Clean room, friendly staff and a great breakfast!
- 5/5
Reception staff were friendly and made check-in quick. Room was also clean.
- 5/5
Staff was very calm when the computer system was down and very helpful
- 5/5
Easy location, staff was friendly.
- 3/5
Arrived to be notified of 2 surprises I don't recall seeing in property description. Yes, they are dog friendly, however the fee is $75/ night and the pet area is across the street and half block away, not convenient for middle of the night potty run. Also, the ONLY parking is Valet which I was told was $20, final bill was $28, rounding out a 1 night stay to >$500. Sure there's "on street parking" if you can find it with several other hotels nearby. Would stay elsewhere next time.
- 5/5
Everything was great the only set back for me was I'm not used to staying in a big city so I had to pay to valet park.
- 5/5
Great service and clean room
- 5/5
Clean, easy access to downtown and parking, good breakfast.
- 5/5
Wonderful staff and extremely clean rooms
- 5/5
Staff was great, location is very nice. Some good restaurants in the area. Hotel was clean, nice, she peaceful.

we love the location of this hotel when we go to Winston! Within walking distance to our favorite places.
- 3.5/5
It was fine Not much, pretty standard
- 5/5
My room was clean, nothing extravagant, and the bed was comfortable. I really enjoyed the breakfast; the food was fresh, the coffee was delicious, and the overall presentation was excellent. The food service manager was delightful. She was welcoming to everyone, but not overbearing, and made sure customers were satisfied.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff Valet parking easy BUT it was raining we brought car up, then allow 2 ladies to struggle loading our luggage.
- 4.5/5
Very expensive due to large convention in town
- 5/5
Very nice. Exceeded expectations!
- 5/5
Excellent location
- 5/5
Park across street to walk dogs! Fitness center is perfect, but also close to Rockbox and F45 for my group class fanatics! Staff was friendly and helpful!
- 5/5
Everyone at this Hampton Inn was so kind. Ariel allowed me to start some laundry until my room was available the day I was checking in. This was a tremendous help since we were headed home from an 8 day trip and didn't have many clothes that were clean remaining. Nicholas helped me when the hospital changed the plans for my Mom's discharge time. All the staff were super nice to my two pups, giving them love and helping look after them so I could grab a cup of coffee. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was so comfortable! Loved the shades at night to block out all the lights from downtown. The valet guys went above and beyond also helping me with the pups, advising me of places to walk them that were safe nearby and even dining suggestions. Despite all the stress of the reason I was in Winston-Salem everyone at this Hampton Inn helped me to find time to decompress! Awesome stay!!
- 5/5
The staff and facility was wonderful. The bed was not so good.
- 4.5/5
hot breakfast with real eggs and bacon was great. Please give gluten free options such as bread for breakfast. Please give self-parking options. it really is silly and insulting to charge extra for parking or only offer valet parking when staying in a hotel. I am paying for a hotel experience ... I do not want to be nickel-and-dime for each little thing in that experience. Over time, will I start to expect to be charged for television usage, or extra pillow, or how about daily cleaning, or toilet paper usage? put an end to it advertise the experience and amenities.
- 5/5
Great overall stay
- 5/5
The rooms were clean, breakfast was good, the staff was friendly. Jae, Ariel and Nic were amazing front desk administrators. Ms. Corrine was pleasant in the dining area. We made friends with these individuals before we left on the weekend. It was an overall positive experience!
- 5/5
Great friendly staff. Hotel very clean. Location was convenient
- 4/5
Didn’t use facilities
- 5/5
Great breakfast selections and the location is perfect.
- 4/5
Night front desk lady was not friendly - very short in her answers…wasn’t busy, just not friendly.
- 3.5/5
Great location I think they should not use paper cups in the rooms for the price of this hotel!
- 4/5
The hotel was fine. It was clean, safe and in a walkable location. Not luxurious by any stretch but a good option.
- 5/5
Food choices were good. Enjoyed everything we ate. Like the coffee bar.
- 3/5
Room was clean. Night shift desk person seemed tonhave an attitude but the two morning ones were awesome. Only offered valet parking.
- 5/5
Need a Pepsi machine. Not everyone drinks Coke.
