Our 13 yr old grandson was thrilled we were near a Ferrari dealership and wanted pictures. The salesmen were so nice to him and let him come in and take pictures and take a Ferrari book home. Great area!!

The hotel overall and the guest room in particular were very clean. The breakfast was great, the bed comfortable and the staff was friendly.

It was close to food I like and places like Bridgeport village The walls are thin very thin I got zero rest , all I hear is stomping above my head, not one day since my 4 night did housekeeping visit my room to freshen or clean, the room was full of dust upon my arrival, I had to change room which didn’t made much difference but after being here an got zero house keeping service I understood why I came to check in to a dirty room, the bed is horrible and worn out , carpet are dirty and smelly, the gym was the only good thing an some of the food at breakfast

The lack of highway noise was wonderful! The size of the room was good too. I understood housekeeping was going to come on Sunday (day 3/5 days) but they didn’t. It was ok but I was expecting that they would. Not a big deal but I thought if that was set up after my arrival, they should follow through.

Location was perfect. The staff was great and the location was just what we wanted. We have stayed he several years ago and even ended up in the same room. We were in and out of our room and spent little time there. The only thing I didn’t like is this survey trying to get me to find something wrong.

Great place to stay and even though it is next to the highway, it's somewhat remote. Doors get locked at night and I felt comfortable with the vehicle in the parking lot at night without worrying about it. Clean room and bathroom along with a decent breakfast menu, especially for a hotel. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to this facility.

The room is very clean. The staff are very friendly and supportive. However the breakfast was not as promised. Due to my dietary restrictions i asked to provide beef bacon instead of bacon. They haven't provide it during my 3 days stay and when i asked they always mentioned it's not available today however by tomorrow will have it .but it seems tomorrow never comes.

This should not be called a BW plus. Usually they are a very good choice but this one was not up to standard. First the room had a strange smell. Almost like something electrical was burning. Second, the light bulbs were unscrewed from the lamps Third, The bathrooms are the size of an RV. With minimal accessories. (1small bottle of lotion) Fourth, Body wash bottle was completely empty Yes I know it is an older hotel but the quality control of the room was lacking for the Plus Status Honestly disappointed.

My girls and I loved that they had waffles, oatmeal and cereal. The room was clean. The only hick up for us was loud neighbors, which is out of the hotels control. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Front desk staff were so welcoming and my room was clean and comfortable. Some features are a little outdated and the gym leaves much to be desired. Fresh coffee and easy easy breakfast helped make my stay inviting. Definitely recommend this location for business travelers in the area.

The check in was fine and the hotel is what unexpected for the price expect the room. We went to sleep and woke up mid night to scratching. I went back to sleep and then by morning, it was consistent and louder. There was a mouse behind the bed scratching the carpet. What!!!! We packed up quickly and I told the front desk. He stated that a manager would call me back on Monday when they are in and it has been crickets. I asked for my money back and he said there wasn’t anything they could do and they need to confirm what I was reporting. So disappointing and will never stay in another Best Western after this experience.

During our stay, no one emptied the trash or took towels. The beds were comfy. The staff very very nice. The 1st floor had cigarette smoke and pot smoke and it was like someone was actively smoking in a non smoking hotel.

The quality of the rooms varies. This time the bathroom needed some work. The faucet in the bath was very loose and seemed about to come off the wall. You could see where the wall units used to be in the shower and there was no place to put toiletries or a wash rag in the shower except on the side of the tub. The caulking around the tub looked awful. The heater in our room was VERY noisy - sounded like a crackling fireplace every time the blower came on.

The hotel hallways and lobby might make you feel like the hotel is dirty as they are dingy but the room was very clean and pleasant. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The breakfast was great. Lots of variety

Having stayed in most of the Wilsonville hotels, I can say that this is the best value. Nice, clean rooms with free breakfast.

We did not receive maid service the entire stay, even after notifying the hotel of not maid service. The drain plug in the tub was closed and no easy way to keep in open when taking a show, so the tub filled up with water pass the ankles.

We did bring our dogs and they were extremely kind to the dogs and helpful. They have a pet area that also supplies poop bags. We always travel with a container of all our dog stuff which includes a bunch of poop bags, but it is nice to have when you were out The breakfast is good. Eggs, omelettes, biscuit and gravy, cereals waffles, and coffee.

