This is a truly exceptional hotel, the staff are very friendly and the whole place is beautiful. The hotel is located in a nice typical, historic, interesting quarter.

Breakfast it’s good’ Water heater doesn’t work at night and in the morning
-
The hotel suite offers a selection of free fruits, coffee, tea and cookies. The room and bathroom are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is tasty for 2 days, then it will become very repetitive because there is no buffet. Right next to a mosque. Very loud and noisy. Windows of the balcony do not close properly. On Friday morning at 5.30 there is a fitness group next to the mosque and it is so loud that you cannot relax in a Boutique hotel. There is nothing on the rooftop, only chairs and tables. Limited TV channels, no International channels. I recommend the Manohara Hotel with a very luxurious buffet, café, restaurant, rooftop bar and live music, and it is cheaper.

Good bed, comfy bathroom. Overall room is new and modern complete with the smart tv and coffee maker. The welcome cookie and fruits are lovely. We’re hopeful for a swimming pool and maybe mini gym. ?

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are excellent and offer every comfort one might need. If you would like a good breakfast, just cross the road to the r&b restaurant which also belongs to the hotel group. The bathroom could use a towelrack or something alike. But thats about the only thing.

The room spacious. The neighbourhood quiet and breakfast was good

The brand new hotel, very elegant design and very clean. Nothing. For the price we pay, Hotel Margaux gives more than the price.

Location, Staff & Cleanliness Water in shower area stuck, the drainage system too slow, all the bath room wet every time we using shower.

The hotel and the facilities are quite new. I like that they maintain the bathroom dry and very clean. It smells nice as well. I am very particular when it comes to cleanliness and they managed to exceed my expectation in bathroom cleanliness - no visible molds at all. I hope they maintain this level of cleanliness especially in bathrooms. I also appreciated that they reached out to me after I checked out to inform me that I left some of my skincare items in my room. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel is within a neighbourhood area which is quiet and peaceful - away from the main road. I was not able to use the coffee machine in my room. For some reason, I couldn't make it work. I didn't mind 'cause I would usually go outside for a coffee. I reported it to the reception on my last day and they acknowledged that they will check and look into it. Other than that, my experience with this hotel was all great.

The Room was amazing. A new hotel it felt very nice, the bed was very comfortable but there were numerous issues. We did not get the opportunity to eat dinner at the hotel, however the menu did look outstanding. The staff reactively offered a pastry as some form of apology, which although gratefully received would rather the glaring errors were not made in the first place. Bed linen did not fit the bed. Water for bath appeared brown in colour. Got the wrong Breakfast order on 2 occasions. Was told that there was no cold milk to go with my coffee. Restaurant was not made up, making where to sit confusing. On both occasions during my stay we sat on a table that had dirty table cloths which had obviously been used previously that morning. I understand that this was during a soft opening period, however they had been open for a number of months and the staff did not seem to be completely aware of what is required by them. They are trying to portray the standards of a 4* Boutique hotel. The building was lovely. The experience was 2* at best.

This is a bran new boutique hotel recenly opened .The building is new, with good size rooms ,really nicely decorated and equipped. Very comfortable beds and impeccably clean. The entire staff at the hotel is incredibly attentive and the facility has a homey feel to it. So all in all,we are very happy to have chosen to stay here. I will make a special mention to Ms Issabella M Trifina the hotel manager, who was so helpful to us , often arranging language translation during our stay. Her English was wonderful and her customer service superb. Also very kind, patient and helpful was Ms Tsania at the reception. Cannot thank both of them enough for the positive experience we had during our stay We are so grateful to these kind ladies We liked everything. The only suggestion would be to add some English language international TV channels for the western guests that visit you.