- 5/5
We were there for a basketball tournament….great staff…
- 5/5
Love the valet parking and the location! Nothing
- 5/5
Very clean, nice staff, good breakfast
- 5/5
Everything! Perfect for a relaxing evening before the Rod Building Exposition
- 5/5
Stayed at the Hampton Inn Winston Salem for a concert and the room and staff were so nice. The room was clean with no issues. Overall good choice. Will definitely stay again.
- 3/5
Hotel only has valet parking no option to self-park. We waited over 45 minutes for the valet to retrieve our car and were late to our meeting. Room was spacious and breakfast was well-stocked, but won't stay here again because of the parking.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Spacious room with a comfortable bed. Had to leave on a whim the night before check out the next day & checking out was seamless. Great 24/7 Hot Coffee. Property was in a prime spot for finding nice restaurants to dine in & although blustery, the area was really interesting. Great deal.
- 4.5/5
Breakfast was good. Parking availability was not good.
- 4/5
Huge room! Friendly staff. One drawback is you have to valet your car, but it was easy to do so.
- 5/5
My biggest complaint would be that parking situation. Being in the middle of town, there obviously wasn't a parking lot. We did, however, utilize the valet that cost $20 which I thought was reasonable. It was a very convenient amenity that made the less-favorable parking situation more seamless.
- 5/5
Location was great - right in the downtown area so it was close to local restaurants. The rooms were clean and spacious. The valet parking attendants were friendly and quick.
- 5/5
I loved the location….walking distance to various restaurants and only a five minute walk to Convention Center where my event was located. I loved the breakfast and the breakfast host. She was so hospitable and made sure no breakfast item was out of stock. So refreshing to have someone actually greet you at breakfast with good morning and a smile. Rooms were clean and fresh. From the time we arrived until we left, the front desk was so hospitable and accommodating. Will definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends who may be visiting Winston-Salem for an event in that area. No complaints…loved my stay?
- 5/5
How convenient the property was to the downtown area. The cleanliness of the hotel as well as the room. The staff were amazing!
- 5/5
Convenient location with plenty of places to dine. They staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10!
- 3.5/5
Nice location Needed to be updated
- 4/5
Room was clean, didn’t have any issues. Only stayed one night though. The bed wasn’t crazy comfy, but that’s the only complaint I have fr.
- 1/5
Poor customer service
- 5/5
Everything was great! This is a comfortable and clean hotel with easy parking and friendly staff, and the location is excellent!
- 4.5/5
We enjoyed the staff, the room was clean and very comfortable. We plan on staying there the next time we visit Winston Salem.
- 4/5
Clean and spacious room. Friendly staff.
- 4/5
Nice clean room
- 5/5
Room was spotless and comfy
- 4/5
The room was clean as was the rest of the facility. We personally did not find the beds to be very comfortable but the linens were nice. The staff was courteous. I would say it would be nice if there were fans in the room or white noise machines to drown out the street traffic noise. Overall the stay was fine.
- 5/5
great
- 5/5
The staff were fabulous. The room was clean. I felt very safe and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend.
- 0.5/5
The fact that no one effort to reach out to us
- 4/5
3rd party site booking.com was horrible! The rep said I could not get in without my confirmation. I did not have access to my confirmation number because none was emailed to me. I had to download the app but my work phone does not allow me to download apps. So in order to get the confirmation number I needed to download the app. I ended up having to pay an extra $213.57 for a room that I did not use because I had already reserved a room for 3 days spending $446.01. I was not refunded at all when the site says I will not be charged until I get to the hotel to complete reservation. It was a nightmare
- 5/5
The location was perfect for me. I was able to easily and quickly walk to the Benton Convention Center for my conference. It was easy to find restaurants that were within walking distance, as well. Truly, everything was great!
- 1/5
Booking.com is such a crook website! As they claim they did communicate to the property ( the hotel) and they did not respond! I did find out that booking.com never got in touch with the hotel and booking .com is the reason the property cannot refund my money back. I would not trust booking.com and trying to let everyone know Donot trust as they can give you fake and lie reports which is not true. I did investigate and they never contacted the property and they never give my money back as they promised.the priblem With hotel was their Dirty sheets smells the body odor! They did not change the sheets but they were willing to refund my money back if booking.com agrees and booking.com scam and did not. Hotel was ok with giving me money back.
