    First off had to wait for staff to check in. Second pool was out of order. Third noisey from kids crying & running up down hall. Four beds kept sliding away from wall ( needs brakes or rugs so dont roll. Wires hanging out under AC unit & blinked all night. Outside all trash was full no one dumped them. Last but not least breakfast was not good ( they nees atleast a toast option for those that dont do bagels or cereal. ) . Was not a enjoyable over night stay for us and there was 4 of us.

    The pool was closed. This was very disappointing bc it was the main reason we booked. The staff was friendly but he didn't know when the pool would be opened up. Standing near the pool door you could smell stinky water.

    Besides the problem with the front entrance rug where my sister fell, you have a serious problem with gnats. The 1st thing I saw on the muffins were gnats and the were in the room also. I am glad I had brought my Lysol but that did nothing for the annoying little black gnats. Rooms clean and the young lady that checked me in and helped me with my sister, I give a thumbs up. Parking spaces are a little narrow, but I will return one day in the future, Lord willing. Have a great day and refuse to have a bad one

    It was close to the highway I had asked earlier about the pool. When we got there it was closed for a reason we do not know. Hilton sells candy bars and drinks for $6 which is ridiculous.

    The staff was friendly. The pool was put of order, the whole reason we booked this hotel for the kids was the indoor pool. The AC froze up and dropped ice on our floor, the toilet clogged and the cleaning team never came to our rooms in the 3 days thatvwe stayed.

    The room was clean and fine/very minimal amenities, but the rest of the hotel is in need of a renovation and cleaning. The hallway carpets need to be cleaned/changed out completely and there is an odor in the hallways that is not pleasant. The rooms are fine, owner and odor-free.

    This was absolutely the cleanest hotel ever. The two employees working when we checked in, which was late, were young but they were fantastic. They actually appeared to enjoy their job. A bonus now days. I would highly recommend Hilton Spark.

    I was very underwhelmed by the breakfast offerings. The advertisement madeit seemed like the breakfast would have many selections. Instead, there wasn't much not even a waffle machine. Stale bagels, instant oatmeal and a yogurt dispenser that was empty or broken.

    I would not recommend this hotel. When I placed the reservation I specifically chose a room with a mobility bathtub when I arrived we were placed in a room with a roll in shower so we had to switch rooms. They placed us at the beginning of the hall lower level and it was very very noisy. All night you could hear the doors slamming shut. The hallway reeked of pot and the heating unit was very loud and noisy. On the second day of a 3 day stay we were told for the first time that the pool was closed. I was disappointed by this as it was why we were choosing this hotel. No one told us at check in the pool was closed. When I spoke with the manager he blamed Expedia and Expedia had to contact the hotel and it became a 3 hour situation of where I was communicating with Expedia and the manager trying to see about any type of compensation for this issue. I was really just hoping initially for the manager to be understanding and apologetic which he was not. He was very rude and not helpful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Expedia thankfully took care of the issue and gave me partial credits on my account for the hotels failure of communicating the pool was closed.

    Room was clean enough, there was debris on the floor that looked like it possibly came off the wall or ceiling that was not swept up. Room description stated King bed with pull out sofa but there was no sofa just a single chair.

    First we got there and checked in and got put in a room and the tv would not work. Maintenance came and plugged in the tv but didn’t wait to see if it worked. It had a message that it could not connect to network so it still did not work. We left to get something to eat and let the lady at the front desk know we would be back and she said she would let maintenance know. We got back and went to our room and the locked blinked green but would not open. We went back to the front desk and no one was still there. We called the front desk several times, called out for someone, knocked on the counter, knocked on doors with housekeeping and employees only on the doors.We waited at least 30 minutes before she showed up. She said the phone did not ring when it clearly did since we called and were standing at the counter. Don’t know what she was doing that she was gone that long. She re-programmed the key and it still did not work. She had to come to the door and use it and push into the door and then it opened. I would not recommend based on that. The bed was comfortable and that was the highlight. Breakfast was mediocre.

