The staff were very helpful and friendly. During checkin, the front desk was polite and helpful. Also, the kitchen stayed open to accommodate dinner for our large party after our girls’ softball games. The food was delicious, and the server, Bianca, was wonderful.

Cons-initially told breakfast was not included (showed proof it was on my reservation). Otherwise the buffet would have been $14.02 with tax. Absolutely not worth that much. Very standard hot breakfast usually offered free. Only flimsy plastic cups in the room. Tiny gym. Overall a fine stay.

Reserved a 2 queen room. Got 1 king and a hide a bed. Long waits in the bar. Brought pizza for 10 families staying but couldn't sit in the "restaurant" . Just a mediocre stay, with lots jumping through hoops, and getting jerked around. Didn't feel welcoming at all. The staff was just surviving the weekend.

Gated parking Paid for a double queen room and got a single king. Had to sleep on the floor because They said that's all they had. Breakfast staff was rude and mad because I didn't leave a tip, even though I had a free breakfast voucher and the food was literally just a shitty hotel continental breakfast. Why would I tip for that? Horrible experience all around.

Nice place, easy location, gated security parking

The room and hotel are clean and a good size. Pool and hot tub is a decent size. A downside is that you have to pay for the breakfast, but it is a good breakfast with lots of options and helpful staff. At times they do not have staff at the front desk, which makes asking for items and checking in/out difficult. There is a fenced in parking lot with a gate so your vehicle is safe overnight.

Ed, the bartender, was very nice and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was good although I usually ordered my eggs fried as I'm not big on scrambled eggs. I would definitely stay here again. We were on the 5th floor and although there was a designated area marked "vending/ice machine" there were neither. Just an empty room with water pipes. We had to go to the 4th floor to get ice. Not a huge complaint, just an inconvenience.

Location is close to freeway and also in center of downtown. The noise from local homeless residents and sirens throughout the night made it hard to sleep. Room exceeded my expectations.

The room and lobby were fine. When checking out I let the desk clerk know I had slipped and fallen in the tub that morning. She said she would make note that my room (#328) get adhesive strips. I let her know there were two small strips (1/2” thick, running from front to back) already. I guess that was the next I could expect.

The hot tub was out of service, this was a big reason why we chose this hotel, the keys to the rooms hardly worked.. rented multiple rooms and every key had issues! Had to go to the front desk several time to re key our cards.. definitely will go back to the Hilton next time we visit Yakima

The room was spotless. I LOVE cabinet wit ths bench, coat hooks storage and outlets. Breakfast was terrific and cooked to order and out server, Jaime was a gem, with a great attitude and service. Stay here, great place!

Room was spotless, staff was courteous, a few even went above and beyond. This was a trip from western WA to visit family. I believe we have found out home base for when we visit Yakima.

Clean room, we booked this hotel because it has an EV charger but it was only for Tesla and even though we have an adapter, it didn’t work. Great stay though

It would be nice if there were more options in your lobby for quick snacks for after hours. Very happy that there is even a option. We love this hotel and stay every time we are in town.

The stay was ok But hotels.com. Really sucks for booking. Ok prices. But they missed up on the Dates and how many was checking in. As far as the Hotel was ok other then the POOL and SAUNA Room pools were clean but expect Salt water purified water BUT THE BIGGEST COMPLAINT is the Room is not Family friendly you can not hear anything said in room do to the Echo that did not make it fun as well as a spot of blood on cover bed spread. And the key cards only worked half the time. And you have to pay for breakfast it not included.

I liked that it didn't smell musty. Every thing seemed clean. The beds were very comfortable. Since I do not walk well loved it was right by the elevator.

Room was nice and clean- secured parking area for guests nice since there were some people outside in the back of the building that were a little questionable (not the properties fault). I was bummed that the hot tub jets were not working and there was no sign or warning- when I asked they said the hot tub works but not the bubbles.

It was a very comfortable bed. The door key cards kept unsyncing with the door, which is a large pain when you have to drag your suitcase down a lengthy corridor to the elevator and back to the desk to get it fixed.

They had a gate for parking. That worked great with my kayak and bike.

I enjoy this hotel because of its location and great condition. What is a hit and miss is the desk personnel. On this trip checking in was delightful because the desk attendant greeted me promptly, was friendly. Checking out was different. No other customers were around and yet not even a “Good morning!” greeting. No friendly banter. Just instructions on where to drop the keys. Indifference like this was the worst part of my stay.

No complaints except our bathtub was very dirty. Rings around the tub and it’s not stains . Some people bathe their kids and a clean tub would be nice

It’s a very nice place. The fire alarm just went off for no apparent reason and shut off. All is good just a little excitement.

Very convenient for a conference. It is right across the street from the Convention Center. Walkable to several restaurants.

