I was in town for a certification test and the hotel was only a couple miles away. There are restaurants and stores nearby in case you need anything during your stay. I have stayed at this hotel before, but this stay was not the same as the first time. During my first visit, the hotel was very quiet. During this visit, my room faced the freeway so it was loud all night long. In addition, there were screaming children in the hallway at 1:30 a.m.

It was clean and nice. Not smelly. The beds were not made correctly. The sheet was folded at the very top of the comforter like not down 10” for your head. We had to remake both beds. I’ve been to alot of hotels and never had a situation like this. The pillows were terrible even though there were so many per bed. The tv was horrible to navigate and the staff could not give us a list of channels. If you can’t relax and watch tv at the end of a long day the room should be cheaper. With a few small changes it would have been so nice.

The cupboard was stocked with dishes if you want to do any cooking. We brought a loaf of bread and butter with us so we could have a mini breakfast in the room. A big plus for us was having two tvs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I will definitely return next year!

This property is located next to a Fairfield Inn near the freeway with Tesla chargers. The rooms are spacious incorporating a true one bedroom and living room design that has been refreshed with newer paint and carpet.

The room was perfect for our three day stay. Clean, comfortable and well stocked. The front doors should have an auto opener. It's difficult to bring in bags and open the door.

Very spacious, great price, staff were so helpful even during middle of the night check in, lovely to have a full kitchen, beds and linens were comfortable, very clean except the walls in the bathroom had faint streaks on them-maybe from steam dripping down over time? Just needed a good wipe down of fresh coat of paint in the bathroom.

We spent one night at the hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely choose to stay here again next time we’re in Yakima.

I repeatedly choose the Ledgestone for our stays in Yakima, because I love the location as well as the size and layouts of the room. There is plenty of parking. I love having the kitchen and living room too. The facilities are well maintained and the staff is helpful and friendly. I highly recommend it.

Good value for the money. Kitchenette is great. Would have run the dishwasher had there been soap. Bed sheets were a bit loose and fit strangely but beds were comfortable with 4 different types of pillows there to choose from. Overall a good stay.

This hotel had everything! Well, except breakfast. The shower was fantastic and better pressure than we had on our entire trip. The kitchen looked great.

The location was excellent! Right off the highway and so close to restaurants and stores. It was also very quiet and the views were gorgeous! My wife and I have stayed in quite a few hotels, and this was one of the cleanest and most comfortable spaces we've ever stayed in. The rooms are the biggest. The staff is the friendliest. Been staying here for 15 years and won’t stay anywhere else in Yakima!

What a hidden Gem!!

We enjoyed our short stay here very much. We were in Yakima for the PNWU White Coat ceremony. They allowed early entry so we could drop our bags and freshen up after the drive. The suite is very roomy and open, it would be a good place for an extended stay. They were most accommodating allowing a late check out so we could attend church with our granddaughter without having to pack up. Great space, very clean and well appointed, extremely helpful staff, I don't hesitate to recommend it.

The staff was very friendly and genuinely wanted to do whatever they could to make the stay wonderful. We loved it so much we booked another night on a return trip.

You won't find a better place for the money.

Almost everything was perfect. It was clean, quiet and friendly. The main problem was I had reserved a handicap room with 2 queen beds and it was not available. My son is in a wheelchair and the regular room with 2 queen beds does not give enough room between the bed and wall to access the bathroom. We ended up settling with a 1 queen bed and pull out couch. The pull out couch (of course) made sleep challenging and access to the bathroom was non-negotiable. So we made it work. If the queen beds could be moved to allow all rooms to have wheelchair access to the bathrooms that would help a lot. Also, grab bars in all bathrooms would really help people who visit do so independently. Also, the front door is heavy and has no handicap button to open it. Like many public places the physical environment would benefit from some adjustments that promote independence for people who are not 100% able bodied. Thank you.

I was in town for a conference at the Yakima Convention Center. This hotel is modern, well-appointed, and conveniently located.

Everything was clean and in great shape. Check-in was quick and easy. No water bottle filler.

Was a wonderful place to stay. Everything was spotless. I had no trouble with my service dog they welcomed her no problem. To top it off the laundry was free. It was all around win win. I will definitely be back!!

