Reviews
The hotel reviews indicate a mix of positive and negative experiences. Guests generally appreciate the friendly staff and convenient location, but express concerns about cleanliness, maintenance, and outdated facilities.
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Convenient location
- Cleanliness issues
- Outdated facilities and maintenance problems

Towels were missing. Otherwise, the property was fine.
- 5/5
Nice friendly staff, breakfast was ok. Quiet
- 5/5
Great place clean quiet stay hee all the time when traveling through Yakima
- 5/5
We stayed there for five nights and we were so comfortable!
- 4/5
Was a good place to spend the night
- 3/5
The inside of the Super 8 and room was clean. However, the outside needs weeding of the flower beds.
- 4/5
Pool very nice .clean.dog friendly. Breakfast cold coffee, out ok selection but not that much
- 2/5
The staff was understanding The rooms were old and not very clean I had a newborn with me and it was not to my standard of cleanliness. Room smelled like cat and it was clear it was not cleaned at all
- 1/5
The location The inside and outside of the property is in bad condition, no upkeep. The outside landscape was primarily weeds right up to the sidewalk. Someone did do a small amount of weed rating during our stay and left the cut weeds on the sidewalk that then got rained on and became a slippery mess. I feel that Wyndham should take their name off of this place. I paid a lot of money for a place that I didn’t even eat the free breakfast because the uncleanliness made me lose my appetite. Someone from the corporate office should go out and check out this property in person. I will never stay there again and this is a town that I visit often.
- 2/5
They gave us a room at 4 PM. The sheets had hair on them. There was weird smell mold in the bathroom underneath the ledges of the details in the bathtub with five squares of toilet paper went back down to the office about two hours later no one was there tried calling zero multiple times to get toilet paper finally gave up and went to the store to buy some. The pool was very murky and foggy and had a very weird smell. Would not stay here again.
- 1/5
The room smelled like Raid and some how gave my room to someone else. The clerk was very nice and fixed the issue.
- 3/5
Very basic room. First floor is partial basement. Clean but worn.
- 3/5
Good

- Victor was great. Very friendly. - bed was clean, no bugs. - AC worked. - rooms were clean and smell free. Okay: - pool looked fine. Does not look like the pictures made it look. - coffee was fine. - washer machine was a little smelly, but it worked. - breakfast was fine. Coffee ran out in the lobby. - stains in the bathroom sink and ceiling. Little strange. Poor: - no elevator, floors (outside of the bedrooms) were hotter than outside. - hallways needed a vacuum - hallway lights were flickering - some random dude that looked like the Joker was hanging out around the facilities and on the couches in the lobby. - hot water came and went randomly. - burn mark on the comforter. We overall felt safe with our two year old daughter. It was fine for the price. I wish we spent $20-30 more to be at a little nicer of a spot.
- 2/5
Lawn hadn't been mowed in months, carpet in the hallway was disgusting, no shades in the windows, back door was out of order, breakfast was minimal and shampoo bottle had mold in it.
- 4/5
The pool was actually warm and enjoyable. Although the hallways smelled strongly of marijuana, the room we stayed in did not and it was pretty clean. Our TV was broken and they weren’t able to fix it during our stay, but they did offer some refund which was very nice of them. Breakfast was pretty limited in options (especially any healthy options, and no decaf coffee), but did have waffle makers which the kids liked.
- 1.5/5
The receptionist moved us to a lower grade room after realizing we had a dog. There was stuff spilled on the bathroom floor when we walked in. Animal fur in the corners, writing and something brown splattered on the prints above the bed.
- 2/5
The room size was adequate and the receptionists was quite nice. I was here for 6 nights. There were ants in the room, it had a weird sour like odor. The garbage was never picked up and there was no phone in the room to contact the front desk. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. My cell reception was spotty so it was difficult to send an outgoing call. Every other day I had to have the key cards re-swiped because they quit working. The neighbors were slamming the door all night and the TV channels were extremely limited. Landscaping was awful, there were weeds growing from the cracks in the sidewalk which made it a tripping hazard for someone like me who uses a walker/cane.