    5 stars for Brittany!! She is so happy and informative, something a lot of customer service these days lack. Room was clean and pretty cute, very comfy bed!! Slept really well. Breakfast was decent too and very organized/ clean. Nice lil tea/ coffee area too. Mint tea on a rainy day was a treat. Only deducting a star cuz there was construction going on (not noisy, just hard to walk around/ open doors) in the lobby and the pool was closed for part of the time I was there.

    The front desk staff was outgoing and extremely helpful. The room was spotless! We have a service dog and felt very at home and comfortable with him being in our room and in the hotel (except for the eating area, we understood). We did make a suggestion that the hotel put a trash bin out the back entrance or inside the back door for dog waste as our room was closer to that exit door.

    The hotel felt like it was built recently (past decade), but feels like a motel 6 once you get in. Poor indoor lighting and poor landscaping give a bad vibe right off. The room accommodations were adequate and the price was competitive. The staff was friendly enough; the night shift desk worker was a little odd but nice enough. The internet was very slow, but that could be the standard for the free package. Breakfast was lacking in many ways. While I give this hotel a 3-star rating, I’m told by friends that attended the same event as I did and stayed in other nearby hotels that their hotels disappointed about the same.

    Sean at the front desk was excellent. Truly went above and beyond. Unfortunately, the hotel was a disappointment. The toilet was running for 2 days and often didn’t flush. I let the front desk know but nothing was fixed. We also found out that they only offer housekeeping every other day. They never let us know that at check in. Staff was extremely friendly but we can’t recommend this property.

    The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We had a situation with the room next-door to ours. A couple came in and were fighting and screaming most of the evening. As the night progressed, I noticed the smell of marijuana coming from the room. I called the front desk and the front desk clerk came down to confirm and asked them to leave. They did leave, but the smell of marijuana lingered all night long And I had young children in the room with me so that wasn’t fun to be smelling that the whole night. I’m not sure how full the hotel was, but it would have been nice to have been offered to move to a different room or even to have been given a refund Because sleeping in a room that smelled like marijuana all night was not on my agenda.

    Although this is owned by Hilton, you would never know. The staff member at the front desk acted annoyed that he had to do his job. It appeared the hotel was very old and they attempted to just “cover things up, ” literally. There was a soft spot in our floor that was noticeable when my 2 year old walked over it. The pool was open, but shouldn’t have been—it was green and cloudy (you couldn’t see the bottom). I wish I would’ve taken pictures (we didn’t let our kids swim). I would never stay here again.

    It was unlike any property I've ever seen. Entrance was pretty nice. When you go into the room there's a greeting on the TV with your name on it! I loved that! Made me feel welcomed, thought of and cared about. Staff didn't leave you waiting even in passing spoke. Just don't care for the area it was in.

    Indoor pool was clean and the kids loved it. The pool hall though was extremely hot, like a sauna. Breakfast offerings have been trimmed to only cold items. Not a vast variety but something is better than nothing at all. Manager was attending to the stock and was so very nice asking how our stay was and thanked us for staying. Every employee we encountered were incredibly nice, asked how our room was and thanked us for staying. Felt very welcomed and very happy with our stay.

    Hotel staff was great. Room comfortable. Wish there was in room coffee, and the water needs to be hotter in the bathroom. Would stay again.

    Had water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom at 3 AM. It took almost an hour to get it cleaned up and stopped. We would like a full refund for the evening.

    Unpleasant experience . Front desk insisted we had not pre/ paid even though I showed him my hotels.com receipt . I felt somewhat tricked into swiping my card for a security deposit but then he also charged for one night . So I was charged twice for one night . It took a lot of arguing for him to agree to call the manager and reverse the charge . He was telling me he knows how to do his job but clearly he did not . So not just making an error but insisting he was right . So unpleasant . Ended up staying in Winston Salem two more nights but stayed elsewhere . Will not return

    Sadly, after I checked in and began preparing for the next day, I found that not only was the small fridge not working, but neither was the TV. I will admit that I didn't call the front desk because I was only there for one night. When I got up at 5 am to head to work, I also found the shower drain in the tub clogged. This hotel is clearly NOT worth $249.00

    We were in the area for a mid-week wedding and enjoyed our stay. The grounds were clean, the staff very friendly, but the choices of breakfast were minimal (cereals and breads).

