Staff was nice enough to let us check in early. The room was nice. Until morning. No Hot Water. After being in the rain the night before, it would have been nice to have a shower prior to driving for 6 hours.

There was NO BREAKFAST There was NO BREAKFAST . Provide a continental breakfast provide ice machines on. each floor so you don't have to go all the way downstairs for ICE Clean the rooms and replace the towels. I was there for 3 days and no one even asked if I wanted any cleaning or towel replacement

I ended up needing a room w balcony. Unfortunately Candlewood has none, however the clerk was excellent and suggested one which accommodated me. Very pleased.

I loved the shower! Very modern. Everything was very clean. I loved having kitchenette. Refrigerator with ice maker. Dish soap, sponge, towels, and dishwasher. (I didn't need). I planned to leave early in morning but figured I had room for few more hours and we stayed a little longer just to rest up. Freeway sounds. Also, why is there a comforter on the bed. It's Yuma!! A quilt would be better. I used the a/c to cool the room off.

The suite was very well set up. I loved the full kitchenette even though I didn't use if you are traveling it's perfect. The shower flooded floor even with curtain closed, the drain cap kept dropping even though I tightened it so tub filled with water twice for a 10 min shower. The water was Luke warm never hot but got the job done. So shower was the only problem.

Service, location and overall cleanliness. The bed was so old and knotty that my husband nor I rested well.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs with three pets traveling with us. They even came around with free meals on certain days! I can’t think of anything we could possibly be displeased with or anything they could have done to make our stay more comfortable.

I will only stay here everytime I come to Yuma, Az. It so feels like home, staff is exceptionally friendly, goes out of their way to do anything etc. Best place ever ??

Also asked for them to bring towels up and it took them an hour. Conditioner in the shower didn’t despense. It was very disappointing. I checked in to the hotel and not even 3 hours into my stay the smoke alarm went off. I woke up and called front desk, the guy said I'll be there immediately. Guy never showed and after approximately 6 minutes the alarm turned off. Couple hours later same thing happened. I didn't get any sleep because of the smoke alarm. Decided to take a bath around 7AM and the alarm went off yet again, because i was in the shower I did not call front desk this time. A couple minutes later maintenance just walked into my room to check the alarm, while I was in the shower. It was by far the worst experience I've had at a hotel. Never staying there again.

The only thing in staying at this hotel is the air fresheners they use. It is overwhelming at the front door.

We have stayed there several times when in that area. The front desk in friendly but this time the AC was noisy and no toiletries in the room. I should have asked to change rooms.

The overall experience was great! The room was clean, and accommodating. The only complaint I have is when I arrived the front desk staff were not very personable I felt like they didn't want to check me in. In the morning when I checked out I had to wait for the front desk attendant...she was no where to be found...I was in a little bit of hurry, and it's understandable to wait for various reasons, but I was there a few minutes just waiting. Please train or hire responsible front desk attendants who take pride in their work and are available!

State wasn't very good I book 2 rooms and in both rooms maintenance had to come pick something in my room the refrigerator was making a high squealing noise and in the second room the AC unit was not working and it was 110 outside

My favorite hotel in Yuma! It's like a studio apartment. Staff is very friendly and helpful. No pool at the hotel which you kind of want in the Yuma heat, but you can use the pool at the hotel next door.

I had 2 rooms. I asked for ajoining room. They put us in 2 seperate hallways. One of the rooms was missing the recliner chair. The other room the floor was a bite dirty and the drap had what looked to be blood stains on it. No breakfast. And the pool was shared with another hotel. In the plus side the front desk people were friendly and the beds were soft

The room was like a studio apartment. New, clean, and nice. One reason we selected the room was because the room description said breakfast included. They have no breakfasts or even a place they could serve breakfast.

We came to Orange Co. to see our children and grandchildren for Christmas. We had a great time with our family. The room was nice and roomy and loved the shower.

This is a great place to stay. The only downside is that it is a little ways out of town. We were able to walk to Arby's for dinner. The kitchen is great if you want to bring your own food or buy a frozen meal down in the lobby.

Awesome staff and great room. First time here and a little apprehensive about how the room would be like. Room was well proportioned and bathroom was spacious . Pool /jacuzzi stays open late which is really a treat after a long drive from Tucson.

The agent was more than accommodating to find me a room at 3 am and switched me over to a room with two double beds. Very nice, clean and accommodating. Nice BBQ. I've stayed at a Candlewood in Wisconsin and everything was consistent from the the look and feel of the rooms to the service I've received at both sites. You cannot go wrong with the price either! Awesome!

This hotel was fine for one night. I would not stay here for more than that. Reserved a king room and it was handicap accessible and when you took a shower the water went all over the floor. This was nothing fancy but not bad for the price.

We were looking for an inexpensive room for the night and found Candlewood Suites in Yuma. We were very happy with our room and the cleanliness of this hotel and the staff was very helpful. Will definately stay here on our next trip to Yuma.

There was an odor in the room from the time we opened the door. Talked to the staff and they didn't offer to switch rooms. Ran fan all night to get rid of odor. Room appeared clean, but obviously needed carpet cleaned. Odor in our clothes when we returned home. Needed to wash everything.

Very nice room with all the necessary equipment. Had a very nice view and had easy access to I8.

We really liked this roomy suite. The staff all seemed very cheerful and Sophia in particular went out of the way to help us - for example, she arranged an alternative when the printer in the business office didn't work. Everything was new, very clean and pleasing. You have to drive everywhere, including to restaurants, but there is a little shop in the hotel to buy frozen dinners and snack items to cook in your room if you wish. The excellent coffee is always on in the lobby and we certainly made use of the free laundry facilities.

Many thoughtful things that very few others think to do for others. Placing a bag of popcorn in the microwave, providing free laundry for their guests, having an honour system in-store. It was well equipped.
