Good Evening, I didn't like the fact housekeeping at 4PM , the desk person was too busy to assist us because she was working alone, therefore I had to make my own bed and do garbage as well, my room should have been attended to earlier but that didn't happen, the room was not cheap so why should I have to pay a high price and clean my own room, im very very disappointed. My name is Ms. Redmond 219 293 9601 . I have stayed at this property quite a few times, but I will not return

The room was comfortable and clean. Like the availability of Dove toiletries in shower and sink area. Free breakfast was good. We signed up for Loyalty Program as required for late checkout. They did not honor the late checkout as my husband came back to our room and they were cleaning it at 11:30.

Hotel conveniently located to main roads, large room, bathroom had enough counter space for our stuff, wonderful breakfast, helpful staff. Water pressure in the shower could be stronger.

We booked a room with 2 qn beds but when we got there it was a king. 3 adults! There was a sofa bed that was awful Just not happy You asked us to choose the room type They said they could change it at anytime Wish we knew that ahead of time

Breakfast was okay other than the pancake maker. The room was clean and the staff were the friendliest that I've ever encountered!

Breakfast was great! So many options! Rooms were spacious and very clean. Hotel is located near outlet malls. Staff was very friendly. If I had wanted to swim, the pool was not available yet. I assume due to time of year (middle of May). However, I didn’t plan on swimming anyway so no big deal.

My first time in Atlanta and my stay at 1470 Woodstock PWY Holiday Inn was amazing. The breakfast was delicious, and lots to choose from. I would definitely stay here next time I visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

My wife and I enjoyed the breakfast both days we were there. Parking was close to the door and I could see my car from the room window both nights.

It's convenient location, easy parking and good breakfast.

The hotel was pristine, the location was perfect and the room was setup with all the conveniences you would expect like clothes hooks, towel hooks etc all where they needed to be. The breakfast was excellent unlike most hotels the food was delicious. One morning had cheese omelette with sausage links, next morning had bacon with pepper omelette on top of dozens of other choices to eat. This was the nicest and friendliest Holiday Inn Express I have every stayed in.

Great area, plenty of safe, free parking, exceedingly clean rooms, friendly staff. We normally don't eat breakfast but we did this time and it was very good. We will stay again!

The staff warmly welcomed us and was very helpful with great area restaurant and activity recommendations. The location was nice and quiet but very convenient to 575 and quaint downtown Woodstock. Nice fresh breakfast included along with all day coffee service. Easy secure parking.

The front desk informed me that they can cancel the reservation but need to contact Expedia for refund. Expedia told me the decision is ultimately the hotel's so therefore i need to talk to them. So basically both sides made me feel like 'suck it, you are too small of a customer and we dont care about your stay"

We stay here often have always had problems with room not really clean. Hairs all over bathroom. So I take my own cleaning supplies which sucks. Well my husband got extremely sick on way back through we had to change the date 1 night and they refused to refund the fee and they could have we have been excellent customers

The front desk staff was amazing! We arrived very late and Tatiana was kind enough to keep our reservation open and waited to the very latest possible moment! We made it to a room only because of her patience! And, an equally warm experience during our checkout! Room was clean and comfortable, but the staff made it an exceptional stay! Thank you Tatiana.

Great hotel. Every time we go to Woodstock we stay at this hotel. The hotel is small, but modern and quaint with great confortable rooms. Their breakfast is good and they have wonderful cinnamon rolls. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I strongly recommend this hotel.

100000/10 stars! The staff is incredibly nice an attentive. They remembered and addressed me by my name my entire stay. The complimentary breakfast options are great! Loved the freshly ground coffee as well. I recommend this hotel 1000000%! This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at!

The rooms were clean. The breakfast had good variety of food and fresh fruits (apples and bananas). The staff was friendly whenever we interacted with them, and the rooms were generally quiet. In the middle of the night, we did hear someone walking heavily in the halls, but it's not something any hotel can control. Overall, we loved the hotel and would definitely consider coming back to it. There were not many restaurants or shops at walkable distance, so that is something to consider if you're staying without a vehicle.

