The rooms were like suites! Livingroom area with chairs away from beds. Two doors one outside to vehicle and one in lobby. heated pool! All was awesome!

Staff very friendly, very helpful Unaware that the train passes right next to the facility. Quite loud a few times each night.
- 4/5
Not the motel's fault, but the traffic noise was horrible there. Grand Avenue was very noisy all night long and a railroad track runs by it, too. Two or three trains roar past during the night, blaring their horns as they go by.
- 4/5
Room was clean and comfortable. A bit dated, but not bad. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not the greatest neighborhood, but didn't feel unsafe at all. Would visit again.

Staff was super friendly and breakfast was yummy. I was shocked I couldn’t take any to my room and go back to sleep. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Nice place with a continental breakfast
- 4/5
Staff was absolutely amazing, so nice. Room smelled a little stale and shower whistled. I would stay again strictly because of the staff and how nice they all were.
- 2/5
We really didn’t like our stay. It was too noisy, the train goes by any time of the day. Wanted to get a refund after staying one night but we endured another night.
- 4/5
Good value. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

Clean pool, rooms and great staff! Towels are small and scratchy, but I appreciate having towels at the pool

Complementary Breakfast was great, it’s just we had no idea the train was so close.
- 1/5
Stains everywhere, everything dirty, rude staff, had to pay $150 cash deposit which was never told to us in advance. I didn’t want to sit down anywhere. Not worth the cheap stay. Go anywhere else.
- 5/5
I loved it
- 5/5
It was perfect so clean everyone was so nice there. The breakfast was delicious. We even bbq in the pool area and the pool was nice and clean. They have laundry and it is safe there it smells very clean.
- 2/5
We really liked the pool. It was warm and perfect for the kids. That was a plus. The rest left something to be desired. Was not impressed by the breakfast.

We stayed at this property from April 9th–13th. Unfortunately, our stay was cut short when we discovered a live bed bug and fecal stains on the bedding in Room 125. We provided photographic evidence to the management, and the property manager, Meryl, confirmed it was "a match" for a bed bug. While the manager was professional in her demeanor and agreed to authorize a refund for our final two nights, the hotel was unable to move us to a new room, stating they did not want to risk the spread of the pests. This resulted in a forced early checkout and the significant inconvenience of finding last-minute accommodations and treating all of our belongings. While the staff was polite, a bed bug infestation is a major health and safety concern. I hope the property takes the necessary professional extermination steps to ensure this doesn't happen to future guests.
- 4/5
Room was ok. Had a slight old smoke smell, looks like they are working on updating a little bit. Breakfast area was very clean, well attended to. Really good options for a free breakfast, the waffles are excellent. The outdoor pool area was very clean and nice. There’s definitely train and traffic noise with Grand ave right out of the parking lot, but it’s convenient so we didn’t mind too much. Great bed. Would stay again.

The train that was really a surprise at about 4 am
- 1/5
I didn’t understand why there were ear plugs on the table when I checked in. I learned at 2 am. The hotel is right next to a train line, and was woke up to blaring horns. Then was awoke at 4am, 6am and about every 2 hours for 3 days. Horrrible stay. I tried to check out after the first day but they had my card and was told I would be charged anyway.
- 4/5
The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was okay. The only downside was that the room magnetic stripe opener cards had to be re-programmed. Otherwise, a good value for money hotel!
- 1/5
Horrible , rooms were very dirty mattress was a pee stain with dirty sheets bathroom had not been cleaned
- 5/5
Clean and spacious room with a Jacuzzi bathtub.
- 3/5
The breakfast was good, the staff was very friendly, and there was plenty to eat. The room was iffy, kind of dirty, there wasn't batteries in the Carbon Dioxide detector and so we had to use our own. There was a clicking sound that kept happening in the room that was kind of suspicious but over all if you're exhausted and need to rest this was an okay stay.

