The front desk started out my stay in a bad way. The man had no smile and wasn’t in the mood for friendly conversation. I definitely didn’t feel like a valued guest. On a positive note, the pool is amazing.

Great value for what you get. Clean, well appointed room and near the parks. Our only complaint was that the bed was extremely firm. That’s only an issue if you like softer beds so not really a complaint. Check-in was quick and easy even though front desk staff seemed more interested in the World Cup game on their phone than getting us checked in. Plenty of restaurant options nearby, including one on site. Overall, this place is hard to beat.

The hotel is very well kept. The room, restrooms, kitchenette all nice. Fresh breakfast served daily, and not to mention the staff were all welcoming. Very nice pool area also. I’d stay here again for sure.

The hotel was great but the breakfast and the coffee was awful. I will definitely save hotel as a favorite.

Could use more options in transport to airport and Disney parks.

Pros: Rooms were clean and quiet, beds were comfy (a very rare thing when traveling), breakfast was delicious and staff was friendly. Cons: No airport shuttle (use Uber it's way cheaper than a traditional taxi), the park shuttle has limited pick up/drop off locations and times (not horrible just make sure to have a backup plan).

Day 1, had a line to check in ok. But then i get to room and there is an annoying beeping. Called twice and talked to ai that supposedly connected me to desk which never picked up. So i walked to desk there were 5 people in line and 1 person working. They didnt seem to want to help so i left. I figured it out on my own dishwasher was mid cycle so just ran it empty. There was also a bright blinking light and the toilet seat was loose but didnt even try to contact desk after 1st experience. Day 2, arrive at hotel tired after long day and keys dont work. Apparently there was a mixup and they assigned us to another room in the system accidentally. They had called us when they entered our supposedly empty room according to the system and saw our luggage, but we were enjoying our vacation not checking our messages. They did help us quickly but we just wanted to get into our room so 5 minutes standing in hallway sorting this out was annoying. Its a great location for a great price. This was our second time there and we will probably.be.back again

Room and amenities are nice, clean, great location, nice breakfast, Great location! Parking lot was full of people smoking weed. I want to be fair here we enjoyed our over all stay but showing up to a hotel after a long day and having a group of people smoking weed… not a great look or opening to our stay. I know Florida has medical and fine it helps people everyday I voted for it but don’t let it be your first impression … I’d Rather it be cigarettes… at least then my kids won’t go “why does this hotel smell bad?” I had to go back to my vehicle after we got checked in and more people were blazing. Again I get Staff has other duties but what a poor look on a hotel minutes from Disney where families are going to be coming in and out. We regularly go to Disney and like staying close but we will not stay here again after this experience. When I first got to the hotel my room was not fully cleaned, there was trash beside the sofa on the side closest to the window, I also noticed that there was a long hair in my bathroom sink, there was also small hair in my shower and also on the rubber tub mat. I was told by front desk I would receive 8000 points, I even talked to Laura who I’m guessing is a manager in some capacity and she said she would investigate and call me when the points were added, she never called, I also stayed 7 plus nights and never got my points for my stay. The day I had to leave I asked if I could stay other night and the employee was rude and pushy it was a feeling I was not welcome there. Great property and rooms, poor management and guest services.

Good location if going to Disney. The a/c was not working in the lobby / breakfast dining area. The comforter was dirty looked like it had a big wine stain or grape juice, the soap in the shower was not able to open.

One of my better stays at many hotels. Very pleased w cost and having separate sleeping areas.

Great Hotel we really enjoyed the Pool. bar was a little Pricey. Rooms are really nice they are well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. The only problem we had was my grandson wanted to play his Ex box and the turned off the internet connection so a Xbox could not be connected. He was not happy

Interestingly enough, you need to pay for parking, even though you pay to stay... very odd. The recommended restaurant associated with the hotel was terrible other than its proximity to pool for those who were looking to spend the day drinking and peeing without getting out... Was a handy location for sure and decent enough for what we needed. The parking still makes me shake my head...

