Excellent place to stay in Yakima. The bed was very comfortable and the room was well appointed. The breakfast was very good at an additional charge. I look forward to returning again next month. This will be my place to stay going forward in Yakima. Nice touch with the wine tasting opportunity too.

Overall a great place to stay as long as your not in the room right near the ice machine and elevator. Road noise can also be loud at night. Super clean, staff excellent, easy access to bar, restaurant and snacks.

Great history on the walls, decorated with style and great price!

Great historical location. Excellent staff
- 4/5
It’s a very historic landmark and in a centered area but I don’t recommend for families as there is no swimming pool and they don’t have free breakfast either. The carpets in the room and sheets were fine, but the room itself was very dusty.
- 4/5
Room was good and location is great, not having a free breakfast is a bit of a bummer.
- 4/5
They had some flooding so the hall ways smelt musty. It is a nice old building!
- 2/5
Didn't eat breakfast. It was $12 a person and made to believe it was included.
- 4/5
Room was clean. Breakfast was not very good. Food had been sitting for a while and didn't taste great.
- 5/5
Well designed with great historical pics and decorations. Rooms and common areas were clean and staff was readily available.
- 5/5
The location was great and the rooms were very big and comfortable. I hated the blue lighting in all the lights in the rooms. There are warm light LED lights that are so much more inviting. Blue lights are cheap feeling and uncomfortable.

Ok tv did not work for first night
- 5/5
All was comme il faut at Hotel Maison!
- 2/5
We paid to stay at a suite. The room was small and the pictures were very deceiving. Both of the TVs did not work. There was no hand soap. We had to pay for parking separately. The pillows smelt disgusting. Overall, the place looks nice from the outside but the “suite” is just a regular room with an extra tv, not worth it.
- 5/5
Just awesome
- 5/5
Fantastic stay!!!
- 3.5/5
The location was good for us being right downtown, and it was surprisingly quite. The breakfast should be included in the price of the room. Otherwise, not worth it.

Super friendly staff! Wonderful European breakfast buffet. In a beautiful, well preserved 1911 Masonic Temple. Comfy beds, too. Loved our stay!
- 4/5
Cool old building (previously a Masonic temple) with friendly, helpful staff. Rooms were a bit dark but that is something that just comes with the territory of repurposing an old building.

Very quiet and extremely tranquil. Staff with great disposition and friendly.

Basic hotel with privileges at Hilton across walkway where there is a bar and food.
- 1/5
Dark rooms terrible smell felt like toxic chemicals. No way to open any windows to get fresh air. Staff says unable to help because they can’t adjust rooms bought through Expedia. Don’t go here. We left and went to another hotel.

I was intrigued that a bottle of water in the room cost $3.00 but was $1.50 in the vending machines. Also, we were able to find a great breakfast for less than $12.00 apiece (the cost of the bite’s continental breakfast)…

I felt the rooms were dark and needed upgrading. The carpet was old looking and the furniture very dark. The room had one small window which didn’t let much light in. The staff was very friendly and great.
- 3/5
I did find it clean and with a friendly staff, what I did not care for is the upcharge for parking and the inadequate breakfast.
- 4/5
Nice hotel. Wish it had a bath tub or pool/hot tub. And breakfast leaves a lot to be desired for the price of $12. Good location for local eats though.
- 3/5
I grew up in the Yakima area when this was a Masonic investing and Temple. I love that the hotel pictures so display what was Yakima when it was built. That was the Yakima that my parents and my sister and I knew. Washington was also a state where everyone was so respected for whatever they could contribute.
- 5/5
Centrally located and a quick walk to our favorite restaurant, shops and fun brewery/coffee shop. The front desk clerks were very friendly!
- 2/5
Overpriced by at least 50%. Super funky, old building. Feels like the renovations got only half way there.
- 5/5
Hotel Maison is a lovely hotel right in the center of downtown Yakima's very walkable downtown area. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were very spacious and sparkling clean, and for it being in a historic building, everything was very updated and modern. Would definitely stay there again!
- 3/5
Free EV superchargers a plus. Good location for our needs. Way too expensive. No infant pack and play after deciding to book based on them telling us they had one for us.

Very friendly staff and helpful, room is comfortable and clean. Easy to ealk around downtown and feels safe.

Unique remodeled building gave the hotel some character. Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. Decent quick breakfast. Walkable to convention center.

The location for great restaurants nearby is a plus.

Easy walking to restaurants and shopping.