Pics online make it look a whole lot better than the condition the property is in. Quite run down. I was disappointed overall. Breakfast was average at best
- 4/5
I didn’t like that there was no elevator at all
- 1/5
We did not stay here as the hotel is located on a very busy, loud road. The place is run down. There were many, unsavory looking people in the parking lot - it was 100 degrees and one guy, with a shaved head, had a black trenchcoat on. We didn't get out of the car. Stayed at a Best Western up the road a few miles which was wonderful. Trying to get our money back as this place is terrible.
- 4.5/5
TV and bed were OK. Chairs were good. Breakfast OK. No hand towels hanger. Poor quality towels. Parking lot needs cleaning. Toilet too low.
- 3/5
Noise from hwy. Great Breakfast , staff was really great
- 1/5
The area the hotel is in next to a liquor store where the employee let us know that it gets pretty rough there and it’s better not to go out at night. We were not impress with this information we asked if we could cancel the reservation and she did not let us. I really want my money back because we did not feel save.
- 5/5
The hotel was basic yet very clean and spacious in the room. I was pleasantly surprised by the hard surface floor in the hotel room, and the pull-out couch that provided my family of five plenty of sleeping space. The breakfast was organized and filling. The staff was cheerful friendly and very easy to get along with.
- 1/5
Insanely loud!!! Don’t expect to sleep soundly here
- 2/5
The staff member at main desk was rather terse and unfriendly.
- 4/5
Noise train near by woke is up twice with noisy train horn.
- 5/5
Only issue was the train that went by every once in a while
- 4/5
Hotel itself was quiet but be prepared for noise from planes, trains, and automobiles! Property in good condition for its age. Staff doing a good job. Poolside area very nice.
- 4/5
Yes, the bathroom had water spots on the ceiling (we were on the first floor). The door had been ‘compromised -kicked in). Cover up paint applied in the bathroom was darker than original paint.
- 2/5
Hotel room floors were extremely dirty and feet turned black within a few steps. The outside of the property was equally dirty. People were constantly smoking on the balconies in front of the rooms and the smell would waft into the room from time to time. The beds were clean and comfy but you get what you pay for and this hotel is rated higher than it should be on this website. Check in after dark is through a window with a slot you can barely hear through. Waited at the front desk for 10 minutes to ask for new towels and trash service for our room only to return to the room after being gone for the day to find the trash still there an no new towels. Overall 3/10.
- 2/5
The pool was small but pleasant. The motel is next to a railroad and air force base. If sleeping was your intent, forget about that. The room was musty and there is mold in the bathroom. Our toilet was super scratched and needs replacing. The breakfast was poor at best and the room for eating was boiling hot and super crowded. The only thing this place has going for it are the polite people and access to a freeway so you can leave in a hurry!
- 3/5
Older motel a little on the ruff side
- 4/5
We enjoyed our stay
- 2/5
Very close to the train tracks trains were waking us up at 1:30 in the morning about four different trains went by honking their horns keeping us from sleeping
- 4/5
Nice for one night.
- 3/5
We enjoy this property, even though it’s definitely not luxury! My biggest complaint this round is that our key card kept failing so we had to make multiple trips to the lobby during our stay, which was frustrating. Staff was always willing to help. The CO2 detector was beeping. I removed the batteries but they never replaced it. Some wear and tear on the room. Overall, a decent stay for this area.
- 3/5
This room was a well-used unit, first floor, which had an interior hallway door and a streetside door as well. It was on Rt. 60 leaving Phoenix, a major highway. It also is in a flight path and very close to the rail lines. The streetside door had a gap all around with only the chain and light deadbolt to secure. Felt a little less than secure.
- 2.5/5
Convenient to needed fact. No SUB ports to charge phones, IPads, etc. Too close to the railroad tracks.
- 3/5
Satisfactory breakfast. Train and road noise at this location through the night.
- 3.5/5
. .
- 2/5
You could see light on all 4 sides of the door when it was shut and dead bolted. We were put next to the dumpster and dog relief area and they pic up trash at 5:15 every morning. Our AC didn’t work the first night and when we asked about it they said don’t set it lower than 72, which is nuts!! The carpet was dingy with several stains. The mirror was so low I couldn’t see the top of my head and I’m only 5’6”.
- 3/5
You can tell the property has gone through some nice updates in recent years. Staff was friendly. Good breakfast options. Area of hotel was on the border of not so nice neighborhood. Bullet holes in lobby glass window was concerning.
- 2/5
Room was available in a tight market but way overpriced The breakfast area was way too small and did not have any healthy options. Door handle did not work properly and had to switch rooms. No elevators.
- 3/5
Room was nice and clean. However, entry door loose/hard to operate and the shower head needed to be replaced. The breakfast just okay.
- 4/5
Clean room, sofa and convenient second sink in living area. The property is older but has everything you need.
- 4/5
Would stay again
- 3.5/5

