My day was fantastic. It was comfortable clean and the juries it fit up to six people, but of course I was on channel 5. The staff was fantastic. They were helpful and very professional. I will definitely visit again.

Staff was great! Housekeeping was not good. When we checked in we were told that housekeeping would clean every other day. However, on the day of housekeeping the only things that were done were making the beds, taking out the trash, and two extra towels. Didn’t change sheets, vacuum, no liners in the trash, didn’t refill Kleenex, take out dirty towels or even give us a new soap for the sink. We used the same tiny piece of soap for 4 days! The sheets smelled a little musty even from the first night. Shuttle service to Disney Parks was inconvenient. Service only ran a few times per day. You had to plan your day around the shuttle service. We did appreciate the free breakfast. This hotel also had a nice pool.

Convenience to Disney and restaurants and stores for necessities Not being told, I was pre charged for a convenience charge of 20% on my restaurant bill despite me giving a.cash tip. Integrity matters to me. My family and I visited the Flamingo restaurant a lot while there for 5 days. That action alone left a bad feeling.

2 - There is an arbitrary parking fee to an outside company that is not mentioned on all booking sites - not sure what this company does, as your car is not in a protected lot but just in an open access lot outside. Just feels like a money grab. 3 - At other Marriott Bonvoy hotels we have received complimentary waters (and sometimes snacks) but either they forgot or they do not do it. 4 - Door bolt did not work. 5 - Much better hotels in the area for comparable cost. We will not choose SpringHill again.

The rooms were nice, the location is amazing, the pool area was phenomenal. The staff was very disrespectful and held our room for 2 1/2 hours for someone else. We was promise 2,000 of our points back for being Marriott loyalty reward customer and never received them.

I thought the breakfast staff and Alex were awesome. Alex always was in a good mood and cleared tables very well and was friendly. Chiken person was awesome. And friendly. Glenn was super nice the manager.

Great hotel. Great staff. The breakfast staff is exceptional! They are so helpful and keep the breakfast area and seating area so clean and picked up. This is our second stay at this hotel and we will be back for sure.

Overall, the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast could be improved by adding more healthy options such as plain yogurt and a wider variety of fresh fruits. It would also be helpful to have more shuttle bus time options available for guests. Another great addition would be water stations on each floor so guests can refill water using cups instead of needing to buy bottled water.

Large space in rooms

We also specifically requested a king room, and instead of informing us ahead of time that they were sold out, nobody contacted us until the day we arrived. That should have been communicated days in advance. To make things worse, the elevators were not working, so we had to walk up multiple flights of stairs with our belongings. Overall, it was only a one-night stay, yet somehow almost everything went wrong. The experience felt unorganized and frustrating from start to finish. I do not recommend staying here, even if you are just looking for a quick one-day getaway.

Loved the size of the rooms and easy free bus to the Disney parks. The pool was lovely and the staff were always helpful and friendly. The Disney themed waffles and the breakfast English muffin I was able to make every day was lovely! The breakfast would welcome some chopped fruit options, rather than just whole fruit! Otherwise all was really good.

Our shower leaked all over the floor whenever we used it, so we had to use extra towels to wipe up the floor, and had to get more towels despite their “only 4 sets of towels at a time” policy (we had three people). This was annoying but we made it work. Also: the bathroom sliding door didn’t close unless you locked it, so that needed repair.

The pool bar and restaurant had a lot to choose from! The breakfast was always warm and had great choices.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Bar and grill was packed because of cheerleading competition, but server (make, name started with j . It was may 2, and bartender) were awesome!very very busy with pushy cheerleaders and moms....but they were great! Depiste the busy conditions! Had a great experience!

This hotel was wonderful! It is located next to all the fun adventures Orlando has to offer. We will be going back.

The staff was pleasant I booked a room with a king bed and a bathtub for my wife and I for our anniversary. When we arrived we found out we were "upgraded" without consulting us to a room with 2 queen beds, no bathtub and a fireworks view. Though we arrived after the fire works, had no need for a 2nd queen bed, and we really were looking forward to that bath together.

Very close to Disney and the shuttle service was an added bonus. The only downside was they don’t clean your room or give you new towels unless you stay for 3 nights. They did bring new towels to the room on request. Other than that, it’s very close to dining and the parks without the price tag of staying on the Disney resort. Would definitely recommend! Excellent complimentary breakfast.

