Excellent location. Close to Maliboro Street, but far enough to where it's quiet, facing a sort of plaza. I like that right outside of my room every morning they had a hot coffee and tea station, as well as a water cooler and a refrigerator. I liked the layout of the hotel, too; it's like little houses. Very pleasant staff. I had no water pressure in the bathroom my first morning, but I told them and they fixed it right away. I had a problem with the WiFi, but they came to my room and fixed it. There were men doing renovations and hammering outside my window in the morning, but I told them to please stop, and they did.

The location is nearby Malioboro, just a walking distance from the Malioboro. The property is a renovated old house, or I can say it is a renovated heritage house. The property is clean and well maintained. The room is spacious for the given price. The room air conditioner is perfect. The bathroom is also spacious, with shower and hot water. The surrounding during the night time is so quite and we can can have a good sleep. Only the public yard in front of the property needs some work.
