A beautiful serene lush oasis. This place is beautiful. The pool and gardens are so lovely. Everything just beautiful. The room too. Large lovely furniture, beautiful tiles and wooden doors. So clean. Little cake in the evening. Just beautiful … breakfast tasty. Staff all so friendly and helpful. So close to fantastic restaurants and bars. A wonderful place. Nothing

We loved our stay in this oasis from the noisy streets of Yogya. The grounds are stunning with a lovely garden and the swimming pool was fabulous at the end of a hot day. The frogs and crickets chirp at night - it feels like you're out in the country. Loved the colonial furnishings and the beautiful tiled floor - like stepping back in time. Only 10 mins walk away is a side street full of restaurants and everything else you need - ATM, money changer, tour offices, corner store for snacks and water. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

It was a little oasis in the middle of the busy and noisy town. Very nice rooms, swimming pool and the surroundings are very nicely done.

Great value for money, perfect location Hopefully there will be a fixed pump for shampoo & shower gel in the shower instead of mini's in the bathroom for sustainability

Great location near centre of the city, ample parking spot, quiet amidst bustling city, adequate size swimming pool. Wifi provided. Aircond is not enough for the weather and the space of the room, i sweat profusely every night. Breakfast is okay but not much choice. Floor is quite dusty, seems like housekeeping did not mop the property every day. TV not working, blank only.

Great service, nice and spacious rooms and beautiful pool. The team is very friendly and since the hotel is not too big they know all guests. Daily evening snack was a very nice gesture. The location is perfect, a small walk to lots of bars and restaurants and some shops. Rooms and bathrooms are a bit outdated and we only used the breakfast one day went out for the other days.

Superb central location close to Prawirotaman St with great restaurants and nightlife and Keraton city with Sultan Palace. Super spacious deluxe room with extremely clean & comfortable bed, simple furnishings and lovely relaxing balcony ideal for lounging. Secluded tropical garden with perfect temperature pool was paradise. Friendly, welcoming, courteous and super helpful staff made our stay relaxing and rejuvenating, and the gratis afternoon savoury/sweet snacks were delicious! Bathroom fixtures old and very tired and water stained. Such a large bathroom would be better as a stylish wet room with walk-in glass shower screen. The staff mistakenly placed the afternoon sweet treat uncovered in our room while we were out and by the time we returned a whole host of crawlies were swarming. Thankfully some bug spray and super efficient and attentive staff brought everything up to scratch - spit spot - and so no problem for us.

Great garden and pool, very well located! The bathroom could definitely use some work. Looks outdated and used, minimal water pressure from the shower head. Breakfast could be somewhat improved as well (more fruit, clean cutlery,...)

The location is pretty nice. The outside area is awesome. There are many nice restaurants in the area. The bathroom was just Really disappointing. Many of the appliances didn't work and the sink was dirty. The TV was not working as well. The lunch box was straight up a rip off, untoasted white toast with one slice of American cheese and some jam for almost 65000.

Friendly staff, very lovely surrpundings - an oasis! The gardens are beautifully maintained, pool is very pleasant. Large room - Very good value for money. Each afternoon, a small cake was brought to the door or left in the room - that was a nice touch! I only had breakfast on two occasions, it was quite average. The omelettes were good, freshly made. Other foods just ok - nothing to write home about. Coffee watery.
