We arrived late after a concert, and there was a staff member available to let us in and provide our keys. The facility was clean, quiet, and just what we needed after a long day!

It was close to everything we needed,so we could walk.

We were in town for a graduation ceremony - the hotel was so conveniently located. Great restaurant s nearby and pet friendly! Win, win, win!

And no free breakfast and parking was tight and a very long walk to the lobby and no signs to point to elevators

Quiet rooms, quick check in, and beds comfortable.

I didn’t sleep well because I could hear the cars on the road below. It was very loud. Also was looking forward to relaxing in the jacuzzi, but it had no working jets and there were many screaming boys in the pool. The room was very expensive and definitely not worth the price. I was very disappointed with my stay. I also was charged for parking each day.

We would have expected glasses in the bedroom, not just paper cups. Breakfast was not fresh apart from the eggs.

Volleyball tournament and the girls had a blast with the big room

I appreciated the staff and the attentiveness to meet my needs and the needs of my friends. The beds are amazingly comfortable! We slept well. The jacuzzi was not clean. However; once addressed, the staff asked maintenance to address the issue. The turnaround time was swift. We were able to get into the pool and jacuzzi after a long day.

Very noisy W traffic - ? need triple pane windows, In room coffee AWFUL and miserly provision of sugar/creamer and no tea. Garage large, spooky and dimly lit, w terrible signage. Signage thru the hotel unclear and confusing. Altogether noit good value for $200+

We always stay here when we visit Yakima. Very comfortable bed. They could use more comfy chairs in the room. They are a bit stiff.

I called right after making the reservation when I realized Mr reservation was for the incorrect night. I was first told that I couldn’t make the change without paying the full price. I was the told that the reservation could be changed for $1.00. When I got to the hotel that day they told that Expdia had not confirmed the change even though I had a confirmation E-mail that said they had. We had to wait for several minutes until the hotel got ahold of Expedia and confirmed the change. I also thought I had paid for breakfast but the next morning was told I hadn’t. We were also not told we were being charged $15 for parking. Very sloppy.

Usually in great conditions. This time, the room had a chemical type of smell, (not necessarily humidity or mold, couldn’t figure out what it was. Also, the heater was loud.

The room was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was REALLY nice. There was a chef making stuff to order. He was super friendly and the food was good.

Our room was clean and very spacious, as well as the staff was friendly and helpful! The pool and spa were clean and well maintained, however the pool room was quite hot. The hotel is conveniently located to many restaurants. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend!

The staff is off the charts nice and helpful. The place is clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was the condition of the bed pillows. Might need some new ones. But everything else was great!

The original staff when checking in was great. My wife forgot to ask her about a law enforcement discount so I inquired the next day. The staff member said they could not help me because we had to do it at the time of booking.

Great accommodations!

There were plenty of things wrong first being, we were charged a 30 dollar parking fee for an area we were told we had to park in after 9:00. The amount of homeless people around the hotel made it feel very unsafe. The rooms were not near as nice as advertised. The floor was not clean, my kids had black marks all over their feet so walking around we had to wear socks or shoes in the room. The downstairs, lobby and bar were all very nice but very high priced. With all of these little things it does not match up with what we paid. For that is why we are very frustrated.

What I like about this hotel is that their services are excellent and their room is spotless.

The ac was on when I arrived with my two teenagers, one on crutches. I had to be at an event so once I got my kids settled, I walked over to my event. Once I got back, it was time for bed and when I tried to turn down the ac, it would not respond. There was no way I was going to try to get a new room that late. I was absolutely freezing and had to put extra clothes on and blankets to get some sleep. Very discouraging for the money I spent.

I was surprised to learn a 15$ per night parking fee to park our rental car. It seemed excessive. We went up to our room and our keys were not activated,, so we had to go back down... The alarm clock went off at 930pm, so we just unplugged it, then it still went off at 530AM!!!!! on the battery power... suggesting the maids check this Over all i was not impressed and won't stay here again. Many other options in this price range

Love the service and hospitality. Did not like that I was there for business and the Wi-Fi was not working the entire trip. Very inconvenient and challenging for my work event that needed to present at.

Room smelled like mold around the fridge. Staff couldn’t move me because the hotel was full, so we kept the window open for 2 days.

Parking is very tight and minimal. That’s about the only thing I can complain about. Everything else is amazing

We stay here every time we go to Yakima…

The staff who checked us in was not welcoming. She did not smile or say hello or thank you. We had to initiate check in. The homeless was loitering in the parking area and front entrance. With no to tell them to go away. The one at the front entrance had feces all over his backside while his pants were down.

Room was a discount rate room. It had a handicap bathroom with VERY poor lighting. There was not light in the walk in shower.

We stayed for 2 nights at Christmas. We arrived late on Christmas night after a full day of travel and celebration and with a sick child. At 8:15 am the next morning someone tried to enter our room and fortunately we had engaged the safety lock. Housekeeping was not expected to clean unless requested. It was startling, and unnecessary. It sure seems like the hotel could communicate internally to avoid disturbing guests.

It is Yakima so your options are not the best. Needs better pillows, need to better maintenance the room (light didn’t turn on, broken handles etc.)

The top floor suite was beautiful clean and accommodating. The nicest room in Yakima for sure. Indoor pool was warm and out 5yr old granddaughter had a blast swimming. Breakfast was delicious and filling. Excellent staff as we’ll.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. It’s in a great location and very comfortable. I will stay here again. Free WiFi was spotty and other guests were noisy (2:30 am noises in room above us)!

The area is safe and we stay here because other area in town have felt scary with the homeless.

We had problems with finding where to park to check in. There was someone running up and down the hallway at 10 at night. In the morning someone tried to get into our room. Thank God we had the safety latch on so they couldn't get in. Didn't announce themselves. Wasn't house keeping. Called the front desk and got a very blasé answer of "we will let housekeeping know." Checked out immediately because I didn't feel safe. The front desk was very bank faced and said they let house keeping know. No apology. No empathy. No politeness. I would love to be contacted by management to discuss this further. We will not be staying there again.

It was good. The only concern I have is that the bathroom didn’t have a fan. The mirrors were foggy after we showered. Otherwise rooms were adequate and clean.

Terrible noise until 10 PM. No ear plugs to help.

Beautiful clean and friendly hotel. We stay here every time we pass through Yakima. They have the same staff every year which leads me to believe they have a good management team and a happy staff. So friendly and great food in their restaurant . Love coming here.

Hilton Gardens-Pool was warm enough to walk right in. Staff was very friendly and I felt the breakfast staff went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed. Very friendly, talkative, with a happy bubbly demeanor.

I arrived at after 12am on Sunday and I was not accommodated bc receptionist says my reservation was for 5/20. I had to make a reservation for an extra night. Not pleased
