The property was very well maintained, clean, and accommodating. The staff was friendly and the dining area staff was my favorite. The pool area was very nice and bathrooms were very clean.

It is well located and clean. The walls are too thin, so I could hear people walking and dog barking. The room we got was on the ground floor. You can hear the floors creaking when people above walk.

Place has always been good to me. The bar has good food. Great Bartenders. Parking is everyone's dream.

The room was spacious, clean, and good for a stay where we weren't in the room much anyway. The pool was not open which was unfortunate as our boys were most looking forward to that. We ended up finding a pool in Wilmington that was $12 for the 4 of us that we enjoyed but would've been nice to just use the hotel one.

It was a wonderful hidden gem!

Pretty setting. Restaurant breakfast was good. Our toilet didn’t work and the rooms smelled stale. Needs a freshening up.

They were all okay, except the refrigerator, the freezer had frozen ice in it, you couldn’t break it out.

The property has a great bar area.

The staff we met were all very pleasant and professional and nothing seemed too much trouble. The location for us was excellent and the outlook over the golf course was splendid.

Beautiful property with very good golf course and all amenities. I love staying at Beau Rivage.

We drive from Winston Salem almost 3-4 hours just for the comfort and peace of mind from our stay. Great food, views, and location is only 10-15 min from the beach!

If we ever go to Wilmington again this is my hotel of choice. Terrific suite. Huge sitting room. Wonderful shower. Bedroom was very comfortable. Very affordable.

Rooms were very large and very clean. Parking was free and I felt totally safe here. I highly recommend this hotel.

We were on lower level. View outside out room was of the driving range and the golf cart parking area, which was fine. The room was very spacious, but not as clean as I had expected it to be according to reviews. The carpet had trash on it - just a little, but there should have been none. There were no hangers in the closet, but thankfully I bought a few with me, along with some over the door hooks I usually travel with. Some of the furniture needs to be deep cleaned or replaced. I still gave them a 4 because the location was perfect for us, and it wasn't awful, just not what I expected. I would stay there again.

This is is first class operation. From the golf to the food and accommodations, I could not have been more pleased. I have stayed here numerous times and played the course 30-40 times. This place is awesome. You will be very surprised and pleased.

Lovely property tucked slightly away from the main road. Nice and quiet! Staff was pleasant and golf greens looked appropriate for fall as evidenced by many people enjoying that activity. Extra spacious room, large balcony that feels private enough but with a great view of greenery. Would definitely stay again!

Our room was clean and spacious and comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the golf course and enjoyed the balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful and all seemed to really enjoy their jobs. The location of the resort was perfect and was tucked away from the busyness of Wilmington. We are definitely going back!

Room was very comfortable with large living room area. Staff was accommodating when inquires where made about area . Bar had full service including food . Due to weather used the heat option which worked well.

Very spacious. Nice environment. The room was outdated. Nonetheless CLEAN and in full function. However the room smelled funky.

I liked the room. Thought it was very spacious. I loved being on the golf course. Very close to local establishments. Staff was very friendly. I think some aspects of the room can be updated. The desk chair needed to be cleaned better. Overall, I would stay there again.

Loved location outside Wilmington on way to Carolina Beach. Lots of space and very clean.

Sheila Smith was so nice and informative during our stay. She has such a welcoming personality and was great at answering all our questions. This was our first time staying and definitely not the last.

Fantastic stay! Front desk staff was so helpful and kind. The rooms were all very large including the back balcony. Had everything we needed - mini fridge, Keurig, microwave. Loved that the living area was separated from the bedroom unlike most hotel rooms. Everything was super clean. It was nice to sit on the balcony and watch people on the driving range. We truly enjoyed our stay and even extended for an extra night. Definitely where we will stay again if we ever find ourselves back in town.

This property is very close to our family members, the convenience can’t be beat for us. The rooms are showing their age.

Very roomy suite. First floor was very convenient but you could really hear the people above us, even when they were just walking around.

Expensive for the location. Needs updating. Old smelling, actual keys for the rooms to unlock deadbolts. Tiny tv’s. Dirty blinds. Ended up driving home.

This is our 5th time staying .Every summer we spend a few days here to go to Carolina beach .Was very disppointed with the pool how dirty it was .Also the shower curtain rod fell down .The beds were very comfy and the room was nice and everyone was very nice

It was a nice quiet weekend. The rooms are spacious and the calmness to watch the golfers from your balcony was nice. The location is also great because it’s not crazy busy and it’s relatively close to pretty much anything you want to go do.

Stayed here for just one evening, the pictures online certainly made the rooms look much nicer, Our room brought us back to the 90s’s, the sofa cushions were dirty, walking in the room had somewhat of a musty aroma, certainly was not a pleasant experience. Our patio on the ground floor was plagued with noise of 3 AC units right next to us. This place was not the experience we were looking forward to enjoying. However, the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Lights in main hallway by entrance didn’t work. Main bedroom door didn’t close properly. Drywall reparations not painted in living area.

We've stayed frequently and every time is a pleasure! Sweet little place to stay, great restaurant/bar on-site, wonderful view. Old but quaint, we adore "The Beau".