- 4/5
breakfast was quite good. Location was ok. Seating was somewhat crowded until I realized there was another area on the other side of a wall. The room was decent sized. The desk was good. The bathroom was organized well. There were actually hooks to hang clothes and towels on. The closet was decent sized. Didn't get charged for parking because we have a handicap tag. We parked ourselves right near the door. Parking is really cramped. Drawer space was poor. Only had three metal shelves. A/C could have been quieter although not really bad.
- 4.5/5
The Iron in the room didn’t work
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay for a conference. It was a very quick walk to the convention center and there were good spots for dinner and drinks within walking distance. Valet parking was efficient and reasonably priced. Felt very clean and safe.
- 4/5
Generally a very good experience, just had issues with the valet customer link to call the vehicle.
- 5/5
Clean updated room. Good selections of breakfast food. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
Front desk staff was very helpful.
- 3/5
The room and hotel looked great and were clean. The mattress was not comfortable, and the room had a bad smell.
- 5/5
Quick and was fast and easy. The room was very clean. The staff was very nice. The only complaint would be the parking situation.
- 5/5
It was good, the breakfast was great. Service was great and staff were very nice and helpful.
- 5/5
Great location good breakfast
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel. Loved the interior of the hotel and the room .
- 5/5
The room had all the amenities described, and was spotlessly clean. The parking and location downtown were ideal for strolling around. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was excellent!
- 5/5
Check in and check out was wonderful- staff was amazing and oh so kind
- 4/5
The room was great. Staff was was very friendly and helpful. Breqkfsr buffet was good and fresh with several options.
- 5/5
The room was clean and the staff was excellent. I had a delivery sent to me prior to my arrival and the staff had it put away until my arrival and had it delivered to my room. Outstanding service!!!
- 5/5
Clean room, great staff
- 5/5
Staff, specifically the valet driver on the night I checked. The room was clean, great location, and view.
- 5/5
Service was excellent!
- 5/5
Food staff
- 5/5
The room was clean and orderly. At the time we arrived, we was greeted by the valet, the Manager of that division. He was very respectful, personable, and understanding. Then both of the desk clerks we communicated with were exactly the same. Very helpful and both were conscientious . Only place we will stay when visiting N. Carolina. The last place we stayed last year, Not a Hampton..we had to park around back because I have a therapy small dog due to disability. It was extremely scary because we never saw a security guard and when someone would use the keycard, another person would enter behind them unbenounced to them. People, who seemed to be homeless would hang out near the door. It's a hotel not that far from your location. If the Hampton Inn is an example of all Hampton Inns in various states, we will definitely choose Hampton Inns. Thank you.
- 5/5
The staff was great. Every one i met.

The bed was hard as a brick! And people were yelling and screaming all night and morning long.
- 4/5
Room was clean and front desk was very helpful
- 5/5
Wonder Staff
- 5/5
Very Nice Hotel, Room, Breakfast was very good, room is decorated nicely. Bathroom was so so and even tho some modern entities, the shower it self and a couple of other things could be upgraded. Only down fall in my opinion is having to pay for valet parking, overnight parking of $22 was not nice, and if the website stated I needed to use this I would have stayed at a different hotel.
- 5/5
Lovely as always!
- 5/5
The first morning I didn't find a lot of options for breackfast, and there should be more healthy options.
- 5/5
Clean room and great staff.
- 5/5
The room was great, the amenities and staff were wonderful. My daughter and I absolutely would come again.
- 5/5
Nice
- 4/5
The maintenance man was very kind and did all he could for the awful TV system. He was wonderful. Unfortunately the TV cable system was extremely awful. I company like this should have better cable. The room and staff were great. Breakfast was edible could of had a few more options.
- 5/5
My stay was great. The staff was friendly infirmative and very helpful
- 5/5
Would have loved healthier breakfast options and plates instead of paper. Far less wasteful.
- 4/5
This property was convenient to the Wake Forest University campus. I thought that the parking could have been more economical, free?
