PS - when I went to check out a day early it was approximately 50 degrees in the office. It felt like a war crime.

They didn’t have shampoo in the room.

The room was nothing like what was shown in the images. Very small and ran down. When we turned on the AC it immediately smelled of mold. There was an open bottle of water in the refrigerator from whoever stayed before us. The toilet never stopped running the entire three nights that we stayed. The shower stall was small and barely any water came out of the shower head. Water pressure was next to zero and the temperature fluctuated the entire time. There was clearly water damage to the baseboards and they were peeling off the wall. Outside was about as nice as inside. The hand railing to go upstairs was so dirty that it was sticky! There were homeless people riding their bikes in the parking lot. About the only good thing I can say about this place is that the beds were actually pretty comfortable.

Room is okay clean and there are a lot of amenities for a motel including microwave and refrigerator refrigerator is very cold and AC is very cold also which is a compliment however the bathroom floor is cracked and the entire field of the hotel is kind of dirty

In general the property was very bad

The parking is not all that great it's hard to find parking near your room and the stairs are a little far from the room.

Also, the strong smell of insect spray can irritate your eyes all night until morning, and that’s definitely not good.

Dirty hotel with roachs.

Good for a basic night's sleep. Building is clearly older. Floors were newer. Shower ceiling and door frame had some black stains that could be mold or mildew, but otherwise in decent condition (room 221). No hairdryer or shampoo in room, but available at front desk. Staff was friendly. We were visiting UC Davis but didn't want to spend the several hundred dollars hotels there were costing, so this was a more affordable option and easy 15-20 minute drive.

Sink didnt drain, knats in bathroom, shower water hot then cold, sheets yellow stained and oil stained as well as bedspread. Front desk very kind. Gave new sheets and blanket and offered another room. Both rooms had no filter in the a/c unit. Bugs came thru mine. The shower door was scary dirty with black stuck on gunk and rust and perling paint on shower door. The walkways had oil n gum n gunk all throught as i walked back n forth from my room to get help.

The location was the inly good thing about the property I started in a room downstairs and there were loud people playing music in the parking lot outside of their room. Then i woke up to i think a flea because i killed it onnthe bed bitting me all over. I called and was changed to a room upstairs and the smoke detector didnt have a battery innit and kept beeping every minute. I gave up because it was like 2 am and i needed sleep. When i woke up i called to get it fixed while i was out for a few hours and it wasnt fixed. I called 5 more times to get it fixed and I was told the person could add a bettery at 2 pm. I came back at midnight and it still wasnt fixed. I called at midnight and they said they could change rooms or just unplug it.

The room was clean, and quite, Air conditioning was effective and parking was safe

The room smelled very clean, however; the room could have used some deep cleaning. The shower handle has obviously not been given any attention. The bed was uncomfortable, we had been traveling for days and just needed a place to sleep, therefore; spending over $200 for a hotel for a few hours was not an interest. The young lady that checked us in was very pleasant, I requested a lower level room and she was accommodating.

Everyone was very nice and professional

Hotel door hard to open/close, smelled like smoke (booked a non smoking room). Paper thin walls with a door (locked) that went to room next door. Neighbor pounded on my door and insisted I open it (I did not) because he had to tell me something. I did not feel safe and left 10 minutes after checking in.

Problem with reservation and killed two roaches in shower. When I went to take a shower this morning now shampoo.

The cleaning lady's were very rude I asked not to be disturbed because my wife works graveyard and sleeps we hen she get back at 7:00 am and every morning they would knock on our door

The room was the dirtiest motel room I’ve ever stayed in. The towels were used. It was absolutely disgusting.

Place is nasty

There were a group of men drinking outside andbeing very loud until 8PM which is the time I guess they were allowed but still we wanted to get a good early night sleep for an early roadtrip ahead and that didn’t help. The room was dirty and unkept. Needs a total overhaul. The area is also sketchy and busy.

No lg towels, noisy neighbors, cooking, drinking and singing outside. Felt unsafe and as if I was in low rent housing complex. I would never had stayed but I couldn’t afford to lose the money. I would actually like a refund. Take this motel off your website!

I would not recommend this motel. The pool prominently featured on a picture promoting this place is filled in with dirt. The motel is next to a freeway off ramp, so you hear traffic all night. There is no insolation in the walls, and as a result to place is extremely noisy. Pets are allowed and we heard pet parking the majority of the evening. Dog poop right in front of the premises. Music was played outside by various lodgers into the evening and a barbecue used in front of one of the rooms.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, wifi quit after a couple of hours, couldn't get the TV channels to work properly, ice and venting was far from my room.

The Room 106 was filthy; coffee rings with grounds on the side table, ketchup (I hope) on the floor, dirty bedspreads, bugs in the shower, hair and white crumbly stuff clogging the sink drain (so they just took the clogged drain cover off and laid it sideways in the sink). It was a handicapped room but a wheelchair could not have maneuvered in that room. Stayed five days earlier in another room which was clean, so didn't expect this filth.

The location was bad, the rooms were not what the pictures showed, alot of weird people around.

