    I checked in at 9pm only to find out my room had been given away. It was graduation weekend so there were no available rooms anywhere else. It was late at night and I’m driving around trying to find a place to stay.

    When I chose this location I chose it bc it stated breakfast is included it is not. There is a Starbucks/cafe area where you can order food however you’re better off going off site for better prices. Room was clean however tv turns on at max volume so you have to hurry up and turn it down. Pool area was clean but water was freezing.

    There’s a certain expectation that comes when staying at a Marriott I have stayed Marriott hotels and never came across one that was so disgusting Our room was filthy. Could not use Shower had to clean it ourselves because it was dirty General overall appearance of property was not maintained. Severely understaffed only one person manning the desk and wasn’t even at the desk was sitting and talking with other people Employees dressed in street clothes so I had no idea who was giving me information and if they actually work there. Person at front desk was in lobby with a baseball bat swinging it around. My check in was bad and was difficult. Later in the evening I could not use the television when I called the front desk I was told that I would have to just deal with it or switch rooms It was after 10 PM and I could not switch rooms. I said there has got to be a way to fix this. Maybe it just needs new batteries. The front desk clerk said oh well maybe and I expected someone to bring me a new remote as that’s the level of service that I expect but I was told that I had to go to the front desk to pick up which meant getting dressed and coming down and the front desk clerk was too busy chatting with either friends or employees could not tell because everyone was in street clothes. We could not use the pool as it was filthy with hair, floating, and oil slicks and had not been serviced since a year before. If this is the Marriott Bonvoy, I will never stay with you again

    The hotel itself and the room were very clean. However, the indoor pool was not usable unfortunately, as it was freezing cold. The indoor pool was one of the reasons we booked the stay at this particular hotel, so it was a little disappointing.

    There’s not a hot tub at this property which I’m very upset about because that was the main reason for choosing this hotel. My room wasn’t properly cleaned and i had to go behind and clean the fridge and microwave. Was told i would be refunded for breakfast because the staff has not been showing up but that didn’t happen. On a good note the staff was very personable and caring.

    Check in receptionist is ultra unfriendly with no good manners. Slept on lobby chair and just seems to apply her attitude , overtired. Room keys never worked , had to go down many times to correct. Rest of the staff was pleasant and worked with us on questions. Booked the place with breakfast but didn’t know how that is handled (usually it’s a Buffett , this was custom ordering, was ok just different )

    The staff was nice and professional and the cleaning people are doing a great job but clearly the Hotel needs to pay a lot more attention to upkeep and maintenance. The patio door and screen were hard to open and coming off the track. The elevator and hallways need the carpet cleaned.

    The bed was comfortable, and the room had a balcony facing the parking lot. It also had a fridge, microwave, and large flat-screen television. When we arrived, the sink was clogged and never addressed. Clothes from the previous occupant were hanging in the closet. The shower was very narrow, and the bathroom seemed well-used. There was no complimentary anything. There was a water cooler, but it was empty.

    I emptied my trash daily and got fresh towels from the front desk. The hotel also had a weird vibe- the front desk and marketplace employees wore head bonnets and frequently laid around in the lounge area. That was confusing to me. Are there any professional attire or work expectations? I could not get a refund, so I had to stay, but It will not return when I’m back in the area for work. I have also advised my colleagues not to stay at this location in the future.

    I would not recommend a stay here. The room smells damp, it’s worn out and dirty, the AC unit made a horrible noise every five minutes so we couldn’t sleep. Probably the WORST experience we have ever had. Can’t believe this is a Marriot.

    The photos and rating with Expedia are no current for I felt I needed an antibiotic just to stay there. I had taken out Trip Insurance and would have left immediately in seeing the facility but unfortunately, our friends did not and did not plan their stay with Expedia. I feel websites such as Expedia should recommend photos to be updated every 2 years for even Expedia's website advised a 4.7 out of a 5. There was a lot of yelling and arguing and wondered if guns would be blazing.

    This was our first time in a Courtyard. We chose it because of its location close to the places we we were visiting, and its proximity to 3 dining options without need of a car: Texas Roadhouse, 3 Amigos, Raisin' Cane. When we checked in, the answer we got to our "Good evening! We have a reservation." was a curt "Name?"- No "good evening" in return, no "Welcome to the Courtyard", nothing. Like standing in a food line in a fast-food restaurant. Nobody helped with the luggage; luckily I spotted a cart in a corner which we were able to use. On the next morning, the answer to our “Good morning! Where’s breakfast?” was a curt “There!" Breakfast was very disappointing. Some options were shown on the board, but not available. The avocado toast was not fresh fruit but an insipid spread on soggy whole wheat. The French toast looked like it was reheated, there were some decorative strawberries. Everything we tried looked like purchased in a cheap bodega. When we asked to have a muffin to go, we were told they were old and for display only. We ended up either skipping breakfast altogether or just getting coffee and a yogurt. The hotel seemed to be understaffed, with the manager also preparing the breakfast in the bistro. Staff gave the impression of not having been schooled in hospitality. They were usually not greeting the guests except for one woman who seemed to be one of the cleaning ladies. Nobody seemed to be proud of working there. There was one exception, a young lady named Armani, who actually asked if we were enjoying our stay so far and where we were from. And on the last day of our stay, the manager actually smiled at us. The room was dimly lit with only indirect and low-wattage lighting. On the first day there was a roach in the shower. The mattress was old and sagged in the middle, no way to sleep face down. The washer in the laundry on the ground floor was dirty and rusty on top. On the day of our check-out I was e-mailed a statement of charges which was $ 30.00 higher than the final price indicated on my booking.com confirmation. The manager assured me that the final charges on my credit card would correspond to the booking.

