Good AC, good shower, good refrigerator and microwave.

Clean. In the area we wanted it to be. It was quiet, no riff raf. That was only because we were the only ones there, literally. The internet that was offered didn’t work. They said it would be fixed the next day and it wasn’t. Than they came and worked on it in the middle of the night. Then it worked for literally half a day, then quit again. Pool they offered was closed when we got there. The female said it was due to chemicals being put in the male said he broke a pipe. They fixed it the following after complaining to booking.com, well enough for us to use it. The pool area had weeds growing through the cracks. The pop machine that had no sign on it, after trying to use it, she said it was broke, but it was unplugged and empty. Not really broke.

The property is sketchy.. worn down, neon light was half-lit, swimming pool empty of water. Parking was great, and the room had been renovated to nice flooring, great bed with nice sheets and towels... and the room was CLEAN.

We had a great AC and a hot shower, we couldn't have asked for more on a last minute stay.

This is about our 5th stay at this property. Love how we can park right in front of our room. The room is always clean. It's a no-frills motel, but it's clean and convenient for when we go to Los Algodones.

The rooms are always clean and comfortable. Very reliable and consistent place to stay in Yuma. There is no coffee maker in the room. I would love a decent cup of coffee. You can purchase a 1-cup pod coffee maker at Walmart for $10!

Outside looks ratty, ( thought the inside was too, but the inside is like a much more expensive motel that costs twice and three times as much. Clean and quiet. The property is free of vagrants and my car was safely parked the whole 4 Day stay. Every day, the room was made up and cleaned properly, and no bugs or bad smells lingered in the room

Night staff a little off but but morning staff very happy and friendly. Site a little dated but everything was clean and tidy. Room was clean too. Only downside was a very noisy air conditioner unit. It sounded like an aircraft engine.

I got this room based on price and that it had a refrigerator. It was very clean. No odors.Bed had firm mattress which works for me. Only thing I would have xhanged: the AC wall unit turned off and on all night. Lower would have been too cold and higher would have gotten too warm.

I have been staying there since 2019 until 2025 with the exception of the Covid closure. Quiet,I do travel solo, so I like pulling up in front of the hotel door. It is family maintained, so they do know me when I stay as a customer. I will return to this hotel on my next visit as I feel comfortable, safe, good location to my favorite Asian Bistro restaurant ,an excellent breakfast location! I would appreciate it if there was a coffee pot in the room. No other complaints.

room was obviously NOT reserved, but assigned at check in. The reservation was for 2 beds but there was only one bath towel, and for 2 days they then did make the beds but did not replace the used bath towels. My next trip I WILL deal directly with the provider-- this one did not have a phone number so it will be eliminated for that.

We had a room that was renovated and it was nice. The bathroom had the toilet and shower(with a window) then outside the bathroom was a nice counter with a microwave on it but also lots of space for a gal to get ready there if someone wanted to take a shower. I liked that we were able to park right outside our door. Very comfortable room. The grounds have no plants at all. Just pavement and concrete. It would look nicer if there was greenery. A word on the WIFI, we didn't connect to the 5G at first and the internet was the WORST. I then connected to the 5G and it was so much better. Even though the exterior needs a facelift, the interior of the rooms were clean and updated. Door/for locks REALLY need to be upgraded!

I've stayed here before, many years ago. The same folks have been running it for over 20 years. It's not fancy, but very clean and quite quiet. The bed is comfortable, the shower provides hot water quickly, the TV has lots of channels, there's a writing desk, and plenty of hangers for your clothes. I didn't need either the heater or the air conditioning, but I appreciated the extra blanket in case of chilly nights. There's no breakfast provided but plenty of eating options within a short distance. The owners are friendly. A good value. The main drawback is that the Wi-Fi isn't very strong. It works for minimal requirements but could be stronger.

This is an older property in pretty good condition, The rooms are clean and the one I stayed in was remodeled recently. There is a swimming pool, but the weather was too cold for me to try it. Check in was easy and fast.. Overall a good value for the money, clean with basic services.

When we checked in we were so pleasantly surprised and impressed by the newly renovated rooms, the local selection of restaurants and shops. That night we were again impressed with the quietness. We will definitely recommend to anyone interested in a stay in Yuma, and will stay there again for next year’s annual visit to Mexico.

Owner Mike was very friendly very nice, very conscientious. Seems he's been remodeling, has done a very nice job. New tile and fixtures in bathroom, fresh paint, nice furniture. New king size bed was great very firm, very comfy. TV worked great.

Excellent location. When showering in a bathtub instead of a shower stall a handicap handle for stepping into and out of the tub would be appreciated.

I really liked this little motel and plan on staying here again. The outside doesn't have great curb appeal and I can't comment on the pool since I didn't use it, but the room was recently remodeled and besides a slightly loud air conditioning unit (they all are) everything was in great shape.

I really wanted to like this place more than I did. It’s definitely small business, mom and pop owned which is good, but not when you go to check in and it’s like checking in to someone’s living room. The checkin lady was okay, but not very friendly. The room was clean and had no carpet, but some places looked old/ not so clean. For example, the door, door way, and light switch to the bathroom was dirty. The room was clean, but the fridge wasn’t even plugged in and the furniture is old. Again, not major things, just little things that could make the stay more enjoyable. I checked out around 8am and when I went to the lobby it was locked. I rang the bell a couple times and then a man appeared who I obviously just woke up. He was in his pj’s and didn’t look too happy I had woken him. Again, just weird little costumer service issues that if fixed would make a huge difference. Overall it was okay for the price and having only stayed one night.

Excellent room. Older building but in excellent condition and well kept. Modern renovations were recent. Cleanliness is 100 percent. Pool was enjoyable. Thanks for the stay will return.