Great hotel. Only suggestion would be to offer a shuttle option to other parks like Sea World etc. Also, it would be nice if shuttle ran after the firework show rather than at 10:00pm, which is when the show starts.

I went with my 11 year old daughter. The hotel is very close to Disney so Ubers were cheap back and forth. Its 30-40 mins from airport so Uber is more expensive. Plenty of Uber drivers around. The breakfast is very comprehensive and included eggs and bacon almost every morning. Oatmeal, Mickey shaped waffles, yogurts, toast, bagels etc. There is a Target and shopping plaza right across the road. The pool is lovely and the restaurant was handy right by the pool. We travel quite a bit and this was one of the best hotels we have stayed at. I highly recommend this property.

The check in process was made easy. The front desk associate was having an issue locating a clean room (baseball team arrival) however, she made it pleasant and within 5 minutes I had my room.

Was not informed that there would be a parking charge. The price paid to stay there should have been plenty to allow for free parking. Have stayed there many times but won’t be back because of the BS charge.

Great time. Pool, pool restaurant and breakfast was awesome. Nice surprise was the Mellinium Falcon cockpit elevator. Super cool.

No room service was provided. The trash cans inside the room had no trash bags. No one came the next morning to pick up the trash or anything. Only two small water bottles were given. Hotel was mediocre at best.

We had a refrigerator that didn't work. Had to call to get maintenance. We did get a new refrigerator. The toilet paper holder needs to be replaced. And the ring around the shower head needs to be replaced, rusty. Also the shower curtain smells musty. Recommend checking your rooms.

Poolside is quite nice at this location. The staff were helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast has a good assortment. I was a bit tired of it by day 3, but it has healthy choices. The only negative is the parking at $17 a day which I could not see when I was booking hotel online. Other hotels in this same area, do not have any parking fees.

In terms of: - Room: the provided room was clean enough, well equiped, the beds were really comfortable, all facilities are in place - Staff: we have received quality support from the reception, all of our needs are fulfilled, please give them appreciation for the great service! - Breakfast: price/value was ok - Location: bit out or range for the Disney parks but there were shops nearby ie Target, Wendy's etc. I really liked it. - Pool/Bar: It was a great experience. Warm water, kind bartender, I will have good memories on this. In terms of: - Room: the only strange item was the bathroom where to setup the warm water was a bit "interesting" and for our best try -unfortunately- we have always flooded the floor, something might wromg with the shower door - Breakfast: the level of quality/niveau just ok, not much wide selection, I have missed a bit more healthy foods ie fruit salade

The contract with the shuttle service to Disney probably needs addressed due to the extremely unfriendly nature of the shuttle company's customer service. If I could give it a zero, that would be kind.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! There was SO many options for breakfast and the staff was so friendly. The rooms were very clean and super comfy. I loved using the shuttle service to come to and from the park (it runs early morning and late night so if you want to come back in the middle of the day you have to uber) but it worked amazing!

$17.99 per night to park your own vehicle. A paid in full reservation but still owed another $37 for “extra taxes” heads up to third party customers. Shower stall leaked every use and flooded the bathroom floor to the point of soaking multiple towels due to poor design/inadequate gaskets. Grout in front of the sink crumbling and loose tiles no doubt due to water damage. Breakfast sausage was ice cold in the middle as well as the muffins. Pool deck wreaked of pot smoke, same thing occurred when we stayed previously next door. Stayed at the Hilton Brand across the street on a different trip and will stick with them next time, cleaner, quieter and 24/7 free coffee instead of Starbucks.

The location was great, as was the size of the room. The beds were also very comfortable! The AC would occasionally vibrate so much that it sounded like it was coming out of the wall.

All cups/mugs/plates were single use disposables, and having more proper/reusable wares would go a long way.

The room was clean and a large size. The only issue I had was the Ice in the ice machine. I could see specs and grime in every ice cube. One or two I can blow off, but it was all of the Ice which made me think the ice machine hasn’t been cleaned. My fiancé and I just stuck the wine in the bucket to chill instead of using the ice in the glass. Wouldn't ruin my stay. I enjoyed a good night’s rest and did enjoy the breakfast and its options. The gentleman who was walking around picking up plates was polite and nice. The girl at the front desk in the morning was polite checking out. I will still come back. It’s always my go to spot when I hit the theme parks.

