    The restaurant is advertized as open, but the kitchen closes early so only the bar is open, although there are no hours posted. There was a storm when we arrived and internet access was out. It was still out midday the following day. The front desk asked we write our card information for payment on a blank sheet of printer paper upon check-in, even though we booked and paid through a third-party. We ultimately only stayed one of the four nights originally booked and opted to move hotels because we did not feel comfortable with this location. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful in us checking out early.

    This property is in very concerning condition. Our family booked 3 rooms and had several issues. We were given keys to a room that had never been cleaned. Another room had ants all over the sofa. The rooms were never serviced while we were there. There were large bugs in the rooms. While most of the staff did try to help, we were told that the person at the front desk was the only employee available. Another guest became belligerent and aggressive with the young girl at the desk and she shared that there were no other employees in the entire hotel to help her. We asked to talk to a manager several times and no one was available. The toilet ran constantly and I couldn't get anyone to look at it. Our closet was broken and couldn't be opened. The coffee machine didn't work. The pool was not even uncovered much less ready for guests in mid June. The lobby floor looked like a small child may have eaten crackers there but it was not vacuumed and stayed covered in crumbs our entire stay. The bar was never open. There were no working ice machines and the Sundries area was virtually empty. A ceiling tile was discolored and sagging from the weight of water in it. Later in our stay it caved in. I would not recommend staying here.

    The first room we were checked into was not serviced, bed slept in, towels on the floor. Second room was clean but missing coffee, bath towel was dirty or horribly stained. Ceiling right outside of room fell in and had water pouring in onto the floor. Our friends first room had ants all over the sleeper sofa and no other room to move them to the first night.

    There was a $11.00 charge for breakfast oer person. We didn't eat there that morning. Free coffee was offered so I had one cup before I checked out. There was no.cable offered on the in room tvs... you needed to use apps with your sign information. I will not do that.

    Hotel was a total disappointment for a Marriot branded facility. From parking lot, interior halls, elevators and room just nasty. Touch point areas needed to be cleaned. Bedding had spots all over them. You have to ask to get room service and we were lucky 1 out of 7 day stay. We requested 5 out of 7. Breakfast is $27 or 2 - $55, outrageous. Can't recommend at the $154 price point we paid. It's a D level facility.

    Had a great stay at this location. We come here often when traveling to Chicago or the Chicago land area. The staff is great, the rooms were clean, and the rate was super affordable. Overall a good time.

    Guest washing machine out of order. 3 night stay but housekeeping never made a single appearance. Ran out of towels and facial tissue. Water and tea/coffee never replenished. Key cards deactivated on second night of stay. Bathtub could not be used. No stopper. Shower curtain too short. Water everywhere. Overall clean and quiet but very disappointed. Free onsite parking was the only bonus.

    I have to say this is the best experience we have ever had. The staff has been so accommodating to us my mother has been in the hospital here in Chicago and we have been here for almost a week since we live 2 hours away. All of the managers and girls at the desk are amazing. I would highly recommend staying here. Very clean I would give 10 stars if it allowed!

    It was a pleasure working with the staff. Robert Sullivan was a great manager and made sure we were well taken care of. The after-hours manager was also quite helpful and was able to get us in early, which was welcome after a long overnight trip. Price was a little high.

    For some reason, I was given a room configured for a handicapped person. There was no closet in the room, and therefore nowhere to hang up my clothes, including my business suit. The door to the room was motorized and difficult to open by hand. Also, the key cards would not open any of the outside doors of the building. The only way into the building was through the main entrance. All of these issues made my stay very awkward.

    Exterior and walking in, the property looked nice. Upon getting to our room, the carpet was significantly stained, as well as the mattress. The only reason I noticed the matress stain was becuase the bed linens were not pulled on all the way. There was a bandaid stuck to the shower wall...gross. The blinds were broken and didnt close all the way. My husband, being handy, ended up fixing the blinds so now those are workikg for the next guests! The bed and pillows, however, were super comfy and I slept like a rock!

    Very clean, quite and comfortable I think the hotel is good although they should clean up litter outside. Keep coffee and creamer stocked in rooms. Have better hand soap in bathroom.

    The property was clean. Staff were polite and professional. I specifically booked a room with a microwave.. checked in and went to my room to find no microwave. Called the front desk .. the nice lady offered to change my room but couldn't guarantee the new room would have one either.