A little disappointed in our one night stay. Check in was easy. I had to call front desk twice for extra towels. They knocked on our door and placed CLEAN towels on the floor of the hallway. Keurig had a hair in it and some other things floating in it. No fan in the bathroom so we kept the bathroom door open and the steam set off the smoke detector. Tried to find a luggage cart and wasn’t offered any help. Front desk said “they took them all”. Searched every floor for a luggage cart and couldn’t find one. Was a little difficult carrying our softball gear without a luggage cart. Their buffet breakfast for $14.99 had hardly any food left. Time was 8:30am and they close at 10am. Had to go out for breakfast. Air conditioner was very loud. Sounded like a washing machine stuck on spin cycle. I like the gated parking lot and was close to the softball fields.

Booked for five nights, husband got into a severe accident and I had to leave after night 2. I asked if I could get refunded for the next two nights and I got a hard no. I'm going to be back in Yakima in September for a conference I'm planning for 60 people. Guess what hotel is not going to get my business?

Hotel was in a great location. Fairly high price for a nights stay. They do have a locked parking area which is nice. You do have to pay for breakfast which was a bummer and it’s not any fancier than most hotels. No free water available either. It is a solid hotel but for the price there should have been some catered things.

I stay at this holiday inn and the one in Union gap and the one thing I’m getting tired of seeing is the room not as clean as it could be pre stains on the toilet hairs in the shower and bed stains blood stains on the sheets house keeping needs to step up there game and clean the rooms better this isn’t a motel 6 DO BETTER!!!

Very disappointed that the room did not have a jetted tub which is what we paid for the upgraded room for.

When we arrive (12 am) we got our room on 2nd floor. The floor was dirty with vomit. In the next mornint when we left the vomit was stil there. That wasn't nice

It was good clean and comfortable. The only issue we had is the room next door had a very noisy night. They had the tv extremely loud it sounded like we were watching tv in our room. They turned it off at around 7am so all night it was on and they would argue and slam doors and scream it was bad. We called downstairs but it didnt do any good. Good thing we just stayed one night with our 3 kids.

They don’t honor Hotels.com reservation terms, like breakfast, and recommend customers book through the IHG site.

I was very pleasantly surprised. Room seemed updated, clean, building and property were very nice and clean. Large gated parking area was a big plus as Yakima isn't the safest. No complaints at all.

The area outside was extremely noisey until after 1 in the morning with hot rods racing on the street. It was like staying on a race track. This is your basic hotel but very noisey.

A great stay that's close to the freeway and the convention center. The restaurant menu was pleasing to several optio ns. The first night I had the blacken chicken and shrimp alfreado. Very delicious. Many selections for breakfast. Staff very nice. I enjoyed a heartfelt conversation with Rachael. 5 stars to Rachael for hospitality!

The rooms are very large, but the carpets are filthy. Stained and also a large wet spot between the beds that my daughter stepped in with socks only. The beds are not comfortable, and the front counter attendant when we checked in was so short with us when we asked for an early check in. We were told to call back in an hour, and all thought she called us with in 30 minutes to let us know we could check in, her original rudeness could not be overlooked.

Staff was not accommodating and did not clean the room even after I called to alert them.

We stayed at this property, which was one of the few places we could find with breakfast and an indoor pool for the kids. We arrived too late at night to swim so we planned on letting the kiddos play in the morning. Then we woke up early to have time, going to breakfast first we were approached by one of the staff who let us know that only certain rooms get free breakfast. That for everyone else it’s 14.99 per person; wow that’s a lot for breakfast so you want over fifty bucks on top of the room cost. She had not bothered to speak with anyone else that had come down at the same time as us. We had no problem getting breakfast somewhere after this was very poorly handled. Not to mention that spending almost two hundred dollars for a room, without breakfast is a bit much in my personal opinion. Together it wasn’t a good stay for my family and I will never recommend this hotel or chain again.

They charge $20 extra per person over one person even though we stayed in a double queen that website says sleeps 4. When asked front desk they just said it was corporate policy. Must be new since wasn’t charged last year

Check in was easy and the common areas in the lobby were nice. There is a bar and restaurant, but we didn’t try them. The room was ok, the beds were comfortable. The hallways were kind of worn, the carpet was stained and the plastic covers on the walls were falling off, I had to pick one up and lean it on the wall in order to roll my suitcase down the hall. The soundproofing wasn’t great, we could hear the people above us. The gated parking was nice, as it isn’t a great neighborhood. We were really looking forward to the hot tub, but it was broken and out of service, had I known this, I would’ve booked somewhere else. For what we paid, it felt very overpriced. For $240 a night, I’d expect a working hot tub and maybe breakfast. There are definitely better deals on hotels in Yakima. We won’t be back.

the keys did not work I had to have 7 keys re done to get into my room, each time trying to get in to have to go back to the front desk from the 5th floor 6 times. The key did not work a the front gate again wasting time to have to park your car . get out and wait in line for another key, the last day they said just go to the gate and get out and come in and well go and open it again wasting time. the desk was often unmanned again adding to the wait

Long day on the highway, so nice to pull in to this familiar hotel. I stayed here a week ago. There were no rooms ready (extra busy checkouts and checkins) I was given a bottle of water to have while sitting in the lobby and it took just a few minutes for someone to come find me and check me in. The restaurant bar staff are very good.

Will rtn to Yakima in future but will avoid this particular HI if I am able.