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel. The staff is always so friendly, they have a great pool and fitness center. My wife and I Love it here. It’s so close to the parks and there is plenty of shopping and dining within walking distance. We will most definitely be staying here again.

The first room they assigned us to had a strong odor probably from someone smoking in it so we requested to be changed to another room and they accommodated us without issues. Everyone working there was very nice and helpful. Pool was nice, laundry definitely need an update but overall it was an okay experience

My family has stayed here more than once and we will return soon! The breakfast buffet options are good and they have options to choice from. I traveled with my husband and two daughters 16 and 11.

The hotel was very close to all of the Disney Parks and a stones throw away from Target and Walgreens. The hotel had a fairly decent gym and games room. The room cam equipped with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, hob and cooking utensils. The staff we found to be quite rude and awkward compared the hotel we stayed at near Universal, when we checked in the girl seemed more interested about her personal phone and wasn’t very welcoming and upon checkout the lady just didn’t seem very friendly, as was the same with the breakfast staff and also the lady working on the bar, she didn’t really seem like she wanted to help. We had dietary requirements for breakfast and even though there was a sign saying the staff would be more than happy to help and accommodate it seemed like it was more of a hinderance for them. The rooms didn’t really feel very clean again comparing to the other hotel we stayed at, the carpet had lots of hair and bits on it, the sofa felt grubby, the shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower were both empty, the pillows were very lumpy and the room just felt very worn despite them being renovated apparently. There was some tree cutting by the pool which was absolutely fine but they didn’t do a very good job of cleaning and removing the clippings from inside and around the pool. All of these issues shouldn’t require us to have to speak to a member of staff about, they just shouldn’t be issues at all.

Loved it! My first time staying in Orlando. The staff upgraded me to a 2 Queen size when they saw I had extra guests with me and were very accommodating. And I also enjoyed their breakfast and clean room. Shoutout to their staff being so cool.

The room was small but for 2 people it fit just right. It has a sleeper sofa in it with a king size bed and that is perfect for a couple. The room was clean and the AC worked super well. I was cold even after turning it up to 73 still. The breakfast was super yummy! I mean who goes wrong with Mickey waffles. The staff was super friendly and kept everything clean. We used the hot tub and that was great and clean. I will totally keep them on my places to stay again.

Breakfast was cold and we were some of the first people there. Even though there is a kitchenette, the rooms seemed crammed. The beds also seemed wore out, could feel the springs. The staff and location are great otherwise it was adequate

Convenient location. Room layout was awkward. Closet was in the bathroom and the bathroom door blocked the closet when opened. Had to hold toilet handle down to flush. Coffee maker didn’t work properly (very watery weak coffee). TV was difficult to view due to placement on a side wall.

The property is so beautiful I didn’t wanna leave. I nearly almost cried. I enjoyed the Mickey Mouse breakfast and the people are very friendly and nice and it’s a very family oriented hotel. I will be back again for my third time soon.

Staff was not the friendliest, front desk had difficulty communicating our requests initially and housekeeping did not service the room the last 2 days we were there. Attempted to resolve the issue with the front desk and escalated to a manager but no one ever followed up. Not what we expected from a Marriott property. Very disappointed and Rex’s t left a voice message for the front desk mgr. and hotel mgr. to resolve the matter. I am awaiting a response them.

We stayed 11 night and had a wonderful stay, nice pool, good breakfast, clean room, no noise.

The room was clean but the furnishings are a little outdated. There wasn’t any conditioner or body wash in the bottles. Luckily I had some from home. The TV did not turn toward the bed or the sofa. The flamingo bar restaurant quality wasn’t very good. The front staff were very nice and professional.

When I booked my trip, I accidentally booked it for the wrong month. Expedia and the hotel staffs helped me to rearrange the check-in date. Much appreciated.

