I travel to this hotel fo a beauty convention, the rooms were clean and in a safe area

Clean, comfortable and great staff! Pet Friendly! They should not charge $60 to add on the a breakfast! That’s the price of a good brunch with mimosas! The breakfast buffet is not special in anyway; it’s more like a basic budget style maybe worth $18. I recommend skipping that add-on and choose from the menu if you want convenience of eating downstairs, or have breakfast at numerous places in close proximity. Just go to Yelp for 10+ breakfast options. Otherwise I love the convenience of the location for shopping for anything you could need, from Nordstrom Rack to Marshalls/ Home Goods, WholeFoods, bars, high-end restaurants or to-go spots, movies, WaWa, and quick access to I-4. This is an excellent choice at a reasonable price.

The dining option at the restaurant had limited options for breakfast otherwise everything else looked great. The AC controls were limited.

The property is clean and in great condition but the AC needs some controls in the room. It will auto shut after a scheduled 60-70 minutes in the night and I had no way to turn it on. I just wait for it to come back up again.

I was charged twice for my stay. I prepaid with Hotels.com $286 and was charged again by the hotel stay $268 and another $68 charge for parking and incidental. Breakfast was not free as indicated on Hotels.com.

Sheets did not feel clean the first day, two drops of blood were on them. No safe.

Our A/C was intermittent. We ran out of tissues. they only clean rooms every other day.

Spotless room, as always and staff was very courteous and efficient. VERY comfy bed and I liked the layout of the room. I especially liked the open closet area with all the shelves and a good light inside. Not something you always find and it allows you to keep all your “stuff” out of view. Was concerned about traffic noise being right on a busy street but it was not a problem.

Very clean hotel, not far from winter park downtown area. Nice staff and very helpful on email with sorting out late check out. Much appreciated. I didn’t realise that they only did room service every other day. I missed that message. Otherwise all good.

The king size bed was super comfy and I had plenty of space in my room. Location was great, close to restaurants and shopping. The shower temperature did not get hot, the fan in the room was constantly blowing, the staff was not familiar with the area, and the breakfast buffet was disappointing

The room was perfect and the people were so friendly.

Staff good. Premises clean. Good breakfast selection. Pillows should have been replaced years ago. Feather pillows provide no support. Not sure if bed was supposed to be a pillow top, but otherwise too soft. Bigger bath towels a great upgrade.

The hotel is newer and has nice amenities but the AC units don’t do a good job of cooling so it gets very uncomfortable at night. Also one of the beds squeaked.

No complimentary breakfast. Check in was good staff very friendly. It is a newer hotel, so it was in good condition. My complaint would be room was very noisy in the a.m. due to being right next to main road. There was also this very annoying noise ( have no idea what it was, or where it was, maybe in hall walls???) but every 20 minutes or so we would hear this loud tapping at 5 second intervals and fading out after 6-7 taps or knocks. Also alot of construction noise going on. My advice is to get a room on the north side of the hotel away from road. Eventually… construction will be done.

I stay at a lot of hotels - this was a quick trip for a memorial and business meeting. 24 hours in winter park - the gentleman at the front desk upon arrival was the friendliest, professional and bright young man I was happy to also see the next day upon check out. I encounter a lot of hotel employees in my travels - he set the bar. Hope to find more like him out there!

I have always enjoyed my stay there, until my last experience with the staff. First my coffee maker made a huge mess and did not work, no one could replace. The worst was when I checked out, I realized I left my charger, I called as I drove off told the front desk, they said they will tell housekeeping. I came back in a few hours to pick up, and no charger. I asked to talk to the manager, and front desk said manager is in meetings all day! I said the housekeeping staff must have kept the charger, and she argued with me. If front desk lady would've handled better, they would still have a customer.

The hotel itself is modern, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds, plenty of outlets for charging devices, and a nice workspace for business travelers. I especially loved the large walk-in shower and quality bath products. The staff deserve a special mention — everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help. Check-in was a breeze, and they provided great local recommendations for dining and things to do in Winter Park. The location is another huge plus. The hotel is close to charming Park Avenue, with its boutiques, restaurants, and scenic parks. It’s also conveniently located for getting into downtown Orlando or visiting nearby attractions without feeling like you’re in the middle of tourist crowds. I also enjoyed the on-site amenities, including the fitness center and the restaurant, which serves a delicious cooked-to-order breakfast. Overall, the Hilton Garden Inn Winter Park offers excellent value, comfort, and service. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Orlando/Winter Park area!