The building isn’t anything special. The pool has been filled in with dirt. The room was clean and the staff friendly. Parking was tight and this particular stay there was a moving truck taking up at the charging stations and a few additional parking spots. There don’t seem to be a lingering homeless population, but lots of warnings not to leave belongs in the your vehicle. Housekeeping was still cleaning rooms at 5pm.

Rooms 100% don’t reflect the pictures posted on the Expedia website. Rooms are very much in rough shape, conditions of the room are just not good. Front desk agent was nice lady. However did not feel safe at the property ended up leaving after 2 hours of checking in.

Decent stay for the price. Clean room and bed. No pet fee. Helpful staff. Some seedy types hanging in the parking lot all night but what can you do, it’s a bargain.

Staff was ok but didn’t know where items were (coffee lids, etc.) Room 205 The room (floors, beds, sheets, appliances & appearance) seemed “ok”, BUT the bathroom was UNACCEPTABLE & UNWELCOMING! The shower floor was dirty and had stains around the edge. DEFINITELY used my flip flops. The shower curtain was nasty. Should be washed in hot bleach or replaced. I made sure my body didn’t touch any part of that shower. The paint in the shower floor was chipping exposing the underneath. The sink was missing the drain stop and had water rings from previous glass cups. The paint was dingy. Ceiling edges had stains underneath from previous mold. The walls should be repainted or at minimum wiped down and disinfected thoroughly. The walkway to the room was dirty. Yes I understand that these hotels attract truck drivers or construction workers with muddy boots and we can’t control their boot stomping to clear off the mud but we can control how long it stays there for. The floors had grime stickiness, and nastiness build up from the past. Trash cans full of pizza boxes and camera equipment had dirt & webs. I would hire 1-2 motivated people to do a 100% DEEP CLEAN & DISINFECT of each room, DAILY, year round. 3-5 room details, per day, would make a HUGE difference

The person who checked us in was polite. There was only 1 roll of tissue in the room (there could have at least been 2). We saw a cockroach in the room late at night. I HATE pests and was disappointed/grossed out to see one where I paid to sleep.

There was a used bandaid on the ground right outside our room. There were hairs and stuff on the bedding. No bedbugs so that’s something. It was better than sleeping outside I suppose. I guess what was I expecting from a motel 6?

Easy and convinient for check in and going to the airport. The room has a very weird smell that just got worse turning on the AC and the bathroom sink didn’t drain well. Bed was good.

Motel does not have a swimming pool despite the amenity listed on the website. The pool had been filled in years ago. The motel clerk did call a motel next door to get permission for my family to use the pool. The request was denied. The property is in sad shape. You get what you pay for. Lots of fast-food/casual options within walking distance.

Room was decent size. However, bed sheets and pillow cases were stained. All the towels provided were dirty. The toilet seat did not have a toilet cover. TV remote wasn’t working well.

But the negatives when I entered my room was the presence of flies and while taking a shower, a small roach snuck out and taunted me. Of course I got rid of it. I had a hard time eating my dinner because I never knew if another roach would show up but the flies sure did. Buzzing around my ear and food. Also there was evidence of housekeeping not sweeping the floors or moppingand even not cleaning towels since some were still dirty. Thankfully there were some that "appeared" clean

We did find ONE cockroach in the bathroom. Woodland's major industry is farming so this is not unusual so we didn't make a big deal about it (we were there to sleep). I reported this to the manager when we arrived home the next day and she said they would investigate & mitigate.

Wish I would have paid a more to stay elsewhere. Room smelled like cigarettes, the floor was dirty, the AC vents were broken off so the cold air blew at the side of the bed so it took forever for the room to cool down. We could hear everything goimg on in the rooms around us. Sketchy dude kept riding his bike through the parking lot around the rooms. Several men standing outside their rooms smoking and checking us out as we unloaded the car. No elevator. There was a gas station very close by but I did not feel safe to walk to it. Had it not been 10pm and we were leaving at 630am I would have left. I highly do not recommend this location.

There were people yelling outside down the hall until 4 am

Staff was super nice. The bed was lumpy and you coupd tell from just looking at it. There was a booger on the wall and a wad of hair stuck to the wash cloth that was folded. People digging through the dumpster and riding around on bike all night.

I like everything about this property except the location, If you're driving it's hard to get out of into the traffic. And it's difficult to see the motel 6 sign from the street it's just not in a safe or good location in my opinion.

Rooms are clean and smell fresh .. the only thing that I didn’t like was that my room had no towels and soap.

It was over 100° during my stay, but the AC works really well so I stayed pretty comfortable. Also, it’s really conveniently located to restaurant stores and freeways.

I liked the quietness and the cleanliness of the room. I didn't like the fact that everytime I left and returned my key wouldn't work. Other than that I had a good stay.

The bathroom had not been cleaned cause there was someones dirty loofah, pubic hair on the shower floor, and pink hair dye. The sheets were dirty, the ac's face plate was broken and sooooo many mosquitos.

Property needs to be demolished and appears it might be being used as temporary housing for the less fortunate. It’s in a great location but that’s the only positive thing about this Motel 6.

