It was a very nice place but i asked for a handicap room. The room was very nice however the bed was so high it was very difficult to get in. I asked for a handicap room because i had some disabilities with movement. A little bit lower would have been wonderful!

Hotel was nice and organized but bathroom had a very bad/odd smell that I couldn’t figure out what it was from. I got in late and was leaving early so I just shut the door and dealt with it.

It was a little tight with the pull out couch. We had to push it around a little to get it down because the AC unit was in the way.

We were asleep when they came knocking on our door and we were scared because we didn't know who it was and then they rang the bell but we didn't open the door and we called the lobby and they told us that they were hotel staff because we were making noise, we were surprised because we were already asleep when they said we were making noise and the person who attended us in the lobby was very unpleasant while he attended us on the phone,

Very clean, staff was great. Missed the breakfast but having had the HIE breakfasts at other locations, I am sure is was very good. Quiet location. Perfect location for my needs. Would recommend and will likely stay here again.

We were visiting family, checked in and went to bed. In the morning we found multiple different hairs on shower walls and floor as well as the bath room floor. We have stayed at this location before and been very satisfied. This was disgusting!

Room was super clean and new so that was our expectation. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was just ok, juices were very good tasty. Cheese omelet not so great but veggie omelet was pretty good. I am partial to a waffle maker when staying at a hotel but all they had was a pancake maker which I personally have never seen so I didn't try it. Would have been nice to have scrambled eggs and hashbrowns. It was a quick overnight trip so didn't see or use the pool but I love the idea of having it at the hotel. All-in-all, we would stay there again.

Stayed here for a tournament. It was nice and close to the field, had parking and a pool for the kiddos. Breakfast was good.

But the room.is spacious. I asked if we could check in early beacuse our game ended early they said no because i booked it qith expedia.

Room was ok. Front desk guy was extremely rude when we tried to check in an hour early because we had a tournament to go to. Oh and it’s 10 days later and we still have a pending hold on our credit card. Won’t stay her again.

No complains about the hotel and stay. The only issue I had was at check-in. We were allowed to do early check-in because we booked with hotels.com, even though they had available rooms.

Kind Staff. Very clean! Nice bedding, plenty of pillows. I have not stayed in a hotel room for quite a while. This was a nice place that felt secure and clean. I did not get to sample the breakfast because I had my dog with me and they are not allowed near the buffet, and you are not allowed to leave them in the room alone. Also...it is put away pretty early. There were three things that bugged me. The TV sound is capped....so it will only get so loud which isn't quite loud enough (for me) when the AC is running. Second, there was no full length mirror in the room. I was getting ready for a wedding and I was really surprised to note that there wasn't one. Just the bathroom mirror, waist and up. Third, in the bathroom the tub LOOKS like there is a textured safety application in the bottom of the tub...but it is not. It is super slippery. There is one grab bar and it is helpful for getting in and out, but it's on the outside, so not useful when IN the shower. There really should be a second bar inside the shower and a grippy tub floor for safety. The only other thing was the shared shampoo, lotion, and soap. I understand the why....but just cannot do it. No more individual soaps. Glad I brought my own. Close to shopping and good eats. YES...I will stay here again.

The suite could’ve been bigger but the room was clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating, the breakfast buffet had a great selection. It was an overall pleasant experience!

It was what we needed for one night

Our room was right above the outdoor patio and people were out there constantly being loud well past 11pm. Our fire alarm was hanging off the ceiling, not sure if it worked or not. Beds were hard and uncomfortable.

Don't stay in room 211 the lobby plays there music so loud at night you can't sleep

Breakfast could be better. Biscuits/Gravy was awesome but the pancakes are awful and eggs are so so.

The staff is very courteous and helpful with any of your questions. The room was clean. The only thing I saw was at the pool. Looks like it could use a little bit of stain or renovation, and the water was a little bit murky other than that I would rate it 4 to 4 1/2 out of five.

Nice options available for breakfast… oatmeal with the trimmings, fresh fruit, bacon or sausage with a vegetarian option some kind of eggs. Yogurt, milk, cereal, toast, boiled eggs,pancakes and even something for the sweet tooth. Muffins cinnamon roll danish. Something for just about everyone. The beds were also comfortable and the heating and cooling system is actually on the quiet side

It was so bad, we paid for 2 nights and left first thing in the am after the first night. Didn’t even stay for the 2 nd night. We had to pay for another hotel for the 2nd night.

Conveniently located to the areas I needed to visit

The pancakes machine made terrible cakes. And a couple of basic things that I forgot, the front desk didn’t have. Since my car had broken down I had no way of getting to a store. My wheelchair wasn’t able to take me due to the. Fact that there wasn’t any sidewalk and I was to afraid to travel in the busy main road. The only saving grace was that the staff was very helpful and friendly!

We extended our stay for another couple of days. Talked to Marissa ( general Manager ) and she expedited our reservations in a timely manner.

