Hospitality Inn - Buffalo Airport

The room was fine But I needed a late check for about 1.5 out for work reasons and when I asked they said no.

Odor of the room wasn't pleasant. Individuals seemingly living there full-time were extremely loud throughout the entire stay.

I was quoted for 113 for my stay , i was charged 170

Front desk clerk was very polite. The room needed some work, though - nothing major but small repairs here and there. Average value for the money - not great, not bad.

There is garbage hidden under the fauset, the carpet has hairs on it. It was horrible

The one time I didn't read reviews before booking something!!! Me and my daughter went to a concert at Darien and didn't want to drive 2 hours home after so I found this place online and reserved it. Check in was EXTREMELY weird. The owner was talking to a guy about getting a girl out of there and she's safe now.. He told her she can clean the room now.. It was just a weird freaking conversation. We checked in and went to the concert. We got back around 11pm.. there were about 10-15 ppl in front of our room door drinking yelling and blasting music.. then more people came. That went on until about 4am and just kept getting louder.. the next day I asked someone else if they heard it. Apparently it's like that every night there the owner refuses refunds or even partial refunds. Never again! Oh and as soon as we walked in the room I felt the need to check everywhere for bed bugs or roaches..I guess there is 1 good thing.. I didn't see any

Bear minimum in Room. No Food & Bev. Bathroom tub and surround enclosure need replacement. Broken sink in the bathroom (cracked) and no liking. Other fixtures in the bathroom ok. Bed was good. Bath

Beds make funny noises. Pillows were flat.

Sheets and blanket were very dirty. Were they washed? Also blanket was very thin and no additional blankets were in the room.

I paid for a king room but was given a double bed room, it was hair in the sink and the chair in the room has stains and needs to be thrown out

Beat place to have a quick stay it's got all the shops near by in half a mile

Was not a very pleasant place to stay the lady tja5 checked me in was rude and demanding the room was a no smoking room and smelled like cigarette smoke the reservation was for 3 people and there was 1 bath toel for us all to use

We stayed at the Hilton Hotel in New Jersey for two days. The hotel was very clean, which we appreciated, but the overall cost was too high. We had to pay separately for breakfast and parking, and after our stay, we were charged an additional $60 with no explanation. It would have been helpful if this charge had been communicated to us. While the hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained, the extra costs were disappointing.

For the cost and convenience to the airport it’s ok but it’s dingy, smelled smoky, walls are super thin and certainly nothing worthwhile to walk to. It’s fine for a cheap single night about to fly out type of experience.

Outdated. Roaches roaming around. Sheets were clean though, they didn’t have those comforters that nobody washes. Enough for me to pass out and catch a flight early. My wife got grossed out though.

Its started with the customer service. The customer service is poor. I asked for a business card and the woman at the desk was very rude and raising her voice, very insulting. The room reaked of smoke and i have asthma. Bathroom was dirty,including toilet and tub. Toulet seat had no top to it. It was disgusting and will never go back there again.

Even they don't have a filter to drink water Even they don't have a place to if you want spoon if you want to want them glass nothing just go sleep and go sleep. That's it.

Cockroaches everywhere, dead and alive, I rent a lot of rooms through hotels.com and this was horrible, couldn’t sleep, couldn’t keep our luggage in the room with fear of taking the cockroaches home with us, second guessing renting from your site now

Badly infested with roaches ! Roach traps every where didn’t tell us before booking be careful don’t book this place she said no refund the roaches doesn’t matter

The owner was very nasty and she kept trying jack up the price every day it was a different price for the room it would say one thing online and she would cancel my reservation and try to charge me way more she was very rude so I wanted to check out and she threatened to call the cops because I didn't want to pay her outrageous price and decided to leave

Easy to get to but only 1 set of towels for 2 people.

Dirty, disgusting and old. Missing draws in furniture, rusty tub/shower, one of the door locks did not work. Some very shady people hanging around outside.think drug deals were happening. Will never stay there again!! Awful!!

We killed like 5 cockroaches within loke and hour after we got back from our concert. We should get our money back. That is disgusting.

Unclean place, dirty bed linen, dirty mirrors, lots of cockroaches and insects all over the room, terrible reception, attendant with no patience with guests. Too bad experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. Reservation made through the website and when you arrive at the hotel you do not have your reservation.

The property was over priced, dirty, noisy, no dining, no ice machine, towels were rough, parking lot was used to fix vehicles (unsafe), inconvenient, staff was rude, no transportation was offered, loud neighbors (man on cell phone outside our room all night). The worst experience ever. Do not stay here!! The bed was uncomfortable & the fridge was duck taped shut. They charged 187$ for a room that was worth 47$.

The wifi doesn’t work at all. 3 other people went to the front desk to complain and she yelled at us and said try again. There are tweakers standing outside of their rooms acting crazy. The washroom sink is outside the washroom.