We booked a king room and were given two queens. Went back to the front desk and Abraham told us there were no king rooms available. Unfortunately for Abraham we checked in with another couple. That couple had two king rooms reserved by mistake and only needed one. So their clerk released the other room. Once we told him this he went to the back and came back up front to tell us he found a room. Not sure how he couldn’t find it in the first place. Either way we ended up with the correct room, but feel had we not checked in with the other couple and knew what we did that we would’ve been stuck with the wrong room.

By the time we got to the hotel at 11:30pm there was no parking! We paid for parking and we spent 20 minutes driving and waiting for a spot. The fridge in the room was broken and smelled awful! The shower head was barely hanging on in the wall. No water pressure either.

Overall the stay was nice, short commute to Disney. There's a good breakfast.The shower door was leaking water and the body wash bottle was empty, so that took a bit away from the whole experience. But it's a good enough option for a family stay.

Breakfast was not fresh. Room only got cleaned after complaining and needed hypoallergetic pillows which didn't get to us until the last day. Was allergic to shower soap too.

Staff - bunch of kids are at front desk with no manners and blaming us, not taking responsibility for issues on their end, talking back, defending themselves. Supervisor defending these kids without hearing our concerns or listening to us. Only one manager was reasonable. Overall terrible stay and experience. They did offer some points for inconvenience but not enough.

Breakfast offered a variety of choices and was of good quality. Would have personally liked bacon as an option but wasn’t available until last morning of our stay. Only issue was miscommunication on the day housekeeping was going to come because they didn’t show on the scheduled day. Front desk staff did well getting me clean towels and a garbage bag. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the on-site bar and grill. The kids had an arcade to play in and the hotel is conveniently close to WDW parks and close enough to additional food and shopping for Uber Eats or DoorDash to get to us after a long day of chasing kids through theme parks.

- the lightbulb was out in the walk in closet - the pillows were horrible. We had to go to Target and grab a few cheap ones to get us thru our trip. - in order to get coffee in the morning, I had to walk outside thru a corridor and it was usually old coffee - we had to call daily and ask for housekeeping to either bring us towels. - we stayed for 4 nights and our beds were never made ONCE by housekeeping (we were told we would get a refresher) but they never came. - we had to call the front desk 3/4 days to get fresh towels. - we emptied our own garbage in the evening & left it in the hallway (since we didn’t have housekeeping) and it was still outside in the hallway in the morning. - I went to target and got my own disinfectant wipes to clean our bathroom (since housekeeping never came) - you have to PAY for parking (I didn’t know that when I booked).

The property is in a good location. My only complaint is the free shuttle does not run enough times and fills up too fast to get a spot. Each time we tried to reserve a spot there were no spots available. We had to use Uber for all of our trips so it was an added unexpected cost.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect — close to everything we needed and made our trip so easy. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the experience even better. The included breakfast was honestly the best we’ve ever had at a hotel. There were so many fresh and delicious options, and it made mornings stress-free and enjoyable. Little special shoutouts for the Mickey pancake machine and the resin tables made out of wood chips! Super cute!! The only very minor issue we noticed was a few tiny bathroom ants, but it didn’t impact our stay, it can happen anywhere and everything else was excellent. Overall, we were extremely impressed and will definitely be returning on our next visit to Orlando. Highly recommend!

The room was very clean, the staff was exceptional especially the kitchen and dining staff. We had one gentleman named Alexi that was so kind and attentive even though he doesn’t speak English. He sang Happy Birthday, in Spanish to me and brought over a special birthday waffle.

We had booked a king room but upon arrival they tried to tell me it was a double queen booking. I showed them my reservation which clearly stated king. They then said the AC was out in the king room and the double queen is all they had left. For the inconvenience they waived our 30.00 parking fee. We booked this room over a month ago so it wasn't short notice. They sold the room to someone else at a higher rate. We won't book them again for this reason. We're seasoned travelers and know this trick well. We're annual pass holders at Disney and live about 2 hours away so they definitely lost a good customer.

We loved our stay at this hotel — the location couldn’t have been better! It’s just minutes from the Disney parks, making it super convenient to come and go throughout the day. The area around the hotel is full of great food options, from quick bites to sit-down restaurants, and we never had trouble finding something delicious nearby. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was a breeze. We also appreciated how close it was to shopping areas — perfect for picking up souvenirs or grabbing anything we forgot to pack. Wow our room 1429, desk area and tv, really not good. Put a tv between the 2 beds and on wall between bath door and closet door. Leave a 46in in other seating area for kids or guests. There are other things , but were not here to redesign hotel.

