Rooms are extremely outdated and smell like dirty bacteria. Pillows and sheets has stains - called the office and they said to go downstairs and get them myself if I wanted them. I was overcharged for my stay compared to what I booked on Expedia - when I went downstairs to talk to someone at the front desk, nobody anywhere so I asked the lady working the kitchens and she tried to go find someone for 10 mins and then came back and said oh they must BOTH be outside. No room cleaning. Wouldn’t stay there again. Gross and dirty.

Having never stayed at a Residence Inn we didn't know what to expect. We were very pleased!! Everything was perfect, clean and supplied. Very comfortable!

having a kitchenette was wonderful. being able to store food and drinks so I wasn't spending more on restaurants for 3 meals a day made my stay so much better perhaps too thin walls/ floors. I could hear when other guests open/ closed their doors down the hall. Also was very easy to hear movement in the room above.

I like the set up of the rooms. Previous stays, we've had the breakfasts. They were good. This trip we had other plans with family in the area. The surrounding area is very convenient for shopping, restaurants, gas, and coffee. Also, freeway accessible. An upgrade for the sofa mattress would be nice.

It is so close to my in-laws house. It is clean and the rooms are big. They have free breakast with some eggs and some sausage which is enough to start the ay. The furnishing and hotel is dated and needs an upgrade but it serves its purpose for us. We use this hotal every month to visit our relatives. Very convenietm.

Nice place to stay staff was friendly and helpful.

When we arrived I inquired about a room with a walk in shower. So they upgraded us to a one bedroom with walk-in shower.

Very nice property, very clean rooms, full kitchen, across the street less than a 5 minute walk to the grocery store and restaurant, very peaceful. Nice swimming pool, a BBQ and a fire pit with chairs around to sit. I will definitely be staying again

The room was at an entrance that was too noisy. Three exterior doors and one stairwell just above our room was extremely noisy, and the niebors upstairs were extremely loud. All in all this experience was one I'm trying to forget.

We weren't given a map and attempted to find the building ourselves. We ended up back at the lobby to request a map. The clerk was short and seemed agitated especially when i became confused with the directions. He said "come on i will just take you there" it was a kind offer but he appeared agitated by it. The first room we got was not acceptable but they moved us right away and the second room was decent and clean. The hidabed was not comfortable. It is very dated with dirty ripped carpets and moldy windows. It is a lower end hotel i would say a 2 star. No bugs or anything but if you want a nice place this isn't it. We left early and went to a nicer place. Owners need to paint and do some renos.

Perfect location for us The AC was too load when it would turn on. Very LOUD

Breakfast was terrible. No fruit. Eggs were salty. Out of coffee and didn’t replenish at 8 (not close to ending.) Facilities are dated. Carpet smells. They checked us out at 11 and kept on knocking, even though checkout is 12 pm. Overpriced. Not worth it.

The hotel was decent but quite dated. Our bed was comfortable but the sofa bed appeared broken (we didn’t use it but the couch was crooked). The staff was very responsive with an issue we had and we appreciated it. The location was good.

I request an ADA Room upon booking. I arrived & it had 1 bar opposite the shower head. No bar around the toilet, the door required 2 people to operate it, the lamps were not accessible, the switches by the kitchen weren't operable. I could not stay at that hotel. I was told I would not be charged. Which ended up being a lie. They refused to give me my money back bc I booked them through Booking.com which also refunded to give me my money back!! All above reasons

First night killed a baby roach and ant and my daughter got bit up by a spider. My girls really like the basketball half court. My youngest like the heated pool and jacuzzi. My husband and I liked the full kitchen and the location. My husband felt safe and comfortable.

The staff is super friendly, breakfast is delicious and the pool & hot tub were warm even on a chilly evening. This is our favorite hotel to stay at when visiting Anaheim.

Pool was a little cold at 78 degrees despite the advertised temperature of 82. Room wasn’t cleaned during 3 night stay. I asked on second day for cleaning and was told that we would be cleaned but it was not. Otherwise the staff were friendly and the breakfast team were great.

The housekeeping staff was so quick to pick up any trash that I would put out in the hallway. TV stopped working during our stay and Maintance was super quick to respond and fix it. It was so convenient having the full kitchen and miniature dining table - we were in town with my wheelchair bound has been, and there was enough room for Family to come and visit us in the room. Very disappointed in the oatmeal at the complementary breakfast - it was basically water with oatmeal clusters in it. Coffee was not strong enough. Coffee pot in the room was missing a carafe and icemaker in refrigerator was not working (although they did bring me a bag of ice as soon as I informed them). I was there from Wednesday to Sunday and they only service the rooms every three days but I was still not able to get them to vacuum it on my third day because they were too busy

I've stayed at Residence and Fairfield. I was disappointed with the quality of service at breakfast. When I went in at 9:00,, NO coffee, sausages were gone, and oatmeal is waay too watery. Fairfield's breakfast is way better with someone constantly taking care of things. No ice cube tray in the refrigerator - had to ask for ice at the desk.

Our room was a great size and perfect of what we needed. It was a Studio and just me and my husband. The couch did have a bed in it if we needed it. The breakfast was great for what we needed. Scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, sausage, waffles, potatoes, toast, bagels, pastries and juices. We liked the pool and hotub, but probably had to much chlorine, it tarnished my sterling silver rings. Super close to the Oak Canyon Nature Center. Target, Von's and lots of restaurants across the street. great location! Upon checking in at 10:30pm they didn't have any rooms. we had to wait about 20 mins to get a room which was unacceptable as we had a reservation. We also went to the pool at 7:30 pm the next night and there were no towels, my husband had to go back to our room to get towels.

Front desk staff was nice. Property was nice too. Air condition did not work properly and the motor kept me up all night. Tech did tried to fix the machine but it needed to be replaced. They could not move me or did not. I left early.

