaked everywhere in the bathroom because the seal didn’t work. Besides that, the easy check-in through the app was great and rooms looked clean.

We had a great experience staying here, cleanliness is our main concern and the room was very clean. Breakfast was great as well.

We only stayed one night passing through town but found Home2 Suites to exceed our expectations. large well appointed very clean room at a good price. We did not take advantage of the breakfast so I can't speak to that. But what I can say is I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

If for these 2 corrections, I would’ve rated 5 stars.

We had a good stay we had couple issues the fridge wasn’t working and also the food disposal but the room and service were excellent, we enjoy our stay

Great place to stay with kids very comfortable. Liked that they had a drinking water dispenser in lobby and hot plates for the room.

I am incredibly disappointed with my stay. The carpet in the room looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in years and there was zero hot water for my morning shower. Unfortunately, the staff couldn't care less when I provided my concerns.

Pool was nice. We had to ask for towels, cause none were provided poolside. But we were accommodated immediately. My only concern was that we went swimming when it was dark and the pool light was not working. And the out door light was lacking. The room we stayed in was big enough for our family of 4 the kitchen was nicely stocked. The full fridge/freezer was a nice bonus.

Staff was friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. Great price for the stay and the good accommodations.

The bed was not too soft, which I liked. The room was big and comfortable. I was on the fourth floor, and it was super quiet. I could not hear anything between the rooms. I slept well—safe and quiet.

I also go a complimentary comb. I left my brush at home. I always forgt something but the nice young man that evening (sunday night) gave me one. It was flimsy but it was something. So ill probably be staying again next time i visit my friend. Thx for everything!

The stay was good the only that I did not like the fact that we couldn’t have access the pool door. Every time my family and wanted to go the pool we had to find a staff member to unlock the door because our keys didn’t work to access that doo.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. It felt cheap cold and unwelcoming. The bedding was thin and the curtains throughout the room were just odd. The shower had a major issue, with water leaking from a slit in the door. The parking lot was tiny, and when we arrived late, there was nowhere to park. Overall, it felt unsafe and not worth the money.

This hotel is spacious and clean, bright, and really conveniently located near Old Town Yuma.

In town to perform at a street fair across the street and down the block, so the convenience was incredible! Even if it had been a “normal” weekend, the restaurants, shops and nightlife in the immediate area would have made it a great spot.

Our room was very specious! Had a full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher and dishes! We loved it! And the staff was very friendly

The place is better than expected. Valentin checked us in quickly and professionally while also being friendly. Very satisfied with our stay.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The only reason for the less than stellar rating was that we arrived after midnight Yuma time, coming in from a long day of frustrating travel to find out that our room was automatically canceled at midnight. We had to pay that one night stay and book another same night, plus rebook for the following night. Both at higher rates. The front desk did say that if we had called to give them a heads up that we were on our way, we could have maybe avoided that. Hilton was not willing to waive this one night cancellation fee, even though the hotel was not fully booked and we did show up right before midnight California time. Will avoid Hilton Hotels in the future.

Great check in -speedy, informative, and happy to help. We forgot something when leaving and didn't have room card anymore. quickly got us into the room. Location is perfect. Rooms are clean, stylish, and with a short walk we were accessible to historic spot and buildings that now are the home for great restaurants and bars. My one suggestion, open breakfast earlier. Didn't get a chance to eat both mornings.

The staff was friendly the room was spacious and clean. It was frustrating that we booked for two adults and two kids, but did not have sufficient pillows or blankets for the kids… the front desk was not able to help with that, but otherwise friendly and professional

Room was a great size for a family. Breakfast was good but weekend was slow getting food out so we waited about 20 min for them to refill things. Bacon overdone but nice staff. Overall one of the best hotels we stayed at. We travelled for two weeks and one week we stayed at this hotel. Nice to have a heated outdoor pool. Wish had hot tub though.

Very new and clean property. Ample parking and across the street from the main drag downtown where the restaurant and bars are. Rooms are very large and have everything.

Seems like a local (homeless?) guy hacks into the hotels network each evening - he was outside the front entrance each evening. Be careful with sites you use.

It was nice to have such a clean property. I didn't eat their breakfast but it looked like a average hotel breakfast. I was so disappointed in the lack of hot water for my shower at 8am. The water never got hot. I was on the first floor. Downtown is at the end of the parking lot very convenient. Plenty of parking and scooters to rent? or lend? looked like family fun.

A real Home from Home. Superb condidtion, everything worked well. Room was as described, and quite large. Great laundry facility too!

Property is nice and cozy. Rooms are huge and clean. I highly recomend it.
