The rooms were very clean, Nick the owner is super fantastic. You could not ask for better service. Breakfast is great, I would like to see scrambled eggs and sausage or bacon added in the future but I am not sure if he has the accommodations to add that. They have waffles and cereal fruit ,pastries ,toast coffee juice an very cold milk. Air-conditioned rooms are great an work great. I will always stay here when in Colorado. I highly recommend this motel an I can't say enough about the service I recieved. Great service by Nick an his staff.

I checked in online but arrived to find my reservation had been canceled. I was given a room for my first canceled night but left to fend for myself the second night during graduation weekend when the hotels were either sold out or extremely expensive. There is no coffee in the rooms. The lighting in the rooms is terrible and the breakfast has very few decent options. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was definitely much better than my stay last year. It is under new ownership n management. They are under renovation. The owner was very nice n helpful. My only complaint is being taken at 6am with someone going up n down the stairwell and being loud in the hallway. Other than that, all was well.

The room was great and clean. The breakfast could be improved by adding eggs and turkey sausage.

Perfect very safe location near downtown Windsor, numerous great local restaurants in walking distance. Many rooms remodeled, nice hard surface floors, new comfortable beds, owner/operator is fantastic, rushed pride in his hotel and very affordable. Winning combination

Continental Breakfast...Saturday staff was 30 minutes late opening up. You had dry cereal and oatmeal but no milk. Pastries were day old at least and by Monday morning were pretty much trash. Sunday morning the waffle mix was empty. THIS NEEDS A LOT OF WORK!!!

The continental breakfast was not great! Very disappointed and not many options to choose from!

We were very pleased wit the gentleman managing this motel. We flet welcomed. Any questions or needs were quickly addressed. The breakfast was fresh and varied. The room was clean. The location was excellent, walkable distance to downtown, food and visiting our son.

Nick was very professional helping not only to find the place but in making sure I had everything I needed. He even gave treats to my dog and inquired as to how our show went.

A smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling by the wires and nails in the carpet to bathroom were loose and sticking up. Charged me extra for minor issues.

The room smelled excessively of cleaning fluids. And when my wife left an item in the room, the staff said it was not there. We were sad that they kept this piece of clothing.

We booked a king bed in regular room. Very surprised to see a jaccuzzi in the room. Continental breakfast options were extremely limited. No bread/bagels/muffins. Coffee was good tho.

At 7:15 AM, breakfast was wiped out. Bagels, cream cheese, hard boiled eggs, coffee, and grab and go snacks were depleted. Niah, the front desk attendant, seemed put out when I asked her to replenish the food. I personally went into the back kitchen by myself to get what I needed. The back kitchen was filthy.

We checked in pretty late and the room was filled with a chemical cleaning product smell. Luckily we were able to open the windows to help clear it out. The bed was comfortable though. I think they need to do a deep cleaning and lay off the chemicals.

This place is not worth your time or money. We stayed here as it was the only place in the area with a pet friendly room for the dates we needed. Broken key card reader- front desk staff had to use a tool to bypass the card reader and let us into our room every time. Only 1 person knew how to use it, the others had to call other staff members for help. Toilet wouldn't flush, HUGE gross stain on the carpet. They switched our room. New room was minimally clean, bathroom door handle was nearly falling off, TV didn't work, can lights falling out of the ceiling, bathroom faucet was pulled out of the counter, bathroom counter overhung the cabinet, making it difficult to sit on the toilet- you had to sit on the toilet at an angle and stand up at an angle to avoid hitting the counter top. Jacuzzi tub didn't work (not that we'd have felt safe to use it based on the overall cleanliness and condition of the hotel anyway). We were informed the hotel fired the maintenance person over a year ago and they currently do not have anyone to do maintenance- IT SHOWS. Positives: Front desk staff were very friendly, excellent breakfast restaurant just across the parking lot.

Almost nothing available for breakfast. Outlets in bathroom didn’t work. Booked room through Hotels.com but price wasn’t honored. Was charged almost double. Clerk brought price down some when asked and shown the price on hotels.com but wouldnt honor it. We stay here several times a year when visiting family but not anymore.

The carpets are old. The a/c was not working properly in one of our rooms and 1 of the windows in one of our rooms was broken. Had this room been on the ground floor, this would have been a safety issue.

I would stay there again. It was solid and checked all the boxes. Clean, friendly staff, good coffee. The area around safe with restaurants within walking distance.

The closest hotel to visiting relative. Comfortable room. Had troubles with the coffee pot over brewing. Little rough around the edges.

They are having issues with TV. Remotes don't work. Issues with door as the plate moves and makes it hard to get back in the room.

Check in lady was apparently on drugs and tweaking out as we was checking in. Could not stop scratching her face and moving around. Should of just left then. Reserved a jacuzzi room, instead had a 1990 couch. Bed was hard as a rock, pillows followed. We had a 2 night stay and did not get fresh towels, hair all over the bathroom floor. Refrigerator was iced over and unusable. Breakfast was only waffles or cereal. And had to reuse the cup for the waffles as the person before me used it and no other cups avaliable for the waffle batter. No elevator in hotel, more like extended stays for locals. Would not recommend.

This is a great value and location. Ived stayed before and had good luck. This time I was a bit disappointed. The desk chair was missing in the room and the TV remote didn't work. I'd stay again but I'd like them to be a little more detailed in their room checks.