- 3/5
I have better breakfast at cheaper motels. You need a degree in engineering to use the TV remote control. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly.
- 5/5
Yes but parking can be pricey in WS so bring cash! Valet only.
- 5/5
Great stay EXCEPT we could not get basic channels, like ABC and ESPN. But they were available in the lobby! That was our only disappointment because we like to watch games and tv when in the room. We were there from Tuesday until Sunday! Breakfast was nice! Staff was great!
- 2/5
The initial desk staff upon checking in was nice (Nicholas). The lady there at check out was either out of patience for the day or that’s just her everyday attitude. I needed a paper receipt for my company to reimburse me and she got a bit of an attitude about it before even attempting to explain why I could not get a paper receipt. Lastly, I was not aware it was valet only parking. At the price of the room, especially considering the value of the room itself, parking should have been included. This is the main reason I will not be returning. Also, while I am not disabled, my room was listed as a “disability friendly room”. The roll in shower had a pole with a sliding shower head on it. It was installed at an angle where it was impossible to use it without spraying outward and soaking the floor of the entire bathroom. I have no disability and found it very hard to wash without flooding the room. I believe it was installed incorrectly. Also, because the shower held attachment was set to the very top of the pole, no one in a wheelchair would’ve been able to reach it to use, defeating the entire point.
- 4/5
Great stay
- 4/5
Hotel was conveniently located for us to walk to several different breweries as well as to the Strollway that leads to Old Salem.
- 5/5
Loved our stay!
- 4/5
Clean quiet - just right for a long weekend.

Staff was great and very clean
- 3/5
Hotel was very humid feeling, felt unclean. Will not stay here again.
- 5/5
EJL.
- 5/5
Stayed here for college drop off. Staff was incredible and hospitable. Very clean and large rooms. They even stored some packages for me ahead of our arrival. Great little bakery, Camino right around the corner. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
The valet parking was fast and easy to use. The front desk staff especially when we checked in, was excellent. Very friendly and kind staff
- 4/5
At nearly $300 for a one night stay, being charged extra for parking is kind of ridiculous.
- 4/5
Stayed for a single night with the family, area felt safe overall. Room was clean. Staff was prompt to help with friendly service. Would stay again.
- 5/5
No free parking.
- 5/5
Our stay was amazing! From parking with valet, to checking in, breakfast, and the cleanliness of our room all gets 10/10 for me. I work in retail and manage stores, so I'm big when it comes to customer service and this establishment HAS IT! My wife & I will definitely be back.
- 4/5
The hotel is on the edge of downtown, by the Kaladeium, within easy walking to multiple great restaurants, shopping, parks, and Sawtooth School of Visual Arts. It is not far from historic Old Salem. My two complaints - and the reasons for only four stars - are the complete lack of any sort of dresser or drawers to put clothes in, and the incredibly high beds. Seriously- it felt like a mixture of rock climbing and gymnastics every time I got in bed. It left my friend in stitches she was laughing so hard. They need to include secure step stools so shorter guests can get in bed!!
- 5/5
Well kept property - once you step inside the lobby you almost forget your downtown
- 4/5
This hotel is in a perfect location for navigating Winston-Salem. We were able to park and walk everywhere, even to Old Salem. There were ample restaurants to choose from in the walkable area. My only frustration was the price for parking. I noticed there were parking garages in the area, and I wondered if I would have been better off parking off property. The valet service and staff were nice, though. It's a trade-off for sure.
- 5/5
very nice
- 5/5
The staff was amazing from the valet’s to front desk. My only concern is having to pay daily for on site parking. Should be considered an amenity.
- 5/5
Very accessible to restaurants, bars and the museum..
- 5/5
Amazing staff!
- 5/5
Central city-center location was perfect for exploring Winston-Salem on foot. Hotel is quite new with modern facilities and spacious, tastefully decorated rooms. Front desk staff and valet parking attendants were exceptionally welcoming and professional.
- 2/5
The property and staff were really nice
- 5/5
Property very clean. Check-in seamless and fresh cookies were great. Breakfast food was cold. There was no waffle mix but oatmeal and other cold options ok
- 5/5
Excellent location and very friendly staff. One problem is that the only parking option is valet at $22 ovetnight.