The room was very clean & staff were wonderful. HOWEVER, It's been years since I stayed in hotel. There were towels but, nothing for the kitchen area. A coffee maker/ microwave/fridge. Paper cups 4 coffee. NO PAPER TOWELS or any item to clean area. (water frm sink always ended up on drainboard.. used bathtowel). NO PAPER PLATES.. or SILVERWARE. Had I known about that, I would have brought my own stuff. Because of holiday housekeepers were very limited & it was late... I wanted to get to bed, so I didn't call to see if anything available. HAD DESK CLERK asked me if I needed any of those items, it would have been nice. PS: I have food restriction so brought some of my own.. expecting there would be silverware. Good thing I had one of my own spoons in the carrier. Also, no soap for the shower. The one on sink too small to use on body.. kept slipping out of hand. Shampoo containers.. no body soap. Room was nice/ desk clerk nice. Supplies.... not so much.

The floor was not clear of debris, especially near the base of the bed frames there were crumbs. The room also had a distinct odour that was not cleared from presumebly the previous guests. The toilets at the hotel in general are weak due to age so be weary of how much you flush at a time. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

There was urine in the toilet when we first arrived and the door wouldn't lock

We’ve stayed here a few times and the rooms have always been clean, the staff have always been helpful and friendly, and the breakfast has a great variety and well kept up and tidy.

Bed in room 204 was too soft for comfort. My body sank-in immediately after I laid down. needed ti be changed as well as the pillows. Check-in staff was very helpful but no one in front desk when I checked out so I just did it online. Also I left the key cards with a note that we check-out.

The sheets smelled like an ashtray I was too tired that I didn't ask for a change of sheets. Just sprayed febreeze and it was ok but made me wonder when the last time that room was cleaned up. Other than that, no complaints

Don’t go for the breakfast. It was not even minimal. Carpets in hallway need a good cleaning. Bed was comfy. It is “freeway close,” as in right next to the freeway. I thought it would be better, being in Wilsonville, but I was wrong.

The next morning, we discovered that the toilet could not flush—even a single piece of toilet paper would not go down. We contacted the front desk, but the staff was extremely unprofessional, saying the problem could not be resolved and telling us to use the public restroom instead, without even offering an apology. The condition of the room and the service were completely unacceptable. I cannot recommend this place to other travelers.

Disliked musty smell of basement type room and no sound proofing from above, hallway, or bathroom. Otherwise clean and well maintained. Took forever to check in and find Expedia reservations.

Quiet, convenient

The motel is easy to get to, near services, and safe. A quiet location with a full breakfast that was a great option! My only complaint was the location of our room - next to the elevator and across from the ice machine. That, and the guests upstairs were noisy, but that isn't the property's fault.

The room was in good shape & quite large. Bed was pretty good...same withe pillows. We slept well because the windows could open & we like the fresh air. And it was mostly quiet. We liked have the kitchenette area. Bathroom is pretty tiny--but it's good that it has an exhaust fan. Breakfast was quite good. Definitely better than most hotel breakfasts. Location is great too! We will stay again

The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The black out blinds worked perfectly. Best sleep I've ever had at a hotel. There was mold covering the entire shower floor. Wasn't elated about that. The TV guide's channels were not not even close to the actual channels. A minor inconvenience, but annoying none the less. Overall, I would stay there again especially since it's 2 blocks from my venue. Quiet location and overall friendly staff and ambiance.

Lots of broken things in our room. Shower head broken, closet doors broken, wall holders for the shampoo and conditioner ripped off the wall broken. Heater/ac stopped working. Definitely needs some maintenance for repairs.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff friendly. Breakfast was nice as well as 24 hr coffee. Laundry facility was out of order which was the only negative I can say.

Trash in the hallway, huge spider fell out of the ceiling tiles. They charged my card for a $100 deposit (room was fully paid for through expedia) and never refunded the deposit - I will be calling but overall would not recommend. Front desk staff was very nice.

Friendly helpful staff (left my car keys at the desk and they tracked me down). Clean room. Nice outdoor seating areas to visit. The booking info said made to order breakfast and being diaberic I thought maybe there would be chemical free lower caeb options. It's the usuual frozen reheated heavy carb breakfast crap no diabetic can touch.

I booked this room for my daughter and all she said was she didn't like the bed.

All the staff was very professional and readily accessible. The grounds were very peaceful, great for dogs and serenity. The room was clean and although daily housekeeping was not included a simple ask for stocking was done timely. Coffee never ran out and breakfast was good, clean environment and on time. This is just a block away from Costco, Target, Starbucks and right off I-5 although you did not see or hear the traffic. I'd stay here again without hesitation if they can keep the price reasonable.

