Great team of staff they have at front desk, when they see customers they smile/nod and acknowledge them. The beautiful hotel felt warm to their choose of staff, from the bellman to front desk. Exceptional! I think they were cleaning but the area where the cleaned smelled like old cigarettes and I am wondering if that’s the reason why they deep cleaned a couple of rooms next to one another, it’s fine but for those who’ve have high sense of smell it may bother them.

I stayed early March for some business and needed to use computer and emails, but the WIFI was bad. I asked them to fix. They came to fix, it worked only a couple of hours and then connection broke again. I finally spend money to buy my own phone package.

The swimming pool is not big enough dan quite dangerous because of the stones in the middle of the pool.

The one staff member at check-in, who had to ask if I was "just travelling with my child?" The unspoken "Not travelling with your husband?" was very annoying.

I love the landscape and the service is top notch! Well the time we had breakfast it was chaos because they didnt have enough space for us so we waited for 15 minutes while eating the breakfast in the lounge. I know its christmas holiday but they should have arranged the breakfast sessions so we didnt have to wait to eat.

The pool and generate hotel appearance and location. Bed is not that comfortable. Food at breakfast was just ok, not that good quality or have great varieties or change of options (we stayed 4 nights, so it became very repetitive). The Chinese restaurant food was not good. Service at the restaurant can be better. We tried ordering flat white coffee during breakfast, some staff know what it is and some don't and don't know to ask. We ended up get it sometimes and not some other time. Regular black coffee quality also not consistent.

Super comfortable, all the amenities plus more luxuries. Staff is extremely helpful. Convenient location. Fantastic breakfast. All the necessary things to make this a great stay. For nicer pool view, get a lower floor.

All the service are excellent. The location is perfect. Hope to have the opportunity to stay there for next trip to Yogyakarta. I would also recommend this Hotel to my colleagues.