    I am incredibly disappointed with my treatment of the staff at this property. I had made a reservation late night for a room on Saturday, April 26. I was en route to the property (less than 10 min away) and the hotel called me to tell me they had given my room away. I was already exhausted and had no other available options for me and my wife. We had to sleep on the floor of an apt that night after working and traveling all day. The best part about this is that they still charged me!! I'm hoping that someone gives me a refund or a credit because otherwise I overpaid for a room that I did not use and was cancelled on me by the hotel.

    i have stayed here on multiple occasions and have recommended to friends. last trip into town, our friends we were traveling with had a room that had alcohol left in and wasn’t cleaned. i figured it was a one off. this trip, i had two rooms and one room smelt of weed and room had to be moved. this is twice now that conditions were unsatisfactory. front staff was supposed to make the situation right and i am still awaiting.

    So when we arrived, mind you check in is 3, got there at 3:09 but they were in the middle of a shift change so had to wait 10 min for that. Why do a shift change at check out time then. Also there is no microwave in the room. Only a community one in the lobby, must have missed this on the amenities when we booked. Ice machine was broken on the 2nd floor. Took the stairs down from the top floor to prevent taking the elevator…door was locked to access the first floor. The other guests at the hotel were loud, slamming doors and smelled liked weed. Our room kept getting a whiff of weed and I think it was the pillows but I’m not sure. That was of course not the fault of the hotel. Just wasn’t what we expected but only needed one night. Didn’t try the breakfast since we had breakfast plans.

    The initial look of the hotel was very pleasant, check in was great and she was so friendly and polite. We drove 14 hours from Northern Ontario, Canada, like many the first thing we wanted was a shower. First glance to the room appeared clean and orderly, but no sooner we opened the shower curtain there was literal poo on the inside of the curtain and poopy hand marks on the edge of the tub and shower tap. Housekeeping just didn’t bother opening or changing the curtains between guests. Our bath mat and towels were damp as if used and just refolded, did not smell clean. Bedding was also clearly used and just tidied. I called the front desk and requested housekeeping to come clean and correct, upon her arrival she just tried to hand me the clean linens and told me to toss the dirty into the hallway and she would collect later on. Was very snooty when I informed her I had JUST checked in and not going to do it. She mumbled under her breathe insults in Spanish unaware we speak Spanish ourselves and got more upset when we responded back to her. The pool area is full of black mold. The walls from floor to ceiling, around all the windows, etc. There’s no ventilation to rid the heat/moisture. We walked in and could smell it, we circled the room saw it and immediately walked out. Walls are so thin we woke up thinking someone was in our room the conversation was so clear.

    There was only continental breakfast which is notbl specified on the website. There were only two towels in the room when the reservation was booked for 4. There was no microwave in the room and there was freezer included in the fridge. The shower was pretty cold for a few minutes and never became hot. There were no dressers to place our clothes. The bed was very comfortable.

    The service was amazing and the staff were the best part of the stay, HOWEVER, more than likely because of the location, the whole property smelled of Marijuana. Even my kids asked multiple times what the smell was. The pool was cold, and was very acousticly unpleasing. Breakfast was underwhelming and had warm milk for the cereal. Inside the rooms you could hear everything going on outside the rooms.When I woke up on day two of my stay, I went to take a hot shower and the water was tepid and wouldnt get any warmer. There were stains in the hall carpets. This is more for a stay just to lay your head. The staff were always friendly and smiling. They were truly a delight.

    This was by far one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The stench of weed in the rooms themselves was very off putting. The hotel is supposed to come ready with shampoo and conditioner but our room was out of shampoo and even tissues. They only gave us one set of towels as well which was ridiculous considering the room was a kind bed meant for 2 people. Around 4am we woke up to the stench of burning marijuana so strong it was as if they were smoking in our room. I complained to the front desk and ended up sleeping in my car most of the night because it was so strong. We left around 7am the next morning and I notified management of our horrible experience. They took note of it and told me to contact Expedia for a refund and they would issue it for me. Unfortunately their customer service is just as terrible as the hotel and I was not issued a refund. I do not recommend staying in this hotel especially if you have children.
