Location, availability and the staff at the front desk Ms. Elizabeth and the staff at the continental breakfast. The room was excellent. The price was high.

We loved the spaciousness of our suite. The suites are large and well-equipped enough for a longer term stay, though we were just there one night. Everything was super clean and well cared for. The staff were friendly. The breakfast wasn't great, however, the hotel was such a great value that we didn't really mind.

I would said starting with hosted his name Elias was friendly. The first thing I may pay attention is the cleaning of the installation, lobby, rooms and bathroom and this place looks and smell very good, quiet place, the breakfast was good as well! We take 15-18 minutes to get Wilmington downtown and river walk! In other words ? recommended

Staff was very helpful and friendly. When there was a small issue it was fixed immediately. We will be booking again next year at this location. Convenient to downtown Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach

The rooms were good & clean, breakfast wasn't anything good to me.

Hot tub was advertised, but filled in and no longer there. :( Property was under major renovations, pool wasn’t open until the latter part of my stay and they only had grab and go breakfast because of the reno’s… yet, I had a great stay. The staff were amazing, and my room was fabulous. I’ll stay here again, after reno’s ;)

The front desk attendant was very kind upon arrival. We got in really late after a cold and grueling ultra marathon and I wouldn’t have expected anyone to go above and beyond for us at midnight- but he was very friendly and genuine. In the morning, reception staff and housekeeping staff greeted us as well. Thanks for a great stay!

Our stay was okay, but the hotel was noisy due to renovations. The lobby had a bad smell on the first day, and the breakfast was all pre-packaged and not warm. Staff was nice, but hopefully things get better after the renovations.

The rooms were exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were crisp white and looked new. I especially liked that there was no carpeting in the room. The flooring was some sort of composite, which added to the brightness and cleanliness. The room also had an efficient kitchenette with a large refrigerator and dishwasher. Very well appointed for an extended stay. I especially liked the closet having 2 access doors, one from the hall and the other from the bathroom. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the comfort and convenience of location and efficiency of the small kitchen. The staff was also very cordial and welcoming to this weary traveler

The bath tub had cracks in it and looked dirty. I didn’t expect to see so many pets. But the biggest problem I had was the ants in my bed and on the floor. The complimentary breakfast was okay. I would not recommend this hotel.

The parking lot is too small. Very difficult to back out of a space without hitting a car on the other side of driveway.

Easy access to everything Wilmington

We were very disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not open. We were also very disappointed to hear that the the hot tub will be closed down permanently. Access to the pool and hot tub were the main reasons that we booked with this hotel.

Phones didn’t work. Issue with door lock. Old property but could have been cleaner.

Loved the room it was exactally what i was looking for. Pool was under construction and we didnt get that memo till we got here. But was still a very wonderful stay and all the staff was very friendly and helpful!

Our phone did not work. We had to ask for housekeeping to take our trash and get us more towels. They took our trash twice. We were there 5 nights!

We booked here because they permitted pets, and were the least expensive of the options in the area. We got what we paid for. The room was tiny, and a bit rundown. It was fine, but it’s not something I would actively choose to go back to.

Pretty clean but did find dog food and a dog toy under a chair from a previous guest. Very loud AC unit. Limited towels - only 2 towels and 1 washcloth for 2 people. There are USB outlets Staff was nice

One of the front desk ladies was pretty clueless. The rest were good.

For the most part it was good. The decor is a bit dated and the hotel seems old. Could use freshening up. Wallpaper in bathroom was buckling. Carpet seemed a bit worn. My daughter’s first room had an awful smell but she was immediately given a different room so great customer service. Continental breakfast was good.

The property was not was you offer me, it was another building in really bad condition and poor maintenance. The security said “please don’t park here is very dangerous”. The parking lot is in your building, can you believe it?

The staff was very friendly. However, it was frustating having to rundown housekeepers and staff for fresh clean towels. The breakfast was ok. The inside pool very small. A slight odor coming from the hallway leading to the parking lot on exiting the side of building.

The rooms were clean, but we had two rooms and both rooms only had 1 bath towel. When we asked the front desk, we were told they didn’t have any bath towels. So we had to take our shower using a bath towel. So disappointed after all the money I paid for the room. The Mexican lady at the front desk was not very nice either. Also it’s been 7 days and my deposit has not returned back to my bank card yet.

We were only there for a one-night stay. In that time, all the staff we encountered were pleasant, friendly, and helpful. We opened our door to a bad smell we couldn't identify. We asked the front desk for some air freshener which they provided, immediately. It didn't kill the smell, but it was tolerable. That's the only negative. Nice art on the wall. All furniture was in good shape. There was plenty of towels. Soaps and shampoos were abundant.

I checked in on-line which was very convenient. The kitchen was nicely equipped. The included breakfast offered a wide variety.

Only issue was that I got bit by someone’s dog walking through the hallway! I have a service dog (yellow lab) who was between me and the wall and we were both minding our own business when this guys dog started veering over. I had a bad feeling so I but my leg in the way to block my dog and he bit my leg. I have NEVER been bitten by a dog before. They guy said sorry and just walked out. I let the front desk know and they gave me antibiotic ointment, but I wish they offered to contact the guy for me or get shot records for the dog. I’m going to see my doctor today to get a tetanus booster. Just worried about rabies when though I know it’s rare in pets. :(

We are very happy with our visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had two personal obstacles unrelated to our hotel stay and they let us check in late and print some things for us to accommodate. The room had all the amenities we needed. We were in town for a wedding and the hotel was a nice place to escape from the stress. The breakfast had a good variety to meet the needs of picky kids and the pool was clean. Would stay again.

But when I asked for a pet friendly hotel I didn’t think I would be put in a lower budget room, where the room from when we 1st checked in had a weird smell. We went and purchased air fresher and cleaning products but the smell, a strong Piss odor would not go away. Carpets nasty, and in need of a good shampooing. If the room or floor is for families with a pet the rooms need to be cleaned Better because just because you have a pet don’t mean you should be put in a nasty room.

My husband almost didn’t stay the second night due to how broken and gross it was. The showered looked like someone has been thrown against it and it wasn’t clean. We won’t be booking again with this hotel.

My biggest complaint is that the thermostat in my room did NOT work. Therefore when I turned the temperature down, the temperature in the room continued to rise, making for an uncomfortable night of sleep. Pillows and bed are really uncomfortable it takes a long time to get hot water from bathroom sink. Overall not a place I plan to stay at again.

The hotel was very nice, with a good variety of options for breakfast.

Overall, the facility is not very clean. But, worse, our room had a terrible musty smell. The AC unit was also noisy and beds were not very comfortable.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and convenient. Elevators are good working order. Pool area is in need of being updated and renovated.

The first room they gave us was a sickeningly stinking room. We had our service dog, but our dog does not smell. They gave us another room without any problem. We have stayed there before and will stay again, but it does need some upkeep.

everything was pretty nice except TV did not working, Netflix, any cable program were out of service.

The people were so friendly here. Breakfast is nice, with hot and cold food. Equipped full kitchens and a pool, hottub and a gym.

Cockroach in the hallway and the bathroom...mold in the bathroom....the amenities are very convenient but the cleanliness is lacking and the building is old...if it wasnt for that it would've been a great experience
