Just want to let everyone know I stayed at this hotel my husband and I memorial day weekend we came to check it out to find out if we wanted to bring our grandsons. Very nice hotel. Need some minor updates clean could improve on the breakfast and change up, not have the same thing every morning. Some of the staff was very friendly, polite and courteous and helpful. Then you had some of the staff that seemed to be racist and should not be sitting at the front desk. I just feel like if you’re at a desk greeting people you should always have a smile on your face. If not, then it is not the job for you. Other than that this was a great hotel had a very good time and plan to bring my grandsons back all six of them.

I gave to this hotel second chance, but never again..

Rooms very clean. Common areas not so much. Weekend we were there a lot of teenagers so that might have added to the common areas being dirty

Breakfast was very nice. Comfy bed and clean room. Staff was very friendly. Only complaint I have is the sheer curtain in our room was stained and should be replaced.

We were so happy to find a clean and welcoming pet friendly hotel! The staff was excellent and helpful! The breakfast buffet was great, your staff kept it stocked! Best of all my grandchildren loved the pool and slide. Thank you for helping us create lasting memories ❤️

Check-in was good and clerk greeting us was very friendly! All the staff were very nice! Our room looked clean. The AC was fairly loud. One queen bed was very squeaky and lumpy on the side slept on, felt like the springs! Definitely needs a new mattress for that bed!! The shower worked fine and was clean! The toilet worked the first 2 days, but the last day, through the night, the toilet stopped working and couldn’t flush, very upsetting!! Breakfast was okay! Coffee was always good! Disappointed with the spotted bananas served for 2 mornings and not fresh yellow bananas!! Waffles were good!! Needs a bran/fiber cereal choice! The sweet lady that prepared our breakfast was very nice and helpful!! Parking was good and we were able to park close to front or side of the building!

The sheets on the beds looked like someone had slept on them(wrinkled).

Have stayed several times for doctors appointments the following day. Never a complaint. Always friendly alway clean always reasonable priced.

I had my dog with me and it was a welcomed break to be able to leave the dog in the room while I was off the property. Made it possible to take the Grandkids out for meals, movies, and shopping.

It’s a little upsetting to have to write this review. I had been to this property 2-3 times for the indoor water slide and pool area over the past 10 years but hadn’t been in 4-5 years until my stay between the 16th-18th of July. I planned on bringing my 2 kids, 4 & 6 year olds for a day of fun and heading back home the next day. On the website it stated that the pool area was closed through

This hotel was clean, the people were nice, and the pool with the water slides made it even better. Go eat at the Mexican restaurant across from the hotel!

Very convenient. Some renovations were being made to our home, so it was nice to get away from the construction noise and workmen going in and out of the house.

Staff changed our room from king to a double bed. The room was filthy. I spoke with management the next morning. They promised to come in and clean while we were out for the day. When we arrived back our room was in the same condition as we left it. Beds not made. Nothing. This is honestly the worst Hilton property I’ve ever seen in my 40 plus years on this planet. Just terrible.

Melissa at the front desk was awesome! We were there for 22nd anniversary and she upgraded us! Hotel room was nice and clean, bed comfortable, bathroom and shower clean. Breakfast was good the next morning! We were treated very special by Melissa at the front desk, it was like we known her for years! We will stay here again sometime!!

I had issues with cleanliness of the room and then ran into other issues during my stay. Tried to talk with GM and even went through Hilton Honors to try to get a call back and nothing.

Cold water nit available in my room. Would only work on hot. Arrives lte and didn’t want to wait on Maintenance to repair

We chose this hotel because of the pool that has slides for kids. Although the pool area was a bit outdated (but not too bad as well!), the slides were amazing and our kids really felt like they were in a water park. Superb value for money!!!

The pool was disappointing, as the paint was chipping, badly, and the paint chips got all over all of us and our stuff. Breakfast was excellent 👌

My check in was less than stellar due to Expedia only booking one room for me when I clearly booked two. The hotel was full upon arrival and I could not get another room. I was staying at the hotel for my child’s birthday party, So there were no other options. This was a huge mistake on Expedia’s part and I will not be using the service again.