As with most hotels these days, rooms are poorly lit. Especially bathrooms. I do not like dim bathrooms. Don't care if fad for today. IT SUCKS. As an elderly person, having well lighted rooms and especially bathrooms is necessary and demanded!!

We paid for a room with a Jacuzzi tub, and it didn't even work. The toilet seat was about to slide off every time you used it and the counter in the bathroom slanted, so things would fall off of it.

An assessible room was booked & confirmed due to serious health problems. I was given a two bed room which resticted my movement & a tiny tiny bathroom with a tub and no hand rails when a walk in shower was also confirmed. Manager would not give another room. Worst stay at a Super 8 ever.

Room was in need of remodeling for a Wyndham property pretty low standards. Help was somewhat friendly, although it didn’t look like they had a lot of energy to get up and be very helpful particularly or when the breakfast items were needed in the breakfast bar.

The handle on the door was broken. The curtain rod and the wall is broken. They couldn’t even clean up the mirrors other than that was not too bad.

We were traveling with family with physical limitations requiring an elevator to go up to their room, they were both fall risks, we had no idea there was no elevator and were basically told it was not their problem. Very disappointing.

What's good is it's walking distance to restaurants and it seemed safe!

This place appears to be in the process of some cosmetic updates. They should level it and start all over. The walls are paper thin. In room 123 I could hear every word of room 125's conversations after 10pm while trying to sleep. Then they woke up at about 2am and started loudly watching TV. I banged on the wall and they turned it down a little then turned it back up at 2:30am. There are few parking spaces where a guest can look out their window to see their vehicle. There's a parking lot out back but the hotel cameras are pointed away from the vehicles, only offering security to the dog poop area. Oh yeah, I could hear all of the dogs barking at 6:30am. The rooms are outdated with sloppy workmanship. See the pic of the old "blackout" curtains which hang unevenly and have worn through in several areas. There was no privacy curtain behind it.

I booked a room on expedia at this hotel for 238. A room. The hotel then charged me another 225.00. The rooms are gross. We couldn't sit in he chair in the room because it was filthy. The bathrooms were moldy. The curtains were so worn out we could see through them. The hotel did not provide the beds we booked. The clerk said it didnt matter what we booked on Expedia, that they give us what they have.

Horrible, disgusting and filthy with a musty smell that was attempted to be covered up by cleaner or spray. We actually didn’t even end up staying due to feeling unsafe because the back door close to our room was open to anyone and didn’t require you to use your key to enter even though there was a keypad there. Do not recommend!!!!

The interior decorating was enhanced by the appearance and use of vintage pieces--sofa, chair, etc--incorporated into the decor. I appreciate that the town is preserving its history while keeping up with the housing and business needs of the city. Guests can choose breakfast items composed of a nice mixture of more nuitritious foods as well as sweet snacks. Employees very welcoming and courteous.

I have family in Windsor, so it is nice to have a place to stay that is close to them. This is my second stay at this location. The rooms are clean, and the service is good. The flooring really needs to be replaced, but overall not a bad stay.

Nice and clean comfortable bed great television I was not happy with the 15 dollar's per night for my small dog pushed my stay to 110 per night they say pet friendly but you pay for your pet not cool

Staff were very polite. Room was clean and I slept well on mattress. Thankfully hall and neighbors were quiet.

Property is in a shopping center although quiet. Staff are friendly. Experienced a toilet flapper issue to my assigned room. Front Desk Clerk was young and did not know how o deal with the issue at hand. I asked if I could be moved to a different room since Maintenance was not on property. Front Desk Clerk told me there are no other rooms available as Super 8 is booked for the weekend. She told me, she was going to notify the owner. A short time later the owner appeared at my room door. Apparently he resides on the premises. He confirmed the toilet flapper issue needed to be repaired and he made arrangements to have my wife and I moved to another room. Aside from this small inconvenience everything else was fine. Just suggest for the young front desk clerk to be trained on different situations for her not to panic and be quick to call the owner. She should know her position and what she can empower herself to do to assist a customer in any situation.

We did not enjoy the domestic situation in a room next to ours. It was loud and serious situation. I had to call front desk to call the law enforcement. Law enforcement were knocking on the room from approximately 2 hours. I did not sleep.

There was always someone smoking outside the exterior door whenever we came or left. We could also hear people talking in the adjoining room. Staff was very courteous. We did have to clean our own bathroom the first night. The rest of the room and the facility was well kept.

Booked a room, arrived around 10:30pm to get checked in as we had been traveling, told us they didn’t have a reservation for us even though I had proof on my phone and had paid…the hotel was booked up, we literally had no place to sleep that night!! Awful experience!!!!!

The door to the bathroom wouldn’t shut, the drapes were askew and missing clips and it smelled heavily of disinfectant

The rooms were clean and simple, perfect for what I needed. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I wish the room hadn't been so expensive for what it was, but I guess that's on me for not booking earlier.

Nice place to stay with comfy beds. TV worked fine. Typical self serve breakfast. Very dog friendly place, if that is your thing. Amazing Thai restaurant (Sala Thai) just across the street. Best I've ever had.

The condition of the room was poor. Broken floor tiles and peeling trim around bathroom mirror. The Wi-Fi connection was poor and mostly non-existent. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast bar did not have all features operating-Waffle maker and orange juice. Poor selection of breakfast items. I have stayed at this motel previously and found that has become run down and less pleasant to stay

It was a great location. Only issue was the tub faucet was leaking. Made the room smell like it was wet. Called front desk to have them check and they never came.