There were 4 adults in our room and we all slept comfortably in the suite with a pull out trundle. Our room was clean. The staff was quite literally amazing. Check in was very smooth and answered all questions. The breakfast staff were amazing! They walked around refilling drinks asking if we needed anything, I have never experienced that with a continental breakfast. I liked that there were food/drinks available for purchase late (the kitchen was open until 11pm). The bartender Casey was very personable and remembered all of our names, great at making suggestions for food and drinks. My ONLY complaint was the shuttle. There were only 2 times to the parks and both were completely full by the time we checked in at 5pm so we had to take an uber to Disney which was fine but getting an uber back was nightmare, so if you stay here I recommend not preparing to take the shuttle. Overall, we had a great 2 night stay and would highly recommend staying here. Breakfast was great with a lot of different choices. Everything was clean!

Food is the same thing every day. If you're staying for a week, it will get old by Wednesday. The area has limited breakfast options unless you're going to Disney. Closet light only worked if you turned on the light over the microwave, which seemed weird. You can't request housekeeping every day, and the "suites" are so small that any trash on the off day piles up quick. Pool area seemed nice, even though we didn't use it. For the price, I've stayed at better hotels in the area.

We had a fantastic time at Springhill. We do Disney quite often but this time wanted a resort stay to relax and unwind but close enough to visit our daughter at flamingo crossings. Glen the hotel manager is a gem, very accommodating and welcoming. The staff was also great and the location had everything we needed. Definitely will stay again. Thanks for a great week !

Suites are spacious, comfortable, and family-friendly. Breakfast was great. Only downside is having to pay for parking (we stayed here in the past and did not have to pay for parking) which doesn't make sense since it is not located in a busy area and very isolated area. Also the shuttle service is misleading as you have to make reservations in advance and the options are limited.

The pool was nice, breakfast was enjoyable. Room was just okay, sheets appeared unclean, deodorant left in closet so I'm assuming not cleaned. Unknown substance on wall. Paid extra for fireworks view but there was a massive tree outside the window completely blocking the view. Had to race downstairs and watch from the parking lot with my children. Very disappointed in that, as I did pay more specifically for the view.

Sadly, this hotel has gone downhill. First of all, they are charging $15 a night for parking! Even though if you come in late from one of the amusement parks, there’s no parking left in this particular hotels parking lot. You have to actually park in the connecting hotels parking lot. And I’m still confused exactly why they are charging for parking when it used to be FREE here. This is just another way to milk more money out of people. The food I would compare to a school cafeterias food. It was terrible and was extremely expensive for what we got. Then the room they first put us in, had an air conditioner that .Then the room they first put us in, had an air conditioner that was falling apart. The front of the air conditioner actually fell off, and there was caked up dirt and mold in the air conditioner, and the wires were hanging out the bottom. When I made the front desk aware of the problem, they said that the wires hanging from the bottom, that could electrocute a little kid was normal. They told me that they were going to send the maintenance man down to fix it. He never showed up, but they did put me in another room. The other room they put me in was no better. The shower barely put out any water and it took an excessive amount of time to even to get your hair washed out because it just trickled out. The coffee maker didn’t even have the pieces to it so it was unusable. I will not be returning this place is absolutely terrible now.

The room is nice and cozy, the staff are nice and friendly, the location is perfect for us as it is near the parks, many shops near by, Starbucks on site, delicious breakfast buffet included, lovely pools and the prics are always great. Recommended to everyone visiting Orlando or Disney!

Great location for Disney. Parking not too expensive and plenty of spaces. Shuttle to Disney isn’t that great. Only one time and 18 spaces, booking only opens up 24 hours prior, 10 mins later it’s full. But uber is cheap from there. Good location, plenty of dining options over the road. Breakfast was fine. Good big pool. Bed made, bins emptied & Towels changed every other day. Microwave in room along with good sized fridge. Nice to have a sofa too. Room needs a good deep clean. Mattress & bed not that comfy either but the hotel wasn’t expensive so for what we paid it did the job. I would stay here again.

It’s Disney themed!!

The property and facilities are top notch. Great staff too. Our only issues were with housekeeping. We asked to have a stained sheet (not by us) changed on the bed. We were told it would be done by the end of the day. It was never done. Our 2nd last day we asked for toilet paper at the front desk. We were told our room was scheduled for service and it would be done by 5 pm. It wasn’t done and at 9 pm I went back to the front desk and got a roll of toilet paper. Otherwise the place is flawless.