They have a GREAT service. Breakfast is good with GREAT touch of service and cleanliness. The room was good, but walls need some cleaning, especially in the bathroom. The AC was noisy every time that it started. The room needed a face lift.he business center has only one PC and located in the alley. Asked for a fresh up after 3 days, 3 times in one day, never showed up. Finally told we had to go pick up towels. In 7 days never had service. Last day water was out from 11:30 until at least 5:00 when we left to shower at our son’s house.

I understand low flow shower heads, but this was absolutely ridiculous. I am all about being eco-friendly and saving water, recyling...etc, but I could not have a shower in the morning. I tried to adjust the adjustable shower flow, but it did not make any difference. It was a bad experience.

The breakfast was great! The staff was nice, free parking and free breakfast was wonderful! The rooms itself need some attention. The bed was very comfortable! However in the bathroom there is a lot of rust, also one of the tiles from the bathroom floor was loose.

The complementary breakfast has also declined since 2020. Not bad but not the five star we used to experience. Properly staff told us these lack of improvements are due to Covid restrictions that the company has never reversed. We used to give this Marriot property 5 stars. This visit in October 2024 rates a mediocre 3 stars for property issues.

When we drove up to the property it was very beautiful. The front desk was so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, roomy and restful. The room was the best thing about our trip. I would sincerely recommend this property to anyone.

We got a suite with full size fridge, stove, microwave. Shower water pressure was great, plenty of towels. No hand soap anywhere though. We saw few guests using the pool, there was a free basketball court, and we used the gym which was open 24 hours and clean. There’s a huge plaza right across with plenty shops, grocery, and food. The only bad part: On our third day there, fire alarms were going off from multiple locations for HOURS. There was no warning of an actual emergency, or of the loud sudden alarms at all. We got a paper slipped through the door on our last day, apologizing for the fire alarm system test they were running from 9am-5pm for two of the days. The alarms were very loud and sudden, some beeps louder and longer than others. Couldn’t tell if it was a real emergency or not, which was a little concerning. I’d say I love this hotel but the alarms could be really bad for elderly, children, or those with sensitive to noise.

Great experience. The room was spacious. Felt like small apartment. The pool was heated and perfect. Spa. Even had a basketball court i used. Small minus was we thought they were coming by 3rd day of 4 night stay but they never did. Ran out of towels and tp. And cable guide was off so never knew what was on. Bout a half hour from amusement parks. All around great hotel.

Bathroom... the floor was destroyed. Tile grout was pullung up and had chunks on the floor. The water was either warm/hot to scalding, zero cold water.

Property was nice and quiet, very good neighborhood, and convenient to walk to grocery store. Breakfast was pretty good as well!

We have stayed here multiple times and again, have nothing negative to say. Safe area, lots of parking, quiet, tucked away, helpful and friendly staff, clean property and rooms!

Liked the large, open, comfortable room with kitchenette. Had everything we needed, property was well kept. Only thing we didn't like was the party of young people in the room next to us. The bed was extremely comfortable.

The room was very clean. It was also comfortable and had all that I needed for a relaxing stay.

The bed had a big dip . Woke up with back and hip pain. Might be time to refresh up furniture. Also no exhuast ventilation in bathroom. Stuffy and moldy in ceieling and door.

What we got was a room that was very small. The smallest hotel suite that I’ve ever stayed in. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable albeit smaller than expected. The room very dated and dark. The layout was awkward. The furniture had been well used and was showing it. The couch and hide a bed were extremely uncomfortable. It was difficult to sit and watch tv. I would not book a suite at the hotel again

Very comfortable and clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable, I slept like a baby!

I would not recommened this place. They do not clean your room unless you beg for it. The free wifi does not work. The tv would shut off on its own. They charge $4.00 dollars for the washer an dryer.

Staff was extraordinary, specially Guia at the front desk. This is our second year staying at the same hotel and we definitely will stay again, super family friendly

I asked to change the room and I was told that no other room was available. When I wrote a formal email to Marriott I immediately got a call that a new room was available which I declined as it was too late.

Clean, attractive, spacious, nice views from the property, good breakfast buffet with lots of options and good coffee, helpful friendly professional staff. I would stay here again.

The fire alarm went off at 8 am two days in a row (false alarms) and our key card was deactivated 1.5 hours before it was supposed to. Other than that things were clean, breakfast was good. And staff was nice.

The suite was as advertised. They provide free hot breakfast which had sufficient variety for everyone in our family. Kitchen had basic utensils which is probably all you need for a short stay. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Fun fun fun , we held our 1st family reunion in the property. The staff was so accommodating Diamond the front desk associate, as well as the morning breakfast associate gave us excellent 5 stars service. We were all so Harper boom it again next year. Place has all the right accommodation for families, outdoor gas bbq, basketball courts, and a pool. Felt just like home there!! Great job residence marriott!

There’s a Target across the street. We stayed here to go to Disneyland. Free parking here, and it took 22 minutes to drive to the Toy Story parking lot. Highly recommend- if you’re going to drive, be comfortable! They serve breakfast starting so early, we are at 6:30 am on a weekday before heading to the park.

We’ve stayed here often and never before had the issues getting our room that we had this time. My husband got there at 3pm and there was a line of at least 10 people waiting and only one front desk person. Then the manager came out and said check in time would be 4 but our reservation said it was 3. At 4:15 when we came back, another line of about 8 people and almost 45 minutes b4 we got room. The front desk person was NOT to blame —- she was working fast and was courteous and diligent. The computer system didn’t cooperate and she should have had another person helping her check in. Why wasn’t there more help for her and for housekeeping that was behind apparently bc the night before had been completely full? Why did the manager lie about check in time instead of helping the check in person or housekeeping?