- 3/5
The floor in our room was really dirty and our feet turned black after walking across the room. And the ac unit was really loud and didnt seem to work as well as it should have
- 1.5/5
There was no breakfast! they had waffles, cold cereal, hard-boiled eggs, milk, and juice that you cannot get out of the machine and toast. I went over to the best Western plus where my sister was staying and they had a chef there cooking omelettes anyway you wanted. It was a nice luxury hotel.
- 4/5
Staff were great!! I stayed there to attend a family event and my son and I slept comfortably the only thing was u need a charging box not updated. The curtains were not blackout so people from the road could see in and light came through in the morning. Other than that it was a good stay
- 4/5
Cold ac in my room quiet place
- 2/5
We had an avg stay. Wasnt happy with it but dealt with it and will know next time. But now today my son has direahea and puking. Pretty sure it is from the pool water. It was soooo foggy and had dead bugs floating in it. I should have known better than to let him swim.
- 3/5
Asked for late check out but had housekeeping knocking on our door at 11 then again at 11:05. Housekeeping then came back at 12 as we were trying to gather our items to leave! Bathroom walls were dirty with hair in the sink and counter top! The shower curtain had holes and ripped! Room smelled like weed and someone tried covering it up with a glade plug in! Breakfast area was depleted and no one was restocking items!
- 2/5
We've stayed here several times because of location off freeway and always been decent place. Not so this time. Our room was handicapped accessible which was ok but was very stale smelling.Room definitely needed new paint, especially the bathroom. Bathroom floor was scraped up and dirty stains. Lots of scrapes and dirty walls. No hot water for shower the 2nd day. The hallways were dirty both days. Seems like more help is needed here. First day there was no waffle mix even tho we were there by 8:15. Employee wouldn't make any more. Other food was adequate.2nd day different employee made extra waffle mix and kept the coffee going, thanks for that. I can no longer recommend staying here. We won't be either.
- 1/5
So many different kinds of hairs in the bed and the air felt so musty
- 1/5
We have been staying here for 12 years. It has turned into a property with prostitutes working out of the rooms and very dirty. The hotel did not have enough towels for everyone. We had to pick between our kids going swimming or showering because they did not have enough. In the morning all of the breakfast food was gone at 7 AM and nobody on the staff cared about any of it. The entire place smells like marijuana and we no longer feel safe at the property.
- 2/5
Bathroom wasnt swept or mopped
- 5/5
Nice place
- 1/5
They are scammers had my vehicle break down while traveling they were no help, told me only Expedia could cancel my room, Expedia said only super8 could in the end neither did anything and still charged full amount for a room I didn’t use. Real understanding business
- 1/5
Worth the price
- 0.5/5
Nice desk girl good location Dirty, filthy. Ripped curtains. They had a sign that said don’t leave stuff in your car in site they are not responsible for break in or stolen property which is fine but made me feel like they don’t monitor it at all and won’t care if something happened. There were sketchy people wondering and hanging about the property and it didn’t seem to be a concern
- 4/5
It was perfect thank you Every thing was perfect
- 0.5/5
Disgusting. Filthy. Tweakers. Smelled like weed and cigarettes. Scary and gross! Did NOT feel safe!
- 0.5/5
The location was handy and room was clean Booked king bed was given 2 queens, asked for main floor was given second story and no hot water in whole hotel. Was not advised of this even though the staff were aware of this on check in. O hot water even the next day. Staff at front desk did not acknowledge me was busy talking. Also when I finally said excúseme and asked for head office email, they acted as if I wasn’t there. I asked again and finally was given local manager email. And was not looked at only a paper passed over then clerk started counting cash. I asked again for head office email, was ignored again and another staff member just wrote on a paper an email and said nothing and passed it over. Terrible service!
