The only thing that was a bummer was there was a dog in the floor above us who went to bed very late and woke up very early, so it was hard to sleep

This is a wonderful hotel with super friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms. There is always, coffee, tea, iced water available 24/7 in the lobby. There are cookies later in the afternoon which is nice. Our second stay here and we will undoubtedly be back again>

Overall, it was pretty quiet and peaceful. The rooms and all over the building were well cleaned and tidy. They baked some fresh cookies each day and had them available for a couple of hours in the lobby near water and coffee/tea. The room was nice and well taken care of. It wasn't noisy despite being near a busy street. They had a variety of breakfast options available, too! The elevator seemed well-used and made loud creaks and bounces when going down. Other than that, it was a nice, pleasant place to stay for a couple of days!

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Everything was top-notch, including the breakfast!

The hotel was clean and the staff very professional and helpful. Beds were comfortable our only complaint was about the bed pillows. They were just not comfortable. We asked for additional pillows but they weren’t any better. The breakfast was great: convenient, available and tasty. Coffee available 24/7 and freshly baked cookies in the lobby. I would stay here again.

I liked they rotated breakfast items, the grounds and buildings were clean and well maintained. The entire staff was outstanding, very accommodating and helpful. Just wished they had a hot tub.

The breakfast options were great including make your own waffle with berry toppings and whipped cream. The staff was very friendly upon arriving and checking in went smoothly. Our room was clean and made up nicely. We used the pool and weight room and they were clean. The pool could have been a bit warmer. Great 1 night stay. Would stay again.

Angel from the front desk was amazing from even before we arrived, checking in via text to let me know my room was ready. When we got there, she had great recommendations for wine tasting across the parking lot from the hotel. She even arranged for a gift of sweets to be waiting at our room when we returned from dinner because we were there for my birthday. We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast, but the waffles smelled great as we were walking out of the hotel.

The staff was exceptional, friendly, and very helpful. The room was clean and felt safe though fairly basic and furnished for high traffic. The walls are quite thin and there was a large gap under the door to the adjoining room and a lot of noise from the hall and next door rooms. The bed was a bit lumpy and odd but I was able to sleep and get some rest. The bathroom was lovely and well appointed with shampoo that smelled good and made my hair absurdly soft even without using the conditioner. The shower had nice clean glass doors and good pressure. There's a coffee caddy in the room but bring cream if you take it, or go get it from the breakfast area. Breakfast downstairs was wonderful. Cereals, buns, scones and three kinds of muffins, bagels, make your own waffles in either churro or malted vanilla flavors. Cute little omlets and sausage patties. Red potatoes. Orange juice. The works. The smell alone was a comfort and the lady attending, though I did not speak to her, was engaged in a friendly conversation with another patron that seemed heartfelt and like she was genuinely enjoying hosting guests. Coffee bar had blond and dark roast, no medium. Half and half, though in those annoying tiny portions, and creamer in pumps was available. Tea and cocoa was provided as well. There is a pool and exercise room and several other on site amenities I did not use. Sadly, no hot tub to soak travel aches away in. Overall, I felt comfortable enough for the price. Will stay again!

The location doesn’t have food close accept a wine and pie place that is over priced. Driving to the heart of Woodinville takes 3-5 minutes.

We have stayed in this hotel before with no issues but room 323, I would avoid it at all costs.

All of the staff members were incredibly thoughtful and accommodating from allowing us to check in early and check out late to offering bottled water when we were clearly dying of thirst after a busy day. We would definitely stay there again!

Happy with most everything. No real complaints. Next time you build one, add a hot tub to the pool area.

I love this hotel. I've stayed multiple times to have a staycation. I was disappointed to see they no longer have the saltwater pool. The only major downside to my stay was the fridge in my room was making a low high pitch sound. I should've said something and switched rooms, but I was too tired.

Always a great stay here-close to wineries, convenient to highway, consistent and clean rooms. The cig ashtrays outside were pretty full when we were there so please try to empty those more often. Other than that another great stay and we’ll be back!

Everything was wonderful. The bed was comfy and I loved the pillows. The heating element did make alot of noise when it turned on but it kept the room so cozy. We had a great time there!