I stayed here for a 2 day for work and it was terrible.The white bedding was stained there was random hair left on and around the sink and toilet .There mold on and in the shower with a slimy shower floor to match .There was a guy dressed in all white standing in the garbage dumpster in the back of the hotel where my room was located. Felt very Leary.I Will never stay here again

Unfortunately i can say, it will be my last time i stay here. driving over 18 hrs to my destination decided to stop and rest since my 2 little ones were tired aswell. The neighbor that was next to us was being very loud at 1 am had to go to the office and asked to please be moved rooms or please tell them to keep it down. I have 3 children and i that need to rest to wake up in the morning at 4 am and continue driving. I can’t complain about the staff they were very polite and moved us rooms. Other than that i did notice stains on the sheets or cockroaches squeezed in the bathroom wall.

Room is adequate for an overnight stay when travelling, although we are finding Motel 6’s to be getting pricey for what they are. Unfortunately, many Motel 6’s are attracting a rougher clientele, and this one was no exception. Loud, angry conversations in the parking lot. We will be rethinking what hotels we use for future trips. Sad, Motel 6’s used to be so consistent: good value, you knew exactly what to expect, convenient locations and pricing was reasonable. Not so anymore.

My biggest problem with this stay was the poor quality of the mattress. I could feel the wires in it. The room was clean. So much that it smelled of bleach.

No other way to say ROACH Motel. I killed 4 roaches within 10 minutes of being in the room. I needed just a few hours of sleep before an early fight, BIG mistake staying here!

It was hard to sleep. The place was really noisy!

The staff was super nice. The price is the room was very reasonable. The only issue we had was some of the other hotel guests were arguing loudly just outside our room close to midnight. I would stay at again.

After driving 12 hours I just wanted a decent night’s sleep. Well not at this place. There were people yelling at each other and fighting. I maybe slept 3 hours! Never again!!!

They crawled out of the TV stand and garbage cans Slept with the light on (or didn’t sleep) to keep them From crawling into bed. One nearly made it until my husband stepped on it. Overall this motel is dirty. The only nice part was the bed was comfortable.

Checked in at midnight without any issue. Staff was very friendly. Lots of noise from the freeway and a dog barking from another room, so if you need quiet to sleep this is not the best place! Room was nice and clean and comfortable. No amenities in the bathroom except soap - so if you plan to shower BYO

Wonderful friendly staff, very easy check in, room was exactly what i needed. The only complaint is that due to the location between two major highways it was a little noisy. Other than that its worth every penny.

Check in was fine. They require ID from all adults and put like $100 hold on your credit card in case you steal stuff. The room was very small and the floor was uneven and super squeeky. No one is sleeping if someone is walking around. My wife had to clean the shower before it could be used. Won't stay again.

Great place to stay

I was given a refund for one night from the Motel - have not received it yet - awful place. It was dirty and felt unsafe.

Was here for quite literally 5 hours, so it was just a place to sleep. However it was super cold, I think the heater in the room I got was broken. The women at the first desk was friendly and but the room itself was gross. I would never shower in it. Bed was clean and that is all the mattered to me.

In my logical opinion this hotel should undergo a serious overhaul review by responsible managers . The hygiene is unacceptable and outrageous. There are bed bugs and or insects all or the room especially inside the sheets, there was hair and hairs as long as 5 inches. ( evidence recorded) I definitely refused to stay there and left the motel right way. We were a late checking, that forced us to look for another hotel in the middle of the night . Hopefully something is going to be done.

My room was awful, the counter top under the tv was absolutely filthy. The shower had mold and dirt build up that was disgusting. The bed had stains, the handle was broken off the door.

The room was clean but the sheets seemed damp. The air conditioner was very noisy. The outside grounds could use some sprucing up. Litter removed, area swept and leaves raked.

They checked us into a dirty or occupied room. They then moved us to a room that should have been demolished 10years ago. Had to take a cold shower because room is plumbed backwards and they didnt tell us. Best thing about the stay was the Dennys in the parking lot and i don't even love Dennys

This property is very run down, the shower was disgusting and full ofmold. The floor hadnot been cleaned. They only offer two twoels per room and they were also not so clean. It was a very disappointing experience and would not recommend

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The only good on the property. Room was disgusting! Floor,walls,desk,microwave,refrigerator were very dirty. Floors had food and drink spills stains. Bathroom had old soda cans on floor, moldy shower door that didn’t close. Room constantly smelled of cigarettes. By far worst place I have ever stayed!

A little rough around the edges but overall, an ok stay

We received bites at night from animals, there were insects, my wife was bitten 7 times and I was bitten 5 times on the arms and back. Terrible, I don't recommend it at all.

Rusty wall and fixtures. Pillows had no support. Had to use bath towels. No hairdryer.

The room itself was clean and well maintained, the AC worked, and though the room faces the road, I wasn't bothered by noise. I slept late and checked out at 11:00, and there were no annoying knocks at the door or phone calls reminding me of check-out time. It all made for a nice break in my trip home.