- 0.5/5
This was nothing like the pictures. False advertising at its best. The property hasn’t been maintained. The smell is horrible. We checked out early from how bad it was. There was absolutely nothing to like.
- 5/5
I really liked the breakfast in the morning, many options so it made it nice. Having the pool available made it great for the family. The room was smaller than I expected, but it worked for us.
- 2.5/5
The beds & linens were clean. Bathroom floor was dirty & plumbing rattled with use. I could hear ceiling creaking when someone was in room above. Noisy. Kids running up & down hallways slamming doors. Sirens at night woke up twice. The entire first floor & lobby smelled like chlorine. This is probably not safe levels in the pool. See above….. Noisy & first floor smelled strong odor of chlorine.
- 4/5
Nice place to stay when passing through. Friendly staff.
- 1/5
Asked for a walk up call , didn’t get it . No hand towels . One face cloth for a two queen bedroom.
- 3/5
This is a distressed property. I am a business traveler and was not there for luxury amenities. The room was similarly distressed but was acceptable. It's fine for a one night stay.
- 2/5
NOT IMPRESSED!!!
- 5/5
Nice location, great price!
- 4/5
Ok
- 1/5
The whole place needs to be maintained. The toilet didn’t flush completely, the bathroom fan was coated in duat, the tub plug was broken, the hairdryer was missing the safety cover. The air conditioner blew air but never got cool. There was only a few working stations on the TV. There was an alarm from the WA State Patrol office off and on both nights we were there. The first night we had to park in the gravel lot and entered through a door where a guy was sitting smoking. There was dog food in piles on the third floor. I asked about thw toilet and was told to hold the handle down longer. It was not worth what we paid and we will not be staying there again.
- 3/5
Needs to be open longer. Barely made it was only able to get small cup of OJ. Longer breakfast hrs
- 5/5
Like that staff is friendly and immediately gives help to any customers that need to or soap maybe towels but they bring what is asked to your room.
- 5/5
No butter for breakfast
- 5/5
Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and comfy.
- 5/5
Very clean, always warm, can boil water/make coffee in room, heated pool, convenient. Second time was a charm, and the third will be as well, I'm thinking.
- 5/5
No comment
- 3/5
The staff was courteous. They had a shortage of towels. The rooms were not the best, but they were okay. Definitely, don't agree with the price. Because for the price, I think I should have got a better room. The breakfast was subpar.I feel like two and a half stars would better rate. The room and the breakfast and the hotel in general. But it won't let me
- 5/5
Room was clean and staff was friendly.
- 5/5
The gal at the front desk was very professional while still being delightfully friendly. Thanks for being pet friendly and offering breakfast, too.👍
- 1/5
Said there is a crib/infant sleeping thing but when we got there they said they don’t have anything so my 1yr old had to sleep on the floor so he didn’t fall on the floor while he slept… would not recommend this place to anyone the microwave was broken as well as the shower curtain… I also got double charged so definitely would not recommend
- 5/5
Clean room, quiet, staff was accommodating
- 3/5
The staff was very helpful! The rooms were clean and spacious. We didn't have enough towels but we were given them when requested.
- 5/5
The manager was awesome. Very accommodating and helpful. His staff was friendly and efficient.
- 4/5
Clean rooms comfortable bed. Breakfast was good.
- 5/5
Great staff
- 2/5
I was a walking one morning and someone was pounding on my window. And when I want to tell the office about it, they didn't really care even look on the video to see what happened to who it was. There was a couple of days in the kitchen where you eat the little breakfast there was no spoons. No paper towels. They're very disorganized the syrup wasn't there for the pancakes. I had to go get someone to get the pancakes or they're very disorganized.
- 5/5
Clean quiet most affordable hotel in the Yakima area
- 5/5
Friendly helpful staff
- 5/5
Clean facilities and friendly staff!
- 2/5
Our room had no heat, I had three children with me and they gave us 3 towels. I checked in four people. We wanted to leave the pool are but were advised we would have to wait 20 minutes for towels. I would no recommend this hotel.