Breakfast, while free left alot to be desired. The bacon was so thin you could literally see through it. The wiring for the bathroom light fixture was exposed. We had our do not disturb sign out, and yet house keeping tried to come in unannounced before 8:00 am.

I was staying for in town to visit friends and family. The hotel was located conveniently to where I needed to be. It was clean the staff was very friendly, the bathroom was large as usual, and the full size soaps and lotions are always appreciated. The conditioner in the shower was empty, but luckily I travel with my own hair care products. That was the only miss in the room. The elevators were very slow and only one of them was working, Car 1. Car 1 needs some lubrication because it was very creaky and sounded like something was loose. Other than those two minor annoyances, it was a great stay.

This is hotel has an amazing gym! One of the best I've seen in a while. Plenty of movement space, functional training tools like TRX and medicine balls. And it even had a Peloton bike. If you are looking to maintain your exercise routine while traveling this is a great place to stay.

The toilet seat was broken and I let the front desk know. Nothing happened and the shower was clogged and would not empty. Also our bed felt broken on one side.

Everything was great. Only issue was my drain in my tub was very slow to drain. After a 10 minute shower I had water to my shins that took a while to drain after.

Staff were great, super friendly and helpful. The property needed a deep clean and a little TLC. Examples- Baseboards and door plates were dirty/dingy, the shower had some pink hard water/mildew, and the corners and edges could use a good scrubbing. Lastly our bed squeaked quite a bit, made it a bit awkward.

The room was nice. What wasn’t nice is that they had a 12 o’clock check out posted on their door and called us 11:15 wanting us to leave. Never had this happen before.

Everything with my stay was great except the elevators. They they screeched and knocked each ride. On the last night, one of the elevators acted as if it was trying to move before the doors closed. The floor shifted and it made a loud vibration noise. Then the doors closed and it went down. I felt very happy to make it to the bottom at the normal pace and not an expedited one.

Mostly Great. The fitness rooms water dispenser was broken. Also 2 of the 3 treadmills were down. No notifications they were down. The work out mirror is in the work place. Can't use it to check you form.

good breakfast, quiet AC; bed is ok; blanket for sofa bed isn't warm enough; vanity is good but toilet and bath room is very tight and inconvenient, there is no space to put a trash can, and the door hits any way; don't like the sliding door which doesn't close completely or tightly and makes noise when opening and closing; picture windows are great but face to trash trunk, and with no sound isolation so can hear traffic noise all night long; noise from neighbor came through the door between the two rooms which was very disturbing and annoying

The side door did not work for keyless entry. We had to go to the front desk and get a key. I like contactless checkin etc so it was a bit sad. Hopefully they have it fixed.

As I booked through Expedia I didn’t get the exact room type I booked. I guess it was over booked. The room was nice just not quite what I wanted.

Went to the James Taylor concert and this property was an easy 10 minute drive to Chateau St. Michelle winery.

My only input would be that the hot water left something to be desired, along with the elevator being incredibly slow.

All in all, very nice. Noisy next door guests with a loud TV on after midnight.

Fridge didn't work, staff was rude about it when I mentioned it. Beds are sooo uncomfortable and all you feel are springs. Won't be back

The complementary breakfast in the morning was a large spread of food with multiple options. Definitely a step up from a similar hotel chain, we usually have stayed with. Feeding a hungry sports family. This definitely was a plus ! The breakfast staff was helpful and friendly. One of our sons forgot his toothbrush, and the complementary toothbrush offered at the front desk was a nice touch. We also loved the free cookies in the lobby at night. Would stay again.

It was located close to the wineries

Property is located with easy access to the freeway and to downtown Woodinville. What I didn't like was the heater in my room was very loud and woke me up every time it came on. Also was not impressed with the breakfast choices except for the oatmeal. There was no bacon or sausage and the egg fritatta was really not good. Even plain scrambled eggs would have been MUCH better. Just thought you'd like to know...

Check in was good and guy at front desk was great. My wife went to shower and there was no hot water. They tried moving us across the hall and no hot water. They moved us from first to second floor and shower was fine. The air conditioner in the new room was really loud and terrible. Property is falling apart badly!! Went to check out in the morning and nobody at the front desk so couldn't even talk to the manager about it. Will never stay here again