    There are no C outlets to charge current apple devices. The first night my husband (who has Parkinson’s) wet the bed. I asked the front desk to change sheets for the next night. She told me to strip the bed and leave the sheets by the front door. I did so but when we returned at 10:30 pm the sheets were taken but there were no fresh sheets. Other than the first day the wastebaskets were not cleaned out.

    Location for relatives Room showers were not access to hight . Room closet was not finish for storing clothing. Missing closet hangers. Limited handicap rooms . Street traffic was loud at night. Brunch food cold and not worth price. Missing valuable in room safe.

    I did enjoy my 3 day stay. Everything was great and i especially liked the coffee.I would definitely stay again if I'm working in that area. The only thing i didn't like was the bar restaurants lack of food choices and lack of beer choices. Ran out of the beer i was enjoying.

    She was extremely patient with my multiple phone calls to her and she helped me book two rooms directly with her as the main call center was very busy and I was placed on hold for long periods of time. Upon our arrival the following day, the front desk staff were efficient and we were checked in without issue. Our rooms were clean and tidy and we found the beds to be very comfortable after our ten hour drive to Chicago. We stayed four nights, and our entire experience at Willowbrook was pleasant and without any issues. I very much appreciated that the fitness centre has 24 hour access. I was happy to meet Monica in person and she is even more lovely in person than she is over the phone. Monica and her team deserve be recognized for their commitment and excellence to customer service. Monica made staying at Willowbrook as comfortable an experience as possible for us during a very trying time for myself and my family.

    The staff was kind and friendly. The room was not clean at all there was hair on the shower walls, the ceiling in the bathroom was flaking and peeling. The blanket was a down blanket and feathers or fake feathers were coming out everywhere.

    The banquet was clean and well serviced, food was good, cash bars were well stocked, but drink prices were ridiculous, e.g. $13 for a glass of cheap Yellow Tail wine which sells at stores for $5.99/bottle. Room #240 was spacious and generally comfortable, but it felt like the old Holiday Inn Crown Plaza that it used to be. A great room darkening window roller shade let us sleep in. The bed and pillows were hard to us, and we had to change positions occasionally to get comfortable. Carpeting showed stains that we hoped were not due to their pet-friendly policy. The closet is useless, having a ridiculous wooden structure inside with only 14 inches of hanger space that did not allow for anything longer than a short dress shirt, and only 2 hangers. We had to hang my suit and wife's outfits on a couple wall hooks in the room. Half of the closet was taken up by a table that didn't even fit a normal checked bag, so it's use was perplexing. I would rate it a 3 star room. The cleaning service ladies were very nice and accommodating. I'm sure the desk would have been as well if we needed anything. Great location to N-S-W-E highways and tollways, local shopping, restaurants, Portillo's beef & hot dogs, and Blueberry Hill Cafe for breakfast. Would stay again for the location.

    They need to address the bathroom - the curtain was too short, the moveable shower head was a disaster and the sink was so close to the tub/shower you could hardly get in. With the short shower curtain and the removable shower head it was impossible NOT to get water ALL over the bathroom floor. Didn’t matter which way you turned it. And the “cabinet” they had in there to hold towels looks like something they drag out of the trash. It was partial board and had clearly been wet (probably from the shower situation) and was crumbling in multiple places

    The entire hotel was very clean and tidy, staff was friendly, the hotel is very spacious. The beds and blankets were very comfortable and the shower had nice pressure and the hotel provides shampoo, conditioner, and a body wash which was appreciated. TV was big and worked well. No issues with excessive noise or other guests. There is no free breakfast, the only food options are an expensive in-hotel restaurant and a not great Denny's next door. Free coffee was not good. A bit of a minor thing, but the bathroom was very small and the door swings so close to the toilet it's a bit difficult to navigate the bathroom and I'm by no means a large person.

    They made our beds with moldy comforters 2 days in a row. When we explained to them it was the second time it has happened they did not care at all. The comforters had brown smelly spots all over them & when you held a flashlight to it you can see mold inside of the blanket.

    Our toliet kept running, the shower malfunction as the drain release was broken. The toilet not only ran but had issues flushing. The phone in the room didnt work, the elevator worked 3 out of the 7-8 times we tried to access it. It was very disappointing to say the least

    next morning when i woke up i went to get something on my suitcase and a bug crawled out of it, i killed it but decided to turn on the lights and check the rest of the room, for my surprise those bugs were EVERYWHERE! the staff was really helpful and immediately switched my room but on the next one the door lock was broken, also the hotel wasn’t clean at all, my sheets had stains, there was spider webs all over, there was hair in the bathroom floor that wasn’t mine, over wall wouldn’t come back.