A refundable $150 CASH was required at check-in. I wasn’t aware of this requirement prior to arrival.

The train tracks are also directly across the street. The noise level is very high. The hotel did provide ear plugs which didn't help. Terrible room for the price. There was also a dead bug in our bathroom. Will never stay there again. Also we had a long drive California to Arizona we need to use a bathroom and asked the if the lobby had one for guests. Long story short young man ignored the fact a 61 year old needed to go....ugh.if it was possible to put no stars for the review, I would. Not worth the price at all.

The price. Didn't realize our trip was during the height of spring training. All our regular choices were either booked up or had tripled their prices. My husband is diabled and there was no close parking, the bath tub was too slippery even with the mat and there were no grab handles. He sponge bathed while we were there. It was extremely loud. There were homeless people walking through the parking lot multiple times.

Room was clean and staff was nice. This is an older motel style Quality Inn. Not what I thought it would be and the 2 or 3 freight trains per night make for short nights. The trains are less then 100 yards from the motel.

This is an older updated hotel. The room was ok and spacious. However, be aware it is located in the flight path of Luke Air Force base, railroad tracks directly across the street from am active railroad line. The noise from trains & jets disturbed our sleep nightly. The breakfast offered is very limited.

The room was very musty and dark. I felt like I was in a cave. When I asked for a different room they said they were booked, but were able to find a different room for us. However that room you could see through a very large crack in the door jam into the hallway. I would not stay here again it wasn’t worth the $400 savings.

Room was horrible. Hotel in the photos is NOT the MOTEL that actually exists. It was horrible. The property refused to make good on their false advertisement. It was so loud and noisy they actually put complimentary ear plugs in every room. The room smelled awful. The shower didn't work. I had paid for 3 nights, in town for my Mother's funeral. I ended up taking the loss and checking out after a few hours it was so bad and they weren't willing to do ANYTHING to make it right. BYE!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS DIVE!!

Great price, good shower, good breakfast, clean room without too much wear and tear and a few parking spots for smaller trailers. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There's some road noise but it didn't get too loud until around 7am. Gas station just across the road, so that was convenient. If you want ice, laundry or vending machines, use the keycard hallway entrance. The outside door is always locked

There were a lot of homeless people hanging around which wasn’t a problem at all. I have pictures for every concern.