We stayed one night for a concert in town- check in was smooth, everything clean, lots of towels. We didn't notice the parking pass until checkout but thankfully didn't get a ticket!

Customer service told me they had security boxes, but they don't. And they don't have an airport shuttle service.

This is our go-to hotel when in the Orlando area. Pete at the front desk was extra helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious. It was easy to walk around the area. In addition to having food options at the hotel, there were several restaurants in the area.

This property was super clean. Staff was helpful, efficient and nice. Some very personable. 4.5 stars for staff because one young bartender wasn’t the best - seemed like she didn’t quite know how to do what she was doing? A big contrast for the gentleman the night before. Maybe she was just over her head in a new position. I enjoyed sitting outside in the comfy chairs very much - they even allowed us to enjoy our breakfast out there. Thank you!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms are super spacious and very comfortable beds. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and very friendly staff. The only thing was that I was surprised there was no pool. Weird for a FL hotel, but otherwise, it was excellent!

I had a great stay, Check in was efficient. It was easy to find my room, the staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was hot and delicious. Everything was clean.

Hotel parking isn’t the best. Traveled for work, booked one room with 2 beds and didn’t receive what I booked instead received 1 bed. They couldn’t accommodate due to hotel being full.

The stay was to see an oral surgeon for my husband. After oral surgery, my husband & I returned to your hotel. We found the hotel to have no wheelchair. My husband was still whoozy from the anesthesia. We needed a wheel chair. I finally had my husband slowly walk while holding on to a luggage cart. Took a long while to get him to the 3rd floor. Any second, he could have fallen. I hope you will reconsider having at least one available for injured guests.

EXCELLENT LOCATION! Hotel building is picturesque. Perfectly placed at corner with entry/exit on both roads. Loads of dining & retail just nearby. Large area of parking fenced off (?) making parking in hotel area touch & go depending on nearby restaurant/shops busyness. TRULY SAFE surrounds for walking our small dog with small fountains area at corner of Lee & N Orlando and walking park around fountained retention pond nearby. Room could benefit from DEEP CLEAN & breakfast service and food options would benefit from complete reworking (variation of ingredient options or even different "fresh" preparations /self serve drink options for water- juices-milk choices /metal flatware-plates & glasses provided). Front desk & cleaning staff were always FRIENDLY and ACCOMMODATING!

I do not blame your staff for this because it’s obvious that this is all that was expected of them. Everyone on the staff was friendly and very accommodating. And the parking was free.

Was there 2 nights… convenient location for me visiting family… nice restaurant and shopping varieties….for a Hilton… room was on side on the main Street… could hear traffic noise..A/C made a terrible noise when starting up…mattress felt wore out and made noises everytime you moved…no water pressure in shower..could hear lots of noise in hallways… doors shutting… could even hear people in next room… for a Hilton was disappointed… and if it wasn’t a non refundable reservation I would have gladly changed hotels

Although the property is clean and fairly new, the hand sanitizer dispensers I tried using in the common areas were all empty during flu and cold season, including the one in the fitness center. Also, my room facing Hwy 17-92 had lots of traffic noise during the night.

There was mold under in the tub under the overflow! This is the Hilton, make sure you do not have mold in the tub!!

You asked for it, here it comes. When I went online for hotels in Winter Park, FL I selected your hotel. I did not know Expedia was handling your reservation. I work for the State of Fl, I am a Viet Nam era vet, and a retired first responder, so I was looking for a reduced rate. Customer service at your hotel indicated they could not amend my stay rate. I suggest you advise future customers not to use 3rd party vendors or advise that on your internet ads. Thanks.

I will never stay at another garden inn. I don’t know if it’s because it’s the less expensive hotels of Hilton but this experience was terrible. First off I paid for a king bed room and they gave us two queens, fine no big deal, but not once did room service come clean it. The terrible breakfast buffet was 20$ a head for cold eggs and under cooked sausage and the worst part of it all is that my husband left his wedding ring in our room and the concierge said she would send it to us. Well a week Later I get a call from the local UPS in winter park and an employee of the hotel dropped the ring off and told them to deal with it. So they were calling asking for my address and banking information. If I had known such little care would be placed on one of our very personal items I would’ve asked a friend who lived locally to pick it up. It’s just crazy to me after spending so much money at a hotel for a weekend they can’t even be decent enough to mail a small important belonging or atleast tell us they can’t do it instead of getting a surprise phone call from UPS for all the information needed. It’s a shame how little companies care anymore. At least now I know this hotel sucks.