- 3/5
Ended up getting a suite b/c it was the only option available. A/C unit made a loud rattling sound when it would turn on.
- 5/5
Clean
- 5/5
I also want to give a shoutout to the Willy with the valet team for making my visit so smooth and enjoyable. Service like this is what sets a hotel apart!
- 5/5
Top
- 5/5
Quick stay but good experience
- 5/5
Excellent staff and convenient location. I recommend 100%.
- 5/5
Everything was extremely comfortable for my in-laws. They thoroughly enjoyed their stay.
- 5/5
Had a wonderful time with family for the weekend. Great location. Excellence service
- 5/5
4th year in a row we have stayed here on our way to OIB. They have always been very friendly and accommodating. Nice bar and great breakfast. Pool is warm and clean. This staff understands hospitality and customer service.
- 5/5
We had a large party for a graduation weekend (10 rooms). The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. Valet parking was a breeze and everything was within walking distance. It was very clean and the rooms were well appointed. Breakfast was tasty.
- 5/5
Good nice smells good everybody was friendly
- 5/5
Excellent property and very clean. Awesome breakfast- waffles are super good! The only thing we wish were different is they no longer offer free parking to paying hotel guests. This was disappointing. Otherwise, our stay was very nice.
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 5/5
It was a nice stay, and the valet parking was nice. It was amazing to be close to downtown Winston-Salem, and close to admit of nice restaurants and places.
- 5/5
This is my second year staying here during a state-wide conference. One thing I did notice while having a wonderful breakfast was that the hotel touts itself as an eco-friendly establishment but it did seem like all their paper and plastic wear was going into the trash rather than recycling. Not 100% sure but there was no separation between recyclable items and regular trash.
- 5/5
Great property, awesome scenery, clean establishment, great staff and very convenient.
- 5/5
beautiful hotel, clean and quiet
- 5/5
The hotel was very nice, rooms were clean
- 4/5
Overall good stay. The only negative was that it's vallet parking only. Would not have picked that place if vallet parking was the only option. The room was also kinda dusty.
- 4/5
Will be staying here again!
- 5/5
Liked the room.
- 5/5
Nice olace
- 5/5
My family and I came through Winston-Salem on our way to Hilton Head. We chose this hotel because we wanted to check out the downtown area. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. I appreciated the women working hard to maintain the cleanliness of the lobby breakfast area. It was the cleanest I have experienced on my travels. I appreciated that a lot of thought had gone into the design of the rooms. There was plenty of surface areas to unpack my bags and layout my belongings. I don't know that I will be back in WInston-Salem any time soon, but I would recommend this hotel to anyone who will travel through.
- 5/5
Staff great!
- 4/5
Unfortunately our air conditioner had a horrible rattle every time the fan cut on and so were up all night. I was a little disappointed with the breakfast servings....usually there is some prepared fruit and a better selection of pastries. Also the faucet in the room bathroom was not screwed in completely and turned when used.
- 3/5
The property was in a great location however the room smelled of mildew and the bathroom floor could have been cleaner.
- 4/5
The room was very neat. The breakfast was just ok. The pillows are super thin and I had to request extra. This request was late at night after housekeeping went home so the front desk brought them up to us. The biggest frustration was the AC/Heating unit. The direction of the air was directly on us in bed and didn't circulate very well. Having the A/C blow directly on my head caused me to be congested but the alternative was being hot while trying to sleep.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and rooms were clean
- 5/5
Very clean and great location
- 5/5
Room was fresh in appearance, clean and the beds/pillows were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
The staff was great. The only downside is having to pay for vallet parking or parking at a distance with cost also.
- 5/5
Staff that works there is absolutely
- 5/5
Woohoo
- 5/5
Awesome for the price!
- 4/5
Good value. Clean. Good location to Benton Convention Center.
