The hotel was okay. Extra large rooms are nice when traveling as a family. However the window in the backdoor was shattered and tapped in-place. Despite everything else being fine, it gave the hotel a sketchy vibe.

It is your average hotel. After spending hundreds of nights in big cities and small towns all over the world, the bed was the most uncomfortable I've ever tried to sleep on - no support, massive sink hole across the middle. It had to have been years beyond its useful life.

The property is well maintained and looked like it had been recently updated with new carpet, paint, furniture, etc. It was also in a quiet location. Good value as well.

One of locks didn’t work well. first night there - door to hotel room from outside to enter closest to our room was shattered in pieces- not that way when we first arrived. Nothing to use to make waffles either. i even tried to say something to i believe it was manager and he just down plays and acts like he is too busy to talk to you about issues- not friendly.

Our room provided good value for the money. The room was fairly large, with good beds and linens, also the room was perfectly clean. The only thing I could have wished for was a slightly larger vanity sink area outside the bathroom. For someone to use the toilet or shower, the person at the sink had to step out ... too cramped for one person to step past the other one.

The breakfast is great, but I would have loved a small bowl of oatmeal this time around. Maybe packets of plain and flavored oatmeal could be added to the line up to cut down any waste. Parking is good. Checking in and checking out is a breeze. All the staff is so pleasant and friendly. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Checked in on 5/1/26. We called to ask about early check-in and we got in an hour early. Checking in was so easy-even got asked if we wanted first or second floor-the receptionist had great people skills! "Where are you traveling from?" Loved how personable she was-wish I knew her name-she is a keeper. Rustic log furniture style-we loved it. The night stand lamps were of fish and fishing line-great decor. Our King room (# 107) was spotless-the bed so comfy. A nice easy chair and ottoman, another nice chair as well. The desk was nice-liked the office chair. Very nice linens, plenty of towels, and shower supplies. The shower and toilet in a separate room, with a vanity space, and the bath sink separate with great lighting. Even a nightlight so you could see enough to get to the bathroom in the dark. Plenty of room for clothing to hang, and room for luggage was great. We received extra coffee supplies for our room. Nice room fridge with a freezer for our travel ice packs. Plenty of room for what we brought in our cooler. Microwave was spotless inside. Breakfast was great, so flavorful-eggs, sausages, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, fruit, cereals, yogurts, waffle maker, bread for the toaster, muffins, bagels. None of the chafing dishes ever went empty-constant checking on if they needed to be filled. The kitchen staff were great-very friendly. The coffee so good, and the supplies were plenty-creamers, sugars, hot chocolate. The lighting on the desk-had to open the curtains for more light. There was some wall damage-like a luggage cart had smacked into the wall corner. The carpet had a greenish stain, like a paint can was dropped but no green paint in the room on the walls. ***The carpeting was no longer flat in areas-REALLY needs to be re-stretched, was a concern as I have some mobility issues. I was just careful.

The room was clean and spacious. The only negative thing was that there was only one person on staff, preparing breakfast items, checking in people and answering the phone.

When I first walked in everything was fine. The first night slept ok came back the second night around 11:20pm and found a bed bug on the pillow. Quickly packed up my stuff they couldn’t cancel and said I could only switch rooms. I accepted at the time but couldn’t sleep had all lights on and was scared to find another. Before 6am I went back down stairs said I couldn’t stay the morning person knew about what I found the night before said sorry she can’t do anything but the manager will be in later. To get a refund for the nights I didn’t use and the night I found the bed bug was difficult to obtain. I have photo evidence showed the front desk person hit they still gave a difficult time to help resolve this issue.

Pretty clean, except the tv remote. The front desk person at check in was a bit odd. She wasn't forthcoming with any information, she did say she was in training, but there was no friendliness or direction other than the room #. The gentleman at the desk in the morning was great.Good breakfast.

Staff support was not great but the room was awful. It was too hot even with the AC running it was blowing hot air, the bed felt like it was going to break and made noise like the metal was breaking. The walls had cracks in them, and the bathroom was dirty.

The breakfast was poor, amd they didn't have anyone to refill items that were gone. The rooms were clean enough and the staff we interacted with was friendly.

Everything else was great. We had a 1 night stay and will definitely stay at this location again. The decor was very cabin feeling and quaint. There was a fireplace in the lobby where we sat for several hours visiting our friends who were also staying here. Breakfast in the AM was great, but a lot of carbs. Waffles, biscuits and gravy, sausage and scrambled eggs. Also individually wrapped muffins and bread (they took the time to wrap them in saran so they wouldn't get stale). Also bananas and greek yogurt. I believe there was also some cold cereal and milk. We enjoyed it very much. There was no OJ or apple juice, but there was cold fruit juice and cold water right around the corner in the lobby. The coffee was hot and fresh, and they had flavored creamers!