    The two or three people we saw were working their butts off. For our breakfast, the front desk clerk came and took our order and then went and cooked it.     Love the property walking distance to restaurants and coffee shop available. Clean and perfect for quick stay. The only inconvenience this weekend was that the pool was closed under maintenance. Pillows were very soft so if you don’t like soft pillows bring your own.

    The room did not live up to the pics online. As soon as we walked in I saw the towel bar had been pulled off the wall and was laying on the floor. The toilet had also been used and never flushed. We were just dropping our luggage and running back out. I let the front desk know and i felt like they either already knew, or didn't care? Either way it was a short trip but was not impressed.

    The room did not live up to the pics online. As soon as we walked in I saw the towel bar had been pulled off the wall and was laying on the floor. The toilet had also been used and never flushed. We were just dropping our luggage and running back out. I let the front desk know and i felt like they either already knew, or didn't care? Either way it was a short trip but was not impressed.

    I made a quick trip to Virginia to see my son before he left on deployment.     Well I walked in and the young lady never acknowledged me. I know she heard me walk in but she ignored me and continued to play on her phone. I said excuse me can someone check me in if she gave me a nasty look like I was wrong or something for speaking up. I shouldn’t have to ask for help when I’m checking into a hotel. She was very rude. She never told me anything about breakfast never told me anything about Wi-Fi. I had to ask questions. She never told me how much the payment was for the hold fee. Nothing. she was very quick and rushed me just so she could sit back down and do nothing. You all need to have a new front desk person on that shift.

The bed was uncomfortable thank goodness we only stayed one night. I would not stay or book online again, at least not at a Marriott.

    I loved our stay at this Hotel. First of all the staff were very nice. I got an email from Marriott for early check in. We still got to the place even early than expected but the staff were very welcoming, our room was ready. Unfortunately, the door lock was disabled but they immediately gave up a new room.     If you don’t ask for the WiFi password it’s not giving. TV’s in are room where not working properly, so we had to move. The tv’s are not smart where you can mirror from your phone. Are shower head was leaking spraying up to the bathroom ceiling when you take a shower. The ceiling in the hallway was mold and black in green in color. The ice machine was broke on the first floor. There was not enough trash cans in the room and the tv’s would cut off at a certain time in would not cut back on. We went from room 100 a suite to room 300 suite and it was not that much of a difference.

    Paid for breakfast for four people to stay with two rooms. Breakfast isn’t made there so had to go out for breakfast and never got a refund for it. We got to the rooms and no coffee machine to make coffee so went to desk to find out you had to charge the coffee to your room you couldn’t pay cash. Service and staff were rude. Would not recommend staying at this hotel nor would I stay at another ourtyard after this

    The hotel is a smaller Courtyard property. The photos and description of hotel are not exactly accurate. The pool was less than desirable and needs complete overhaul. No hot tub as advertised. The gym is outdated. First room had rust stains in shower and floor linoleum was rotting away. Room smelled like damp mold. Coffee in room is less than desirable and by 10:01 am access to make shift cafe is nonexistent. The nightly rate does not meet the standard expectations. I felt like I was staying at an old Motel 6. Don’t recommend.

    The floors in our room were so dirty that my wife's light green socks were almost black on the bottom. The room was very dark. It definitely needed an overhead light. We rolled to the middle on the mattress. It was almost impossible to keep the shower curtain liner tucked in, resulting in very wet bathroom floor. The heating/AC unit in the bedroom was very noisy. The first floor ice machine was out or order the entire time we were there. One of the third floor doors from the stairway did not have a handle.

    The bed was very comfortable, but my 3rd night of 4, there was a giant roach that came crawling from behind the couch and went behind my headboard! Fortunately i was able to kill it, but sleeping after that was difficult. For the cost of this room, they could have atleast offered free coffee, but nope..you get a specified coffee maker in your room (the teeny tiny kuiregs with zero after market filters) and a cup of water in the lobby. Absolutely not worth my stay again. Ill be looking elsewhere.

    No hot tub! This property had great reviews on Expedia, which is why we chose it, but we were disappointed. We checked in around 7 pm and the customer service woman was in the lobby on her Ipad. She didn't come to the counter right away, and she remained on a video call with her boyfriend while checking us in. The hallway had a big blower set up and smelled, as if something had happened to the carpet. Our room was not the cleanest (especially not considering the many "excellent' ratings of cleanliness). The shower had someone else's hair in it, wallpaper was peeling off the walls, dirty spots on the walls, mold on the doorframe (due to a leaky shower). The room was spacious, but not very quiet - lots of noise from the room above us, including what sounded like bowling after 11 pm (I think they were continually rolling around in the desk chair on the laminate floor). We knew there was no breakfast included, which was okay, but they didn't even have complimentary coffee available in the lobby, and the woman who checked us out was very curt and unfriendly. The other big reason we chose the hotel was because it listed an indoor hot tub as an amenity. When we arrived, we had been driving for several days and we were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub, which had apparently been filled in (many months/ years earlier, according to the maintenance staff). This property needs to remove the hot tub from their listing on Expedia and they should do some deep cleaning.

    I stayed With my family overnight and the service from the hotel was excellent. Unfortunately, at the time we weren’t able to use the hotel pool, which was due for cleaning after a party of kids. But the hotel is in such a convenient area, there were other ways to spend our time.

    When we first arrived we was greeted. We received our room key and proceed to the room. When we got on the elevator the power went out. I had to open the door to let myself out. We took the stairs to the room with no power. Power stayed out for about two and a half hour. I tried reaching someone for a discount but was not successful at all.

    Poor quality construction in the room. Trim was falling off the walls. The tub was stained (vinegar and baking soda would clean that). The furniture was stained, floors were sticky and the mattress was lumpy. Nothing good to say.