The room was nice and bed was comfortable. The HVAC was challenging due to room layout. Thermostat on far side of the room with a room divider in between with a lamp shade in front of it. Room alternated between hot and cold all night.

Good Location especially for Disney. Check in was supposed to be a 4 but room was not ready until 5:30, kind of frustrating. Paid parking seems unnecessary considering the parking lot is not secured and no one monitors the lot. Room service is only every other day, asked for at least clean sheets and towel service every day but they were unable to deliver on this. Bathroom was not clean when I arrived and there was hair everywhere. There was also ants, so dont leave any food out. Free breakfast was good, good selection and the staff was friendly.

However, on the second morning, I requested extra cleaning because the microwave had food residue (cheese) stuck inside, and the sofa bed, along with the linen and blanket, had sand or possibly leftover detergent on them. I was informed that housekeeping is only provided every three days. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, and unfortunately, our room was never properly cleaned during that time. The only housekeeping service we received was the delivery of three clean towels — the used ones weren’t even removed. Overall, while the location and amenities were promising, the cleanliness and housekeeping service fell short of expectations, more in line with what you might expect from a low-rated motel rather than a hotel of this standard.

The room was large and clean. It was very close to Animal Kingdom and Target store. There restaurants close by. I didn't like that I searched for properties that have free parking, and this one came up. I didn't find out it was $15 a night, until I checked in. And then, after paying to park there, there were no parking spots left. So, me being handicapped, I had to park at the hotel next door and walk to the hotel-in the dark.

Oh the address got messed up in our GPS!!! Use google maps to confirm your GPS is correct!!

One small suggestion would be to consider lowering the parking fee. Since the hotel is a bit outside of the main Disney resort area, many families driving in would really appreciate a slightly lower daily parking rate. That said, this is still a fantastic hotel and one we’d happily return to. Highly recommended!

Our stay at the SpringHill Suites was pleasant overall, but there were a few issues. When we arrived, our original room wasn't ready. They moved us to another room, but it had leaks, so we had to move a second time. The shuttle was difficult to book and had limited availability, which meant extra costs for us. Our room wasn't cleaned for four days, which was disappointing. Also, the food options were limited, and breakfast was the same every day. Finally, unlike another hotel we stayed at during our trip, there was no special acknowledgment of our anniversary (25 yrs), which we had advised in advance and on arrival. On the plus side, the pool was great, amenities such as target and restaurants near by. The area is new and feels welcoming and safe. Overall the staff were very accommodating and provided solutions to the issues quickly.

My wife and I are in town for business and we booked at another hotel prior but it was horrible so we called this one and they hooked us up that night. It’s absolutely amazing, family safe and has a whole shopping center right next door with food options as well. The staff has been tremendous and I’m SO glad the Mickey waffles were a part of the complimentary breakfast!! That alone saved us about 25-35$. Overall amazing and would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants a more affordable hotel WITH park transportation available!!

The staff are all kind, accommodating, friendly and very welcoming. The pool is the best with swimming hours from 6am-11pm. It is a fantastic and warm and fun atmosphere. The breakfast is delicious and even though we went when it was busy it was never a problem to get food and find available seating. There are a couple issues and it was that it was very hot always in the rooms which made it difficult to sleep so I doubt the air conditioning worked at all even though it said 65 degrees. We should have asked to see if a different room was better but it is what is. The other issue that is annoying is the bathroom. It has transparent glass which you can always see light through if someone wakes up earlier and the sliding door sucks, it barely closes. The other thing that I think should change is the parking cost. If is quite expensive and I feel it should be included in the cost. Other than those issues, it was still an awesome stay and we miss it already, thank you Spring Hill Suites staff.

At 8am on the morning of check out. A male housekeeper opened our door attempting to enter our room and then acted surprised we were still there. Check out is 11am. Also my 20 year old daughter was dressing in the room. We told person at front desk and there was a confused concern and weak apology. Unacceptable behavior as if I am able to stay until 11 am there should not be anyone entering room except my family.

The rooms were spacious and clean. We arrived late at night sans our luggage and the person at the front desk was happy to give us some toothpaste and toothbrushes to tide us over. The hotel is just across the road from the Flamingo Crossing shopping precinct, plenty of dining options which meant we didn't have to go far to get a decent meal. The free shuttles to the Disneyland parks were convenient - although we did end up going to the wrong Springhill Suites. There are two Springhill suites in Orlando and the bus driver (who didn't speak english well) never told us which Springhill he was going to. Not the hotel's fault though.
