This property is truly awful I am surprised it is not condemned. There were wires all over our room stains all over the sheets. The door would not even lock. There were literally people having intercourse outside in the walk way. Stay far away from this place

The room was ok, clean enough. The room was supposed to be a non-smoking room but had the scent of cigarette smoke. Also, outside the hotel, there were sketchy people hanging around and someone playing loud music until really late. We didn't feel safe walking from our car to the room.

Do not stay here. Place needs repairs and cleaning. Dirty, used towels in shower. Black mold on tiles. Cigarette burn marks on comforter. Sketchy area with people up all night in the parking lot.

The room smelled like cat pee and the air did not work.

It was an average type of stay. Had a microwave, small fridge and coffee maker. Breakfast in the morning was nothing spectacular...small yogurt, dry cereal, pastries. Room was clean and staff was friendly.

It was a great stay no complaints! And reasonable price! I would definitely stay there again!!

The hot water wasn’t working, shower chair was about to break. The locking mechanism on the door was not working. I was unable to get into my room until 2 1/2 hours later! Vending machine wasn’t working, The ice machine Had a piece of wood in the front and a piece of carpet was where access to the ice was. breakfast was stale pancakes & waffles. Coffee maker but no coffee pot. No whole milk. Carpets had red stains. I was not expecting this from a Days-inn.

No hot water, The handicap chair in the first room was about to break. I was unable to use the key card, I guess the door ran out of battery. I had to wait 2 1/2 hours before somebody can open my room.. The carpets look very dirty. The heater knobs were not working correctly. It did not feel like Days Inn hotel. Stale pancakes. A representative from Days Inn should come and look at that establishment. It does not deserve to have your name.

They don't clean your bedroom and they just argue at you because they say that you cannot stay a long time even though I am paying for it

The hotel was adequate. The temperature was good and the heating/a/c unit wasn't too loud. The bed was comfortable. The night stand had food stains from a previous guests and the ironing board was broke. There was no place to hang clothes. The continental breakfast was OK, but there aren't any convenient places to go to have a good breakfast.

The place has a very unpleasant smell. I'm entering the place and I prefer to leave

1 star hotel

I reserved two rooms for a week for our crew that was working out of town. Upon arrival one room had bugs on the bed. The other room had poop filled to the brim in the toilet. They both went to the front desk, explaining the situation moved them into another room that had roaches. I told our employees they were not going to stay there and to go to the desk and explain that the rooms were unfit, and they would like a refund to book somewhere else agent proceeded to say there is no manager on duty and they would have to contact a manager for a refund . Here we are on the premises and I am out over $1000 for two rooms for a week along with booking another two rooms For a week at a different hotel. Do not stay here! I cannot say this enough.

It took us 45 minutes to check because they said that couldn’t see my booking that I made almost a week ago. Then, the hotel was trying to charge me twice for the room when they had took the money out of my account.

The rooms were pretty nasty looking and not sanitary. First room looked nothing like pictures and after a long day at hanging rock I just wanted to shower and sleep however shower looked disgusting with stains all over the tub and non smoking room reeked of weird smells. The second room after asking for new one had lock broken off door, mold on wall with baseboard falling off with what looked like mold growing behind It. The dresser had the front broken off and the bed had a yellow stain in It. Was an unsafe hazard and wouldn’t suggest staying there. I can put up with a lot and will rarely ever review anything however this was the worst hotel I’ve ever walked into and would highly judge anyone who would be willing to stay in this hotel. Did not want to stay and asked for refund and I was told by Expedia that if the hotel wouldn’t allow It I would just have to chose a new room and stay or leave without a refund. Horrible service for hotel and even worse customer service by Expedia. 10/10 would not recommend.

I was in the nonsmoking room and the smell was too much. The door knob of the entrance was broken and there was one point I couldn't open it to get out. You can hear throughout the night the water in the toilet running.

This was by far the worst hotel ive ever stsyed in. The room was nasty and smelled like smoke. The bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in. There was no deadbolt to secure the room looks like it was removed. The carpet had burns everywhere. I don't recommend staying at this Days In. In Winston Salem NC.

Run down and old

There were cockroaches in the room. One of the smoke detectors in the room was missing and wires hanging from where it should have been. The carpets were stained. The general area felt unsafe.

When I showed up (late evening) they said my Expedia reservation showed as cancelled and they didn’t have any more rooms available.

If breakfast is from 6 am- 10am it’s no reason at 7:30 it’s nothing really available it was a few mini muffins 3 dry pancakes no milk for cereal and a few yogurts. And according to the person behind the counter that’s all they had. I know you get what you pay for but if your saying you have breakfast it should be there fully stocked or take that option out I was there 4 days and it looked the same each time I checked. If you have kids this could be a saver if you really didn’t want to go out each time for breakfast

The bathroom was not cleaned - didn't even want to take a shower. The room smelled really bad. Sometime in the night I was bitten by a spider or something.

Don’t stay here. It was the grossest place I have ever been. We left about 10 minutes after checking in.