A lot of kids not respecting the quiet time and having people up around them and below them i asked for a quiet room and they put me inbetween 2 Families w small children!

Roombwas very clean. Blankets all smelled freshly of bleach (always a good sign lol). My teen boys loved the water slides. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Parking lot was well lit. Bathroom/shower were nice and clean✨️✨️. Love that its close to different food options and a grocery store. The only issue we had was the neighbor across the hall yad a yipping little dog that started barking after they left and barked non-stop (literally) for 1.5hrs. When I couldnt take it anymore (bc it was 8am!) And my husband called the front desk they immediately apologized and 20mins later I heard the neighbor open their door and come get the dog. As they were leaving they must have made a comment to the housekeeper (who we had already spoken to also) and the housekeeper backed us u0 and told them the dog had notnl stopped barking since she got on our floor and that had been atleast 45mins to which the woman said it was 'highly unusual behavior' for him to bark like that 🤣 Ma'am... stop lying 🤣 But the hotel made her quiet him so I was very impressed. Most of the time they dont do anything at all. We were very happy with our stay and will def stay here again if we are out this way. Also, Mark at the front is THE BEST !!!!

the pool could be a little cleaner, water is very murky and not very clean, paints peeling off of the hot tub floor so occasionally you’ll have yellow blue patches float up, but aside from that the rooms are clean, staff is wonderful, coffee is always available. Breakfast is a solid 6.5/10 for hotel breakfast with different options everyday and the staff is wonderful and always friendly

I walked down to the pool and as soon as I entered I was yelled at by one of the staff members. He yelled “Ma’am you have to have shoes on, if you walk out of here and fall that’s on me” I could not even get a work in. Mind you I didn’t even know about this rule until he yelled it at me. The pool water was discolored and looked dirty. There were kids running up and down the stairs to the slide. 5 or 6 kids going down the slide at once. There was a baby in the hot tub. A huge turn off. I stayed in the pool area for all of 2 minutes and then went back upstairs.

Well maintained with friendly staff. The water slides with the hot tub and heated pool was absolutely fabulous even though the temperatures were way below freezing. We made it a mini family vacation to let the boys swim and use the slides and they had a blast. Thank you Hampton Inn.

Rooms clean, lobby and breakfast area clean, close to shopping and any type of dining you want. Staff was a little rude and unprofessional in my opinion. The best attraction of this hotel was the pool but was nasty. Hot tub had slimy goop on the walls and just dirty looking water. Pool was a little better but the whole area was just not maintained well. Looks like it was repainted by a 3yr old with the incorrect type of paint with if flaking off. Just didn’t feel refreshing and I felt dirty leaving. Slides were cool but the whole area need a make over and routine cleaning schedule

This is in a great location and has many convenient places to eat. Even though it was right off the highway it was very quiet.

Staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Coffee all day which was great feature. Very clean and well kept. Only suggestion is that the doors to room have some sort of gadget to prevent doors from slamming. They slam loud and hate to disturb others.

Water in shower took forever to get hot, and then when it got hot, it was difficult to regulate.

This hotel offers no complimentary check-in cookies or water - unlike many Hampton Inns. The room key would not work - no matter how many times tried, or how many keys were substituted. We both could not leave the room at the same time or we wouldn't get back in. I complained greatly to the clerk. Hampton offered no adjustment to the bill. Property shows a lot of signs of needing updating. Franchise owner appears to be running this one into the ground. Breakfast was typical of the lower end Hamptons.

We did not get the room we booked. We were told that because we booked with Orbitz we had to take what the hotel would give us. Not what we reserved. The facility was good, housekeeping great, reception seemed distracted.

I've stayed at a lot of Hilton properties over the years. This was a bit run down compared to most I've stayed at in the past five years. The furniture in the bathroom was worn/tattered. The meeting room was very small and the equipment was not up to Hilton standards. Staff was okay and polite but not extremely inviting. Everything was clean but just not up to the standards of most Hilton properities I've stayed with over the years.

