This was a great find! A Hilton property just off of interstate 95 with the nicest accommodations, the softest linens, the greatest pillows and the greatest mattress! I will definitely be staying here again when in the area!

The room was clean and spacious. The only problem we encountered was the water. It only gave us lukewarm at first. It seemed as if the shower level is stuck and couldn’t turn all the way to the hot side. I called the front desk to fix it, but the maintenance personnel couldn’t come til the next day. The front desk people forgot to ticket the issue. Thankfully, I stopped by at the front desk to check on it and the maintenance person fixed the problem :).

The bar soap had been used and put back in the box.

Felt like an old Motel 6 conversion. The floors in the hallways, rooms including bath were all crooked, running uphill and down as if it was once rocked by an earthquake, very strange. Clean enough, but felt dated and definitely a bit unsafe.

Good staff. Clean. Breakfast was very good. Staff helped in printing out a document. Pillows are too soft. The policy of the hotel regarding furniture,lamps or chairs that need attention is not “fix and or replace” but rather “remove and don’t replace”. A chair and stand up lamp were missing as well as a side table next to the bed.

The heat changed to A/C when we tried to turn the temp down a couple of degrees. The facet in the bathroom was very weak. The ice machine on our floor didn't work and the parking lot was dangerous with all the snow and ice. Traffic noise was bad and the fridge was loud.

Lady at front desk was very helpful w / giving us places to eat for dinner at Harbor Marina cafe food was great & put us in heated outdoor room for dining + about the continental breakfast was better than usual had waffles, pancakes lots of diff coffee & met friendly people there too i recommend to all to go there

The location was great and the staff was exceptional. The team there is very friendly and helpful. The only good thing about the breakfast was the waffles. The eggs were rehydrated and terrible. There wasnt any non-pork meat options. The juice was extremely watered down.

Upon check in the hotel didn’t smell fresh and continued to smell stale throughout the visit. We reserved two connecting rooms. We left to do some shopping, once we returned I noticed the doors weren’t sealed shut. You could literally see the hallway from the room. The hotel manager changed our rooms but explained that most of the rooms are like that and I could only see it because of the light from the hallway windows. The experience was less than desirable to be a part of the Hilton brand. The bathroom in one of the rooms had dirty hand towels under the sink. Sadly, we couldn’t change hotels because we had traveled almost 4 hours and it was late.

I thought that was excellent customer service. We received bottle water as a welcome gift which was a nice touch to me. We slept too late for breakfast, but it is offered from 6 am to 9 pm which is always a plus if like to get up early. We appreciated the staff and this property is a great place to stay when traveling.

People were screaming in our hallway the entire night. At one point we heard an employee try to reprimand them and threaten to throw them out. This still didn’t stop them. And add the elevators weren’t working and we were in the 3rd and 4th floors. Breakfast was a mess too. We ended up not eating and just leaving because of the other guests being so loud and dirty. Again not the hotel workers fault but completely unacceptable. We paid $420 to get some sleep and couldn’t. Awful experience

The staff was thoughtful and accommodating. We checked in late (10:30 pm.) The desk clerk changed our room because there was a large group of children staying in the room directly over our original room. I appreciated the thoughtfulness as we were tired from traveling and had more driving to do the next day. We needed our rest. Thank you!

I love this hotel!! I've been to quite a few of them within Woodbridge VA and this one is a little hidden and quiet, which I liked alot. But more, the room and bathroom was extremely clean and very new looking. Bed, pillows and blankets are soooo comfortable. So appreciated that I can control my own room temp and services were great. My only complaint, is the some of the breakfast foods can be improved, but overall okay. Great coffee by the way!! Had family check in as well, they had no complaints either. Definitely my go to hotel!

If you have a service dog, and they ask you what is your health condition do not go to this hotel. I don’t recommend this hotel. I never had any problems in any hotel when I go with my service dog and show my batch. Nobody should be asking you of your health condition because it is private . Ones again I don’t recommend this hotel if you have a service animal

The Property Manager refused me AFTER I had checked in in full disclosure of service animals. I was so shocked and helpless, handicapped, elderly, and had nowhere to go. Manager then blocked me from staying there ever - I said “Great because I never plan to stay here EVER.“. That experience has caused me to blacklist ALL Hampton Inns. I stay where staff is cordial and honor their bookings!! Love Hyatt and Extended Stay Suites. I have Sleep Apnea, high BP, Diabetes,post. Cancer/radiation and Chemo. Surgery 2 weeks ago. When I had checked in, the night Desk man told me - after I signed in - that he was charging me $75 for the cat’s stay!!?? I said NO, he said “no cats allowed” I argued that their policy is published “Pet Friendly.” The Manager (who looked like a Soprano in costume) came out to the front desk and announced he was removing me from ever coming back to “his” hotel. I said “Good because I never plan to come back here - but WHY do you have to be so rude? That’ll keep me from ever coming back to Hampton Inn EVER.”

We were completely satisfied with our stay at the Hampton Inn Potomac Mills/Woodbridge. Front desk was quick and efficient. Room was clean and had a small fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. Bathroom necessities were well stocked. It was nice to have a warm breakfast that included eggs, breakfast sausage, potatoes and waffles, as well as other breakfast foods. A couple grocery stores nearby was a definite plus. Lighting in the room could have been better. Overall, a very good stay.