The hotel itself needs work. chunks missing out of the corners. Mold on the shower area. And a funky smell.

Our check in was easy and quick. Staff were great the whole time. Housekeeping did amazing, always keeping clean towels and making sure we had every we needed. Breakfast is good, you have multiple options. This is our second stay here in the last 4 months and will definitely be back.

Loved the staff, the room, the quality, cleanliness, and quantity of the breakfast buffet. Also, the positive reception to the two small dogs my mother's caregiver had with her while she stayed with my mom was appreciated greatly. The setting of the property is quite serene, quiet and comfortably secure in and around the building and grounds. I can't forget the laundry room which is clean, very reasonably priced, and open and available for use during non-traditional hours. But the one thing that I appreciate the most is the consideration, understanding, and that I was shown, when we had some technical issues with the payment method used to extend our stay and management expressed to me the respect and compassion, as well as trust that I would be able to take care of the issue and make it right for payment to the hotel.

This property has been so convenient when we have family get togethers. The staff is kind, friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

The place was clean, well maintained, comfortable. Staff were very friendly. The room was very big - much bigger than a standard 2 queen room. The extra space was well appreciated. Breakfast was good, with many choices. The only (very small) disappointment was a shower head that needed replacement or upgrade. We will definitely stay again the next time we’re in the area.

I have stayed here several times and I find the owners do an excellent job of keeping the property in top condition. I love the fishing theme lamps and rustic log beds. The breakfast is great.

Check-in was rough; the card-key wouldn’t work on the outside door or the room. Given a second room; but it hadn’t been cleaned. Four hours later it still hadn’t been cleaned — so was given a third room. This room was fine! Also liked the breakfast.

Great stay. Our rooms was very clean upon arrival. Our towels were replaced as needed and breakfast was great.

What one expects from Qulity Inn. Only issue was the light in the bathroom, Fluorescent bulbs did not light up, but we were able to use the heat lamp instead.

Staff were friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with directions and local info. A little more lighting would help the room. The wife found our bed too soft (I slept like a rock), and noticed a very slight moldy smell in the vanity sink.

Room is pretty old and in bad shape. The carpet didn't lay flat leaving humps all over the place to trip over. Chunks of drywall missing on the corners, shower curtain falling down, room stunk and felt Grimmy. Pillows felt really old and compacted it seemed like maybe they just sewed in half to make then feel full again.

I chose this hotel after reading other reviews about how safe and quiet it was, and I was not disappointed. The rooms look recently remodeled, and are quite charming with all the wood. My first thought was, "If this were a restaurant it would be a Black Bear Diner" with the bear carvings, wood benches, chairs, tables, etc. I will absolutely stay here again!

I have stayed at other hotels in the Yakima area, but stayed here because of good reviews and low price. The breakfast and coffee were good and placed out at 6AM. The hotel was quiet and the room was dark with the shades. Bed for comfortable. Ample safe parking. 2PM check in was nice for me to relax a little in the hot for me afternoon.

Much enjoyed this hotel. I don't stay at Quality Inns very much these days because they often feel dated, but I gotta say, the beds are amazing for the money. Breakfast was great too.

We have stayed here a lot before in the past when it was just North Park Lodge. There is only two places we liked to stay when visiting here and it is this location and the Hilton. We haven't been here in years. This time our stay was due to a family members wedding and 1st time I brought my fiance and family, he had never stayed before. I got to say I was embarrassed. When entering our room by the door was a strong smell of cat pee and the bed by the window was also a strong pee smell that appeared the attempted to mask over with cleaning supplies but didn't work. The bathroom top plug we were afraid to use, it was scorched and black as if it had short circuit or arched in the past. The staff did not seem happy with their jobs and not the type of service I was accustomed to while staying. The only friendly one that greeted us and was pleasant was the cleaning lady on our way to check out. I did not complain to staff about our experience but I think we will most likely just stay at the other hotel in the future.

Staff was uncooperative in helping with issues regarding early check out. They made it very difficult.

We were in town for a softball tournament across the street. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. They start their continental breakfast early which is fantastic for players. Staff was very accommodating. It’s by no means luxury or high end, but perfect for a family in town for sports!

The staff was excellent! Their guest laundry dryer was not working but they offered to dry my clothes in their laundry room free of charge after I washed the load. We headed to dinner once they had the load and when I picked the clothes up after dinner, they were neatly folded! I really appreciated that little extra!

This was a really nice hotel and well worth the short drive off the interstate. Rooms were well appointed and clean, the staff helpful, and very quiet.

The hotel was well maintained, staff friendly and helpful. The room was very neat and the breakfast area has a good selection of breakfast items. There were convenient sitting areas coffee available at all times, and an indoor pool to use and relax. The motel for was within walking distance of the person that I was visiting.