This was a horrible stay I had addicts asking me for money as soon as I walked into the lobby to check in. Facility was disgusting burn marks around sink and bath in a NO smoking room. I asked for a different room the next was just as bad looked like a blood stain on the floor more burn marks etc. I asked to speak with a manager and they said wouldn’t be in till next day went to go see them and come to find out the lady the next morning whom said she was NOT the manager turned out to be. They ended up telling me they could do nothing for me. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Homeless people walking around. Sleeping on steps. The tv didn’t work. Phone to call the desk didn’t work. The bed BROKE while we were watching tv. I cut my foot on said broken bed. 10/10 do not recommend. I told the front desk the next morning. They were like oh really. No I’m sorry nothing. They started speaking in Spanish and my brother speaks fluent - they said this was the room that failed inspection.

The hotel staff was excellent. My payment to expedia was processed, but card for Expedia declined on hotel side. Staff took care of it, did amazing. Only negative, only outlet was behind bed and didnt work-huge fire hazard. Had to charge phone at bathroom sink.

The beds and tv was ok but I have had way better rooms for 100 they were more like 70 dollar rooms considering all the noise and people slamming doors throughout the night but it is more like a quick stay motel nomore then 1 or two nights!!!!

No heat, brrr

They did provide breakfast but it was more of a "grab and go" style - the breakfast was in the lobby and there were only two tables in the lobby. The food was items like yogurts, boiled eggs, honey buns, danish, waffles/pancakes you could take back to your room to heat up. When my family and I entered the room the ceiling light did not work, we could only use the lamps inside the room but since we got in so late, we didn't think much about it. We did a bed bug check (there were none) and we went to bed. As the stay went on we began to notice more and more. The toilet was broken, we had to manually flush with the tank lid off, the hair dryer didn't work, the mini fridge was not very cold. They did provide coffee and supplies but not a coffee pot. The room itself was not very clean - there was a lot of cob webs and dust. There was hair stuck to the shower wall, dirty hand prints and writing on the walls. There was even words scratched into the headboards. We were only in the room at night so we just dealt with it. If it would've been a longer stay or if we needed to spend more time in the room I don't think we would've been able to tolerate it.

Stay was terrible!!

This hotel was in very poor condition. Had to ask to be changed to another room that was slightly better. (we have never asked to be changed to a different room ) First room had a 2 inch gap under the door and was in the rear of the hotel, did not feel safe at all.

This was the most disgusting stay of my life. The floors weren't vacuumed. Garbage was still in the receptacleals. Hairs in the tub and items left by the previous folks. Mold around the sink. Absolute nastiness

It was awful. Noisy, dirty and felt unsafe. Security latch was broken. floor was sticky. just wanted out of there.

It was not up to my expectations. Bed and linens were clean. Exposed wires, torn places in carpet, water collecting in exterior hallway— deep enough I wanted an alternate route

Manager on duty was very rude. Poor customer service. 1st room they put us in was dirty. Blood on comforter and burn holes. Dirty wash cloth under mattess with what appeared to be dried blood. No ash trays no bags in garbage can. When we reported the issues they moved us to toom nxt door but the manager had no sympathy or offered any compensation for the disgusting conditions of first room. We were very dissatisfied and will not be staying again at that particular one. And at check out she was there and again no apology for conditions at check in. Very rude and very poor customer service from her.

My stay at this facility was a good stay. The staff were very cordial, and accommodating. They made sure i was comfortable. My room was very clean and welcoming. The lights and heat were on upon my entry into my assigned room. Thank you!

The hotel is not in a safe place. There wasn't even a trash can in the room. Linens were clean. Room needed a new rug. I booked for two nights, stayed one. Just did not go back the second night.

The room had a strange odor when we walked in. The bathtub was not clean. AND WHEN WE OPENED THE DRESSER DRAWER, THERE WAS DRUG PARAPHERNALIA IN IT!! Very bad place. Would NOT recommend this place!

When I first arrived at my room the lights would not come on. Having to go back to the office and asking what’s wrong with the power the clerk had to turn on the breaker to the room. Only to see an empty baggie in the bathroom floor and the ceiling tiles pushed up. And long brown hair in the tub and something dirty on the toilet seat. I’m glad that I always travel with cleaning supplies. I had to clean the bathroom before I could take a shower. Glad that I also carry my own towel. I’m just disappointed in the lack of cleaning done by housekeeping. Yet the desk person wasn’t helpful at all.

The carpet was wet and the room smelled sour. It was nasty with burns on the tub and lots of riff-raft floating around outside. Not safe.

The issues I had were that the bottom of the refrigerator was dirty and there was food left in the microwave. Other than that, it was okay.

That’s $92 wasted. However, the bed was comfortable despite the cigarette burn holes in the comforter. Wyndham needs to do a much better job here. Furniture was also in disrepair and the curtains were dirty. We would have left but it was midnight when we arrived and we were tired. We would not stay here again even if the room was free. There’s no excuse for not keeping things clean.