- 4/5
The staff friendly and housekeeper do a good job…
- 4/5
Staff was helpful
- 3/5
Need more healthy food options. Yogurt & bananas were offered. Not a fan of waffles & cereal. The hard boiled eggs tasted funny. There was no coffee, carafe’s where empty very early in the morning made 2 trip to the coffee to get some. I did let the front desk know they were empty. Room was clean but had a funky smell like peppermint/mildew. Towels were clean & fresh. Bedding was clean but needed warmer comforter. Only had one thin blanket a thin bedspread & a sheet. (Not sure if they had not transformed to their fall bedding) Was hard to sleep got cold & the parking lot was very noisy. The weekend was cold & windy, the wind whistled through the window that would not close completely. Just my experience on the room I got. The front desk was very nice, greeted when we arrived. check in & check out was easy.
- 1/5
This was the filthiest room I've ever stayed in. There was a box in the room, a sock, crumbs all over and a condom under the bed. I will never stay here again. Do NOT recommend. Not worth the lesser price.
- 5/5
Beyond comfortable
- 5/5
So nice and clean! Good prices
- 2/5
Hotel is in good location near some good restaurants. Has truck parking. Hotel is old and needs renovations. First room I got smelled heavily of vomit although it appeared clean. Hallway smelled heavily of marijuana. Second room smelled better. However this good simply be due to the glade plug in that I located plugged in behind tv area when I had to plug the tv in the lady at the desk however was very friendly and glad to help where she could.
- 3/5
The pool was in good shape which was the biggest concern for our family (kids) and the beds were comfortable. It was a decent place to sleep...would stay again in a pinch but it wouldn't be my first choice. Breakfast included pancakes but zero protein options. Front desk was very friendly and helpful.
- 1/5
Smelled moldy - room very shabby did not look or feel clean
- 2/5
There was no hot water . When front desk was notified they said they’ll get the maintenance on it but after two hours there was still no hot water for showering. The next morning , there was no hot water again. During checking out, I complained to the morning shift front desk and they said that it’s a switch issue and could’ve been easily reset but had no answer as to why they failed to do so .
- 5/5
Great place clean and quiet
- 4/5
No legit complaints. The room was tiny, the paint was ugly, the key cards didn't work in the doors so we had to keep walking around and coming in through the front door but it was clean, everything in the room worked the way it was supposed to, the employees were nice, and best of all the pool was open until 10:00!! We weren't there to hang out in the motel so it definitely served its purpose adequately.
- 3/5
"Hot Breakfast" was a waffle iron and microwave. Not impressed.
- 1/5
It was disgusting. I found a dead tick in the sheets
- 3/5
Dennys
- 5/5
The office staff was helpful accommodating me and my service animal.
- 4/5
Mall is across the road. But this hotel has a lot of drug around.
- 4/5
Great place to stay
- 5/5
Quite and good se
- 3/5
Really great staff made up for a hotel that should be demomolished and rebuilt. The downward stairs to get to the first floor where horrible, kinda had a funky smell to the place. Beds not comfy compared to other motel 8. Was pet friendly and the kids did enjoy the pool. Was affordable and felt generally safe.
- 4/5
Staff good- quick and efficient. Room quiet and clean. Breakfast good.
- 5/5
Air conditioning was good; could set your own temperature setting. Parking was free.
- 5/5
It was clean.
- 3/5
I didn’t like that the cleaning staff would be making their rounds & stopping by to clean the rooms so really early. Even after removing my “DND” sign at 10am and the workers seeing me do it they still didn’t return and skipped my room. The next day I asked front clerk if I can get my room cleaned since it was 2 days since it was last cleaned and still it wasn't cleaned. They would then say they were short on staff…Terrible ! Aside from that room price was good through a third party :)
- 1/5
The first room they assigned us smelled like cigarettes and marijuana, and when we asked to move, they sent 4 employees to the room to verify that we were telling the truth. They did verify our room was, in fact, filled with smoke, and they moved us. The entire hotel smelled like moldy carpets, weed, and some kind of air freshener to mask the smell. The hotel in general was dingy, run down, and dirty.