The property and our room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast they offer for free is hot and delicious and there's lots of options! The pool area has just been painted and they have a large pool, a hot tub and TWO huge waterslides! The best part of the pool area is definitely the slides and a huge bonus is that the slides do NOT drop into a pool. So kids, like my special needs son, that can't swim, can still go on the slides and you don't have to worry about them drowning. There's also a small arcade! We stayed for 3 nights (we originally booked 2 but we needed an extra night while waiting for the Ronald McDonald house to get us in and they went above and beyond to give us an extra night at a rate we could afford. Which is incredible seeing as this was on a holiday weekend!) and we were happy and comfortable the entire stay! There's also several restaurants and shops right next door. Thank you so much to the staff at Hampton Inn for making a hard time less difficult and for going above and beyond! We would recommend to EVERYONE!

The beds were uncomfortable

Hotel was a disappointment at $200 a night. The reception person was barely attentive. Our room was very dated and the mattress needs replacement. A strange high pitched noise sounded intermittently that kept us awake Will not be recommending this facility.

Took family for weekend here to use indoor pool, waterslides, and hot tub. On phone when called prior to coming and upon arrival, was not informed of hot tub being broken. Booked room for 4 people but only given 2 towels. When asked for additional towels, hotel staff said they were short and washing towels. I had to use my own pool towel to shower entire weekend. On second day asked for clean towels and again told hotel didn't have any clean towels. Seriously, how does a hotel not have enough towels for guests. Same issue at pool. There were hardly ever any towels. The pool area was a zoo with over 45 people at one point and no one managing slides. Teenagers were going 5 plus at a time down slides and not waiting for smaller kids to get out of way. Pools were freezing. Ants along glass area in pool and got into my bag as had to sit in floor due to lack of chairs and tables. Dated pool area needs updating. Front staff on multiple occasions blamed other staff members for issues. The guy washing towels was very friendly. In room, black stuff growing in bottom of shower and curtains ripped open. Pictures of this hotel look outdated.

They showed kind and respect

Had a great stay, rooms are large, bed is comfortable. Some furnishings need to be replaced. Enjoyed the indoor pool and waterslides. Water was chilly, manager onsite explained heat pump was just replaced. We still had fun playing on the slides. The hotel was busy but everything was handled well.

The front desk clerk over the past week was A1.

No working TV in room 422. The bed was uncomfortable. No room service for clean towels or soap.

IRA (front desk) was simply AMAZING! the facility was understaffed and he catered to each member with full respect and accommodations. Ira was polite when there were time consuming issues with the computer downloading in the beginning of our sign in. He needs to be recommended for his hospitality and inviting attitude to.

The staff was fantastic very helpful and pleasant. They made out for things that were missing. The breakfast on the Saturday I was there was delicious and one on Sunday what is not quite as good. I would stay there again.

Dated hotel but kids enjoyed pool with slides

The hotel was fine. We thought based on the hotels.com website that we booked a 2 queen bed with pullout sofa bed, but when we got there it was just the beds and a chair. When we asked the front desk they said they don’t have 2 queen and sofa bed rooms. 5 of us had to share the 2 queen beds.

The slides were down the hot tub wasn’t working. That was the whole reason we came.

no I'm sorry just kids screaming and crying because we drove so long to do it no apologies no let them go one more time. Very disappointing. When i called to get room i explained what we were doing. Coming back to room from breakfast, someone was in my room starting to clean it, our stuff was everywhere. She saw us said sorry and left. All we wanted was to give our kids a easy day, caused they Daddy is military in Hawaii and this was last day, before getting back on the plane. They left very upset and disappointed. Not the way to handle things, these military kids go though enough. Not pleased at all.

Aside from that, it was a very nice property and our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful.

The site we used did not tell us the pool and slide were closed for repairs and that is what our kids wanted the most was the pool. Upset!!!! But the rest was good. We should have been told that the pool was out of order before they took our payment

At check in, there was a drunk patron that the staff was allowing to linger near the desk and interrogate everyone including my children. I could barely hear the desk working bc he was so loud and obnoxious. This hotel was very overpriced for what we received. Would not recommend.