We were so pleasantly surprised with the layout of the suite. It was perfect for my friend who came for a conference over the weekend. Everything was perfect! I have already recommended this to others who come to the conference every year. The only thing was when I opened the coffee the bag tore and my coffee had grounds in it. We just ran to starbucks that was very close. Thank you for a wonderful place. I will come again.

Stayed two nights and we were excited our daughter could have her own TV and bed after volleyball tournament. Get there unfold the sofa bed...dirt is all over the sheets hair clumps on the blanket..We ask the front desk for more bedding...the new sheets...dirty too..and the comforter had hair clumps too. So my daughter asked me to go with her to ask for bedding again and let them know what room .. crazy. The next night it dawned on it we saw the listing for hot tub or jet bath..nope neither one..not even a pool. So all day when we didn't have TV in either room, no cable nothing you couldn't swim or hot tub. I spent time trying to figure out how to fix it...front desk called us woke us up to tell us how to troubleshoot our tv. didn't work. we really wanted this room because I've stayed here before and it was great and we watched TV and ate junk food because we could and don't get to normally. so the fact that we let the hotel know...they said they couldn't do anything to help us as far as maybe money back since we couldn't even watch TV and the 2 sets of bedding we asked for were dirty. They said take it up with Expedia. well I messaged them too and nothing..so here's the review I didn't want to write but come on...We won't stay there again not for the price of the rooms and then you can't use the main thing in the room to watch what you want. especially when that's what you really wanted was two TVs...one for the adults and one for the teen. we don't get to do this often.

I really appreciate the friendliness and the courtesy in the speed in which they checked me into my room. We’re able to ask answer all my questions that I had. I was a very comfortable quiet day and you showed me how to use the television set.

The staff was extremely unprofessional, smug and told me there was no one I could speak with regarding my dissatisfaction. I asked if she was the owner and she scoffed and told me that she would not contact anyone and she was the only person to discuss the issue with and she refused. If my employees ever treated my clients in this manner, they would be terminated. This 'manager' was a bully. She is ill-equipped lacking diplomacy and conflict resolution skills. They charged my credit card for services not rendered, to include extra charges without authorization or explanation and emphatically refused to explain their reasoning and told me they didn't have to...

The room was clean, however the bedspread was worn with holes in it. The room did not have a starter supply of kitchen towels or cleaning supplies like other long term properties I’ve stayed at. The room is dark, with the need to have lights on even during the day.

Ledgestone is an amazing place to stay, whether long or short term. I was asked whether I wanted a room for privacy or convenience and chose convenience and it was definitely that!!! This is a great place to stay when coming to Yakima!!!

This was the most horrible place I've EVER stayed. I'm a trucker so I've stayed a lot of places this was the worst experience I ever had. I stayed 8 days and my room was never cleaned and I was never offered any towels garbage bags, anything. The staff was rude and horrible. I pre paid for 2 suites for 8 days and was treated like garbage. Harass me about my sweet little service dog and threaten to kick me and my mother who just had a stroke out scaring her to death and stressing her out. Shame on this property. Told me they are a NOT PET FRIENDLY HOTEL WHEN THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT I SEARCHED FOR AND THEY CAME UP

Queen bed rooms a bit small. Thin walls can hear showers and steps from upstairs and next room. Amenities were scented with allergies. Otherwise clean and staffs are very friendly.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size for the cost. Much more room than we were expecting. It was nice having a separate bedroom. I sometimes like to stay up later than my spouse, and it's nice to have a light on and not disturb anyone else in the room. It was very clean, and having a mini kitchen was super convenient. I've stayed there several times before. Parking is never a problem. The rooms are always clean and efficient. The only problem I had this time, was the lack of service at the front desk. I had to wait (rang the bell 3x) to get someone to check in and on check out, I rang the bell 2x and still nobody. I'm glad I didn't have an emergency!!

There are not many dining options within walking distance. I grew up in Yakima and know that if you venture more than a few blocks on foot it can potentially get unsafe pretty quick, so take a car.

