Nothing. We didnt stay there I didnt like the fact that we made a reservation to arrive at 1:30am and they messaged us back after reservation was made, telling us they may not be able to accommodate us for the arrival time. So with no guarantee the we w I understand have a room and traveling in bad weather, opted to not put my family at risk of a bad situation and chose not to stay there. We were even willing to pay full price for staying less than half the time. For weeks they continued to attempt charging us full price even though we never stayed

Very clean and comfortable room. Ample parking. Breakfast was very disappointing- the bare minimum and the coffee was almost not drinkable. The room was $190 and I could have stayed Tru by Hilton in Colorado Springs which has an AMAZING breakfast for $100 less!!
- 5/5
Simple, clean. Whattaya want? Would definitely stay here again.

We reserved a queen room for 4 nights. There were at most 10 cars in the lot every night. The room was extremely small, we had to turn sideways to pass each other at the foot and side of the bed. The bed was a double, my bf is 6’2”. We asked for water at check-in, there was none available, it was “locked up”. Same thing the next day. We developed a rash after the second night, my bf on the backs of his legs and on my back. We requested maid service when we left for breakfast, we requested again on our return after lunch & again before we left for dinner. We never got it. I understand it’s a slow season but this was pitiful. Additionally the coffee was cold every morning.
- 3/5
Clean room, but no hot water in sink, had to reactivate our keycards everyday, front desk staff repeatedly gave conflicting continental breakfast hours, sheets and towels were not replaced on the 4th day.
- 5/5
Safe parking, standard continental breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was very clean, including the rooms and bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again.

Didn't use or want the hot tub. My last visit in winter so I didn't need the air conditioning.

The staff was extremely kind. And the location was great! The tv station was going in and out on the Christian network. But they offered to move me to another room.

Room was clean. Front desk just ok.
- 5/5
The room was cosy and comfortable. Perfect for one person. The bed was firm and the pillows plump. I slept great
- 1/5
Breakfast was VERY poor. Way way over priced.
- 0.5/5
Location Too expensive one night 100.00 different than the other night
- 5/5
This hotel is very nice and our room was perfect. We were just there one night, but it was exactly what we needed. Front desk staff was very friendly as well!
- 2/5
The staff was friendly and helpful. We quickly figured out why the hotel is called "Micro". Our room was the smallest hotel room we have ever stayed in. We had our grandson with us who required a pack and play bed. There was not enough room to set up the pack and play and still have room to walk. We literally had to climb over the bed to get around his pack and play. The beds were hard as a rock. The set up of the room was not convenient for a woman trying to get ready. They had the plugs at one end of the table, yet the mirror was at the opposite end. The breakfast offered was limited. There was not a designated breakfast area. You had to eat in the lobby. Unfortunately, they had the heat so high in the lobby area, it was very uncomfortable. We had to step outside to cool off. We will not be returning.
- 3/5
The elevator was broken. I had to carry luggage up 2 flights of stairs.
- 5/5
Staff were extremely helpful and we had a comfortable stay for our 3 night stay.
- 4/5
This place was real nice the people at the desk were real nice.
- 5/5
The room was beautiful, quiet and very clean. The front desk person was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.
- 5/5
Friendly service
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 5/5
Great staff - very clean
- 5/5
I only stayed for 1 night, but the night staff was super friendly and helpful. Accommodations were also very good.
- 4/5
Better breakfast for $200 plus night day
- 3/5
Staff in the morning were fine but the girl at the evening check in was rude and unprofessional.
- 5/5
Very convenient
- 5/5
Only stayed one night but check in gal moved us away from the elevator to reduce noise- appreciated her extra efforts.
- 4/5
Rooms were clean and quiet, bed was a little harder than id like but thats more of a preference than an issue. Only wish was a bigger breakfast selection. I expected eggs and sausage as mostbof the hitels ive stayed in provide but only found cereal, oatmeal and bread options- bagels, toast, waffles. Other than thàt Staff was nice
- 5/5
The staff was amazing!
- 5/5
Clean and friendly staff. Nice rooms. Breakfast could be better but not bad for a grab and go option for carbs p
- 5/5
Nice, quiet, the room was clean, staff friendly, close to attractions and dining.
- 4/5
Very quiet and easy parking. Bed and room seemed clean but the bathroom floor was not - I dropped a hair clip and picked it up with dust bunnies and hair from near back of toilet and counter. Amenities are few, had to ask for clean towels/cloths on the 3rd day. Great location and staff were nice, but seemed lacking in the general customer service.
- 3/5
Nothing special about this place
- 5/5
The Staff was friendly, helpful & professional. My dogs & I were very comfortable & felt welcomed by guests & staff. The Staff made all the difference. Without them just another cookie cutter hotel/motel
- 4/5
For the price the breakfast could have been better. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
It was great
- 5/5
Very close to Charis Bible College, only 1 mile. Very convenient.
- 5/5