- 3/5
Every thing was wonderful until time to leave when i was told that i scratched my own vehicle while eating in a restaurant parked in a physical disabled parking spot
- 5/5
very quiet, convenient to hospital
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
- 4/5
Hotel was clean and spacious. Hotel staff and valet were friendly and excellent. Loved our stay. The one minor issue was the water pressure for the shower head. Will stay again if we visit downtown WS again
- 5/5
Excellent check in & check out. Front desk employees had excellent people skills, very down to earth, very nice & respectful. However we were disturbed from sleeping at 9am by someone, I’m assuming housekeeping opening our room door, & them again at 10 to tapping on our door as if we needed to be up & ready to leave when check out was 11am. We found it very disrespectful that they would open our door & then come back again at 10am tapping to wake us up. We called the front desk & asked for late check out & they told us we were good til 12pm & again housekeeping tapped on our door at 11:50am as if we were a bother. We were up & getting ready to leave but the excessiveness of housekeeping was very annoying.
- 5/5
The area had numerous restaurants within an easy walking distance. Nice staff, accessible location
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean room, excellent service. This was a business trip that did not feel so "business-ey". Will book again.
- 5/5
We went to our friend's holiday birthday party who lives in Winton-Salem. The hotel is in an excellent location, with easy walking to restaurants. We could check-in early, which was great. The only drawback was the room had been vacuumed very well. We will stay here again.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, very clean room, good location walkable to shops and restaurants, and $10/day parking garage next door.
- 5/5
Hotel was an easy walk to the convention center and there was plenty of places to eat also. Staff was friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Everyone was very kind
- 5/5
We spent a night here to attend an event at the convention center. It was so close, about two blocks. The room was super clean and smelled nice. The valet is $22 but there is a public parking garage practically next door. I would definitely come back.
- 5/5
Perfect stay. Valee parking woderful. Clean and Perfect condition
- 1/5
I will NEVER stay at this location again.
- 3/5
Didn’t like that parking system
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable hotel. Friendly staff. Easy walk to convention center and restaurants.
- 5/5
Everyone was so incrediably nice and friendly.
- 5/5
Modern hotel. Very friendly staff. Close to various restaurants and shops. Only issue was the valet parking. Which was $22.00 a day. That's ridiculous 😒.
- 5/5
Super friendly staff. It was a busy weekend so baggage carts weren’t always available. Staff was super nice and helped take our bags up.
- 5/5
We love the Hampton inn and suites in Winston-Salem! Valet is so reasonable; breakfast and coffee are both great; fitness room is well-equipped; suite rooms are huge and the bed is ultra comfortable.
- 4/5
The refrigerator did not work, but someone came and fixed it. Upon awakening, realized the coffee maker did not work in room. No shampoo in the shampoo bottle in the shower.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay a great deal. We were in town for business, but made it a family affair and there was something for everyone! Breakfast was delicious and a huge plus! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful! Rooms were clean and comfortable! Would stay there again in a heartbeat!
- 5/5
Great property downtown Winston Salem. Close to restaurants and convention center. Friendly and helpful staff.
- 3/5
- 1/5
Valet experience was traumatic. I was told that they were 3rd party employees.
- 5/5
Excellent staff
- 5/5
Nice place, nice people
- 2/5
Bed was confortable but needs firmer pillows
- 5/5
I loved the room, nice location. I missed if they had said there was no onsite parking other than valet (paid). The other parking was close though. I was able to choose a room and I chose a great view. The whole phone as a key thing is a neat idea. But the execution sucks. The room was not smart like they said it would be. I couldn't change temps, channels, or make light adjustments. Perhaps later these options will come into play. Also. The key turned off before I had checked out fully. Thankfully, I had the physical card. Overall, I would choose the property again and would recommend.
- 4/5

The parking is a problem. Major clarity is needed

The staff, property, and location was perfect for me. It was about a 5 minute walk to the Benton convention center. I felt safe day and night while walking around alone. There were quite a few restaurants in walking distance. I will use this location again in the future and highly recommend.

The location was super easy to get to from the highway, and equally easy to get back to the main roads. Only issue was AC unit in the room was very loud, might be an older model and the kick on was not helpful for sleep. Best breakfast have ever had while travelling. Would return. Also staff was amazing and extremely friendly.

The front desk staff were curious and went above to make sure my stay was great. When we encountered an issue (on expedias part), staff worked to resolve the stay.

The rooms were clean. The lobby was outstanding. The breakfast was good, hot and fresh. The staff was absolutely amazing, so accommodating and courteous.