Very convenient for a short 2-day stay. Our room was comfortable, spacious, and well equipped, especially with a full kitchen. The staff at the checkin counter was always very helpful and friendly. I had a problem attempting to print a document from my computer while attempting to do it through their computer system in the lobby. One of the staff (Dri) at the counter noticed my frustration and came over to help. She spent several minutes working the problem until she was able to make it work. She maintained her friendly demeanor the whole time. She wouldn’t accept my offer to get her a Starbucks treat. She said she was happy to help. I don’t know if everyone has a similar experience, but I wouldn’t be surprised to hear it was typical. Way to go Ledgestone Suites Hotel staff. Next time we’re in Yakima over night, that’s where we’ll stay.

One of the better places to stay while in Yakima. This place has suites with full kitchens, so it is better than most other hotel options, especially for longer stays.

This was a great place to stay. The rooms were so clean and spacious. Had a large kitchenette, living area and separated bedroom and bathroom. I would definitely recommend this hotel and plan on staying here again the next time I’m in the area.

Amazing property. Its very very clean and quiet. This is a very safe location and great staff. This is the closest you can get to staying at home. The beds are comfortable. The rooms have great heat - cooling systems. Great water pressure in the shower. Sure there isnt breakfast. But Bobs Burgers is next door for lunch and dinner.

The room was amazing! appreciated the capability of cooking meals in our suite. The kitchenette was nicely furnished with pans, dishes, utensils - everything needed to prepare a simple meal. Loved having the separate bedroom. Bed and pillows were so very comfy. Spouse enjoyed using the work-out room. Washers and dryers in the laundry room were not coin operated - very considerate. The staff was friendly and helpful. Wonderful stay. Would definitely stay again.

Ledgestone is absolutely beautiful. We Had a Kitchenette Suite and fixed ourselves dinner. It was so nice having that option. Couch and chairs were very comfy and very clean. The bed was great. We slept very well. Great place to stay.

I will note that we stayed in room 311 and the door to the bedroom was closing itself intermittently as well as the top drawer to the nightstand, we placed a suitcase in front of it to stop it from opening lol.

This property charged me money, though they weren't even on the grounds. When I checked in they were not there. I could not check-in no one was there. They would not refund my money. The next day, despite no one being at this hotel, when I arrived for me to even check in

We were very impressed with our suite. We requested an Accessible room and were impressed. However our family member had a mobility device that required a little bit more room to maneuver into the bathroom. We requested a roll in shower but did not get it. Unfortunately the shower head broke off and we requested another ADA room which there were no more. They allowed us to shower in another empty room. Awkwardly security had to remain outside the room while we cleaned up in another available room with a regular shower.

Got here at 10am and the front desk employee offered to let us check in early without me asking. She was wonderful. Great experience!

I was looking for something quiet, safe, and family-friendly — and this hotel delivered! We stayed in the suite with two queen beds, a separate living room with a sofa and a second TV, and a kitchenette. It truly felt like home. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the entire place was very clean and peaceful. There’s lots of free parking, and the area felt safe and quiet at all times. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, and you can find coffee, hot water, ice, and even laundry facilities on site. While they don’t serve breakfast, there’s a restaurant right across the street and small shops next door, so everything is close by and convenient. Honestly, we only stayed one night, but it was such a great experience that I definitely plan to come back. The suite is totally worth it for the extra space and comfort. I was actually sad to leave — that’s how good it was. If you're visiting Yakima and want a clean, quiet, safe, and comfortable stay, this is the place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This one is my fault for booking, but i still feel i should say something for others in my situation. We are a family of 5, so the suite along with the price got my business. Still, there is no pool, and no breakfast. Plus, our room had a sliding door for the bathroom, so it couldn't be locked. The room was nice, with a full kitchen, but i would never book this property again.

Overall nice property. Our double Queen room was very large with a bedroom and separate sitting room. Small kitchenette. Only criticism is the walls are thin. Sounds of people walking and talking in the corridor comes through loud. Could hear the people above us stomping about and using the plumbing.

I like the rooms. The bedroom does not have a luggage rack to open my suitcase on which is cumbersome. Also, the front desk wouldn't give me a receipt because I booked through Hotels.com. I didn't like that.

We enjoyed our stay for a basketball tournament. We chose for forgo continental breakfast for having our own kitchen setup. The large fridge, kitchen appliance amenities and even basic dining ware was very nice. The separate living space was great for our family. The room was very clean. We would definitely stay again.