Check in was fast and friendly. The room did have a refrigerator and microwave which was nice but very basic amenities.

Terrible stay and experience. The mirror was duct taped, desk chair seen better days, found 3 cockroaches walking on wall and in bathroom, and the worker at front desk was not friendly at all. Spend the extra money to not stay.

There were big ants and spiders in the room. Also it was old, lockdoor and card was not easy to handle

Great for a two star hotel. I was traveling alone, by myself i would stay here again. I would not stay here with my wife or family.

Room was clean. However, lots of long term guests seem to be hanging out often. Woke up several times to yelling guests. Not a place I’d send my wife, mother, sister. And the price was ridiculously inflated due to a busy weekend

Well I asked for a smoking room and got a non but clear someone before me smoked in there we found a plastic tube under the mattress and burn makes all over. I actually took pictures of it and when I went to the front seat to complain I did not get to talk to the head person I talked to her son. He called her on the phone and she stopped by our room and talked to the lady with me and she removed it and that was it. When I went to check out I wanted to speak to someone about it and no one would come to the window there was a sign that said to leave room keys on counter.

Bathroom mirror filthy as was the headboard. Large amount of pot being smoked all day long near my door, all you could smell. Talking outside my door until 3 am quite loud. "Free morning coffee" bar had coffee, (I am guessing) but no cups. Dead bolt on door was missing, secondary lock wouldn't go into jam. Not a real safe feeling about the place. Bed and pillows were comfortable and clean, as was the bathroom. Lots of hot water right away.

The room smelt strongly of smoke even though it was a non smoking room. Found garbage behind the bed while looking for an outlet. There were no outlets by the bed. The baseboards were coming off and room didn’t have towels.

They sold my room to someone else.

When I checked in a young boy came to check me in. The office was extremely hot and a smell of food was so strong I was getting nauseous. Excitingly the room was clean and the A/C was great. It was nice to have a fridge and micro. The bed was nice. The room is old and they really need to get rid of the carpet. The entry door is not safe. There was not an inside safety lock. The key card locking system needs to be replaced. It was very iffy to gain entry. It is good for a overnight or weekend stay.

This is a 1 or 2 star motel at a 3 star hotel price. Got as a quick place to sleep after a late flight arrival. Odd Airconditioning. Dirty comforter on bed. Hot water that took 10 mins to get to shower. At $160 Canadian a night I felt it was quite over priced

The room was clean and quiet. What I did not like was that on Travelocity I could only find a larger, more expensive room with two beds. When I got there I think there were rooms available with one bed, which is what I wanted and which is what they gave me, but yet they would not reduce the price. I did see an hour later that there were some for almost half what I paid. I don’t think that’s right.

GOOD ENOUGH IF YOU ARE JUST LOOKING FOR A BED TO SLEEP IN OTHER THAN THAT I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND

This is the worst hotel room that I ever stayed in my entire life. There was visible mold in the bathroom the walls in the room were dirty. The door lock which was electronic did not work properly. The drapes did not block the light from outside. This accommodation should not be sold to other customers!

Nothing not clean no hot water smell old air conditioning not working an. Check out time was 1030 not even 11am

Ok if you are only there at night to sleep. Nowhere to hang clothes. No drawers. Only ceiling lighting. No comfortable chair. Noisy air conditioner in the wall. Bare bones. But it was clean.

This was one of the worst Hotel experiences I have ever had. The room was dirty..I used Clorox wipes to clean the services and Lysol to disinfect. There was no phone in the room, holes in the walls.. they advertise premium tv channels and there weren't any, the Wifi was terribly slow, the curtains were dirty, the furniture was old and falling apart, I didn't even take a shower even though I sprayed the walls and tub with Lysol. The stairs going up to my room had gaps in them and nails sticking out. Unfortunately I was not in a position to go anywhere else or I would have. The owners she be ashamed of themselves. I may request a partial refund

The room was a bit small but the the bed was very comfortable, nice tv, very clean and well maintained.

Its a bare bones dump that somehow gets 100 bucks+ per night. Parking lot full of crimimals

Very nice folks working hard to better the place. Close to rely nice place too eat upnthe block. Close to highway easy to get airport. Friendly gentleman has a nice vegtable garden around side. Older place being restored by nice folks.

The location was great. Room was clean. And the manager was most accommodating.

We didn't feel very safe. There were many people hanging around outside and on balconies smoking, yelling and partying like it was a low grade apartment complex. We didnt stay very long.

arrived to a freezing cold room... took one hour till we could get our coats off ... with our reservation they could have had the 'hospitality' to turn on the heater I thought. WIFI was so slow we could not stream AUDIO! We wanted to hear Penn state wrestlers defeat Ohio State! It could nto do it... I had to use LTE on my phone.