My husband dropped his phone behind the end table next to his side of the bed. We had to pull it out to get the phone - there was an opened, empty condom package. Spaciousness is what we needed. We got it. Continental breakfast on point. Staying here next time we need a place. Thank you Q'inn!
- 1/5
We have stayed in more than 80 hotels in the US and Canada. This is the only hotel which required each adult to show ID. It is the only hotel which required our license plate number, not just the make and model of the vehicle. This is the only hotel which required you to eat the breakfast in the kitchen area. You could not bring it back to the room. We will never stay here again.
- 2/5
Staff was professional at check-in however when I got to my room there was a powerful stench of urine as soon as the door opened. The smell was not in the bathroom area but in the room itself even after housekeeping sprayed air freshener. So sleeping there was very unpleasant and I was not going to lose my money because I couldn’t get a refund
- 4/5
Average room but comfortable bed and very quiet.
- 1/5
THEY WOULD NOT LET US STAY THERE. THEY NEVER RETURNED THE MONEY THEY COLLECTED FROM US AND WE WON'T EVER COME BACK OR RECOMMEND YOUR PROPERTY.TALK TO THE MAN THAT WAS ON DUTY THAT NIGHT. IWOLD LIKE OUR MONEY BACK.
- 3/5
This hotel is located near (100ft) a train track
- 1/5
I was unable to check in
- 5/5
Yes
- 3/5
Otherwise, the hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and the bathrooms looked like they had been remodeled maybe a few years ago. I probably won’t stay here again because of the noise and also it just wasn’t in the best part of town.
- 2/5
couldnt sleep well with the train noise and traffic.. turned on the heater and got my eyes watering an nose running
- 5/5
Best breakfast
- 4/5
BUT the room floors were very dirty. No room service after 3 nights
- 2/5
Staff member wasn't rude, but flippant after he shared that check-in would be at 5 instead of 4 due to staff shortage. Luckily I didn't have to wait an hour. The room seemed clean, but it smelled musty.
- 3/5
Staff - especially housekeeping - were great. No working TV for 4 days was a real negative.
- 5/5
The staff front office were very friendly, helpful, and professional. My parents are 90 and 92 and need the handicap bars in the restroom. I had tried to book a handicap room, but they said there weren't any available. They gots us on the 1st floor close to parking. We checked in snd went to the room and found it hadcthe bars for the toilet and shower. It was a very nice surprise! Thanks!
- 3/5
The noise was awful. Trains, planes and automobiles and a loud person in the middle of the night. I knew we were not going to have a good night sleep when there were complimentary ear plugs on the nightstand. The place was decent and the staff very nice. Breakfast was limited but decent. For the price I guess I shouldn’t complain. But I do want to warn people about the middle of the night noise because I read reviews and didn’t see anyone say anything about that.
- 2/5
The room smelled bad and the carpet was very dirty and the TV remote control had dead batteries, I'm not going to rent this place again
- 5/5
The front desk lady was fantastic! Very friendly and patient and made the experience start off on a good note. Room was pretty standard but very clean and comfortable. The exterior and surrounding area doesn't look appealing but don't let it fool you! The only downside is the jets that'll fly over in the day and the train. The horn will be right next to where the property is so it will startle you and it could be day or night so be warned. Nevertheless, I would definitely stay here again :)
- 5/5
The staff is very friendly and the room was very comfortable, the train woke us up around 4 o’clock but not a big deal something you cannot control. The breakfast was pretty good and the place is clean. I will stay here again.
- 5/5
The reservation was supposed to be for a wheelchair accessible room but they didn't receive the booking info for an accessible room. They were able to accommodate my needs without any issues and I am very thankful for their hospitality.
- 5/5
All acomodations
- 5/5
Marlilyn Page the Manager and her crew were the best, my wife and I really appreciate all the accommodations, and we highly recommended.
- 4/5
Very clean comfortable room. A surprise as the surroundings are not that great and it’s on a busy road and rail line. Earplugs are provided. We were granted early access which was much appreciated very pleasant reception .
- 4/5