Hotel is well maintained but every time we stay which is often I have to clean bathroom from hairs everywhere. They need to work on training the ladies in housekeeping on cleaning the bathroom in rooms. Also we asked to stay an extra hour my husband had hurt his arm and it took us longer to get car loaded and going and lady at front desk told us no due to hotel being booked. House keeping was not even near our door when we left. Felt she was just being rude the way she said to us. Never seen her before. I had to go out in parking lot and load

Over 200 flights were canceled out of my airport, so I was unable to make my trip. I called from the airport to talk with the hotel to explain the situation and was told to call back. Holiday Inn refused to waive any fees for an issue totally out of my control. They definitely lost my future business!

This room switch occurred after I had called to reconfirm my room reservation. I am an amputee. This room change was totally unacceptable! The handicapped parking outside was empty except for 1 other car on the 1st night. I saw the driver & she was totally ambulatory. On the second day, when I returned after 7 hours of moving, I was told there was a handicapped room available. Just what I wanted to do after working in the heat for 7 hours. Repacking & schelping my luggage from upstairs to downstairs in the back of the hotel. Although the 2nd room was a little better, the shower was a disaster. The shower seat was on one end of the shower while the soap, shampoo/conditioner was on the opposite wall & mounted high up. The linens were cheap & abrasive, toilet paper was cheap Scott's & soap/shampoo/coditioner/lotion was cheap, toxic Dove brand. The staff was horrible. No real apologies. Basically had a Too Bad attitude. I felt like they couldn't have care less. The breakfast items were horrible. Very limited & mostly prefab. I will NEVER entertain the idea of staying at another Holiday Inn.

The minute I walked in, Althea, at the front desk welcomed me and made me feel like it was home. She was so helpful and concerning that I was looking forward to her coming on in the next shift. The room was very clean and quiet. I requested a room on the top floor when I made the reservation and it was what I got. Althea made me feel like family..The breakfast could have been better though.

I loved everything about this hotel. I try and stay at a Holiday Inn Express every time I travel. This was by far my favorite one yet. So quiet… I slept amazing!!! It’s safe and the property is beautiful!!! The staff was so friendly!!! Will definitely stay here again!!!!

Clean and comfortable just like we’ve come to expect from HIE. The small touches like lemon water and 24hr coffee make a big difference.

From Aletha’s beyond helpful service at the front desk, with beverage credit and help to the elevator after accommodating my request for quiet area away from elevators. Super comfy bed, excellent egg white frittatas and just right bacon for breakfast!!! Definitely worth a high recommendation!!

If you have an opportunity to stay here, then do it. The staff works harder than any hotel I’ve been to. The place was spotless and smelled so nice! It was clear they take pride in their work. We were so pleased!!

Room was exceptional designed, finished and furnished, especially for this price point. Staff was great. Assistant GM went out oh her way to extend harness and hospitality.

This is an excellent place for a short-term stay — clean, well-maintained, and with respectful, thoughtful treatment of guests.

We enjoyed our stay! Breakfast had great options each morning, the room was clean and ready on time, the beds were comfy and had nice pillows, the bathroom was spacious, the lobby was clean, and the staff was friendly. This hotel was in a great location and a perk is that we were walking distance to the outlets!

I stayed at the hotel to attend my granddaughter’s graduation. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was pretty good. I really appreciate the coffee being available 24 seven and this is my usual go to hotel when I stay in the area.

This is the BEST & CLEANEST Hotel, I have came across in the GA area... amazing staff, always clean environment, delicious breakfast, coffee at all-time, and if you are traveling for baseball, then this hotel is also a must! It was such a help to have the easy walk-in shower. Please it was lovely to have all the soaps, shampoo, etc. in the full-size bottles and easy to dispense.

Every time we go visit our sister in Woodstock, we stay at this hotel. The hotel is very modern and so are the rooms. The cleanness of this hotel speaks for itself. The breakfast is very good, specially their morning cinnamon rolls. Everyday afternoon, around 5ish, they have fresh baked chocolate chips cookies by the entrance, which is a great treat after coming back from dinner. However, the most important factor is the friendly and welcoming customer service. Everyone, from the person at the front desk, to the rest of the staff they make you feel right at home. I strongly recommend this hotel, you will not be disappointed.
