This is my 2nd time of staying at this hotel. I’d highly recommend this hotel. Pool is very clean. My kids had a great pool time. Breakfast is standard. I wished there would be more healthy options but most hotels serve the similar breakfast items. The neighborhood is safe and the hotel has numerous restaurants to choose in walking distance. Staffs are friends.

Breakfast is always amazing! The location of the hotel is convenient: We used the pool and would highly recommend resurfacing the tiles to have some grips. Even with my kiddo walking she fell a few times. The pool could use a good cleaning as well as the showers in the room. Our room smelled like dog and we found some items left from previous guests.

It was clean, well maintained, great staff. I missed the lotion that is usually in the hotel rooms. There was also an incident that I didn’t appreciate from the staff. There were some kids playing hide and seek, they asked if they could hide in a specific area and the staff told them no. They respected that, and played somewhere else. Then the staff said maybe it wasn’t a good idea to play hide and seek, so the kids went back to their rooms and put on a movie. The staff member followed them and over heard some of the kids in their room saying unkind things. Not respectful of some of those kids but also the staff member didn’t need to be eavesdropping. After that, there were claims from that staff member that those kids were being too loud and people were complaining. Those kids were still in their room watching a movie. Some of the other kids from other schools were still up making a lot of noise, I know, I could hear them. But they’re kids and I knew it would be like that during that event. Anyway, the first group of kids involved in the unkind talk, were consistently targeted to the point that the coach was told they may not be allowed to return next year. He was rightfully upset.

Everything was very good,service was nice to and the property was very nice and clean.but one this that we did not really like was the AC was loud.but overall it was very nice.

This is one of the most modern hotel rooms we’ve ever been to. They had all the small details covered. An extra pullout couch in our room for our kids with a curtain that can be pulled in between sections. They had a decent size kitchen at which made life with kids so much easier, a good size fridge, utensils, cutting boards, microwave, etc. Another thing I loved was that the blinds in the hotel room were true blackout blinds with a tracking system on the side of the window. One of my pet peeves travelling is how most hotel room, heavy drapery blinds, let light in, and this was not the case. Breakfast was great in the morning. Staff were lovely overall great stay really stand out hotel.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Complimentary breakfast was fair. Great for families.

Clean Room. Staff was awesome and very helpful. Breakfast was OK. Waffle maker, bagels, reheated sausage patties, scrambled egg patties, OJ, yogurt, cereal, granola. Fresh coffee in lobby.

Staff were great! My major complaint that could've been fix by them is.. we checked into the room and had a clogged toilet (before anyone used it). When we called down to get it fixed, "No maintenance, just we can bring you a plunger". Was noisy until after midnight but that isn't a them issue, more travelers who aren't courteous after hours.

I had a wonderful day at home2 Yakima. A saline pool was a bonus. I always love a Hilton.

Nice room nice area and close to the airport. They allow park and fly with no fee. Shuttle to the airport. Perfect hotel.

This was just a quick trip for me, so I didn’t have time to venture down to the pool or check out any of the amenities here. However, each staff member I talked to was very friendly and helpful.

Lastly they showed back up at my house at 5:30 am because the heat wasn’t working in the room and they were freezing. They had tried to talk to the front desk about the cold room and were told they would tell the manager when he came in at 8am…. They left early and cold. Very disappointed with this stay.

Home2 is my preferred lodging when in Yakima. Clean rooms, friendly staff, the gym and pool/tub is always clean. Breakfast offers a ton of options.

Check in desk person was very welcoming and knowledgeable.

Rooms were good but breakfast was not good. Very few options and very dry.

Check in process was easy. Traveling as a single female, I appreciated how the staff kept my safety and security in mind during check in. Hotel was bright, clean, modern. Room was amazing. Very clean, light was on upon entering, room had been set to a comfortable temperature prior to arrival. Bed was comfy, slept very well. Breakfast was delicious and so many choices that I’ve not seen offered by other hotels before. There was noise that could be heard from people walking above, or walking in the halls, but was quiet during quiet hours. Will definitely look for this chain of hotels for my next stay.

The checin process was easy. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. We would stay at the hotel again.

Overall this is a great place to stay. Very friendly front desk staff and the facility is clean. Our only complaint would be the cleaning of the rooms. They state they will clean ever other day of your stay, which is not a problem, except that did not happen. We had to ask for clean towels after the room was not “cleaned” and on the night of our departure we had to extend our stay and had to request the room be addressed after our 5 days of being there. They did take care of the issue after the request was made.

Will definitely stay again rooms were a great size and clean, shower / bathroom was on the smaller side but the room was huge.

An amazing place to stay after spending the day and evening hiking at Mount Rainier. The suite was very spacious! It included a fridge, freezer, dishes, glasses, mugs for hot drinks, dish soap, small kitchen sink and dishwasher. We converted the sofa into a sofa bed and used the two queen beds. There was ample desk room and counter space and plenty of bed side lights. Loved the dark out curtains. Very nice bathroom and spacious shower with provided shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Since we got in after midnight we didn’t make it to breakfast. We appreciated the noon check out time as we had a late night.