Old building but not run down. For the price range I would have given it 5 stars BUT they failed to tell us in the rooms on the side where ours was located had special shower knobs - they needed to be pulled and turned in a certain way. We thought it was broken so we just did sponge baths and did not find out the "trick" until after we ate breakfast. It sounded like they were used to complaints on that so why they did not forewarn us is baffling. ALSO Expedia says "buffet breakfast", they had excellent biscuits and gravy (with sausage in the gravy), hot plates to make your own waffles, orange & apple juice, coffee, pastries but as far as eggs and fruit there was boiled eggs & fruit packs in a refrigerator. Better than continental but "buffet" is misleading. Except for the shower issue, I am very happy about what I got for the price.
- 1/5
Was mislead, because I live in AZ there is a hundred and fifty dollar cash deposit that was needed to be paid in cash upon check in(that I didn't have) so i was turned away without getting the room I paid for for two nights!!! Still waiting to hear about a refund! Staff was extremely rude about it as well.
- 2/5
N/A & It has no Kitchen
- 5/5
I truly appreciated everything from my lady from down under absolutely a GEM and very accommodating thank you and god bless you
- 1/5
Was not happy with security deposit process. Was not told before hand they only accept cash for the deposit and I have to pick it up the next morning after 9. I was not going to be available the next day after 9 so I was not able to stay and became a huge inconvenient without getting a refund as well.
- 1/5
Horrible
- 5/5
Front desk was very kind and hospitable. They even had to go bags to us for breakfast since we had to be up early. Little acts of kindness like that go a long way and I was very impressed. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
Let me start with the staff, Great!!! We were coming in for the Charlie Kirk memorial. Knowing we would be up at 3am the staff gave us a to go bag for breakfast since we would not be there when they opened for breakfast! So thoughtful!!! The price was great! The room very good. The area not so sure! STAFF 10 out of 10! I can handle most anything but staff makes or breaks any business! These 2 desk persons were top notch!
- 5/5
The staff was very polite and helpful. Kitchen was well stocked and clean.
- 3/5
It was OK.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean.
- 5/5
The staff was very polite and were helpful. They know we were there for a memorial, and knew we’d wake up early and leave before breakfast time and they packed us breakfast to go. I’ll be staying here again! :)
- 5/5
It's comfortable
- 3/5
The refrigerator in room is broken (literally hot inside it) and they couldn't fix it. So we had to throw out some cold food we had planned to put in the fridge.
- 4/5
It was clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Good place
- 5/5
Nicely renovated property. Spacious room with excellent bedding. My only complaint was the Wi-Fi didn't work as good as My cellular Service, so I ended up not using it.
- 5/5
I like it, but sometimes not all the times you smell dome bad smell sometimes not all the times
- 4/5
The room was clean and comfortable. I wasn’t comfortable with the lock situation but my husband was there so it was ok
- 5/5
It was all perfect, thank you for the warm welcome and for your generosity. We will come back again !
- 4/5
Would have been perfect with scrambled eggs
- 1/5
So I’ve stayed here before in Arizona and it was nice. I’ve even stayed at the one in Magnolia, AR and no hiccups. Only needed my ID even though I had my fiancé with me back in Arkansas. My Girlfriend and I go to this one only to find out she needed her ID too. She only has her LA wallet because we didn’t have enough time to get her a physical ID before we came back. The manager here was nice but with how strict they were I pretty much ate it on the $125 and can’t get that back. Didn’t even get to stay there for the 26th. So yeah, 1 Star. Refund my money too Expedia. There needs to be certain guidelines that the Hotel has to elaborate more on before showing up then this happens.
- 4/5
Andy checked me in and was wonderful! Thanks Andy. I was overnighting for a doctor's appointment. There were some great reviews of the place. The property itself wasn't great from the outside. It was a much older hotel. The area/neighborhood was more industrial looking. There was a cargo train running directly on the street. I actually really like the sound of trains. I've lived in a lot of train places, and it was comforting for me. The traffic sounds were pretty bad though. They do provide ear plugs in the room. I was VERY pleasantly surprised by my room. The rooms has been updated very well. The bed was nice. It was very clean. It was perfect for me as a solo traveler. There was a smell of cigarette odor, and Andy came right over and used a spray that helped. There was fast food and nice restaurants nearby. A Starbucks was a few blocks away. There was a New York bakery in a Pepto Bismol color down the street that was to die for. I found a really good sushi restaurant. I would stay there again if I have to overnight again, so the positives definitely outweighed the negatives. Great service and a very nice updated room.