Right from the call to see about vacancy this place was top of the list on this of places we stayed during a relocation from Oklahoma to Colorado. Llocation in Woodland Park, cleaniess, and service. Pet friendly was a plus . Thank You!
- 4/5
Only complaint is that shower/tub combination, the tub needs Drano. Tub was very slow to drain.
- 5/5
👍
- 5/5
Laura greeted us and was very helpful with local restaurants and other attractions.
- 5/5
It was easy to check in and check out. The shower was hot and the bed was comfortable. Room was clean.I enjoyed the breakfast
- 4/5
The only complaint would be the breakfast. It was mostly a continental style, but the options were quite limited and the waffle maker was old and didn't work well. The batter seeped out before you could even flip the iron over. So, a huge mess and only a partial waffle. The room was quite adequate though, with a cool window seat looking out over the town.
- 5/5
clean modern comfy
- 4/5
Everything was great except the only gluten-free breakfast food they provided was fruit or yogurt. They need to add gluten-free foods
- 5/5
Nice stay. Very welcoming front desk attendant. T/y.
- 5/5
Very clean, comfortable and affordable!
- 5/5
We stayed here while attending a wedding in the area and it was great and so easy. The room and bathroom were both comfortable and clean. The lobby and little breakfast area also were clean. This property doesn't have a pool, but the one next door apparently has a pool and hot tub and you can use it during your stay. Lots of parking and it felt safe. It was also quiet during our staff, except Sunday AM when I think a lot of people were leaving. I'll say there's not always someone at the front desk, but the lady did leave a number to get a hold of her.
- 4/5
The stopper in the bathroom did not close so the sink would not hold water. Continental breakfast was somewhat limited. When I made a purchase from the snack items, staff did not have cash on hand to make change.
- 2/5
The hotel has definitely gone down hill. Clearly poor management. Our children live here so we have stayed several times and recommend see other family stay here as well. The room was not clean. No service during the four day stay to freshen or empty trash or bring in lean linens. The hotel front desk one day wasn’t there all day but left a sticky note “be back soon”. We left the hotel in the morning and returned at around 2 p and the sticky was in the exact same place and still no one. Weird. Breakfast was minimal. Sadly we won’t be back.
- 4/5
Selection of breakfast items was limited,
- 4/5
Centrally located in Colorado Springs.
- 5/5
Clean
- 3/5
Microtel is fairly new and was clean but horribly noisy. Very thin walls and floors. I heard doors slamming all night, loud foot steps above me all night and voices, tvs on both sides of me.
- 3/5
It was fairly clean, however the breakfast was not good, the area around the breakfast was not clean. Coffee was cold
- 4/5
Great location, clean with friendly staff.
- 5/5
Clean comfortable room, great area. They could step up a bit on breakfast though. It was quite lacking, just a bunch of bread products and a bit of fruit.
- 5/5
Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and conveniently located property. Would recommend.
- 2/5
With limited options for hotels in Woodland Park, this was an OK option. The room was nice and clean. However, the staff were rude and incompetent. I would not stay here again unless I was absolutely out of options.
- 4/5
Views from rooms were good! Can see the mountains from window! Friendly staff. Only issues is room service came in the evening so when we were out all day, we came back to our room still with trash full and no clean towel. Otherwise, everything else was great!
- 4/5
Love the location, and the breakfast was yummy! Simple but good!
- 5/5
The manager on duty was very professional and extremely helpful. Very knowledgeable on the area.
- 5/5
Exceptionally clean!!!
- 4/5
Desk staff was great. Bed was comfortable.
- 4/5
This hotel is very clean and staff is very friendly. My only suggestion is that they consider adding a grassy area for pets. The hotel allows pets, which is very appreciated, but there isn't a grassy area for dogs to go to the bathroom. There is a lot of rocks, but that is not an ideal set up for dogs.
- 5/5
Everything was as expected, staff was super helpful!
- 5/5
Comfortable, clean, accommodating
- 5/5
We travelled to highland park to attend a wedding. It was the perfect location to be close to the event
- 4/5
Close to shops to walk!
- 5/5
TV problems initially but they quickly switched our rooms. Comfortable
- 4/5
Great staff, very helpful.
- 4/5
Fine for an overnighter with two dogs.
- 5/5
Great walk-in shower and good beds!
- 5/5
After assigning a room . Please ask staff to precheck it . Found pieces of Dogfood behind couch bed , and an Almond in front of desk . Dead flies were in window sill.
- 4/5
Breakfast was a disappointment. We couldn’t even eat waffles, the dough was sour.
- 4/5
Definitely recommend. Convenient to see Rockies.
- 5/5
Dry nice staff - Leslie was very kind
- 5/5
I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything felt fresh and inviting. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the experience even better. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and hassle-free visit.
- 3/5
Breakfast can be improved.
- 4/5
It was convenient
- 1/5
Dirty room, clogged sink.
- 2/5
Our room was located on the third floor directly adjacent to the elevator and ice maker. Noise was just crazy. The heater / cooling unit was making rattling noise the entire time. I counted only nine cars in the parking lot...how did I wind up with this room? My fault for not complaining at the front desk...won't happen again.
- 4/5
Clean & New..although heater wasnt working properly!
- 5/5
