Room was absolutely gross holes in walls stains on the walls broken counter place was very un clean

A disaster, dirty room, noise unbearable from Hwy 5 and trains, Left after 2 sleepless nights. Worse hotel ever, waiting for refund as we couldn’t stay time as planned, because of room conditions, dirty floors terribly noisy !

The only thing worth mentioning is the lady at the front desk was very nice Anything.. there was a large fungi/mushroom growing in the room. The TV didn't work and took the guy almost 2 hours to fix. The floor was filthy. My sox were black in a matter of a hour. Absolutely one of the worst rooms ive experienced

close to my dying parent. The toilet didn't work at all. No water in tank or bowl. turned on wall valve, and no water came. Complained next morning because thought hotel was full and I needed a hotel. Manager said their plumber said it was fixed and that I should have told them earlier. They would have given me a different room. Of course, I didn't figure the issue out until the middle of the night, and I would have had to move all my stuff, find the manager, etc. They wouldn't even give a discount on the room. In addition, the motel is next to busy HWY 5 and is quite noisy. All other hotels were full. This was my last choice. They even charged a $50 deposit in addition to the room charge!

Only thing I didn't care for was the placement of the smoke detector in the room, opened the bathroom door after taking a shower 🚿 and it set off the smoke detector every time 😮 all weekend.... and room I was in had no bath tub, shower 🚿 only but plenty of hot 🔥 water.... otherwise everything was good 😊 and all staff were helpful when needed....

If I could leave a negative 10 stars on this hotel I would. The website doesn't show the actual photo's location. In a very unsafe environment. The room was nasty smelled as if someone died, and was cleaned with embalming fluid. We left less than 15 minutes of checking enough time to grab bags and head as fast as we checked. We are still fighting for a refund for our NO stay Charge. We booked thru Expedia and still no word. The hotel insists they couldn't refund us do to booking thru Expedia. It's been over 19 days, no word nothing. Awful experience never ever again! Lesson learned!

The room was clean. It could have used some towel hooks or towel bar in the bathroom for wet towels.

My friend, who was staying in another room at the other end of the building, had someone aggressively try to break into his room around 4 a.m. I don’t have any complaints about the room itself, but be aware of the kind of environment and activity around the property.

The bed was old and saggy. The pillows were tiny and like cardboard. The mirror was greasy and the half the lights were burned out. Area did not feel very safe. It is a cheap hotel, but at least try to care.

We couldn't even get the WiFi to work, even after entering the information exactly as it was given to us. The TV barely worked. You could hear everything from the rooms around us, and overall it just didn't feel like a safe or relaxing place to stay. Not to mention, there was a strong mildew smell, especially in the bathroom after taking a shower. Nothing about this experience matched what was advertised or what we expected. It wasn't worth the price, and we won't be staying here again or recommending it to anyone.

Scant amenities, thin toilet paper. No lotion, tissues, etc. There was no drain trap so items could be lost down the drain. Decent 2-door refrigerator/ freezer. Good microwave. No utensils. Friendly staff.

Stayed for the night. Room was decent but bed was uncomfortable, pillows were uncomfortable, towels were like sandpaper and old. Youl could hear the traffic was the freeway. It was decent for a one night stay but I would not stay for a few day vacation.

Young ma. Who checked.us in was not overly friendly, but he was very efficient. Entry to the property was difficult and parking lot was tight and difficult to maneuver even in a small suv. Pillows were as hard as rocks and towels thin. Priced reflected all of this so.....

Bathroom had both hair on the floors and hairs stuck on the wet toilet seat. Bed sheets kept popping off the corners of the bed exposing the lack of mattress pad on the mattress (illegal in Washington).

The lights were dim and the bathroom fan did not work. At one point my key card wasn’t working even though I had told the guy when checking in we would be there 2 nights. Other than that a decent stay for a bed and a shower. Nothing fancy but filled our basic needs.