This place was nasty dirty! Room smelled like an ash tray! People running and banging all nite! Floor was sticky with dark red stains all over it. Opened door at 3 am to see what was going on. A man sitting nearby our door smoking a crack pipe. Stairs smelled like urine and hand rails gummy. Made us pay a cash deposit of 50 in case of damage to room. 2 men checked in right before us were neither asked to do this! We are in are 60s and wanted a good nite sleep before heading to the beach! We got maybe an hours sleep! Homeless people sitting on steps and rooting through the trash. Nasty and scary nite for us! My bad for not reading reviews on Expedia! Horrible nightmare of a stay!!!

Being a Wyndham property I figured it would have been a nice property but I was wrong.

This place is a colossal DUMP. Disgusting and unclean and mold. If I wasn’t so tired after my road-trip I would have just moved on and let them keep my $. Even the door lock was broken. Ugggbhhb

While my room was comfortable and reasonably clean the overall feeling was pretty nasty Desk attendant was great and helpful check in smooth and quick but security seems lacking and I did not feel safe For near 100 bucks a night I expected it to be more. A smoking room with no ashtrays? Needless to say I was disappointed and will not be back nor recommend it to anyone else

You know you don't feel safe when there are cars in the parking lot with broken off handles. And a memorial in the parking lot, as if someone died there. There was also lots of noise from people in the other rooms and continual going in and out for their rooms. The room also smelled bad.

Time for renovation, redo redo redo. Toilett seat was even broke. $40 per night is fine but I paid $77

I arrived at 3:30 am and my room was still not ready, so I had to wait while the beds were made in my room. Once I got to my room, the smell of smoke in the non smoking room was overwhelming... and I am a smoker. I did not sleep because of all the movement outside. People were in and out of each other's rooms. There were used condoms outside and literal piles of trash. I was booked for Friday and Saturday nights but left early because I couldn't let my child stay in that room another night.

This hotel was referred to me because another hotel messed up my reservation and this was the closest one to the place where I was going! The room had roaches that I ended up killing and the bathroom floor was full of mold and the shower walls was corroded with mold! The shower curtain was very nasty and needed changing! I heard people arguing all day and night long so I really didn't get the rest I needed until I took my Tylenol PM! A man knocked on my door thinking his brother was in the room but he realized that he knocked on the wrong door! It was people hanging around near where my room was located at and I certainly most definitely didn't appreciate that at all whatsoever! I won't be staying at the property ever again!!

Listen I have stayed at run down hotels before but this place had fleas. I drove over two hours for a concert, checked in prior to the concert then went to said concert and got back at 1 am and noticed all the dam fleas in the room. I had to drive home in the middle of the night!! And no refunds??. Bring your dogs flea shampoo if you want to stay so you can shower in the morning. Very sketchy area too. Do not stay here y’all!

The hotel was way overpriced and the beds were horribly uncomfortable..not to mention alot of drug activity and people running in and out all night long.

I found dirty underwear and my room they offered amenities that they did not have and could not work they say that it was Wi-Fi Internet yet and still not only could I not accessible neither could the staff it was very dirty and safe with all of the drug addicts

Room was literally falling apart and someone pulled a gun on another person right in front of my room. Constant fights and arguments happening in the parking lot at all hours through the night.

There was a hairbrush left in the room from the guest before us, and there appeared to be blood on the counters and floor. We were in the room for 5 minutes before we left to find another hotel in the area.

I've stayed here several times before. It's very convenient. The staff is pleasant. The condition of the hotel is awful due to the age and the class of people that stay there but it seems like the housekeeping department tries their best to keep the rooms fairly clean

The smoke free rooms smelled like cigarettes, switched rooms and still smelled.

We did not check in. The hotel did not have a record of an additional room I reserved. The clerk said she had a room. 20 minutes later, she informed us the system would not let her reserve it for us. The conditiond surrounding this Days Inn is not inviting.

After have to waiting an hour outside in the heat my room was not ready it still wasn't ready I walked in it was not clean the bathroom the toilet I have pictures it's not clean bathroom has mold for a couples date night out no thank you I know to stay home next time

Some people running around or smoking outside their rooms in the evening, so there's noise and weed/cigarette smells outside the room. Air conditioner functioned, but the vent covers were broken. The room had an overall musty smell. The room was clean where it counted though; shower and toilet were fairly clean. Bed sheets, towels, and pillows were seemed clean. The most important thing is that I was able to get a good night's rest despite everything else, with the help of the fan/AC background noise. There's frogs and insects in the behind the property if you like the nature noises. Staff was nice and helpful; key card stopped working on my second night and she got the card working in a few minutes.

Check-in took 45 minutes. I don't know what in the world was taking so long. When I was given a room that was supposed to be non-smoking but reeked of cigarette smoke, and had dirty socks left on the bathroom floor, the clerk working at the front desk was very helpful and checked me into a different room. But I was extremely late to the event I came to town for (a graduation) because of the time all this took.

Hotel was trashy literally. Overflowing trash cans everywhere. We were on the back side second floor and it was so dark. The room smelt terrible and the bed was so uncomfortable.