    Beds were awful. Someone set the alarm that went off the first morning. Refrigerator want working. The door to the fridge was about to fall off. Elevators broken. No microwave in the room the one in the commons area was disgusting. Ice machine broken. Bathroom was not clean. Had to ask for washcloths.

    Room service didn’t bring my order to me, they told me I had to go to the restaurant to pick it up and automatically gave themselves a tip for it. The convenience shop by check in is out of stock on everything. When I told them I needed to stay a second night I had to come back 3 different times to get this done. The first time the person refused to do it because they had a line at the desk, the second time they said it was sorted. Then the third person said the second person had been lying and no additional time was reserved. Just incompetence all around. La Quinta would have been fine and DoorDash would have brought my food to me. I regret paying for what I thought would be a nicer experience.

    The room we were given wasn't cleaned up after the previous guests' stay. We found stinky pillow covers and bedsheets, used cups in the room, hair on the bathroom floor, used soap. It was disgusting to say the least. We were given a different room after we complained about it, but this could've easily been avoided in the first place.

    There were fingerprints left on the bathroom door when I checked in. Windowsills caked with dust. Sporadic hours for restaraunt/bar. Front desk clerk was also the bartender.

    Very convenient to I-55 and Midway Airport. Clean, staff was very nice and helpful. Price for 2 Queens was best I've found in a very long time. Highly recommend this facility if you're needing a hotel in the Midway Airport vicinity. I'll definitely be staying here again.

    After reporting the issue, Shubh kindly relocated me to another room. Unfortunately, the second room was also unsatisfactory. The paint on the bathroom wall was chipping and scattered across the floor. The room smelled strongly of marijuana, and there was built-up grime lining the shower. For a hotel that serves military personnel during drill weekends, the cleanliness standards are far below what should be expected. We do not pay to sleep in such conditions, and I urge management to address these issues immediately for the sake of all future guests.

    Stay was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Booked the Executive Suite, thought the room would have been bigger. The restaurant on-site was closed on my day of check-in, so I had to change plans for dinner. I would return😁.

    My husband stayed here for his business trip, he stated it was very clean, great location for his trip, about 45 mins outside downtown Chicago. He loved that a Denny’s was located in the parking lot of the hotel. If ever back in that area we would book again.

    Was alright. Rooms were comfotable temps and smelled clean, everything looked clean aside from the holes in the ceiling (small but still). My main complaint is that the water only gets warm, do NOT expect a hot shower.

    Elevator was out of order and we were not informed until after paying and receiving room key. Unable to watch tv-no signal. Bathroom was dirty, poorly lit and poor water pressure. Shower door fell off the track while showering. Water stain and peeling on bedroom ceiling.

    Room looks good, clean, butlots of wear and tear upon closer inspection. Very tight squeeze between bathroom door toilet. Outside doors scraping on pavement and closest door was out of service so had to go a pretty good distance around to another door. Not a huge issue unless loading or unloading. Good for the price nowadays, but needs some repairs.

    The inside and room where nice and clean with large tv comfortable bed and nice shower , but the outside was older outdated and needs a renovation. The parking lot was spacious but needs better up keep and a reseal. Overall the experience was good.

    Rooms have definitely been updated. Very small bathroom but doable. Stairways are still old and need updating. Staff was friendly. Dining option was strange. Website needs updating. Should have been disclosed it was an outdoor pool that was closed for the season.

    Overall the room was clean however the shower hardly drained. Took 15 minutes after we were done showering. Bathroom sink was the same way. There shampoo and conditioner that they provide were all empty. Toilet paper holder was broke. No water in the swimming pool. Ice maker didn’t work. And when the front end person was told nothing was done along with no accommodations. Very disappointing.

    My room was only partially cleaned after my first night. It looked like they started to make the bed with a fresh sheet, then never actually finished. My bathmat was also soaking wet when I returned. The water in both the bathroom sink and the shower ran brown the second night, but thankfully that seemed to be better after I mentioned it to the front desk.

    Unfortunately the stay was mildly unpleasant. There was a stench and odor throughout all the carpeting. Very mildewy smelling and slightly rotten, also smelled like old pee as well. The carpets need a thorough deep cleaning since this is unacceptable, especially for the price! Bed was comfortable, clean sheets and bedding and I enjoyed toiletries, WiFi worked. Hotel is close by a Denny's and a Target which is nice and free parking! Overall I would not recommend this hotel unless you're just staying for 1 night.
