This property is located in a very lovely neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay here and the entire experience was delightful.

We loved the easy access to the beach and pools, as well as restaurants and amenities

It is clean and beautiful. The staff is very friendly, accommodating, and nice. It is not really walkable to shops and restaurants but they have a shuttle service which is great!

Beautiful place wonderful location facilities were awesome Prices for drinks was way too high could have been a little cleaner restaurant needed supervision. Waitresses were not very responsive.

The main restaurant served me a raw hamburger. The next day the downstairs each bites got our order completely wrong. The annoying thing was if you wanted to use one of the hotels beach umbrellas you had to pay for them. At the price the hotel charges you they should be free. Definitely have to go off site to find decent food.

Just perfect for family beach weekend!

The entire property was clean and amazingly free of sand everywhere, given that it’s directly on the beach! Plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy the view. The restaurant was very good and everyone at the property was helpful and friendly.

They updated the restaurant and bars since our last visit. Very nice! Room was comfortable. AC is a little loud. We love hearing the waves from our room!

This hotel was beautiful! It has a great location and we loved that it was right on the beach. They have a shuttle that will take you wherever you want to go so you don’t have to drive—we really liked that. We had an oceanfront room and loved our view. I do think the hotel is pricey but it’s worth it for everything you get. The food at the restaurant was just ok. We had much better meals at other local restaurants: Oceanic, Blueberry’s grill, Eternal Sunshine Cafe and Bluewater Grill.

The beach was low key and quiet. My one gripe was having to pay for beach chair and unbrella, but since parking is free I guess that balances out

You could not ask for a better location, went several years ago and seemed to have a much better room, this one just had some little quirks that were slightly annoying. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly, quite expensive to buy snacks and eat on site, but the food was really good when you did.

This is not a place for a service dog as they didn’t relay that we brought ours and I was getting messages about mine the entire time not to mention the cleaners constantly complained about him to the front staff every few mins. We couldn’t take him to the beach due to over heating so I let them know I would be leaving him in the room while we went and I got messages multiple times of them complaining. They would knock on my door to see if he would bark. Needless to say we left early. Our room had old food left in the fridge and strawberry pieces on the floor from previous people. But it was just okay

This resort has been one of the best resort I’ve ever stayed in. Definitely a perfect couples getaway or family vacation. The staff was so friendly and room service really stays on top of everything. Definitely getting your money’s worth by staying here, every penny counted and I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Great location on the beach, nice pool, good coffee in the foyer. Room was ready on arrival ,check in was smooth and the room was a good size with a large bathroom. Balcony was lovely Latch on balcony door was not functioning. Would be great to be able to boil water and to have some teabags in the room. Table in balcony was without glass

I saw many smokers, trying to take a puff not be around people that smoke. They used to have a bench out there away from everybody. What I would ask is even take a bench and put it next to that gate underneath the parking garage. It’ll be away from everybody thankful that’s the reason I’ve come here where I can have some drinks and smoke and not bother any children any families tucked away. I’ve always been a respectable smoker but create a place underneath that parking garage where he used to have the volleyball court and now it’s children play area, which I think is awesome. I think a bench in case it rains a smoker can have a smoke and be away from anybody else. I have found this place 16 years ago to where I could smoke and enjoy a drink and love that pool outside. This is the greatest hotel ever in my mind. I’ll never quit coming in here.

The room was clean and comfortable. The grounds were well maintained and the staff very accommodating.

Breakfast was pretty low quality. That would be my only complaint.

There was hair everywhere!! In both beds, under the sheets, on top of the sheets, in the shower, on the floor, in the towels literally EVERYWHERE!!! Only one elevator working and the stairwell lights were out.

A couple of the ocean view rooms have an obstructed view. i was initially given one of those rooms. When it was brought to the management's attention they quickly gave me a room with an unobstructed view. the management is very responsive. The hot tub was great, very warm. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

This was an amazing experience. The room was extremely clean, comfortable beds, the decor was out of a magazine. The staff was helpful, the food and drinks at the restaurant were top notch. I would not change a thing! I look forward to visiting again!

Facilities, accommodations, staff (especially the staff). Really no complaints. I normally don't give "10's" to any rating of a facility, because I don't rate many facilities and I always think there is room for improvement. I gave this one a "10" because they deserved it. Thanks. We'll be back.

Beds were very comfortable. There was a lot to do at the resort, especially for the location Water pressure could have been stronger, but the showers and bathrooms were nice.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable king size bed in room. Pull out bed was uncomfortable. Huge dip in the mattress and mattress was stained. Hair on shower walls and floor in bathroom. Crumbs and debris on table and chairs in room. Sticky tables and stained seating throughout hotel in general. Chair and umbrella rentals stop at 3pm but you can’t check in until 4pm.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly. The pools, hot tub, and direct beach access made this the perfect place to stay! We enjoyed dinner on Friday night at the hotel and listened to live, acoustic music. It was fun for the whole family, and we LOVED playing Ping Pong while we were there too. We will definitely return!

Even though me and my friend went during the lowest part of tour season, it was so peaceful! That night we watched the meteor shower on the beach; It was so clear, there were no obstructions and I just had a lot of fun!

Fantastic hotel right on the beach. My room was oceanfront and the view was stunning. The beach is pristine and the hotel was nicely appointed and sparkling clean. Beds are fantastic, sheets too! Wrightsville has so much to offer and we had some great dinners, good shopping and just an overall fabulous time. I can’t wait to return!