My husband and I have been coming here for years and always love coming back. The Flamingo restaurant is our go-to after a long day at the them parks. Make sure you try the fries. They are the best! The only thing I could say if the hot tub could use a refresh, only one side of the jets were working at this last visit. Still nice and hot, but could definitely be updated. Oh, I did break one of my toes on the lounge chairs on the deck where the pool is. You can’t really see the feet of the chairs, so when you hit your foot and break something, you learn how to avoid at all costs. No, I did not let anyone know about it. Should have, but didn’t. Great stay overall though.

If I’m staying off Disney property this is always my go to choice. It’s 10-20 minutes max to all parks and disney springs. Great rooms and great breakfast which Is good to start your day off with, you know I gotta have those Mickey waffles. Staff is great and the property is kept very well. If your curious about this hotel please do me a favor and check it out for yourself.

Lobby seating was not very practical or comfortable for long periods of time, which is what we were looking for. Beds were very comfortable and water pressure in the shower was great!

The room was perfect. The facility was very nice. The shuttle to the parks was a big disappointment. It was very limited when it ran. The staff member I dealt with at check in, and when I had questions about the shuttle, didn't fully explain how it worked and we ended up taking an Uber for 2 of our 3 day stay. After staying at a Disney resort, this shuttle was NOTHING in comparison. I probably wouldn't stay here again unless I was ok with taking an Uber every time I wanted to go to the parks.

The room appeared to be clean, however we always travel with items to wipe & spray down as a routine. The toilet seat could have used a little more attention once we did our quick clean routine. Housekeeping comes ever other day, and I must say she spent time cleaning (even mopped) and was very pleasant. The overall set-up of the room worked, however, the TV is located strangely on a side wall. But this was not a huge issue since we were on a quick 3 night/2.5 day trip and stayed busy at Disney. The pool area and set up is really nice and my girls thoroughly enjoyed it. The restaurant is okay to grab a meal from. There is a breakfast in the morning if interested. The hotel is not designed to be fancy, but accommodating, comfortable, together, and without major issues for families and individuals. Our stay went well and my daughters were so happy with the overall trip and experience.

Our rooms were cleaned every 2 days, i felt it could have been maintained daily, we had to take our garbage out to the parkung lot trash can, as there was ko where else to leave it.

The breakfast is always yummy with a great selection. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The only dislike is the extremely flat pillows, but I will bring my own next time

We liked our room, but it was accessible for disability and the shower was too low for us to take a shower so we had to bend over but Ernesto and who checked us out Jean I believe her name is we’re real sweet to us and gentle Manager also came around asking how we were doing while we were eating breakfast

The staff was absolutely amazing. The rooms are not ideal for our setup — we prefer the Home2Suites across the way — but if you don't spend a lot of time in the room, they're fine. They need physical attention — they're old and dinged up. Not anything staff can fix without an infusion of cash from Marriott.

The room was nasty in the beginning, the GM Glen gasslighted situations that should not have even been a problem to begin with such as stove top not working, the cleaning staff that cleaned the rooms 3/4 hours of the time never left replacement stuff such as towels and toilet paper never mind clean the room much of the time. They had a hot water issue on several floors, the room I booked as not the room I got, the breakfast times are awful close at 930a, the rooms were NOT what was expected or advertised. If I wanted Days inn services I would have stayed at a days in. We were on family VK that was ruined because of how awful the hotel stay was. I will NEVER stay at this hotel or any Marriott hotel ever again. Be cautious when booking a room.

loved the spacious room, but cleanliness was an issue for me. when i got checked in, there was hairs on the bathroom floor and walls. room service is offered “every other day”, and when I received said service, didn’t receive body wash (which was half way used when I got the room). I had a first floor room and had a “wormy” visit. the water heater didn’t work properly but it was doable for the time being, and a sold out night meant no room change regardless. I consider parking to be too expensive for what it is, and frankly I don’t know what I paid it for.