Very clean and safe for my granddaughter and I. Pool water way to cold but very nice I’ll be back in October. Front desk wasn’t very helpful on booking my October dates so I used Expedia and was 45 dollars cheaper per night.

The hot tub was nice and hot without being too hot. And the jets worked. The room was very spacious with a love seat, full refrigerator, and 50+" TV. The included breakfast had a few more choices than the typical free breakfast.

Clean, safe, and specialty I realy like their hospitality. I really recommend it.

Also, their text messaging service uses an AI bot to make initial responses. Expect wrong/incoherent answers until a real person notices your frustration.

This hotel was very accommodating to our needs. The room was nice and cozy. There are blackout curtains which made it easy to sleep during the day if needed. The kids had fun playing in the pool and the hot tub. I would stay at this hotel again.

Staff were professional and friendly. Rooms were clean. I did not care for the positioning of the TV. It wasn't in the middle made it hard for both occupants to view it.

It’s was super clean and plenty of parking. Breakfast has a lot of options and staff is friendly.

Very comfortable room and bed. Clean and attractive. Front desk staff very nice. Breakfast has gone down in quality. Every potato product was dry and unappetizing. No gluten free bread products. I heard a guest ask if something had egg or dairy in it due to allergies and the kitchen person shrugged and said she wouldn’t know “because it all just comes in a package.” The majority of the state abd services are great but I was bummed to see how much the quality has fallen with breakfast.

Blinds that kept the sun out in the morning so you could sleep great

This hotel is perfect for a family who wants to visit Yakima. It's centrally located in town, the staff are super nice, the free breakfast is top notch, and the rooms are very well accommodated for a busy family of five with a dog. Will absolutely stay here again, next time we're in town.

The whole family enjoyed the stay and for future trips suggested to have only this hotel. Thank you for allowing this trip to be a great experience!

The stay was fine the room was great had to go to front desk to ask for blanket they couldn't bring it up and the refrigerator did not work very well ice melted and drinks didn't get cold

We had an issue with lost luggage at airport. Then mix up when it was delivered and we didn’t get it. BUT Home 2 Suites made it right for us on bill. We will stay with them again.

The Hotel was clean

Hot tub was not available, disappointing on a very cold January night. Breakfast was late the next day, I was only able to get a waffle, no eggs, no sausage, nothing substantial. I had an important appointment at 7:30am and I was basically there with a cup of weak coffee and a waffle in my system.

Very surprised on the quality of the room and cleanliness! Definitely will be back!

Newer, clean hotel. Very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. Only thing is I was confused on adjusting thermostat temperature. There were 2 thermostat boxes in different locations. But that’s not enough to take off any stars.

Great place with fantastic staff! However, during our stay, there was a homicide next-door in the Safeway parking lot!

It’s a very nice place with large rooms. The only issue we had was room 239 the A/C heating unit was so loud we couldn’t use it at night and as a result our room was too hot and didn’t sleep well.

We like staying here. The breakfast has some options, would like eggs and bacon too. Otherwise it’s pretty good. Beds are comfy.

It was a pleasure to stay there. Our room was ready right away. We were greeted very pleasant and the staff was very helpful. The only downside was our bed was somewhat uncomfortable and the furnace / air conditioner was noisy. Other than that it was a good stay.

Front desk staff were excellent, and the main reason I would come back and stay here again. This isn't the cheapest place, but was worth it due to location, amenities, cleanliness and comfort. The suite is well-equipped and spacious - a great choice for longer stays. Small but nice exercise room. Nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast had good healthy options. Located in a large, nice shopping center with many modern chain restaurants and more independent options nearby. Convenient parking. Safe and quiet.

Frost desk staff was very helpful with overall hotel amenities. Breakfast was well-stocked (if you got there early). Room was spacious and generally well-appointed with kitchen supplies. Furniture was in good condition and stain-free. We were not familiar with the general area but the hotel location seemed easily accessible from major area roads. Plenty of nearby offerings for dining and activities. This was our "home-base" for exploring the Yakima wine area.

Several chain restaurants just across the parking lot, but not many local eateries within walking distance. Our only complaint with the room was the air conditioner. It was very loud when it came on and didn’t have a fan only setting to provide circulation and some white noise.

The Home2Suite was very welcoming.

The evening staff looked like they were bored and reflected this in their interactions with customers at check-in and on the phone. The shower had hair from previous guests. The air conditioning unit would start rattling when it kicked into high gear.

Very new property. Quiet, incredibly clean. Large room, comfortable bed. Yummy breakfast. Loved the Peletons in the fitness room - pretended I was biking in Europe! Convenient to town.

Great hotel, good breakfast starting at 6:00 AM which is great if you have an early tee time at Apple Tree Golf Course! Would stay there again.
