    Close to rhe Fairgrounds. Dog friendly! Very nice staff! Staff always greeted with a smile and very friendly. Convenient poop bags by the door to make clean up after dogs very easy. Beds comfortable and rooms cleaned daily very well. Staff not behind the desk at check-in and no button or bell to request help. Only 7 minute wait so not terrible. When dry weather, a hose or sprinkler should be used in the pet area to keep down the smell of urine. Urine could be smelled when exiting your parked car. Guests were very consistent in picking up poop and the poop bin was emptied frequently. No problem there. Work on the building..painting which made the pool experience not relaxing.

    Clean, quiet in our location, helpful friendly staff There were a LOT of kids and they were running around everywhere, also allowed to run upstairs which vibrated the downstairs room. We had to switch to a top floor room to get quiet. Get top floor if you don’t like noise, the floors sound hollow.

    It was near our destination and it is safe I didn’t get the room I had reserve and had a hard time because we only got one bed instead of two. I wished I had known. Someone did a last minute change to my reservation I was left without any options since it was a last minute change.

    I very much enjoyed the high quality breakfast; in fact there were several people enjoying it at a large table. That area could use a couple more chairs and tables but "A" for effort! I felt my car was safe and I also enjoyed the hot tube which was clean and well lite.

    It was my first time to Sacramento. I was there for a festival and was only staying one night, but the staff was very kind and welcomed me like a local. The room was great, decor was amazing and location was very convenient. I will definitely be staying here again next year!

    This hotel was nice enough for my short stay, but the breakfast was not great. I like hard boiled eggs, which many continental breakfast buffets offer, but these were still in the shell, necessitating a whole lot of effort and mess to get them in an edible form. They need to offer them without the shell, as most other chains do.

    My reservation was cancelled when I arrived at the facility. I had 2 reservations, initially, and contacted the hotel directly to cancel one of them. When I arrived I had no reservations, and I had to book another one on the spot but my Expedia account showed I had one?     The property was nice enough, very clean. But right after I checked in around 3pm the electricity went out. After about 30 mins or so I went down to front desk & lady told me that it should be back on with in an hour. So after A couple hours & still no lights on, & now its pitch black, I find my way back down to the lobby & theres candles lit every where, so I ask the same lady when it will be on, she says theres no estimated time now! I ask if she had any candles I could get & she said there was A gas station over on the corner! So here I am in A place I have no idea where anything is in this town, So I go out & drive around & find A Walmart go in buy A flashlight & A few candles & go back to my Pitch Dark Hotel Room & by now its around 1030/ 11Pm. I sat there for about 8 hours with no electricity so I asked the front desk for my money back to go to another hotel & was told No because it wasnt the hotels fault. So I went to my room & got in bed, & the electricity came back on! Uggg! I was suppose to stay 2 nights but in the Am I went & talked to the manager & she refunded me both nights & I left! So that made it A bit better!

    I booked with a third party and that site had incorrect information about a shuttle to the airport. The hotel front desk staff were understanding and offered to call a taxi for me. That worked out very well and the taxi was very prompt the next morning when i checked out. It was wonderful to deal with great front desk staff!

    I had made a reservation based on receiving shuttle service from Sacramento airport, only to find out hours before our arrival that the service has stopped, which the employee did not tell me when I first called to inquire about it before making the reservation! We were then stranded at the airport and forced to take an expensive Taxi instead. So thanks! NOT!

The front desk informed us the shuttle service stopped in February 2024 and Hotels.com will not remove that feature from the listing.     We booked a reservation with this hotel thinking there was a shuttle service to and from the airport as advertised. THERE IS NO SHUTTLE SERVICE. Messaged the hotel upon booking to schedule a ride, no response. Messaged them again the day of checking in, no response. Called them several times to finally get an answer to find out that they don’t provide that service and said that Expedia advertises that they do, which was inaccurate. Regardless who’s to blame, this should never be advertised as it’s extremely inconvenient for guests. We ended up taking a ride share.

    If you are booking this hotel be aware it does not have airport shuttle. I booked it because it showed as one of the amenities. I wasted one hour at the airport late hours and was told there no shuttle and I had to take taxi or Uber. So what I paid for hotel and then Uber I would have been better off booking another hotel for that price at the airport. So that is why one star.

    Room was good and clean, however by the time we arrived late evening there was no parking left so we had to park it a short distance out on the street - not too much of a concern. Reception was also adamant that we hadn’t paid so they charged us again and we had to stay up till 1.30am talking to Expedia to get it resolved, which it ended up being fixed, but was one thing I preferred not to have to do.

    I am not sure why the guy at the front desk charged my sons for 2 toothbrushes when it is supposed to be complimentary. (I asked the front desk next morning). They still put $10 extra on my hotel bill for 2 toothbrushes. We were literally next to Walmart.

    Docked a couple stars: 1. No airport shuttle. which was advertised. I even called the hotel to confirm this, twice. I was in town from the east coast for 48 hours for a wedding with tight planning/sched, and this cost me an additional $100 in transportation fees. Please stop advertising the airport shuttle if you cannot provide it! 2. I requested a receipt at checkout. Common practice for me, whenever there is a deposit on my card for incidentals. They promised to email one, or print one while I waited for my cab "because their reports were running." Understandable .... but I never received either one. Really nice hotel at this price point! But lack of shuttle and receipt not good.

    Traveling with family we requested adjoining rooms and a roll away cot. We did get everything we asked for; rooms very clean and staff very pleasant. A bit more than I wanted to spend but the stay was very comfortable. Nice breakfast included.