Quiet, good location
- 4/5
Great place, very clean and comfortable. We had a room that had a terrible sound about every hour like crashing machine out of balance. Very loud and kept waking us up all night long.
- 5/5
It is difficult to get out of the property and drive north on Alkire because of the way Alkire is configured. I don't believe this is the fault of the designers of the La Quinta property.
- 5/5
It was good and I wish I had been able to spend more time there. My only criticism was that it would have been nice to have more healthy options for breakfast and not so much starch.
- 5/5
Nice and clean. Rooms are smaller but very efficient layout and lots of places to put items.
- 5/5
Great service convenient clean
- 3/5
We have stayed here before and it has been average both times. This time the room smelled of urine - we didn't report it - so it wasn't overwhelming. The breakfast they offer is very limited - waffles, cereal, bagels, yogurt. And on one of the days we stayed - the waffles weren't even available. We will stay here again - mainly because their isn't many places to stay in Woodland Park. But, if something better was available we would take it.
- 4/5
I had a handicapped friendly bathroon but for non-handicapped there was no space to place personal items.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay. It was convenient to Charis Bible College, where we saw their production"The Heart of Christmas", a great Production . We liked the referral to a good restaurant. The Beckers!
- 4/5
Awful Wi-Fi
- 4/5
Property was clean and staff very friendly
- 4/5
All good except. No long mirror for dressing. And lighting in the room not good.
- 5/5
Our conference was cancelled due to weather for the afternoon. But the staff was friendly and let all the ladies utilize the lobby to gather and watch the conference online. The only draw back to the hotel was the breakfast, it wasn't super great.
- 4/5
Close to restaurants and stores.
- 4/5
Nothing wrong but we have had better for the price.
- 5/5
It was a good bed! Very accommodating front desk people. We forgot our laptop cord, but the lost and found had one we could use - perfect!
- 5/5
Good experience.
- 3/5
It seems like the front desk people were just putting in their time. The hot water thermos was cold. The bed skirts in our room had visible stains. We stayed 4 night and could not get our sheets changed.
- 5/5
Loved everything about this location. Conveniently located from a restaurant located at the Lodge. Perfect for attending Charis Bible Conference Seminars or vacation stays. Would return here when next in the area.
- 5/5
The staff was helpful and friendly. I was a bit surprised that in our 3 night stay housekeeping never came. Not even to clean up a spill on the corridor. Overall the hotel was clean and comfortable. More housekeeping services would have made for a better experience.
- 3/5
Pretty clean. My bed was a bit hard. Waffles good.
- 4/5
The one thing I noticed that are needed is some drinking water. Please supply this.
- 2/5
We were disappointed in this hotel on many counts. Overpriced for our experience.
- 4/5
I recommend this property
- 4/5
Good place to sta
- 5/5
Clean comfortable and very economical.
- 3/5
The shower was a disappointment with almost no water pressure at all. Thought I was going to enjoy breakfast but that didnt happen. Juice containers were empty the waffle station was trashed and there was a 1/2 eeaten bagel in with the muffins. So, breakfast was a pass. Ill stay again just for the clean comfortable bed!
- 5/5
Staff was wonderful and our room was great!
- 4/5
The room was a bit awkward. Since I had some work to do - the desk was very long but very shallow. My laptop just barely fits on it and there was no light over it. I had to go down to the lobby to work. Other than that, it was OK, a standard ( a little cramped) hotel room.
- 4/5
A few minor problems.
- 5/5
Very efficient and professional staff
- 4/5
Our room was very spacious, very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was a joke and cost of room was unjustifiably high. But overall we were happy with our stay.
- 5/5
Was great. Love staying here
- 5/5
Great hotel and we would stay again! Love the sitting bench, which is standard it seems for this brand. Dollar Tree is close walk, can use pool of hotel next door. Restaurants are all a drive, but no big deal for us. Visit Mueller State Park, Rita the Rock Planter (see pic). Eat at Donut House, Judges Char-Grill, Joanie’s Deli. All very delicious, great service and great price. Hungry Bear was cute decor, but breakfast was just average.
- 1/5
No housekeeping after serval request. Only deliver towels.
- 5/5
Very nice! Cute room
- 2/5
Hair on the bathroom wall and towel fixture, the toilet seat hinges were installed backwards so the seat was pushed back almost 3” against the tank, the carpet was wet between the beds and the room smelled musty, went to breakfast at 9am and there was barely 4 pieces of toast and no coffee available (breakfast served 6:30-9:30), the manager on duty said that the early crowd had “cleaned them out”. A hotel that offers a continental breakfast should have enough food for every customer that books a room. Worst experience since I was 17 and could only afford a $50 room in Florida.
- 4/5
Minor negative, free breakfast is a little skimpy, there are some good options in the area if you want good coffee and a nice breakfast.
- 3/5
The property is lacking basic amenities
- 4/5
Limited maid service.
- 4/5
Nice hotel for the location and convenience
- 5/5
Nice stay after a long day of slots in Cripple Creek.
- 5/5
Was great met a lot of people
- 5/5
nice breakfast
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Easy to find on the main road in Woodlawn Park.
- 5/5
Clean and updated rooms. Quiet and comfortable. Ample parking