Around 7:30 pm, after dinner, with no call all day, we headed back to hotel. I mentioned we had stopped by that morning and was told someone would call but we never heard anything, so I was hoping we had a room by then. There was no apology or reason for not getting a call, but we were given room. The next morning, no hot water in the shower. I figured it was a one time thing, maybe we got up too late and the hot water had run out. We all took quick cold showers. I stopped by front desk on our way out and mentioned it. I was told someone would be sent up to take a look. I never heard anything, and we got back late that night and just went back to the room. The next morning, again, no hot water. Quick cold showers again. Stopped by the front desk again on the way out. The woman there this day apologized and said it was known there was an issue with the hot water in this room. So I don’t understand why we were given this room in the first place. She gave us another room and she said she was sending someone up

The room was adequate but the layout was a little odd. The breakfast was good for a couple days but definitely tiresome after a week with all the same options. Our room never had hot water, barely lukewarm.

We were initially told that our reservation was not there, then they found it. However the reservation was shorted by one night. Then we were given a room with the A/C torn down literally and beds unmade. We were told there were no other rooms but then given another room. We asked twice for rooms to be cleaned, beds maid, but instead they just brought towels and sheets. We were overcharged $300 on the 1st night and on the 2nd day, we were called to the office to provide a 2nd form of payment because their daily charges were not going through (even though the hotel placed a $900 hold on my account.

Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Very comfortable. I was surprised the hotel restaurant served their food on paprr plates.

Some staff was very kind- others were quit rude. The rooms were ok some updates and some older areas in them. The hot tub bricks were broken and we had to tell others guests to be careful. Ms Bertha at breakfast was always so kind she brightened our day.

The room was clean and spacious, staff friendly and knowledgeable and the Mickey Mouse waffles were delicious! We enjoyed our time and would definitely go back. The shuttle saves a lot of money when you use it for Disney World. I would recommend you always check your confirmation email to make sure you know what time you are to be picked up. Also confirm where exactly they will be picking you up in the evenings. Great job everyone at Townesuite Place Orlando and thank you for a very nice vacation!

The room was nice, breakfast was fine, lots of hot and cold options, the 2 cons for us was the room cleaning, the front desk makes you aware on checkin that cleaning is every 2nd day however we were missed twice, the desk was quick to hand us towels, the other con is the shuttle, only 2 pick ups in the morning IMO very early and late, 8:15 & 11:20, return is 5:30, 9:00 & 10:45. You have to book 24 hrs ahead & the 8:15am fills up instantly, selecting a return time is difficult, the times often don’t line up with the individual park closing. If you are booking the hotel & a major factor is the shuttle investigate fully. Not saying it’s bad but you may not get the times you’d like, doesn’t go to Disney Springs & be prepared to use Lyft, it’s cheaper than Uber for some reason but still can be $30 US, a trip.

The stay was great, however house keeping didn’t follow through with replacing towels and toilet paper every other day. I had to go to the front desk several times to ask for towels and toilet paper. I still very much enjoyed staying here, and will more than likely continue booking at this location.

This is a very nice hotel on Disney land but not a Disney resort. Breakfast is included and it has a lot of options! Here you are only ten to fifteen minutes from all the Disney Parks and literally across the street from the Disney College Program apartments. Added to the price of the room will be a parking fee for each day. There is plenty of parking and this fee seems so unnecessary. They need to change the price of their rooms and lose the parking fee. Housekeeping forgot us. They refresh rooms every other day but only did ours once on day 4 of a five day stay. Overall, it was a great stay.

Beautiful room with full kitchen and amazing sunset view! Friendly staff and management. Breakfast was over the top with options to choose from! My favorite part... the pool, tempature controlled giant pool with a hot tub and direct access to the gym, arcade, and Flamingos bar and grill!! Overall great stay and the free shuttle service to the parks as well as near by stores made it convenient to purchase anything you may need! 10 out of 10 will be staying here again!