- 2/5
The whole hotel had a really funky smell to it. The room, however, was clean and updated.
- 3/5
Very outdated
- 1/5
The first room we got smelled like feet and cigarettes. The shams on the beds had food and white substances all over them. There were literal crumbs in the bedding and even a very alarming picture left under the bed by a previous tenant. The staff was kind and moved us to another room that was right next to the door you enter the building through that was extremely loud and you could hear every time someone went inside. Not the motel 8 I remembered at all since I stayed last a few years ago.
- 5/5
Its one of the few affordable that is clean and taken care of
- 3/5
The desk man had an attitude that showed so i ask are you having a bad day he said and do you want it to be worse or good i told i hope it gets better for him. His customer service skills suck.
- 3/5
Property needs an update
- 2/5
It would have been fine if the shower worked.
- 5/5
It was a good clean quite weekend
- 2/5
Well the Ice Machine dribbles out a handful of ice cubes then stops won’t provide any more…. The clerk on duty 8/17/25 at 6:00 a male with a beard… claimed there are 80 guests so they got to the ice first..! I said at 6:00AM it’s you me and one other guest, the parking lot is Full No One is up getting Ice… really I asked him to put in a repair order… he says maintenance does there own thing and checks it all the time… Ya dude it’s not my Job .. Pathetic
- 3/5
More breakfast options, morning front desk person to be more polite, have water fountain, vending machine, better locks for outdoor doors and room doors
- 5/5
No problem around this property. Breakfast there's some option like cereal waffles boiled eggs toast bread
- 4/5
Convenient location 👍
- 5/5
Quiet and safe neighborhood with food choices close to hotel! Rooms were clean and beds were comfy! Front desk clerk was very professional and friendly!
- 5/5
Good customer service
- 1/5
There's no elevator so we had to take all of our luggage up three flights, it was extremely hot in the hallways for some reason. The rooms are extremely outdated and don't even have accessible plugs next to the bed.
- 4/5
Staff is help
- 2/5
You get what you pay for, but this was bad. No elevator. Breakfast was pitiful. Asked for extra pillows and they didn’t have one. We were in a room listed to sleep 4, but there was only a sheet for the sofa bed. Luckily our kids travel with their own blankets.
- 5/5
Good people easy check in nice pool
- 5/5
room is clear
- 5/5
The property was close to highways.
- 1/5
Life saving medications were taken from room refrigerator. The only entry to my room was housekeeping confirmed by management. However manager is in full denial that my medications were taken from my room. Implied that im making a false accusation. For reference the meds were injectable diabetic meds, chemo, blood thinner and immune builders. For a child. All injectable in a cold pack non narcotic. An untrained eye would have no idea what they have. It is appalling. To make a horrible matter worse is treatment from the staff my family received in our attempts to recover the medications. We were coming into town for our grandbabys basketball tournament and hotels in the area were full we felt lucky to have gotten a last minute booking here. If you're not familiar with the area or this property do not stay here.
- 2/5
Sink was clogged and TV didn’t work. Front desk staff were friendly, though. However I will try a different hotel next time since prices are pretty competitive in this town.
- 2/5
There was no place where the coffee pot was to plug in. I had to put in bathroom. The hallway was so hot that I had a small seizure and due to my heart condition had a hard time breathing. The TV randomly turns off. AC works great and pool was refreshing. Staff was great and ample parking though I was worried about my car all night cause of the tweaker I seen when I first got there that was outside. The menu’s they provided in room for restaurants in area are out dated and incorrect.
- 3/5
They didn't have anything. There was no breakfast. They only had toast that's it.
