Great hotel- but they need to make the free wi-fi easier to access. It is a major inconvenience having to fill in an info sheet in order to create access to free wi-fi; people are already paying for the room- so just provide direct access (or a pin if needed); no additional forms that use the forms as an opportunity to barrage people with more marketing about the hotel

When we got there bathroom was still filled with toilet paper in the toilet and also in the trash bin, but other than that we had a great time breakfast was so good would recommend it

Ive stayed at this hotel several times and will keep coming back. Our room was clean and the front desk staff were friendly and professional. The pool was undergoing repairs and so not usable. Also, i had to call the desk for toilet paper, as we had only half a roll and no extras. Breakfast choices were really good, including eggs, sausage, hash browns, waffles, fruit and yogurt. Good experience overall.

Breakfast was pretty average. The juice machine was broken as well as the waffle maker. Staff was pleasent. The pool was not available for use which is WHY we choose this hotel. They ran out of extra pillows when I called the front desk. There was dust all over the dresser in the bedroom. But we enjoyed our time despite these hiccups.

During the entire time we were there the juice station was not available for breakfast. Only had coffee or milk. Breakfast was just ok nothing special.

Breakfast menu was wonderful. The bar had special holiday drinks and the lobby is very warm and inviting. And this time of year, it was decorated for the holidays, which was so lovely. The breakfast attendants were friendly, caring and helpful. The desk clerks were wonderful too. The laundry room was very clean and all machines workable. I enjoyed my stay, it was very comfortable.

Beautiful location nestled in the Landfall neighborhood/ personable staff. Well lit parking lot. Centrally located I stayed in two different rooms/ the second one was on the first floor and had water stains in the ceiling and a huge almost dead guest upon arrival ( a huge roach) staff helped me dispose of it. But it made me wish for the other room.

We asked the house keepers on our floor to put extra towels in our room about 9:12 the following day 09/23/25 . We left and was gone at least 5 hours and returned to the room and no clean towels. We left again and ran into Keith (Maintenance Man) and he asked us Could he help us out. Keith got us some extra towels and wash clothes.

The tv had a huge black mark on it in the left corner like it had been damaged right before we came by the previous people who had stayed in that room. I informed management and they had no idea like nobody had checked the room beforehand? Room was also pretty tiny to be so expensive.

Everything was great, but the pool and other common areas were not very clean. I’ve stayed here many times and this was the only time it hasn’t been clean. The pool was especially dirty.

Staff was fantastic! I had an issue with my first room having an AC leak with wet carpet. It happens, especially in tjis heat. The staff was great! Immediately apologized and got me in a new room! We will be back. Breakfast was very good as well. Great staff!

I really enjoyed my stay here, as did my family. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful in every way. The hotel itself was clean, functional, with great amenities. It wasn't far from anywhere, with the fantastic beaches, less than 5 minutes away.

My only complaint would be (Room 309) that the shower had water temperature issues, the shower temp started cold changing to extremely hot and once it reached extreme hot it stayed extremely hot you couldn’t regulate the temperature. No matter which way you turned the faucet once it was hot it stayed hot.

Our room was dirty full of hair, over the bathroom floor, in the bed, and all over the room. The cot bed brought in was so worn, it was basically just springs. Also, after my complaint, they handed me sheets to change the bed myself. Forcing me to change the sheets on my own.

Worst night of sleep. Air conditioning unit was very loud and sounded like something was banging around inside it. If it was off, the room was a sauna. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Room was clean and furniture was nice but the room had a weird smell when walking in.

The outdoor area was wonderful. Peaceful and lovely. The movie shown at the pool was great. The walking trail of about 2 miles was really enjoyed.

We were there for a family wedding and our accommodations were very convenient to the venue. We had a suite which allowed us to enjoy March Madness with our son who also had a room there. The staff was super accommodating- especially Jeff in housekeeping!

The motel is nestled in the back of a complex, and the sign is not the easiest to see. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable stay and we hope to return in the future.

Room had a rotten egg smell, toilet seat was coming off and I fixed it myself. Phone in the room didn’t work, the ac/heat vent was full of dirt, the bed was horribly uncomfortable. There was snot on the table next to the bed. Rude front desk personnel including the manager. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else.

Always stay there if we go to Wilmington. My sleep was interrupted by exit, entrance door next to my room. The door always slammed shut multiple times guest and staff. Spoke with the maintenance man and he noticed the door slamming shut. Hopefully he will adjust the door.

It was quiet and cozy. The staff were very friendly and polite. The place was very tidy and clean, even though it only had one elevator, I still give it an excellent review for people 55 years and older.

Have had previous good stays at this location. Room was next to stairway, and elevator. VERY LOUD 2 nights. Woman on drugs in lobby passed out. Father notified to pick her up (he lives in Landfall) Staff friendly. Breakfast bar good.

Truly enjoyed our stay, with only one exception. We asked for maid service in he morning, oer hotel instructions. We came back to find that only part of the service had been provided. My husband asked one of the maids that he found, if they would please come back and make the bed. He was told they would be back. They didn't return so i called the front desk. I let them know that we had requested maid services and all that that followed. I was promised that they would get back to our room and finish. This never happened! When I went to the front desk again that evening, they were busy and i didn't have the time to wait. Unfortunately, this left a very bad and lasting impression on me. When we pay that much for a room, the least I expect is maid services for my whole room. If it weren't for this, i would definitely go back.

A pipe burst in our room and flooded 3 floors. Our bedding was paper thin. The bathroom was dirty. The sheets had stains. Save yourself.

Five stars to your staff Ms. Debra and Charlotte and outside pool bartenders. The breakfast was great but your pool bar was even better. Great offerings of poolside grill foods while enjoying the pool. Clean guest areas all around. Room was good but floor wasn’t vacuumed had lots of food crumbs on the carpeting . Overall a good area, plenty of local restaurants walking distance and the hotel was very quiet at night( no loud traffic).

I liked that the staff were very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed the hotel but the room that we stayed in the refrigerator and trash can was alittle dirty but other than that is was great!

This hotel exceeded my expectations and we were pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful, clean, upgraded room waiting for us. More importantly, was the hospitality from the friendly staff. They have restored my faith in hotel stay. Thank you and keep this facility up!

We were in room 103. Don’t stay in that room. It is right next to the elevators and you hear them all night long. But the worst part was the exit door for the parking lot slams all night long and all morning with people going in and out. It is not a soft close door. The property is nice and the staff is friendly. The breakfast and patio area are great.

Checkin was easy and pleasant. My room was plenty spacious and the walk-in shower wonderful! Enjoyed a glass of bourbon at the bar after a long day and a decent continental breakfast the next morning where I also sat on the patio with the birds as I drank my coffee. Perfect location for what I needed. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is within walking distance of the beach and near WB’s famous “The Loop”, an ~3 mile trail around the marsh. Otherwise, there are newer, nicer, cleaner and less expensive hotels nearby.

The room was exceptional, clean, serviced and everything needed for our overnight stay was there. Staff on check-in were friendly, checkout, we walked up to the desk and the lady didn't acknowledge us. Given the premium that people pay to stay at places like this, a great experience from start to end of stay would be recommended. Overall, this place is hard to fault though.

I loved all of the added perks they had. They provided bottled water and cookies at check-in. Had coffee, tea, board games and a bar in the lobby. The grounds were impeccably maintained with lots of azaleas blooming. The front desk staff was very helpful and made us feel welcome.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the location because it was near a bike trail that led to the ocean.