Overall the Hotel was lovely. We had to pay for parking. 10$ per day as a guest is a bit ridiculous. The staff were all pleasant and friendly. Cleaning service came only 1 time which was our last night (4th night). Breakfast was free and pretty good. Had cute Mickey waffles, scrambled eggs, suage, turkey bacon, toast, fruit, yogurt and oatmilk which i can appreciate. If you have a family and are visiting the parks they do offer a free shuttle which is great!

Staff including Carlos was amazing. Super friendly. Breakfast is a steal! Convenient parking, great pool, Flamingo Bar is great. Can’t say enough good things about this property. If you are looking for a long atay and visiting the parks, this is a no brainer.

Let me start off by saying the staff was very nice. The general manager even gave me a free Minnie water bottle for my birthday. The hot tub was amazing after a long day at Disney. The breakfast had a lot of options with cute little Mickey waffles and they even offered turkey sausage as well as regular sausage which was a plus for me. However; The listing offered a heated pool which was not the case during my stay, The room had a roach bug crawling on the walls, and the AC in the room wasn’t properly working. I set it to 65 degrees, went to Disney, came back to a 79 degree room. Overall it was a “okay” stay but it definitely could have been better!

Unexpected charges to park… Normal “Bonvoy” mess from Marriott - every time I have to deal with them I swear I won’t again - I didn’t realize this was a Marriott property.

Clean room, front desk was super helpful and friendly, accommodating, only thing I would mention is that room service would make the bed and throw the trash out. We would leave the dirty towels on the floor and they would take them but never replace the towels.

We had to ask 4 times for our room to be cleaned. We had a baby in the room. They never came until we spoke to the manager. We would have to leave our trash outside our room.

Ignacio from Colombia at the front desk was very kind and professional, he went above and beyond and in my opinion he deserves a raise for his excellent customer service. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great and the room was very clean and comfortable. We loved the Mickey waffles. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Disney.

Close to Disney. There's a mall across the street that's really nice. Target, Walgreens, food options. Parking is extra which can kinda stink when lots pretty empty but it is what it is.

We also had dirty towels most days that had unknown stains on them. We also had to move rooms on the first night due to the bed having hairs in it. The breakfast was very good however. Overall, we would not recommend staying at this hotel due to the poor bus service and poor cleanliness of the hotel. The only good thing was the breakfast.

The place was an amazing place. The only thing that is not described in the reviews or the description is that you have to pay for parking. Air conditioner in our room did not work, but it was OK overall.

This hotel is close to Disney parks in Orlando and includes swimming pool/jacuzzi in the property, which my kids loved! The breakfast was great as well!! :)

Once we checked in and went to our room it was HOT! I'm from FL and I knew right away the Ac wasn't working. Not that it was just hot outside like the manager tried saying. We asked if someone could come look at it 2 hours I had to call them and ask for a new room. He came up and we went to 6 rooms on that floor and he said that he's sorry he's afraid this would happen because they have issues with the units keeping up. We went to a different floor and looked at 3 rooms up there and settled for one. When we got back that night it was so HOT the manager said the AC shuts off when nobody is in there or no movement. As we were sleeping it shut off again. Went to Disney came back yes you guessed it hot again. It took an hour to kinda cool off never got cold. As we were sleeping it shut off again we woke up sweating. Spoke to the manager as we were leaving and they said they can't refund a night because we booked through a 3rd party. Then said he would email us a free night but never got that although I dont think I would ever stay here again.

The staff were excellent, very friendly. The room was nice, a bit small, but for mostly only sleeping in, it was nice. The beds were very hard, wish they were softer and wish they had cotton pillows, I had to go buy my own pillows. The breakfast got very boring after a few days, we stayed for 2 weeks, wish they changed breakfast items daily. We would stay here again.

Location to Disney was great. Lobby was clean the staff very friendly.

