Nothing I booked and received confirmation, was travelling a long way, let them know I would arrive at midnight, on their site it states 24hr check in.. I arrived after trying to call a dozen times and no answer.. it took me and the driver half an hour to actually find their property in the street, the sign was laying in the grass on their property.. I managed to get into the security gate as no one was answering our calls, literally yelling out.. I knocked on the doors and no answer.. I was in a very unfamiliar city, in a dark street, on my own except for the driver, and I did not feel safe.. I was forced to head back to the station, pay the nice driver double, and look for somewhere else to stay.. I walked the streets knocking on hotel rooms desperately hoping someone would take me in.. and this sums up my first night in Indonesia.. I will never ever stay with OYO stays again because of this and I would warn anyone else to be very vigilant before they book with OYO..

The location, cleanliness, great staff, very nice room and hot water. They should tidy up the garage and the terrace a bit.

staff no frendly and noisy. and when I left the room to take my friend, someone wanted to open the door to the room, fortunately there was another friend of mine in the room. the place is also quite far from Taman Sari. staying here is my worst memory while traveling in jogja. no toiletries, sosp and tootbrush, towel bath is only one. a lot of people hanging out no interest and suspicious.