- 5/5
Very clean. Check in was easy and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast was actually better than i expected, nothing fancy, but good. I felt safe staying here. The pool was clean and maintained. The bathroom was clean but could probably could be updated. The hairdryer didn't work properly but most people rarely use it anyways. For the price it was great.
- 3/5
You get what you pay for.. that's all I'll say about it.
- 5/5
Ok

The employee at the Super 8 hotel in Union Gap his name is Felipe he does an excellent job. His boss should be very proud of the great customer service and the support his employee gives the customers. If it wasn't for Felipe I would never come back to the Super 8 hotel in Union Gap. Now you're wondering why I say that, it's because the other employee that the Super 8 hotel has the woman are very rude make you feel uncomfortable they gossip instead of working, and specially the woman employee has this weird rude woman sitting in the lobby just watching every customer that comes through the hotel doors. It is very disrespectful and not work mannered that this woman employee has this woman sitting in the lobby gossiping about the customers when she doesn't even work here. Instead of having this non-working employee sitting in the lobby she should focus more on her job and the customers and change her attitude towards the customers otherwise your hotel would be empty because nobody likes a disrespectful ass employee. But I'm very thankful that Felipe works here he does an excellent job I would really recommend talking to him instead of the fat b**** that sits in the front desk gossiping about the customers rude f****** a****** the boss the owner should fire her she does a terrible f****** job I was very disappointed.
- 2/5
The room was very dirty. Housekeeping came in after day. One did not get cleaned. Bed did not get made. I am looking for a new company for hotels for my employees when they are on the road. So we tried Wyndham, thinking we would stay at their lowest grade hotel to see how they did, and we're very disappointed. However, I would like to say that the front desk lady who helped us. Was phenomenal. We will probably be going another route as we were not impressed with how the hotel was kept.
- 2/5
The only redeeming quality about my stay was that they had a semi-decent breakfast. Otherwise, this hotel stay was below sub-par. I believe it was the hotel owner, or another staff member, yelling and berating the poor front desk lady in front of my family and other guests. Also, the staff were not the most attentive staff members I’ve had the pleasure of having. Toilet paper was never stocked, body towels and face cloths were never enough, the room was not cleaned often even though we asked for it to be, and the hot water literally disappeared from the shower after staying for more than 3 days. If you can, definitely stay elsewhere, especially if you are traveling with 2 or more people.
- 3/5
Couldn’t walk barefoot!!
- 2/5
Friendly staff, but very run down property. Would not stay again.
- 3/5
Halls smelled of chemicals and dog urine. Other wise a quiet and comfortable stay.
- 4/5
This property is in need of updating, worn tired feel. Convenient location. Nice and helpful staff.
- 3/5
Price was cheap so expected less than perfect. Found used Q-tip on bedroom floor and used razor in shower area. Everything just seemed run down and sketchy at night.
- 3/5
You get what you paid for
- 1/5
Horrible. Window curtains had holes in them, towels were stained. Friendly desk agent at check in but that was the ONLY positive thing. People smoking in the hallway, breakfast was eh
- 3/5
The front desk help when i checked in was outstanding but i called to see if i could have a half hour late check out because i was running a little behind and the front desk person was extremely rude and disrespectful.
- 4/5
The room was clean, nothing fancy, the breakfast was okay, the standard fare. Some restaurants close by. Would stay again.
- 1/5
Bed was very uncomfortable. Took a thorough shower the night before checkout. Itched all night long. Could’ve just been in my mind. My truck bed sleeps better than that bed. Woke up with a flaming headache and back pain. Thank God I had my massage gun in truck. Head was hurting so bad to where it caused nausea. The staff was pretty friendly and the room appeared clean but the mattress was a nightmare for me. I think I’ll just stick to the you get what you pay for moto.
- 4/5
Clean comfortable good value
- 4/5
It is old. But very clean! I was happy with my stay
- 4/5
The room was clean overall, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good for a continental style breakfast. On the negative side the bathroom door handle was broken and wouldn't lock, and there was a sock in the shower curtain. I used the pool in the am and there were no towels. The front desk said that I'd have to wait until housekeeping arrived at 9am.