So I was very disappointed when I got to the hotel and was not allowed to check in early even though I had already drove 6 hours to get there and the front desk staff while I should say the front desk lady was very rude said that there was no available early check in until at least 3:00 cuz all the rooms are dirty and she was just very rude and so I set up my car in the parking lot for 6 hours until I was able to get a room which is very disheartening I once worked for IHG and I have never seen such rude service to anybody and I would never allow my front desk staff to talk to I guess even a member at that the way she did

There is ample parking despite being heavily booked and the late night desk staff is super nice/chill

I really had to think on this review for a few days. I almost said something to the front desk attendant at checkout, but he was so sweet and none of this was his fault, so I let it be. But how can you guys fix something if nothing is said?? So, here goes... My family and I stayed at this hotel last spring and it was wonderful. So I had the same expectations this time around. Unfortunately that wasn't the case for this one night stay. Upon walking in to our room, I could tell that it had just been mopped, but there were dirty foot prints all over the tiles. I chalked that up to it just being a quick mop job and didn't mind too much. But later on noticed it was very sticky also. Clearly, whoever mopped didn't take much care into cleaning the floor from the previous guest. The carpet was also pretty dirty too. Two of my kids had brand new white socks on. By the end of our stay, the bottom of their socks were almost black. I'm sorry, but that's disgusting. The bank of drawers available were all so broken we could barely open them to access the extra sheet for the sofa bed. The sofa bed mattress had tons of stains on it. Pretty gross. The blankets and sheets on both queen beds had hairs all over them and one of them had what looked like red lipstick smears in a few places. We slept on top of the covers and didn't use the pillows. It was not a very comfortable stay and we won't be back. Definitely not worth the $200 we spent on this stay.

Room was not clean when we arrived, but it was late so we let it go. The next day we requested our room to be cleaned . We were gone all day not getting back till 10pm .even though we requested it on one came and cleaned our room or refreshed our towels.

Very sad. Carpets n floors were dirty and it smelled so strong of disinfectant we couldn’t stay in our room.

Room was dirty, with garbage from previous guest. Trouble moving rooms. Did end being able to move rooms and stayed. Next morning breakfast: no cinnamon rolls, trouble getting things refilled. Stayed 3 times previously but won't be going back.

Access to streaming would make this hotel compete with other chains. Being able to log into own netflix..

The most important thing for in on weekend trips is staying smother is dog friendly. We a had a great experience here.

The outside of the property was littered with trash especially along the property lines/broken glass in parking lots. The building paint needs to be updated because although this was "newly renovated" it was clear the exterior wasn't. The rooms were nice with no real complaints about the stay other than ascetics/smell.

Filters in ac unit were coated with thick layer of dust, floor was not vacuumed, thick layer of dust on top of bed headboard and shelves, empty body wash bottle, candy left in window seal. Just dirty. Late check in due to having to travel 3 hours. Front desk guy made me feel like an inconvenience.

We got there late, but the front desk staff was more than welcoming and helpful.

Rooms were clean and smelled very clean. Only thing i didn't think was clean is the pool and the hot tub. It seemed like non registered guest entered and left it dirty. Hot tub had a beer bottle cap and hair balls.

The property felt a bit outdated. The floors were sticky. Bathroom was small as well. Overall, not very impressive.

Lobby and facility are well kept, customer service was excellent and so helpful and welcoming. My room was not clean, stains on bed, couch, and carpets. Body hair remained in shower from prior guests and the shower door was unable to be seen through due to the soap scum, did not feel sanitary. Otherwise, a nice experience.

Not a bad location. Pool was nice. Breakfast wasn’t bad. Freezer was broken so there was moldy, dirty water in it when we arrived. Also, they were having their fire alarms tested all day on the only full day of our stay. Made it tough to nap our 1-year-old. Staff seemed annoyed when I asked how long the alarms would be going off.

The experience was great overall - clean room, quick check in, good morning breakfast. The only thing not great was the indoor hot tub was not working properly, leaving the water cold. The front desk was very accommodating, though, and tried to fix it on the spot. This is my second time staying here, and I'd stay again when in town.

Personnel kind and helpful, but appeared overworked and tired. Breakfast was just ok - for the price of the room, could be better without raising the cost to the hotel, just a little creativity. Would be great if it was closer to Tesla chargers.

This was just a quick stay to get some sleep on an overnight roadtrip. We checked in after midnight and checked out around 5am. The person at check in was friendly and helpful. Even offered to make coffee for us in the morning before we had to head out. Hotel was a little out of the main city area which we really liked. Felt safe. Hotel was clean and had lots of space. I would stay here again if i was in the area.

When we checked in we weren’t told about breakfast, WiFi info, pool location or even how to get to our room. I had to ask where the elevator was. 90% of the time I went to the front desk for something no one was there. There were piles of trash outside multiple rooms on our floor at all times. The pool had no towels and there was no one at the desk to ask. The pool had trash on the tables and used towels all over the chairs and ground and on the floor where you enter. The hot tub was brown on the bottom which just looks gross. In our room there was a goldfish cracker in our air conditioner which is gross. There were adult sized hand prints and smears all over the windows which is gross. In the lobby at night it was very busy and loaded with people having some sort of party. They were mixing alcohol drinks with big bottles in bags right in the lobby over by the coffee area. Definitely not worth the $600 that I paid for 2 nights. Pretty disappointed and won’t be staying in a Holiday Inn

Our room was on the fourth floor and there was no ice machine on our floor. We had to go down to the third floor to get ice for our room.

I've stayed in a lot of hotels, and many Holiday Inn Express hotels like this one. This one was the best! Very clean, modern, nicely furnished, and a MUCH better than usual breakfast. Really great stay!
