The restaurant, Burger Theory, was delicious. Not enough pillows in the room.

Been staying here for about 8 years. Always does the job. Will come back again next year.

Very clean and comfortable!

Parking was readily available in front of the lobby which made id feel very safe. The room was very nice and everyone was really nice and helpful.

Great location always clean, I pick this hotel regularly for my family, clients and friends when they come to visit. Very centrally located and there's a lot of great places to eat around there and lots of good things to do. We love Boston's Pizza and Pasta right down the way, a bunch of good little taco places here and there and just a few minutes on the freeway gets you downtown to a bunch of really great restaurants, nightlife and shopping. The quality of the breakfast was not the best. Everything else was amazing and I don't know how important breakfast is when there's so many other wonderful breakfast restaurants around there.

Rooms, pool, lobby all excellent in cleanliness. Staff was warm & welcoming. They helped us immensely when our airline canceled flight. Shops are nearby. The in hotel restaurant & bar had wonderful meals & such great service.

I liked that it was only minutes from my house. We did a 3 day staycation. My G-sons loved the pool, weight room and the Hamburger Theory restaurant. Very clean place

It was great to be offered the shuttle to take us where we wanted to go! The front desk staff are excellent, friendly and efficient! The room was spacious, clean, and quiet! Location was easy to find and close a major highway! They had a nice pool and a gym although we didn’t use either as we were just staying overnight and moving on!

Only drawback was air shut off at times in the night but we just turned it back on. We will stay here again when we visit family.

Long views. Excellent staff!!!! Burger Theory was great. Food good, service great. Went to Territorial Priison and awesome free tour. Hot but enjoyable. Did first and last night as stopping point on a Phoenix to CA trip.

Rooms were updated and pool and hot tub were nice amenities. We also had free water bottles which was nice. Hotel next to I8 and can hear traffic. Bathroom lights were like the sun! Needed a dimmer! Additionally bathroom needs a fan and a makeup mirror.

The hotel was beautiful, very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Scheduled it last minute for us and friends because we got in very late due to unexpected travel delays. We would definitely stay again!

Hotel was great, however, I would recommend you contact the property instead of using Booking.com

We have family that live in Yuma so we usually stay here at least once every two months. It's close to the freeway and close to restaurants. The Hotel itself is very clean and the employees treat us great. We've tried other hotels but always come back to this Holiday Inn.

The room was significantly smaller compared to the last time I stayed here. And the shower was filthy. It looked like the room had been vacant for quite sometime. When I turned on the shower you could see all the brown dirt running down the walls

Great hotel. Lean and comfortable. Asked about breakfast amd apparently you have to qualify in order to get anything and they serve whatever it is in the bar! Cost more than Hampton amd more than Holiday Inn Express amd they serve breakfast.

This hotel is a brand new Holiday Inn located on a high hill that easily accessible from exit 2 off I-8. It's located across from a large shopping center including many restaurants as well as a large Walmart. Just down the hill from the hotel is a Starbucks. The unusual things about this Holiday Inn is that it has a very nice restaurant inside...we had a good dinner there and they do have a bar. Because we were just spending the night going to and from CA, we didn't use any of their amenities other than the restaurant.

I like the fact that the fitness center was maintained and equipment was in good working order. I do not like the fact that there was no comp breakfast for the rate I paid.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 12apm. So this was a big plus. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Would definitely send a friend there.

Property was fine. Room was great. I booked there because they claim to have 24 hour service to and from the airport. I was assured that they would have someone available to take me to the airport at 4am. They didn’t and I had to make my own arrangements.

I recently spent 6 nights here and it exceeded my expectations! Super clean rooms, friendly staff and so close to everything. The pool and hot tub were both exceptionally clean and always well stocked. The restaurant inside was delicious and you can even order drinks at the bar to take out by the pool! I will definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Yuma! 10/10

Upon my arrival, I was warmly greeted with a smile and a welcome. The exterior the hotel was well kept & clean. The lobby was well decorated & updated. Smelled nice. The guest room was updated, clean, well decorated, smelled nice, working air conditioner, nice & clean bathroom. Overall, it was great!

My room was very comfortable. I forgot body wash and the room was equipped with what I personally use, Dove. It was very clean and the staff were extremely hospitable.

I loved the heated pool and our server at the restaurant gave us excellent service. The food was also very good and I loved that kids eat free when you stay at the hotel.

This is one of the nicest hotel I have stayed in, the bedding is so confortable and the room was nice. This will be my return to spot every time I visit.

Customer service was great! Arrived into town early and was able to do an early check- in. Room is spacious and clean.

Overall the property was good however the front desk kept my credit card at check in and 2 days into my vacation i was paniked that i lost my card. I feel the staff should have called the room that night to tell me of the error.

First time staying at this hotel and it was wonderful! From the friendliness of the staff to the cleanliness of the facility, everything was top notch! I even forgot my iPad in my room at checkout and guest services called me to let me know and they held it at the front desk. I will definitely stay here again!

Stayed in this hotel for couple days for a swim meet. Breakfast included was great. It is not a buffet, it’s actually a sit down from their restaurant on site. So make sure you put the exact number of guest and their age when you book the room, otherwise you will be charged extra. And if your child will not be ordering from the kids menu (free) you have to book them as an adult. Staff were amazing and room was clean. Will definitely be staying here in the future if we ever need to go back for swim meets.

Really, really strange to have what one would believe to be an upgrade to the HIX and find a burger restaurant named BURGER TROPHY-WHERE DID THIS COM FROM?The second item is the deck directly in front of the TV and a chair that blocks the area between beds, if 2 Q's Who thought of this?? Bathroom really small compared to HIX and for the money, we will return to the HIX, even if the cinnamon rolls are not as good as they used to be.

This place was renovated within the past year, and it shows. Everything is clean and new. There is a great burger place near the lobby, which is very convenient. The room was clean and nice, and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and got us checked in quickly. We will stay here the next time we're in Yuma, hands down.

Noisy. Two nights for my wife and I came back first night, no service to room called for towels around 9:30 pm to front desk, asked for towels, waited, nothing. Did read a notice under tv if service is needed contact front desk? Sorta like having to ask for napkins at a restaurant. Next morning, service knocked on door towels… Check-out nothing , how was your stay. Piss poor..Over rated, overpriced, NO concept of customer service. Go to another property. My son concur’s. One should expect customer, not have to ask for it, times are a changing.