The best vacation

The hotel and location are great. It is a surprise and a disappointment when you get to the hotel to park and you have to scan a QR Code to register your car to pay for parking in a normal parking lot, like every other average hotel. They aren't providing covered parking, a garage or secured parking.

Had to leave early because my son was sick, but we loved the place! Definitely going back!

It was a quick stay to visit my son at the Disney College Program. It was perfect for us. This is our second stay. Clean, nice and good breakfast.

All in all a very nice, clean, pleasant place to stay. Staff are all kind and pleasant, rooms are clean and well equipped, there is a fabulous breakfast provided daily, pool and hot tub always clean and inviting, and it's close to the parks. Love it!

There is another suite of rooms attached that has a bar and also a Coffee bar. Pool clean and a good size. Would definitely stay here again, very happy.

The place is very nice and breakfast is amazing! However, you have to pay $16/ night for parking through a 3rd party vendor that you have to scan a QR code for. Felt a bit shady & questionable? I will try to stay somewhere else next time because of the parking. No one mentioned this when I checked in, there are just signs in the parking lot.

I’ve stayed here a couple dozen times. Great location outside of Disney. I usually have an older room, but this time I was put in a refurbished room which was very impressive. It’s a shame they don’t advertise for you to book an updated room

Stay was great love the breakfast and pool but not a fan of the shuttle service .. I was only able to get it two out of the 5 days because it was booked. I was counting on it for all 5 days. And the shuttle is limited for the parks so just be aware. But again place was nice and clean and close to park average uber was 15 dollars. Also, uber from airport to hotel is about 50 dollars.

Made a quick trip down to move my daughter into her apartment for DCP. The location was great, breakfast layout was amazing. Nice staff, great Galaxy's Edge touches around from the elevators to the lobby. Rooms were really nice, plenty of space. Would definitely stay again if I got a rental car.

Family friendly. However housekeeping never show up during our visit. When we were told that they will clean every day after no one ever showed up. We had no clean towels and no toilet papers we had to go downstairs to ask front desk. The pool towel was so tiny we couldn’t even dry properly or wrap up. But the most upsetting thing is that no one ever show up to clean or check on us. Housekeeping is horrible. They showed up the last day only to tidy up and leave. Next morning kept checking and make us feel rush to get out of the room. It was only 9am. when we were packing to leave and went downstairs around 10am they enter the room thinking we left when my kids were still inside. When they saw them they ask them if they weren’t leaving too. Being a regular Marriott guest this is the first time I feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It’s not welcoming to guests.

Absolutely amazing place to stay during a Disney vacation. Love the breakfast! Very clean place. Large rooms with plenty of storage for your clothes. Great dining options and a Target across the street. Cannot recommend enough!

Nice hotel, room was clean, pool was very nice and breakfast was good but did have to call down for basics like toilet paper and toiletries were not refilled. Air conditioner was leaking but staff had it fixed and carpet was cleaned by the time we got back to our room that same day. There is a small Target across the road, but very expensive. If you are looking to purchase groceries, etc. there is another store a short drive away that is cheaper, if you have transportation.

Major construction and renovations including wet paint and padding in the elevators were also present and we as guests were NOT notified prior to check in. I will go back to Hilton, thanks but no thanks!

There is also a shuttle. We were able to walk to Target for a few snacks grocery for the fridge since we were staying for 6 days. The staff was helpful because my daughter left some food and was able to go back and pick it up.

Near Disney World

As such I could not be refunded for the 2 nights. This is So WRONG

It was nice to have various food options in the hotel and the surrounding area. room was spacious and nice. Beds are comfortable, sofa, everything. Tv is great quality. Kitchen was nice to have in room. However, the only problem I had was that housekeeping is every other day, they skipped a day and I needed towels and other stuff. I went downstairs and told front desk, they gave me the supplies i needed and apologized and stated they would add me for housekeeping the next day since they didn’t go in. Next day came, and they still didn’t show up. So I ended up with a lot of trash in the room even after I called down and mentioned I needed somebody to come up.