Nice place. Water pressure really low.
- 3/5
Unfortunately, the road noise was loud in our room and the sheets were scratchy.
- 4/5
Everything was nice except the sheets were terrible. They were full of little balls and we had to pick hair off of them before we got into them to sleep.

- 5/5
Parking was underground which was kind of nice and we loved our room
- 5/5
This was an excellent experience and beautiful hotel. Parking garage in the basement. Lots of options close by. Friendly staff. We will definitely be back!
- 2/5
The sheets were pilling, there was tooth paste marks from the person before and we paid for a $300 a night room, which was the suite for our wedding night. Would never go again.
- 5/5
This was a great hotel location to enjiy the Yakima Valley wine region.
- 4/5
Amazing historical building with excellent amenities. Felt safe with the underground gated parking.
- 3/5
We did not realize that this was a Hilton property, so not really what we were expecting. We were originally given a different room than we booked, and it took a call to Expedia to get it fixed, which shouldn't have been necessary. Average big chain hotel, with a little pretty up to look boutique. Just not what we were looking for.
- 4/5
Nice from the outside. Interior and rooms are clean but devoid of any historical details you would expect for this hotel . Remodeled rooms have a brutalist feel with mid century hotel decorating touches. Lighting is fine for navigating the room but not for reading.
- 5/5
Good experience
- 5/5
Very comfortable and spacious
- 4/5
The property itself is nice. The loud cars on Saturday night were disturbing.
- 5/5
Clean and good central location.
- 2/5
First off, I paid $300'ish for ONE night. This is not Seattle, it is Yakima wine country. Second, the room desk was close to falling apart and swayed back & forth until I straightened the legs out. Secondly, you charged $2 for bottles of water. Then you stated "Continental Breakfast" on your website and "posted" in small print (read as hard to notice), right before the dining area, that breakfast was $12.99. We didn't find out it wasn't free until we were given a bill as if at a restaurant. I'm not trying to be cheap, but if I'm going to be paying $300 for a hotel, I would expect to be better taken care of by the Hilton & the furniture to not be falling apart. We will not be spending money at the Hilton again. The staff were nice, but your business ethics are greedier than they need to be.
- 5/5
Excellent stay. Quick and friendly service. Secure parking.
- 3/5
room was dark. not enough proper lighting. property looked nicer in pictures. the area around the property was empty and seemed unsafe
- 5/5
When we checked in Yaquelin was very helpful, super nice. She is super great.
- 3/5
Underwhelming interior design in the room, did not feel special as it could be. No robes like the picture or throw pillows or bed spread. It was a bit depressing. Road noise was loud from our room til wee hours. Staff at front desk was nice. The building itself was cool but not the boutique hotel experience that I was expecting at this price point.
- 4/5
Drawbacks: The windows were small and the window coverings did allow a lot of sunlight in during the mornings. The room was a bit sparse with furniture and lacked character unlike the downstairs appearance. The carpeted hallway had an odd odor.
- 3/5
Nice small and basic hotel - staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is basic with a small lobby - and no amenities to speak of. The room was clean, bed and the bedding were comfortable but very basic as to the furniture. Nothing to justify the high price of the room which was three times the price of other Yakima hotels. The staff at the front desk were super nice and friendly.

We have stayed at Hotel Maison for several years for the state basketball tourney. It is consistently clean and spacious, with exceedingly friendly staff and a solid breakfast. This time, they were kind enough to give us a tour of the recently rehabbed Masonic Temple room - Dena and Maria are truly lovely folks.
- 5/5
Unique European-style hotel, excellent staff, great room, quiet, wonderful breakfast, lovely!!
- 3/5
Over a good stay, but the property could definitely use an update and cleaning could have been better!, the overall highlight was how great the staff was.
- 1/5
The staff were very nice. It’s in a not great area of town. We slept two hours the beds are horrible and super hard and it doesn’t feel like a Hilton. There is no real restaurant no bar. We saw a guy flash a gun at a homeless person and there are a lot of them around the hotel. We won’t stay here again. Checking our early and will likely lose our money since booking through Expedia. We won’t book through Expedia again either you have no protection when a room is bad if you do!
- 3/5
Dated , hotel is obviously historical but room does not have to be dated !
- 5/5
Very satisfied
- 5/5
In the heart of Yakima, so many sights to see! Art, brews, architecture galore! Great place to stay!
- 5/5
Was a nice one day stay. Clean, quiet, in good area next to bars restaurants. Old, classic style. Private inside parking. Next door has a good breakfast at the Hilton sister hotel.

