Location Very noisy room, no water kettle, towel looks old Breakfast was dissapointed (we arrive at the restaurant at 8.30..the food already cold and some option is not refill..what become the point of attentio n..that we never found in other hotel is..there is staff that also taking breakfast in the restaurant and eating the same food provided for guest..is this normal?

It is closed to Malioboro, but not in crowded place so it is so comfortable to take rest. Room and bed are also very comfortable Maybe bathroom can be improved, but it is already ok actually

The staff is very helpful beyond what is required! The bathroom could use a mold removal. The wifi doesn't work. The locals in the corridor are quite noisy!

air conditioning bathroom was dirty (ants), bed sheets had stains. the doors have keycards so when not properly shut there is an alarm to remind you to close the door. many guests on my floor forgot to close their door so alarms went off all night while doors were being slammed

located in very strategic place in town. near the Palace of Pakualaman and Malioboro and also the Keraton Yogyakarta. imho, that's the only great value of this hotel. they had limited choice of breakfast buffet (there was no omelette or sunnyside egg for standard menu of breakfast and also authentic menu such as "urap" was disappointing, never been eaten "urap" with beans before ?). I also didn't like the pool. the water was murky and had limited place to have seat around the pool.

location is good, near to Malioboro and some laundry services, coffee shop and small resto are available within walking distance. breakfast, bedsheet will not be replaced if you don't request