Our motel room was very clean and in very good condition. The decor was nice. Sure the area as you drive up may concern you a little bit but management was great and room wonderful. I would definitely recommend and stay again. Don’t let their low price or their current 2-star rating affect you so stay their to save some money.

Very convenient to downtown and interstate, lots of restaurants in walking distance. The room was average. Ice machine was broken . The owner gave me some ice in a torn plastic shopping bag. No coffee maker in the room. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the HVAC unit worked well.

It's not a five srar resort but the price was reasonable, the room was clean, new flooring, new mattress, plenty of electrical outlets, microwave and refrigerator. The furnishings were a little dated but in good condition. The flatpanel television was smaller but adequate. I've been in pricier hotels in worst condition.

The first thing I noticed is the clean smell and carpet in good condition and vacuumed clean. The bath looked like it had been well reconditioned and, most importantly, the beds were attractive, clean and comfortable. Thank you for putting us up for the night, as we were weary and you gave us rest.

Excellent for what it is: a reasonably priced motel near the center of the residential areas. Perfect for staying at for my sister's wedding. I could walk to her house.

But, after a very long drive, and so looking forward to arriving to be able to sleep (it was past midnight when we arrived). To then arrive to neighbors (a couple) fighting, yelling at one another for hours. It was very frustrating, disturbing and completely unhappy my daughter had to witness this. They fought till after 2am, until yet another guest pounded on the wall telling them to shut up! Even playing soft music on my phone didn’t drown out their yelling. Horrible experience

We were told there was ice (there was none). No coffee in room or lobby available at any time. While there is a microwave, no m/wave-safe cups available. I didn't like the old-style key, hanging from a plastic piece that encouraged a finder to deposit in a mailbox, and included the name, address, AND the room number! If someone found it on the ground, would they try the key in the lock on the room, noted on the holder?!? It was impossible to sit at the desk and work, read, eat, etc.; AC is inches away and blowing directly on you. At 9:10am on checkout day, spouse was out helping someone with a car problem. I had the key and (still in my nightgown) was in the bed reading. When a knock came, I assumed it was my spouse. I untangled myself, put my shoes on, and started to the door when it burst open! The front-desk guy (owner?) was there. He asked when we were leaving! There WAS a dirty "Do Not Disturb" hanger on the outside knob that I'd put there. I said we'd leave at checkout time (11am). There was NO apology or anything; just as if it was a normal thing to do! Would definitely not stay here again or recommend.

When we checked in there was one other vehicle in the parking lot, yet the front desk clerk did not want to let us check in early. We had a small dog WITH us when we checked into the hotel. we even took him with us each time we left the hotel, and often enough to ensure he did his business outside and did not have any accidents in the room. When we took him out at midnight, before tucking in for the last time, the night clerk instructed us pets were not allowed and we would have to immediately check out and deart the hotel.

When we checked in there was one other vehicle in the parking lot, yet the front desk clerk did not want to let us check in early. We had a small dog WITH us when we checked into the hotel. we even took him with us each time we left the hotel, and often enough to ensure he did his business outside and did not have any accidents in the room. When we took him out at midnight, before tucking in for the last time, the night clerk instructed us pets were not allowed and we would have to immediately check out and deart the hotel.

This is an older ( 50's) style hotel. The rooms have been upgraded and are pretty clean. The beds are old but OK. It was pretty quiet. For the price and a one night error it's fine. Bring your own soaps etc. There are no blankets or a heater, just the bed spread. Normally in Yuma that would be OK but it has been a bit cold this w

The floor was dirty and the two easy chairs in the room and the upholstered office chair were all visible grimy and sticky to the touch. There was no way I would sit on them which meant the only place to sit in the room was on the bed.

Clean hotel, well organized property, amenities as advertised and sufficient. Was glad to see a microwave and fridge in the room. I liked being in a hotel that had a little personality.

Staff was friendly. Rooms were good for the price in comparison to other hotels. Walls were damaged and patched and the patch work was done poorly.

The motel was good and quite. The odd thing was that the front desk kept locking the office door, day and night and we had to ring the door bell everytime we needed something. The guy at the front desk wasn't very friendly.

This motel was pretty disappointing. It was 94 degrees when we rolled in at 1030 and the ac was off in the room and the fridge unplugged. It took a few hours for the temp in the room to drop enough for us to consider sleeping. We killed a bug within minutes of walking in the room. The front desk people were not friendly at all and when we asked about the toilet not flushing they basically told us to fix it ourself, which we did. We were grateful to leave.

What makes a difference when you come to a store or motel or any other public place is the warmth and friendliness when entering or checking in. The front staff could be a little more welcoming to guests. The rooms are very nice and very, very clean. The location is very good and convenient. The air cons are a little noisy but quite cooling. We do like to stay there.

This is the second visit. We were in Room 3 last time, very nice. No. 10 this time, and the air con was noisy and bed not as comfortable. The check in could have been more friendly, it was almost like we were bothering the staff. We think the motel is nicely renovated and very, very clean. We like the location, very convenient. It was very clean and the rooms were good size. The only thing missing was a coffee pot and coffee, but otherwise, we were completely satisfied. We would book again and have referred friends.

The Hacienda was a nice motel for a quick overnight stay. We may have been the last to check in that evening and the first to check out the next morning. The room was basic, but clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. Parked our car right in front of room. Latch on door (small chain) was questionable in terms of stopping anyone from coming in, so we piled our luggage in front of the door. Good night's rest.

There was nothing outstanding and nothing I didn't like. Friendly staff and easy to get to and from before and after rounds of golf. Dutch Brothers nearby, always a plus for me.