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 5/5
Everything was excellent very good customer service. The only thing I wasn’t too happy about was a trash taking out at five in the morning, but besides that everything was amazing the day was nice. Rooms are super clean.
- 1/5
it was supposed to be a non-smoking room and a wreath with cigarette smell made my clothes and my blanket smell really bad and it wasn’t very clean. A lot of homeless everywhere.
- 2/5
Not great. Strong, rough smell right when you open the door. The reviews did not tell how old and rough the hotel was. Although the room was somewhat updated, they need a total overhaul and update. Right from the lobby to the rooms. Toilet was touchy, shower was old….. do not recommend. Oh and I have never stayed in a room that provided complementary EAR PLUGS…….. I don’t know what to say about that…….
- 5/5
everything was great
- 3/5
The main concern was that the door would not lock from the outside. We did not know that until we came back from our concert and found out our door would not lock. And the area is not a safe area for this. We were very lucky that no one took anything.
- 5/5
This was perfect for the occasion, I had a scheduled colonoscopy near by and needed a place to do my prep before the procedure. The bed was comfy and the pillows eased my discomfort.
- 4/5
One broken ice machine
- 5/5
close to Luke AFB
- 4/5
Clean and friendly staff
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
Always nice and clean. Bed are comfortable.
- 5/5
The tub was backed up, leaving the water to pool while showering
- 1/5
I asked the manager for a refund and they refunded it to Expedia but Expedia won’t refund it back to me.
- 5/5
Great hotel. Spacious rooms, good beds. Late check in is amazing. Staff is great
- 4/5
I booked online. Pictures looked great. Room was not like pictures. Office staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. Pooled looked good but didn’t have a chance to use
- 4/5
Will definitely return
- 3/5
It was in a convenient location but there wasn’t any cold water in the shower
- 1/5
I was unaware of the deposit and they wouldnt let me cancel
- 1/5
Really sketchy area
- 5/5
Andy checked us in and was probably one of the best front desk staf I've ever dealt with. He was kind, courteous, friendly, super helpful, and sooo nice! He made checking in a breeze. He even calked our room a few minutes aftef checking in to make sure everything was okay in our room. He was outstanding in his attentiveness to cusotmers! Overall a great stay! Thank you.
- 5/5
The guy Eric? forgot his name the guy at the front desk is exceptionally nice.
- 5/5
Staff were all very nice and rooms as well. Sleep comfortably. 2x back.
- 4/5
friendly staff welcimed us later in the evening. although it's close to a railroad and busy traffic street, our room was pretty quiet
- 2/5
Room was not as pictured on line. Room had old carpet, worn chairs, dirty door with angled chain lock, hair on bathroom floor. When I requested a room similar to room posted online was told online photos were 20 years old.
- 1/5
I remember I stayed here years ago. The afternoon manager threatened to call the sheriff’s department because I was asking why had someone gone through my laptop bag. The proof: they knew I was carrying two laptops in one bag, not just the one. She immediately got ultra offended and threatened to get the local sheriff to come to her supposed aid. I now see this place and feel this whole town acts like that. Honorable mention to LA Quinta on 83rd street, in Peoria. Called me an indigent and threatened me with some vigilante sheriff’s justice. Only this time, I actually waited for them.
- 5/5
Quaint and Calm. Rooms exceptionally larger than what was anticipated. Staff and custodial support were AWESOME!! Will definitely stay again!
- 2/5
Too noisy and not very clean in the bathroom.
- 5/5
Fighter jets and trains. Kinda fun for our group but would be a rough night with babies or light sleepers. It is not constant. Everyone in awhile it feels like you got free tickets to an airshow. 👏
- 4/5
I didn't like that they don't clean your rooms at all unless you request it
- 4/5
There is a train that sometimes passes by
- 1/5