One week stay, the perfect and most relaxing stay for a family vacation. Staff was extremely nice since the moment we arrived until final day. A great thank you to Carlos working as front desk as he made our check in process smooth and was very welcoming and respectful. Beds are comfortable and CLEAN, restroom and shower as well. Our kitchen had all necessary essentials for great meals. Our kids loved the pool, they were there 24/7, clean and safe. Your kids will love it!

I was double charged for a day I did not book or stay. Difficulty getting my money back.

We loved how spacious and comfortable the room was. We appreciated how wheelchair accessible the hotel, room, and pool was. We loved that the pool was open until 11pm and was huge and easy to navigate with limited mobility. The food in the restaurant, as well as the free breakfast was delicious. The Starbucks in the lobby wasn't advertised and was a nice surprise.

This property is friendly, the staff was very polite especially the twins at the front desk. Enjoyed my stay. Will be back again.

Great hotel, we had a great time. The staff was incredible, the pool was clean and we could stay in the pool until 11pm which was great. I took my own cooler to the pool area and stayed there all day long and it was AMAZING. Their breakfast was full of options, our room was like a studio apartment (literally it had a full kitchen). Location is great it’s like 10 min from Disney. I will definitely go back if I ever go back to Orlando.

Perfect hotel for Disney vacay! We did rent a car and did not use the limited shuttle service. The pool and hot tub were wonderful! There is a Target and a few food options close by. No complaints at all! Would stay here again for sure! The price for a 2 bedroom suite with the kitchen was fantastic!

My family and I stayed in April. I really loved that it was so close to where my daughter is staying and also affordable. It’s a very nice hotel with kind staff and quick, easygoing, friendly service. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The location is absolutely fantastic as it’s a short ride to Disney World, International drive where there are lots of shops and dining options. Highly recommend Lazy Dog. I’d absolutely stay again and nowhere else! Thank you all for a great, comfortable stay!

This place was very convenient to meet my daughter who was part of the DCP and staying at Flamingo East. Pool is fantastic and a nice breakfast buffet.

we have been going here for years and has been wonderful but this year was not the same . Sheets not clean, the shampoo , conditioner and body wash empty. and you have to pay now for parking every day. They where panting the hallways every day. However staff very friendly, they fix any problem you may have quickly. Very close to everything. Great breakfast and large pool!

The property is close to Disney parks and has a small shopping plaza right across the street. We were close to a Target, Starbucks and many food options that are also open late. Their parking has to be paid via app and is around $15 a day. Staff was great and check in and out process was easy and fast.

Our stay was excellent. The staff were very polite, welcoming, and helpful. There was some mild water/moisture problem in the bathroom but that’s expected. The price was great. It is close to Disney and easy to access. We will be staying again!

A clean well lighted place.

Loved our stay! Just a few comments. The shuttle going to Disney is great. Make sure you reserve a spot and get in line at least 20-30 minutes before it leaves. Had to take an Uber back to hotel which was not expensive. Would like to have more towels in the room since cleaning happens every other day. No issues with getting more at front desk. Would also like to have full length mirror in each bedroom. Breakfast was good and fresh every morning. Can’t wait for our next visit.

The TV in the room mwas only 32 inches and was positioned perpendicular to the bed, they could mount an expandable bracket so that you could at least face it towards the bed, and also increase the size. The room did have a weird smell, I am guessing its since the hotel is pet friendly. Other than that I enjoyed that it was very quiet and the staff were wonderful.

The two room suite was perfect for our family vacation. It was spacious and comfortable. It was always quiet, the room was clean. The shower was a bit of a struggle as the water wouldn’t fully go from the spout to the shower head and the toilet seat was very wobbly; needs some maintenance. But overall I would highly recommend this location; it was great!