It was easy to get around. Shopping was very close. Parking was super easy.

The hallways and stairwell and run down and have a musty smell. The rooms however were clean and felt more updated. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and great breakfast.

Excellent property and staff! We were just there for an overnight stay breaking up a road trip, but we were very impressed. The rooms were nice. The staff was well-versed in customer service. The breakfast was more than most places in this price range (included biscuits and gravy with bacon and omelets!). The kids loved it. Well worth the price, and did i mention the staff was great!

They assigned us to a room that was already occupied. They fixed that issue. And everything else during our two night stay went smoothly.

This is our fourth straight June that we have stayed at Best Western Plus Parkway Inn in Wilsonville, OR, and as the previous three years, the staff made our stay memorable. Their friendliness and commitment that everything would be perfect during this stay was so appreciative. We can not wait to visit June 2026!

The hotel is embedded in a quiet, woodsy area. Nice! It has a mellow ambiance that I appreciated. The room is clean and spacious! I actually thought the bed was very comfortable, way better than most hotels I’ve stayed in. Includes breakfast which is great - has waffle maker and all! I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was very friendly. Room was filthy. Crumbs on the tile floor and kitchenette counter. Large orange stain on one of the pillows. My parents also stayed at this hotel and their room was clean. Very uncomfortable bed, way too soft. My husband and I both woke up with back pain. Great location.

Wanted to give a big thank you to Marsha who worked in the evening who promptly and effectively contacted the room next to us to have them quiet down at 1am. Thanks to her we were able to get some sleep. Otherwise Property was more run down than expected, smelled like pets and breakfast was disappointing. Best thing about the property were the front desk staff and location.

This hotel was perfect for our one night stay. It's pet friendly which was important to us, and they had a grass area with dog bags provided and trash can nearby. They serve a buffet breakfast too. The hotel is right across the street from Target and Costco and not too far from Wilsonville Old Town Square. If we ever found ourselves in Wilsonville again, we wouldn't hesitate staying here.

Cleanliness was good. We were able to check in early which was very helpful after our long drive and with our need to be able to get ready for the wedding which was the purpose of our trip. We had advised the facility that we would have 4 adults staying but only had bath towels for 3 which was quickly and easily remedied.

Pleasant stay, has the waffles and choices of machine espresso/latte that I like.

This was the second time we have stayed here. The property is very nice and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good.

Conveniently located near the freeway. Stores and restaurants less than a mile away. Rooms were roomy and clean. We were planning on staying one night. Checked out then determined that we had to stay in town for a second night. Checking back in was easy, since they had available rooms. I scored a 4 out of 5, because they charge $20 per pet per night. I don’t see the purpose of that if you were to stay in the same room the whole time. That is how it was explained to me anyway.

This is our favorite hotel whenever we go to the Portland area. It’s very clean, quiet, safe, and the staff is always great. There’s a lot of parking spaces and it’s very convenient because it’s so close to I-5.

Clean room, very friendly staff at check in. We experienced a water leak from the room above us. The front manager was very quick and responded to the issue promptly. We were moved to another room within 10 mins of the incident. Excellent service!

Plus, as a Canadian, I want other Canadians to know that out of all the hotels we booked through Expedia, Best Western was the only one that insisted on a deposit and when that deposit it returned, if you are using your Canadian debit or credit card, you automatically lose money on the charge and refund process!

The rooms were terrible, pillows were like throw pillows, bed uncomfortable, tv remote didn't work right, toilet paper was awful, soaps & stuff were terrible! Coffee maker didn't work & no tea. Parking lot was stupid! Room had stain on floor & smelled bad. Can light was broken. Will never stay here again!

We've stayed here several times. For the price, the quality ha always been very good. The rooms are clean and spacious. This time, our bathroom had a couple of minor maintenance issues, which we reported upon departure. We will probably stay here next time.

Room was good size and clean, hallway trash could have used some attention. My teenagers especially liked the breakfast. There were even some options for me on a more restricted diet.

The door locked its self when i went out of the room the privacy latch . When told the front deck the guy was with a guest but when he was done he then went outside to smoke . Then after 1.5 hours the maintenance guy got in and was in the tub the desk called me 7 times harassing me the my room i payed 135 for with jet tub was now unrentable and forced me to get out of the tub and switched to a lower scale room so i left my deposit of 100$$is still not returned

This is a pretty quiet peaceful hotel with good staff and a great breakfast bar. It is also very convenient for our purposes. We enjoyed our stay.