- 4/5
The breakfast was typical continentale breakfast with cereals, waffle maker and waffles dough, yogurts, hard boiled eggs, mini muffins, milk, coffee, etc... I thought I had read the room would have a fridge but it didn't. It did have a coffee maker and a microwave. Heating and A/C both worked but the A/C needs to be cleaned as it smells of very strong mold when on the low fan setting, couldn't really use it except on max due to that.
- 5/5
Room nice and clean
- 2/5
The ac/ heating unit is dirty and has mold/dust in the air vents and smelled when turned on, the desk chair has a rip on the seat, the lounge chair is soiled/dirty on the arms, the light shade has a horizontal stain on it all of the circumference. The bathroom sink faucet drips. The breakfast area had guests bring their dogs in, the yogurt was out in the open not in a refrigerator, the juice machine was not working. I will never stay here again. Any Major Hotel chain should be ashamed to be part of them.
- 4/5
Speedy check-in
- 4/5
Our stay was fine. The rooms are fairly old, but clean. We felt safe and comfortable. Nothing extraordinary but they are sufficient.
- 2/5
Although the staff were informative and professional, the room itself was very outdated, dark and smelly. We could not stay the night and unfortunately checked out early.
- 1/5
Staff called me and before we arrived told me i would have a king bed for my stay. We got our room it was a small bed room smelled horrible i want a refund it was not fun stay very noise too.
- 4/5
For the price point, it was honestly great. Just that little nit-picky stuff. Location was super convenient and easy to find.
- 3/5
Bed is way to hard. Staff had no towels for us on day 2 of our stay. Breakfast was random. Worked for the weekend
- 4/5
Great experience
- 5/5
This was a last minute decision to stay in Yakima vs a long drive home. The Super 8 was adequate for our needs of the evening especially because we had our dog with us. It could use a little updating but the shower surround was great!
- 2/5
There was major water on the bathroom floor and carpet very wet outside the room entrance. We received a 6 am call warning us about this. Was supposed to hear from management. Still no contact with anyone and it's been a week now.
- 5/5
Great amazing place
- 3/5
It was ok for the money. No coorporate rates available
- 3/5
.
- 1/5
Very out to date. TV was very old so I could not plug in my laptop. There was a sign on prices of items such as towels. Smelled awful, no staff was around, and was noisy
- 5/5
The condition of towels/bath mats varies from day to day, but that was really minor. The pool chlorine was a bit too milky for me as well. But, a fantastic value overall.
- 4/5
Good location
- 1/5

It's closer to the freeway. That's the best quality. Possibly under renovation and new management but had a ways to go.

Very old, rundown, dirty hotel. There was an intense smell of cigarettes and animal urine in the hallways. The room also had a foul smell. We kept the window open the entire time for fresh air. When we were leaving on our last day there was dog poop on the carpeted stairs that we almost stepped in and the individual we cross paths with at the same time said that there was not much of anything for breakfast; some cereal and bagels. We discussed how the pictures made it look better and we will NEVER stay here again. I’ve stayed in way nicer hotels for less money!

Coatumer service was poor, room was good but we opened somebody elses door which left unsettled and uncomfortbale cause what if someone had access to our room like that...with my kids. So out dated, not sure if this will be somewhere i cn come back too. Breakfast is basic, no effort.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. It’s just in an area where you have to be on alert. The door didn’t have a dead bolt lock and I felt unsafe.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Hotel was good value for the price. I’d stay again and recommend.

It was very comfortable

The hotel and room all need deep cleaning and updating. The furniture in the dining area was stained and dirty. The room smelled of mold and the walls and fabric furniture were dirty. Our room wasn’t cleaned after our first night.

Been staying there for forty years and never had a problem

Seemed like key cards weren’t working on outside doors and couldn’t get in pool without staff.
