Decent place to crash for the night. My room was clean and quiet. Plenty of parking and nice staff. Perfect for my quick overnight work trip.

refer in it. the AC was great. could have used some better lighting and maybe soap dispenser in shower not just shampoo. Overall room for improvement but would stay again the rate was good for what you got. Hope this helps the next people that stay there remember not a regular room so who knows.

Parking was easy. The stuff was nice and available as we got there at 10 PM. The room was mediocre at best. The refrigerator was noisy and kept me up all night. The walls are really thin and you can hear all the doors slam. It was about as expected for the price and last minute booking

I booked this a few weeks in advance blindly without ever being in this area, and it did not disappoint! It was very happy with the neighborhood and it's safety, the property cleanliness, and the rooms were quality. I would definitely recommend

Breakfast was listed as available but there was none at all. Just coffee in the office, but not in the rooms. After dark, a small group of homeless would gather just outside the fenced lot but there were no problems as the lot is well lit. Yes, it is a cheaper motel but it was clean (UV light used), the staff was friendly, and it was a place to sleep for a couple of nights with no frills.

Overall Very bad experience… not clean, air conditioning very loud and not working properly, the property asked guest not to park on provided parking lot the night prior to maintenance on parking lot but did not provide a safe parking lot for guest nor a sign indicating our cars belonged to the hotel.

The staff were very nice but when we got there we had smoking rooms. None of us smoke so it was a horrible experience. We opened the windows in all three rooms and bought a few cans of air freshener but it was impossible to clear the air in the rooms so none of us could sleep!

Great short term stay for the airport with plenty of food to choose from within walking distance

Walked into the office and greeted w a old smell of variaties of smoke smell, old building smell, uncleaned carpet smell. The lady Staff is nice. No breakfast, which is opposite of what is said during my booking. The room 204, walking in smell of an old uncleaned carpet. Only 2 flattened pillow, i asked for few more pillows but the Lady staff said she gave it all away already and that there is no more. Because I and my daughter was staying more than a night, i had asked for the next night. The 2 extra pillow still were flat. Towels are very thin. No conditioner to go w shampoo. Shower is small, I can barely fit when i bend to wash my feet, I am 5'3 and about 178lbs so a bit chubby. Also, no USB connection. It has the regular 2-3 prong plug ins. I booked here cause of positive reviews that I read during my booking. My review is my honest review and experience during my time of stay. I think the place could use a bit of upgrade.

Location Sour service!! I booked a room for $67, including tax. This included a $50 deposit paid by debit card. Final charges of $97.20. No explanation. No final notice. I checked out at 4:30 am. and was told by office staff to leave the key card in the room.

Clean basic motel with excellent rates

My wife booked it online while I was driving and paid in full with our credit card. When I arrived I was asked for my card and required to pay a $50 deposit in case I broke any of their many rules. ie. smoking in a non smoking room. We normally travel in our RV and this was something I had never experienced before. I hope I get the deposit returned.

Nothing, well at first the price. When I arrived at the property the lady at the desk said there was not a reservation. I showed her confirmation of paid reservation in booking app she did not care. I ended up not staying because the reservation I paid for apparently didn't exist on their end.

Went to check in and they had doubled my reservation. I asked for a refund and was told I needed to give them 24 hrs notice!?! I didn’t know I had 2 rooms reserved or I would have! There were many people in the office with complaints about their rooms, keys etc. I also asked for a downstairs room due to a disability. They gave us upstairs. When I asked if the other room we paid for was a downstairs room she said they didn’t have any more available and were totally full. So I asked why I don’t get a refund for the other room if they had already gave it to someone and took their money? She said I don’t know and walked out!! The next day she told me that “he” was going to refund our money after all. The beds aren’t great and the shower was super tiny even for one person. Needs some upgrades and repairs.

Price was economical. Walking distance to Sacramento Historic district. Clean and quiet. No issues with my stay.

The hostess was most accommodating for our Senior limitations, so that we could be in a ground floor room with our medical equipment.

The property needs major upgrades, everything is probably at least 40 years old, carpet stained, bathroom floor tiles "scary looking", room walls need paint, the room smells like pee but the front desk guy was very nice.

Traveling all day and just wanted to rest. Got to the property at 1p and was told i needed to pay $25 early check in. Room was ready and everything but still had to pay. Also it said there was breakfast went down for a simple cup of coffee, and no one was in the office. Kinda killed the experience. It was however clean and linens were clean. Price was good until i got hit w an early check in fee.

It would be very helpful, to have a coffee pot in the rooms of the motel. Journey's End and Econo lodge, Woodland. Some travelers get up earlier than others.

I have stayed here maybe 6 times and always been pleased with results , plus they have a pool that you can cool down in on hot Woodland days

Ok for just 1 night stay

Every time we re entered our room it felt as if the humidity doubled and we got a nasty smell of mold throughout the whole stay. As a tall person the shower is also quite sad as it can reach up to your neck at best. The bedding was also in a pretty sad state when we initially got there.

The motion sensor light kept turning on while we’re in bed. Every time we turn the light came on. I tried calling the front desk about 9 o’clock and was sent to voicemail. I didn’t leave a message because it seemed pointless.

I rang the doorbell and stood there for several minutes before someone came to the window. The first thing I asked was to be let inside because—again—im a single woman in her 20s standing outside on the street at one in the morning, and the employee said "no the office is closed." Gave me the key, and I went up to the room that reeks of smoke and looks nothing like the photos.

The room could've been cleaner, carpets a bit grungy, but overall great for the price. Strange how the leaf blower guy in the morning spent over an hour moving a few bits of trash around the parking lot.

I've stayed at this property 3 times and have been satisfied everytime. My girlfriend has a bad knee, so going up steps is difficult. Every time I've made a reservation, the hotel always ensurse that if they dont have an accessible room available, they at least have a 1st floor room available. Room is always clean and servicable and at a decent price, which is way I'll be back again.

It was right on the main street, conveniently near many shops and easy to get back to the airport.

Liked that it was clean and there were helpful items like a fridge and an iron...towels were beyond minimal... bathroom fan way too loud and obnoxious, plus no way to turn on light without it. The bed needs an extra blanket.

Room was good for a couple of nights of just needing a bed and a shower. At 6'4" tall I'm used to low shower heads, but the shower was also small so bending over to get my hair washed made me kiss the side tileing a few times with my body, which was an instant cold shock. Also although I booked for two days, I don't leave personal belongings in a room anymore (got robbed once), and the only thing I didn't pack back up was a bottle of water I had at bedside. When I returned for my second night, my key card didn't work, had to have it reactivated, and found the room had been completely cleaned as if for a new stay, and my water was gone.
