Location maybe ok. Staff is very helpful. The room size also small. The bathroom size is very small. 5 X 5 feet. Unconfortable. My room location is very bad..Near the kitchen. When open the door direct to the bed...very poor. A lot of mosquito in my room. Lack of amenity.

There are a few, but restaurant options are limited in the neighborhood (but it's not a big problem because there are several great options on Trtodipuran Street a $1-2 USD Grab/taxi ride to the south).

The place is beautiful! The Joglo is amazing and the room is pretty cosy! If you come to Jogja this place is the best option regarding the price and the location! The bathroom is a bit small and i stayed next to the kitchen, its pretty loud in the morning specially, the room isnt really sound proof.

The room was clean, pool area quite nice, good vibe. The common area is quite loud from the room and light left on overnight is annoying. Breakfast just so-so.

Stay was just for one night. At first the room did not feel very private as the only thing covering the window was a see through white curtain. This was an issue for me as the common area was right in front of the rooms window. The staff quickly fixed this for me. Wifi didn't work in the room but this was also quickly fixed by the friendly staff. One of the reasons I booked this place was for the pool, and it is nice, but the water could have been cleaner. Overall the hotel delivered and the staff are friendly. As a bonus I really appreciated the breakfast that was of local cuisine. Can recommend to business or family travellers.

Good location, friendly staff, shared communal areas and hotel facilities such as pool were good. No curtain in room to block out light, just thin white window covering. Looked over private parking which didn't feel very private when it was dark and you had the light on. Stain on bedding.

The hotel is quite nice; staff could maybe be a bit more talkative but overall it is ok. The style is nice and beds comfortable. One criticism is the way rooms are placed; our room was right in the kitchen area - as there are no shutters in the room, it may get uncomfortable to have light in the night, hear people talking while being in the kitchen, especially if no rules are specified.. We appreciated the flowers and preparations for our honeymoon. Privacy and tranquillity is also important - maybe more isolation measures or rules in the hotel could be an option to make guests stay more pleasant. Nice location and outdoor spaces. Local breakfast was decent and the staff were kind. The air con was excellent. The curtains were extremely thin and did not fully cover the window so other guests could see into the room from certain angles, and since there was a porch light left on through the night outside the room it was extremely bright shining in. Other guests belongings were in the room still when we checked in (under the bed and cabinet)

The hotel is in the city's center but on a quiet street. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the bathroom had a fantastic shower with great controls. The staff was very attentive and responded to all requests. The room was comfortable but had no wardrobe or other provision for hanging our clothes (shirts, dresses, jackets, etc.) Breakfasts were Indonesian style, with rice, noodles, chicken, and vegetables - not the food I can eat in the morning.

We loved our stay at Kutus Kutus! It is located in a quiet street, is spacious, has a nice garden and pool. Most of all we want to thank the staff for taking care of us and our little son. They’re very kind an helpful. /