Went for our anniversary and were surprised by a knock on the door with a gift of sparkling wine and a chute board full of cheese nuts fruit meats and crackers!!! We almost stayed at a condo close by that had a good rating but I looked at the reviews and not one good review! The private owned condos in the area and at Myrtle are so awful run down furniture and appliances and filthy. I am soo happy to stay here at Holiday Inn! It was clean and beautiful as new, comfortable and quiet and splendid ocean view room with the balcony door open and the wave sounds brought amazing peacefulness. Staff was fantastic! Parking was easy and everything was great. Are at the restaurant and recommend buying breakfast when you book your room. The room had a refrigerator and microwave. The beds and pillows and bedding was soo nice. The bathroom was large and spotless everywhere.

With several options and variety of food, among the locale directly on the beach, we found this hotel to be above and beyond perfect for our trip. Add to that, the staff, service, facility cleanliness, and overall safety of the area provided an A+ experience! When we return, we will stay here again, no doubt about that.

Very nice but expensive

The property was not as advertised. Was a bit disappointed was not aware there was a $34 per day "resort fee". No one was able to explain what the fee covered. So i just paid, but would like to know.

Very nice location to the beach. Love the beach chair rental service and ability to get poolside drinks but very limited menu which is disappointing . The pool was not the cleanest with all of the sunscreen floating and there could be more chairs around the pool. Rooms really nice with great views.

Convenience to the island

The next morning I went to the manager to tell what happened and she offered a free beverage, I asked if we could have a later checkout and they said 12:30 would be the latest we could checkout. Around 11 we hear a knock and with no warning the cleaning service came in and I was completely undressed getting ready. Then the front desk called our room saying we had to leave and the room checkout was actually 11:30. This was a bad experience and made me not want to come back to this hotel ever again.

This hotel checked all the boxes for my family and I. The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. The food and drink at the restaurant were fantastic and the the kids loved the pool option after a day at the beach. Huge plus is the shittle that takes you to local restaurants and shopping in the area free of charge. Parking is a big question mark at WB so the shuttle is a no brainer.

The property is beautiful! Great location and excellent service from hotel and restaurant staff. The shuttle service was very efficient and the driver was friendly. There were a few minor inconveniences we encountered during our stay that resulted in a 4 star rating on an otherwise 5 star stay. Extra towels were not available when requested and we were told they would be delivered to our room later but they never arrived. There is a laundry room on each floor which is great but only one washing machine was working in the entire facility during our stay which made being able to wash our beach clothes difficult. Also, we witnessed one of the baristas in the coffee bar lick a spoon after stirring a drink she was preparing. The spoon went into the sink afterwards, but still not something you want to see when someone is preparing an order.

The hotel it’s self was clean and quiet only wish the rooms tvs had streaming services available like Netflix or prime video for use there wasn’t many options for tv.

The property was beautiful. The dinning was convenient and the sites were lovely.

Beautiful property. Very clean

The property is in a great location right on the beach with the option to rent chairs and an umbrella. Parking is free and conveniently located but the parking garage is small and a bit of a maze. The coffee shop, restaurants, and bars were absolutely amazing! Delicious drinks and food. Staff was incredibly friendly. My only complaint would be the room. For the price, the property could use some updating. We booked a king suite. The room was large but underwhelming. Dirty couch, uncomfortable bed, dirty/stained bathroom window overlooking the ocean. I would stay here again for the location and convenience but would love to see some updates.

Very nice place to stay with a family vacation. Pools, hot tubs, hammocks, food, alcohol, smoke free, clean, ocean front and friendly staff. Tammy - Shift supervisor at breakfast buffet was amazing and helpful!

Very nice resort. Rooms are small but we were hardly there. We enjoyed the pool and the beach. Loved the beach town and will be back.

It was difficult for us to find parking because of the various meetings taking place at the hotel.

The hotel is beautiful. The service is great. I recommend getting the breakfast package for every morning because it is a delicious buffet and the waitresses are so friendly. The view looks over The ocean. You are right on the beach with a big huge pool. They have a beautiful bar and restaurant and the drinks are delicious but pricey. The rooms are decorated so cute and if you stay in a room with the balcony, you get a nice view we stayed in 613 and had a view of the bay and the ocean. We will definitely be staying here again Oh, and by the way, they have a transportation bus that will take you anywhere within 4 miles of the resort And pick you up!

Lovely one night stay. Dinner at night in restaurant just OK. Breakfast was great with a wonderful staff. Had a nice walk on the beach as well.

Loved the ocean view and ability to walk from hotel room right out to the beach and ocean.

It was very modern and clean. The views of the ocean were amazing. The beach access was easily accessible. The hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast had so many tasty options.

Couple of things I would change - more closet space - tall enough for dresses - room I stayed would not allow; couple of refillable water bottles; and shower head definetely needs one with pressure.

We stayed at this hotel on Valentine’s Day and it couldn’t have been any better! The room was very spacious and had a gorgeous view. Bed was super cozy. We didn’t t have any reservations so decided to go down to the bar and see if we could have drinks and dinner. The food and drinks were excellent and the bartenders were so nice! The live music was absolutely fantastic (loved the saxophone player and her beautiful singing voice). Front desk check in was excellent as well. Huge bonus were the EV chargers in the parking deck! Loved the convenience and it was completely unexpected. We would definitely return to this hotel!

Everything was so nice and clean. The room had a wonderful View. Beds were super comfy. Love the walk in shower. Breakfast was great and the view again was amazing.Just a few short steps to the beach. Most of all the staff were very helpful and so nice. Not just one of them but all of them. Would highly recommend. Will definitely be coming back.