This was my second time staying here and it was just as perfect ast the first time. That’s why I came back. Great service and accommodations.
- 5/5
Discovered a great bakery just around the corner on this trip. The staff was warm, welcoming, and friendly as usual. The room was clean, quiet, and dark. Indoor parking is always a sense of relief and security.
- 5/5
Hotel was great, close to many great places to eat. Only negative is outside of their control with a large homeless population
- 5/5
This was such a great experience! The hotel was clean and beautiful, and they offered complimentary glasses of wine at check-in which was such a nice touch. The concierge was so friendly and helpful! I will stay here again if I'm in Yakima.
- 5/5
Great spot to stay. Too bad some motorcycles were racing up and down the street about 1 am.
- 5/5
We loved our stay here! The staff was so kind and accommodating. Their lobby is very classy as well, and offer wine and snacks for purchase. I missed their breakfast most mornings, .ut I heard many people say it was good. The room was very clean and spacious, but they are very quite (no fans), so bring your white noise if you need it, Unfortunately (and not the hotel's fault), the area is highly populated with homeless people, and I was approached many times for different things- smokes, money, a drink, a ride somewhere, cash, etc. I would still recommend this hotel, and look forward to staying there again if I ever make it to Yakima again.
- 5/5
The bedding could be better
- 4/5
The secure garage was nice. We received two free glasses of wine to enjoy. Although the lobby is upscale, the rooms aren’t so much. Next time we will probably stay at the Hilton Garden Inn across the way which is comparable but not as pricey. Still we were glad we tried the Maison out.
- 5/5
Great place to stay! Full of history and fun things to explore.
- 1/5
I had emailed a message that we were arriving very late from our concert up the gorge and our reservation was cancelled while we were driving there at 12:30 am. We arrive with no room. We had our confirmation number and they did not honor it. And the office staff behind the desk was cold and unwilling to help us. It was so unprofessional and I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
- 3/5
Not spotless in cleanliness but a bit ok.
- 4/5
We ended up checking in late, so we were given a handicapped room. No problem. The whole facility was well cared for and quiet. We never saw another hotel guest. Would definitely return.
- 5/5
Beautiful building, comfortable and spacious room. Clean, well-appointed and convenient to Capitol Theater and other attractions. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Safe covered parking garage. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.
- 5/5
Very friendly front desk reception. Both morning and Night Shift. Forgot an item at the room and staffing was so kind to return my msg followed by a call would recommend! 0
- 5/5
The hotel lobby is decorateded with beautiful, original art work of local sceneey. The room was large, clean, and comfortable.
- 3/5
The hotel was clean and the staff was welcoming. I wasn’t impressed with the parking, since I was driving a bigger vehicle I couldn’t park in the parking garage. I had to park where I couldn’t see my vehicle. The shower head was pointing straight down, I’ve never seen one like that before. All in all it was a decent stay.
- 5/5
Beautiful historical building with an elegant, artistic, modern feel. Room was spacious and well appointed. Beds were firm.
- 5/5
Nice hotel with a small lobby and sitting area. They offered wine tastings when we were there. The parking is secure and on site. Good location for being in town and having access to the freeway. The staff were all great with good local suggestions.
- 2/5
Could not access Wi-Fi. Parking was extra fee. Over priced. Unfriendly staff and not professional dressed
- 5/5
Spacious room with mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Easy parking. Nice lobby. Right in the center of town.

We called the day before to request a crib for our toddler and were guaranteed one. But when we got to the hotel we were told they only have two cribs-- one was in use, and the other was broken. The manager had no solution for our problem. He just shrugged, he wasn't helpful at all. We didn't stay here, because we couldn't. Service was terrible! We went to the Holiday Inn instead-- they had a crib and exceptional customer service!
- 4/5
I was told when I checked in that my silver membership was now meaningless (they had become a Hilton property and my parking was no longer free). But she said she would give me free parking anyway (I was still charged). No recycling. Very limited options if gluten free. Cool old building.
- 5/5
The staff was soooo friendly and helpful! Ron was an absolute delight, checked us in early, informed us of the hotel's interesting history, and made several recommendations for local attractions, all of which were fantastic! Gotta say Best. Hotel. Breakfast. (especially during the COVID era ;-)) Done in the European style with meat, cheese, muesli, and little frittatas. Truly a wonderful place to stay with lots of local flavor! We felt welcomed and looked after in a time when you don't expect such excellent treatment. Highly recommend Hotel Maison, and give the staff our sincere gratitude for outstanding service. Thank you, thank you!!

We were pleasantly surprised at how lovely and new the decor was. We were expecting something much older. Also, the bag breakfast delivered to our room was great and more than we could eat. We would stay there again.