So parking is limited in front of room but do offer over flow parking.... it's definitely family friendly not sure about pets as I left mine at home... only thing I didn't like was they automatically put the fee on your card for any damages... even though they explained it would be refunded after cleaning of the room... but mine was returned to my account... have cash to make reservations or pay upon arrival and there's no charge for room cleaning....

The beds squeak, the bathroom hummmms all night, the mini fridge sounds like a suction machine, the clothes hangers that you can't remove are right in the way to the bathroom y ( hit my head twice and I'm short!) , the easy chair should be thrown out cuz it stinks and is filthy. Enough said

I did like being close to a place to eat, and the person who checked me in was very friendly, but it was lacking some basic amenities like a closet and hairdryer. 😞. TV was nice, and appreciate having a fridge and microwave. Just not the place for me in the future.

However, when one of the two married couples pulled back their bed sheets, a dog had slept in the bed and the bed sheets had NOT been changed. This was unacceptable and disappointing for me as their host in our home every day for every meal. My wife and I have traveled the world, stayed in the best as well as the most modest hotels globally. We have never encountered such a situation anywhere. We will not utilize or recommend your hotel again. Owners and managers, please share this response with your entire team to insure that this will never happen again. Also, I wil appreciate your manager calling me to explain and apologize for inexcusable housekeeping and supervisory accountability. Thank you.

Checking in was pretty easy and room was pretty good…

Our first room at a leak in the bathroom ceiling. They moved us to another room which only had a leaking tub faucet. The beds were pretty comfortable and the room was pretty clean, not perfect. It is pretty run down and I get the feeling the owners are always working to repair issues but never quite get ahead of them. It worked just fine for us but if you are expecting Ilani level niceness, this isn't that. But it isn't 450 a night either. It is a reasonable bargain for a single night stay.

Smelled clean -- kinda like a pool. Felt clean. Toilet ran off and on. Odd set up for light switches in the bathroom (room #119). Bed was comfortable. Overall it was a good place to stay for one night.

We were there for a concert. The staff was very friendly. We had requested a downstairs room due to my mom not walking well. We were told no downstairs rooms were available however we saw many empty rooms. The beds were harder than we like but for the price it was expected.

Expedia did not forward request for ground floor room. We are both disabled--I have lived with MS for over 40 years but still can walk carefully. My friend has broken foot and sprained ankle. No one in lobby when we arrived, just a sign they'd return shortly. More people arrived and we all waited. The couple after me graciously traded their 1st floor room for ours. That room badly smelled of smoke, had no water pressure, doors were very dirty, needed paint, floors were very scraped and furniture (that was particle board) showed water damage. I WILL NOT STAY AT AN OYO AGAIN!!!!!

First we got the wrong room,then we got a really stinky room. The room we ended up in had one noisy bed, toilet would stick and keep flushing,and the shower kept dripping.The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable.Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Will not go back

It was a good location to the casino and locations around. It was dirty. The bathroom and walls had spots and stains that I’m sure could have been cleaned. It didn’t smell clean. It was hard to sleep because the noise around you can hear everything- cars and people passing by

My room was filthy, the walls were filthy with stuff running down them, there was empty TP rolls on the floor and hair from a razor in the sink and counters. There were a lot of ants in the bathroom, several dead bugs including one large black spider on my bedroom wall and one dead on the floor. There were loud trains. ALL night long! Horrible place!

This motel was a nice convenient motel it's in the middle betwêen Longview And Vancouver my partnsr and I just spent about a week there and the staff was courteous. The only thing I did t like was that there is no breakfast or swim.img pool like advertised. All in all good place to stay.

Had a great stay before my friend and I hiked Helens the next morning. Check in was easy and staff were friendly. We did have an issue trying to get the shower to work. Maybe it was broken? We might just have been unfamiliar with how it worked. Overall, it was a good experience.

The woman checking me in was very friendly and made me feel right at home. The room was easy to access from the freeway, and yet the room was quiet once inside. This was probably the most comfortable hotel mattress I have ever slept on!

Still waiting on my refund from the security deposit almost a month later! Other than that awesome experience for the price!

