    Stayed for 5 days. Very nice and safe area. They dont allow pets but do take real Service dogs. My only complaint would be no place to potty them.

    Pool was ok, location was good. One guy at the check in was cool. My room smelled liked it had been smoked in everyday for years, but the staff said nobody had smoked in it in over a year...so that was a lie, also they didnt have any rooms available due to the holiday weekend. They assured me I wouldn't be charged for paying for smell....was not worried about that until they said that lol. Overall sleeping in that room was absolutely terrible

    Walls are thin, we had a chatty person in the next room who stayed up late and rose early. Breakfast was poor, not enough food to feed the number of guests. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. Could be different on a non holiday weekend. Good location.

    On arrival the front door was locked, had to ring buzzer to get someone to open at 6:30 pm. Told clerk we had to leave early and he said breakfast started at 6 but if we came to office they would give us coffee and muffins to go. Got to room and The bed looked laid in, the bedside table had oil on it, like massage oil or something. Tired we fell asleep and work at 5 am, turn on the light and ROACHES! Killed 2 rest scattered but at least 5. Went to front desk to get coffee and clerk smirked and said nothing to 6 (now only 20 minutes away). Told home what night clerk said but he sneered and said no. Drove away thinking did not want to eat food from a roach infested motel anyway. Morning clerk was awful… not coming back

    Both room and staff horribly inept and outright crooks. .I made a cash deposit which I wasn't able to claim before checkout (woke late for work n left before 11 and returned to collect that eve and stay again but was told I forfeited deposit simply for not collecting by checkout. Had I'd been told it was at risk of forfeit I'dve not done so

    Not the greatest part of town, maybe, but we felt safe. The property is comparable to other Quality Inns I have stayed at in different states. The room was clean, the bed and couch were comfortable. There is a Denny's 100 yards from the room, and other walkable options nearby (Carl's Jr., Black Bear Diner) with other restaurants in easy driving distance.

One was very nice! The other two were extremely rude. They were very open about the fact that they would have treated us better if we hadn’t used a third party reservation system.

    I had come in 3 hours later on my flight and was too tired to drive. Got this hotel and the front desk guy was awful and put this old lady on the second floor and didn't tell me they didn't have an elevator. Was approachef by 2 people the next morning before getting to my car, so I left without going into breakfast. Will never stay there again

    Also, the toilet kept clogging and again nobody would answer the desk phone. Called several times before a person picked up. They don’t restock stuff when it runs out in the breakfast. We arrived when there was still 40 minutes left to breakfast and several items were out that never got re filled as we were in there until breakfast ended.

    Our stay was less than ideal. Breakfast most mornings were terrible. Not enough food even at 6:30 in the morning when it had just started. One morning the front desk clerk told us there was no milk as it had spoiled. Very hard to sleep at night with all the noises outside. Towels smelled awful, like they hadn’t been washed.

    We were initially concerned about the area but our stay here was great. The hotel is very clean. The rooms smelled very nice which for an older hotel is not usually the case so I definitely appreciated that. It wasn't a bad smell masked with air freshner either, it was just clean. There weren't a lot of breakfast options but it was fine. The staff was extremely friendly and kind. Overall our stay was great and very comfortable.

    The bed was super comfortable and didn’t want to get up. It is a bit outdated and could use minor repairs. Our shower leaked over the shower curtain and made a puddle in the bathroom.     I chose this place due to its proximity to the Sacramento International Airport and its relative cheap rates however, I rented an EV and the charging stations do not work in the hotel parking lot. The breakfast was terrible/limited and there was a social distance sign on the front entrance when entering the breakfast area. This place is stuck in 2020 still, California … go figure. The only reason why I didn’t give this place a terrible rating was because of the friendly staff. This place needs a remodeling and repairs. Last but not least, the owner(s) need therapy if they think covid is still a thing. I’m so glad I don’t live in California and gas is $5 a gallon, you almost need an EV there. Good riddance and back home to beautiful Florida I go.

    THIS PLACE IS DISGUTING. STAYED FOR ONLY AN HOUR TO NAP AND WOKE UP BEING SICK FROM THE BAD BAD SMELL INSIDE THE ROOM THAT IS SUFFOCATING. THE FRONT DESK STAFF WAS AN A**H**** WHO DOESNT EVEN LISTEN. HAD TO LEAVE AND BOOK ANOTHER ONE AT MY EXPENSE, IF NOT WILL END UP IN THE HOSPITAL. THIS SHOULDN’T EVEN BE IN EXPEDIA BOOKING AS EXPEDIA CANNOT EVEN HELP YOU RESOLVE THE ISSUE. IT IS A SCAM. DONT BOOK THIS DISGUSTING PLACE IF U DONT WANT TO GET SICK!!!!

    The so-called continental breakfast was terrible. Very few items available. Coffee was not good. This is the second year now I have run into this issue with continental breakfast, complained a year ago nothing has been done same old ! not up to par. Will not stay here again.

    Due to the noise above us, I did miss my conference due to lack of sleep. Staying at this hotel was a big mistake. I put my family in danger. This hotel is horrible. Pictures from the website is very deceiving. Mr. Ben is very nice, but the other staff were not very customer service oriented. Breakfast place is dirty. Hotel is not a safe place to stay.

    We had stayed here laast week in a corner room with no neighbors and the manager wasvery friendly. So with a 6am flight we stayed again. We askedfor thr same room but were put between a couple who was arguing for hours in spanish and a drunken guy who wastalking on his phone for 2 hoursand was damn near yelling. The walls are so thin I could hear the other person on the phone on speaker. I could hear every word of their conversation. We had to get up in a few hours to go to the airport asked him to quiet down and he didn't. When we asked the manager to move us to another room he said we had been in that room too long to move. When I went to the front desk he said he walked over and heard the guy talking on his phone outside and he couldn't ask him to get off the phone. If you can hear someone's phone conversation outside they're talking too loud. He refused to give us another room and was kind of rude about it. I finally had to put headphones on and watch a show to fall asleep over the noise. I wouldn't stay in this place if you paid me. I encourage you not to either.

    For what we avail ourselves, we think this is our best choice for SMF. Most of our outbound flights are in the mornings, so with a recommended arrival time 2-3 hours before takeoff, we rarely have time for breakfast at the hotel.

    Room not totally clean, chairs broken down. Toilet plugged even after plunger used. Employee just handed us the plunger to us. Asked if we wanted to move rooms at 11:30 at night. Employee that checked us out was not friendly at all.