Oh man, I don't even know what to say. I am more upset with myself that I allowed myself to get stuck with Expedia and was unable to cancel. This was an absolute disaster of a stay. From the constant bums hanging out in the parking lot to the weed smell in the hallway, the atrocious train that inconveniently goes by every single night as you lie in bed. As soon as I accepted defeat, one week into my stay, I was abruptly awoken by the fire department on Saturday morning, telling me to evacuate due to the carbon monoxide alarms going off and a potential gas leak. Do yourself a favor and avoid this area and hotel like the plague. Go to Goodyear, where everything is clean, pleasant, and safe.
- 2/5
It was too noisy. 2 run down? When they leave earplugs on the nightstand that tells you, there's a problem with the noise.
- 3/5
The breakfast options were mostly sugar & carbs. The coffee & flavored creamers were delightful. Overall the room was very…you get what you paid for. Beds were comfy enough. Pool was heated which was nice even if there was a creepy old man sitting above the pool enjoying the view.
- 5/5
I was pleasantly surprised with this motel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good and had a huge selection. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you!
- 4/5
Loud vehicle and train noise
- 1/5
We made reservations because they were listed as being pet friendly when we went to sign in they refused our pets and refused our money to get back. so we were out over $700. Even though I showed them where it said pet friendly they said that was wrong.
- 4/5
Thank You
- 5/5
Great lodging, breakfast was good.
- 2/5
Very old and outdated leaks around my the door
- 3/5
You get what you pay for. Rooms are very loud. They've removed all the carpeting for some reason. Road noise is a constant problem. Not the cleanest room I've slept in. Bed was comfortable.
- 1/5
When arriving to property after check-in, they informed me Wi-Fi was down and would not be up during the remainder of our stay. Was never notified before check-in. Had homeless signs in the doorway where we were supposed to stay. Got up to our room and pulled out the mattress, and there was blood urine and feces on the mattress. Talk to Manager about a refund did not feel safe staying there with my children denied me the refund.
- 1/5
It look like not safe neighborhood when I ask the receptionist he told me that area mostly for homeless and drug users I didn't stay there I got another place much safer therefore I llost my money.
- 4/5
Convenient location. Needs some updating.
- 1/5
They made us stand outside in the rain to check in. The rooms are dated musty and old. The road sounds were outrageously loud. I finally went and slept in my car. Very bad!
- 2/5
And non smoking room stink like smoke
- 3/5
Room was clean, spacious and bed slept well. Breakfast was great, nice choices. The only thing I didnt like was the noise from busy street, then the planes flying over and then the trains. The hotel provided individually wrapped ear plugs and that helped.
- 2/5
When we got there, we were given room 128. The door to the room does not latch correctly because the door jam is damaged. The toilet handle keeps getting stuck so the toilet doesn’t flush all the time. The furniture is incredibly dated and dirty and so is the carpet. There was no Internet. The bathtub stopper had to be removed in order to drain the shower because the water just would build up into the tub. The air conditioner was incredibly noisy and quit working at one point, on the hottest day, of course. The refrigerator had such a loud noise we had to call to have them look at it, and all they did was unplug it and plug it back in. The bed was comfortable, but with the location, I didn’t feel very safe. We asked for a different room and we were told that they had nothing else available. They said they only move people if their maintenance issues and we had those and they still wouldn’t move us. When I complained about paying that much for a hotel with this kind of problems, they told me that they were not in charge of the rates and offered no discount or refund of any kind
- 4/5
Very good.
- 1/5
Don’t waste your money.
- 1/5
Room smells like animals and moldy stuff. I will never stay again. The only chair in the room was falling apart and disgusting. I was afraid to sit or touch it. Ceiling in the bathroom was bulging. The walls were peeling away from the drywall.
- 3/5
When they provide you ear plugs in the room, you know, there's a noise problem. There is a very loud freight train that runs several times per day, including 3 times during sleep hours. The road in front of the place is a race track after 5 pm. The place is a motel not a hotel, each room with a door to the outside, which lowers my rating. It looked like there might have been some newer rooms on the front side area. We didnt have one. The furniture in our room was fine, beds as well. The bathroom had some mildew around tub and ceiling, and very small. Free breakfast was modest but worked out fine. Yogurt, microwavable breakfast sandwiches like a convenience store, biscuits and gravy and make your own waffles plus juice and coffee. Personally wouldnt be comfortable walking around after dark in the area. There were panhandlers and some homeless in the area. They told me at checkin that the Sheriff's group cycled around several times a day. Walkable to convenience store and Jack in Box fast food. Other food options are driveable in the broader area. In my opinion, was not the best value.