Don't leave this property before your damage deposit has been returned or you wont see it!! Called several times to try to get my damage deposit refunded ( i did no damage), all I got was the run around to call numerous people. All I have now are long distance charges to add to the damage deposit that was not refunded

We pulled up to the property and wouldn’t even get out of the car. There was a person outside that was clearly on something and it did not feel safe. We left immediately and didn’t end up staying the night.

Good pice for a basic motel.

Toilet in the bathroom is rocking back and forth and the room was just kind of run down.

It was not clean at all. There was hair in the sink and tub. There was also a smoke and mold smell in the room

I was charged extra for a double room when my reservation clearly said it was for a double room. The staff claimed I had booked a single room with a single queen even though I showed them the reservation.

The pillows were lumpy, and the floors had ants and silverfish. I tried to wipe up the ants with a wet flannel and the flannel came up filthy.

Thai property is just runner down, in need of serious TLC. There were spiders everywhere including the bed. My husband got 2 spider bites. Not appealing at all.

Highway noise. Tv didn't work. Sink light burned out. But it worked for us.

Noisy all night horrible beds no lights in the room no coffee maker in room large tv that is hard to hear over the freeway noise. Ants and spiders were spotted daily the room is moldy and gross. This was the worst place I have ever stayed in and the owners clearly don’t care about the customers.

Nice inexpensive motel, I think they must use some oxyclean in the laundry for the white towels and sheets. My skin reacts to it.

This is a budget property that needs work,,.. but is perfectly acceptable for a short stay at a very good price. The unit was clean and staff pleasant.

This property was such a great stay, I am for sure going to stay at this location or another next time! Everything you need in a quick-booking hotel that fits the budget well, and has great customer service! Overall the only comment was the shower being a bit weird, but I was able figure it out! Overall for me 4 stars our of 5!

Dirty rooms, bad area and heard prostitute and guy up above us have sex for about 30 minutes and then loudly leave.

It got the job done. Arrived and there was no staff. Waited about 5 minutes until someone came to the desk. Hotel was nearly empty and I was made to move my car and trailer that took up three of the 20 empty spots. Was told “other guests need those spots” but there was obviously no one else staying on that side. The area didn’t appear to be the safest so I was nervous about parking far away but apparently the “owner” demanded the staff tell me to park on the opposite side in an empty lot. I don’t appreciate being lied to.

I reserved this place for the specific location and the cheap price, the quality was not my first requirement. This place however did exceed my modest expectations and I do recommend it for budget travelers.

This was a nice little motel, staff was extremely nice! Just a couple things that would’ve made it better is it had said that there was a coffee maker in the room, however, there was not. Also, there was damage to the nightstand that was extremely visible, as well as the lampshade look like it had been smashed and just popped back out. I also was a little bit bothered by the bed as it was supposed to be a queen bed. I have a queen bed at home and at most it was a full, maybe double. Rooms were very clean though, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

There was lots of someone else’s hair in the bathroom and wedged between the door jam. Sink was corroded and stuff stuck all over the shower handle . Shower curtain was torn and shower activator was jammed.

Was ok for the price but very poor shape needs update in repairs in the rooms .

Not clean! Had mold on ceiling in bathroom. The walls were very dirty. Only 2 outlets worked. Refrigerator worked and was clean, bed in one room was dirty. TV was nice and big though. This hotel is NOT 4.3 miles from halloweentown, it’s an hour. Main reason we picked was because of distance. It was all very inconvenient and will not stay again. Staff is very friendly though.

This place was pretty loud and a little sticky. The front desk guy kept my id after check in, which was a little odd. There was a lot of fine print about deposits and didn’t get my “deposit” back until days later. I’d pick another I5 motel next time. The tv and cable worked thou.

Company lied about distance from St Helans Or, to this location. Said it was 5 miles away and it was over 30 for where we wanted to be. Will be filing a fraud claim.

Clean towels and sheets. Room was surface clean but definitely could use an all around deep clean. Many of the rooms were not booked. It would have been nice if the employee working the front desk could have booked guests with more space amongst us.