Kind of unreal how good a deal this was. To be five miles from Carolina beach and staying in a massive suite on a golf resort is wild. Staff was super friendly and rooms were great. Will definitely be back.

I booked for 4 nights but canceled 2 of the because we found out we could stay at our daughter's house....they were awesome about canceling the two nights and great about helping anyway they can ...its great to know we can count on Beau Rivage golf and get great service if we need a place to stay there again

We decided that we wanted a brief get away and happened across Beau Rivage and even though we only stayed 1 night I can’t wait for our next trip! The room was beautiful and clean, the front desk staff were so friendly and accommodating! I HIGHLY recommend!

The restaurant staff is terrible. Slow service. Kept sitting down and watching TV. When she finally came back to check on us it was too late to order desert. She said sorry the kitchen staff has already gone home. It was only 7:00pm!

Property is not disabled friendly. Do not stay here if you use a walker/wheelchair. Openings to bathroom entry is very narrow & walker/wheelchairs will not fit through. Front desk employees do not care if a request is made to stay on ground floor, they say we cannot accommodate you. No elevator, so the stairs are dangerous if you are disabled. They couldn’t or try to accommodate to get a tee time in for the guys even though we were staying there, it’s not a resort, rooms are outdated & no cable. Beds are comfy & nice separate living area but it’s not a resort.

The property was very nice and comfortable. The only complaint was that people stood around the ash tray right in front of my room at night smoking and talking loudly. It was hard to fall asleep.

Rooms had a moldy and smoke smell to them. Beds are low grade with no much support or cushion. Assume once was nice but rooms are rundown and need renovation.

Unfortunately, things became uncomfortable after I returned to my room from a long day at the beach. When I left, I'd put the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door, since I didn't need my room cleaned for a 2-night stay. But when I opened the door, lights were on in my room and the ironing board and iron was set up. I spoke to the front desk immediately, and the woman didn't see in the system that housekeeping entered my room. We both thought that was strange and she said something like, "Well, does it look like anything was taken?" I said, "No, not from what I can see." It was getting late, so I just went back to my room and decided to deal with it again in the morning. When I went to check out the next morning, the guy at the front desk didn't see a record of anyone entering my room and just shrugged it off as being weird. So, someone entered my room, didn't actually clean it, and left an ironing board out for some odd reason. As I was about to leave, I saw housekeeping in the room and I asked him if he entered the room yesterday. He said no and that he heard me talking to the front desk. The only thing he could think of is maybe the new manager came in as he's making all kinds of updates, etc. This whole incident screams a safety violation, and it didn't make me feel good that no one took the matter seriously. It truly gave me creepy "Get Out" (the movie) vibes.

The property was very pretty . The rooms were dated but neat and clean and the suite layout was perfect. Mark helped us and was terrific. Could not have asked for a more helpful host!

The place was already old but it was conveniently located near the areas we visited. The room was huge but needed to be cleaned more. Also, our room was in the ground floor so i kept hearing the footsteps of those upstairs.

Our room was perfect. We had plenty of towels, a bedding set for the trundle bed and it was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. We loved the location facing the golf course. The pool was great!

The accommodations are old/worn. It is advertised as a hotel, but is a motel. Dead bugs as you enter the room. Thin walls. We had trouble with the room above us with noise but it was handled promptly. Very scratchy uncomfortable sheets on the beds. Staff was friendly.

The property is dated and the restaurant food is terrible. Most concerning is that the bathrooms have a tub/shower combo, which is not handicapped accessible. There is no elevator either. We didn't know this when we booked our accommodations. We were traveling with my elderly father and looked into finding another place to stay but couldn't find anything affordable at the last minute. We were given a tiny bar of soap, minimal shampoo and only one extra roll of toilet paper. The rooms have a lot of space but beds are uncomfortable. If on the first floor, you can hear the guests above you.The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Restaurant staff was poor.

Great view

The property is gorgeous and exactly what we were looking for! The rooms were all massive suites with a living room, kitchenette and huge bedroom and bathroom. There was a great back porch for us to look over the golf course with chairs. It was almost two big of a room for the 2 of us. Only a 10 minute drive to Carolina Beach too! Staff were very kind and helpful and room was very clean.

Beautiful view off of the veranda of the second floor suite unfortunately room was dirty had some stains because it was older cleaning crew didn’t want additional help trying to rectify the situation and management because we did not vacate the room while they were cleaning. overall, good place if you can tolerate rowdy kids at the pool with no supervision, no lifeguard over actions for the staff when trying to help finding out what was needing to be cleaned. The owner was very apologetic and understanding overall three stars if I had to return to the area, I would stay again just disappointing in some areas.

Room dusty and not vacuum thoroughly, mirrors left dirty and not cleaned, even after maid came in to straightened up room. Front Desk staff did not know how to respond to my concerns. My concerns were not responded to, until Manager ( Jason ) came in the next day. There was alot of miscommunication from staff and (I don't know)

Nice place. Big and comfortable. Coming in after 8PM meant we had a lock box on our unit, which was a bit of a hassle to get open. No maid service between night one and night two. Had a refrigerator, but had to go to lobby bar to get ice for the room.

Staff was so nice and helpful. Huge rooms, pool was great and the view of the first tee and range was awesome. Will definitely stay again