- 2/5
As many other reviewers have stated this hotel is incredibly noisy the train throughout the night, racing cars with revvin engines and air conditioner was so loud we preferred to be hot rather than listen to it. There were black marks on top of the comforter and red stains in between the beds on the carpet The door was all banged up. Right next-door to a Motel 6 and that’s probably all you need to know!
- 3/5
- 5/5
The staff were very friendly very attentive to help guests. The room was spacious very clean. The property was very clean. The pool was awesome
- 3/5
The overall facility needs to be updated. Flooring in our room needs to be replaced.
- 3/5
Very loud train horns at all hours of the day/night. Beware
- 1/5
- 2/5
Homeless sleeping in parking lot at 3am. Left me a nice bottle of urine by my door. Shower had hair in it. Bed had a mattress from the 1990's. Hard as a rock. Its the only hotel i have ever been to that they leave you ear plugs on the night stand. Will drive back to LA tired before i ever stay at that dump again.
- 5/5
My friends and I enjoyed our stay and would do it again
- 1/5
The room was never cleaned, loud and unsafe.
- 2/5
They no longer allow pets, even after my brother got a room that said pet friendly. He was left scrambling for a hotel the night before a family funeral. The door knob was loose. You also had to kick it after putting your key in for it to open. The smoke detector was covered in plastic. The very loud train goes by about 5 times between midnight at 5am. We had a pull out couch in our room with dirty sheets on it. The "wood" floors are pealing up. My sister's first room had a water leak coming from above. The woman working the free breakfast area did an amazing job maintaining it and keeping it clean. The door from outside into the suite rooms had no security or key required to enter. The first morning I got up there were cop cars in the parking lot. Not a safe area. February 2025.
- 2/5
Rooms were over priced, the bathrooms are out dated, rooms are noisy as trains and airplanes fly over them and blow there whistles at night. Front desk people even agreed and were embarrassed at the price they were charging for rooms but is was set by Quality Inn.
- 5/5
Simple hotel room. Had no issues and liked having breakfast before heading out each day. Great place to stay.
- 3/5
Once we walked in front desk receptionist very friendly. Room looked nice very specious rooms. Until we used the pull out couch there was food crumbs and from there everything in the room gross me out. They did come right away to give us new linen.
- 5/5
Great experience
- 4/5
The room had been renovated recently ( rm 222). It was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast room was very well done with lots of options and very clean and staff were attentive. The only negative was the roadway in front was very busy and cars were racing by at non legal speeds till about 9pm. The door seal on the room needs to be replaced bit that would be my only negative.
- 5/5
It has a nice setting.
- 2/5
The old style motel with outdoor access was not disclosed, or perhaps I didn't notice when I booked the room. There were a least 3 wake up periods during the night due to trains going by throughout the night. Very dated room with the smell of a smoking room from years gone by. Carpet was dingy and you could feel the bed springs on the edge of the bed. Not what I would have expected from a Quality Inn.
- 5/5
Great place would recommend and l would stay there again.
- 5/5
Good location, 101 to downtown or Bell shopping, Walmart, Home Depot, etc. The rooms are spacious, amenities are up to date, pool is heated and clean. Nice property.
- 3/5
Short stay and a place to sleep but very noisy road!!
- 5/5
This was our 2nd year staying here for the 49er/Cardinal game and the suite fits our family needs. There is plenty of sleeping room and having another sink outside the bathroom was the best feature since we have 3 granddaughter!!
- 2/5
a little pricey for area loud and dirty
- 4/5
Convenient location with fairly easy highway access for traveling around the area. The noise mentioned in negative reviews didn't seem that bad since I was ready for it, and the provided earplugs were a nice touch as needed (and admittedly I didn't even need to use them).
- 4/5
It was Nice property. Located right on the highway that we needed to be on early in the morning.
