First I got put into a room that I have told them does not work and to please not put me in. The water pressure sucks and the fridge makes a horrible noise. Second I had to add another day cause I could not get home cause my bridge is flooded. They called twice in the morning to ask what I was doing staying again or leaving. THEN I got a later check out 11:30!!! Housekeeper knocked as she was opening the door at 11:13!! Didnt even give me a chance to answer the door. I have kids in room and let alone the doors didnt lock as it was. I had to use the latch the whole time. Usually I dont have any problems staying here. But this time was horrible!!!

It was a nice place

The hotel was a good place to spend a night. It was a little noisy outside the room earlier in the night, but otherwise was quiet. The room was clean and comfortable.

Liked it had grass and trees all around, coffee in lobby,helpful staff, not on a main road so it was quiet, renovated nicely and updated for charging phones, etc

Staff was nice, property needs attention. My AC and water shut off about an hour into my stay. I came to the front desk to let the staff know that i am moving to different hotel because i was not too happy about what happen and the condition of the room. Staff apologize and told me that there is nothing he can do.

Maybe replace steps and make the bottom step closer to the ground. They were difficult for me. Also I would encourage front desk staff to get familiar with booking. com refund terms before telling guests they can’t cancel for a refund when it clearly states refund before 6 pm on check in day. I’ve used this option before and I know it’s legit but front desk person was adamant saying this was not correct. That’s a little frustrating to hear as a customer.

The room was clean but very out dated. The bathroom door did not latch shut, no coffee maker but coffee was offered in the lobby, the ice maker on the second floor was very old & not working. The bed was comfortable & the staff was helpful & pleasant. That’s the only good thing of this Red Roof Inn. Save your money

I love staying here. The room is always clean and tidy, they check on you everyday or every other day and see if you need clean towels or toilet paper and they will take your dirty towels also. It is wonderful. I wish there was an easier way to reset the cards whenever you pay for another night but other than that, this place is always my go to. All of the workers are friendly. The desk clerks, the cleaners, and everyone I run into. It makes it pleasant when everyone is nice. They seem to all remember my name! 😊

Checking in is always pleasant! The room is always clean & tidy. I enjoy my stays here whenever I come to Williamsport. Everyone that works here is so friendly. Most of them seem to know me by name, and it makes me feel special even though I'm sure I am hard to forget, especially having bright neon Green hair. Haha! I will continue to keep staying here whenever I am able!

The room was spotless and nicely laid out when we arrived. The staff was awesome and would check on me each day to see if I needed fresh towels or anything. My son had an accident on the 2nd night and they handled it with such care and reminded me that accidents happen sometimes. They gave me a trash bag to put the bedding in, and took them to wash, & quickly brought us back new bedding. They handled it very professionally. The man who came to help me with the bedding was very nice and playful with my son.

Had no breakfast. Like the location and parking for our Motorhome. The floors need to be cleaned, especially with pets. All motels the hard floors make your feet black. Get Swiffer for sweeping and mopping or the maids just are not using them. We always bring slippers for all motels.

The shower water didn't get hot. We asked for clean towels and the receptionist told us we had to wait until housekeeping came the next morning, but after some persuasion he found us a couple towels. There was also hair on the floor when we checked in as if there may've been a guest with a pet there before us that wasn't cleaned up well.

The check in staff was pleasant for check in and checking out. The room was clean. I think my only complaint was my left bed in the room had springs or something popping up so it was not super comfortable. I had to switch beds with the other person there with me. Everything else was great.

Booked a King room but upon check-in it wasn't available. Bottled water was supposed to be available for $1 but there was none, it was "locked up for the night". The room was adequate but the exterior areas were in poor repair and very dirty. Staff however was friendly. Still no water available in the morning but the desk person "found" just one in the office that she gave me.

The AC was messed up, and the room had 76 F at 3:00 am in the morning - heating instead of cooling since somebody had programmed it that way.

The beds were comfortable. The sheets were clean. A fairly quiet area. There was a really disgusting patched spot on the ceiling over sink area that was oozing brown liquid down the wall.

Newly remodeled

Recently renovated, but half the installed USB charger outlets did not work.

They accommodated cyclists by having a place to wash your bicycle and offering you cleanup rags. This was appreciated. Ground floor rooms available. Close to food.

There is no seal on the door, so stink bugs kept getting in. There were 5 in the room at one time and we spent all night getting them out. When I brought this up to the woman at the front desk, she brushed it off.

So I am riding my bike across America and this red roof inn was right where I needed it to be. The staff gal was kind but her machines weren't working so she had to enter manually... there were folding chairs in front of rooms indicating long term stays... lots of signs saying don't smoke, the room smelled of smoke covered up with deodorant and the tub drain didn't work.. and there was no breakfast. All that said, I felt safe, tv worked great, the Waffle House was close, and the bed was soft... I slept great. I would suggest earplugs as the you could hear noise as people moved upstairs. But hey, it was a red roof in the right place and I got a great night sleep!

The room itsef was adequate but the parking was a distance to the upstairs room and the area did not feel safe. The ladies in the office were nice.

Have stayed here many times! This time was little irritating, stayed 2 nights. First room they gave me, the shower wouldnt work, and toilet seat was falling off. So after unpacking and seeing that. Had to go to front desk and get new room. Then the next morning had house keeping banging on door to check out at 10:15, even tho we had room for a whole other day. And wasnt checking out till next day! And check out isn't till 11. Went to office to make sure everything was fine. And told nice lady its really irritating him banging on door in morning, especially when wasnt checking out that day. Would be nice if the guy stopped doing that. Otherwise always nice office staff and love talking to them!!

The clerk that greeted us was super nice and helpful. The location was good. The shower had good water pressure. The AC worked great. The rooms smelled like stale cigarette smoke. My uncle had some guys playing ball outside his window after midnight. He asked them to please stop so he could get some sleep. They told him to go back in and go to sleep. And he couldn’t call on the room phone to speak to the manager because the phone was just a prop - no plugs - just a phone sitting on the table.

This property would have been an excellent choice for us on our return trip from Fla to Mass as it is very convenient. However, we did not get any sleep as the individual(s) next door were loud all hours of the night. It was constant and very annoying…need better sound proofing between rooms!

Checked in and wasnt told the canle tv was out….granted there was a storm earlier but was given no notice that there was an issue. No coffeepot and accessories….no phone to contact front desk…. ice machines was unplugged but there was an ice bucket in the room. Decor was great with new shower walls and paint and new extremely hard mattresses with extremely soft pillows that went flat immediately.

It's located right off the highway so it was convenient. The staff member who checked me in was very efficient, welcoming and polite. The room was clean and comfotable.

Front desk women are always wonderful. Room was clean! Drain didnt work for the bath tub. But all well. And then the broken crack pipe at the stairs was a little nasty! Main thing was I asked for a late check out and was told 12. GREAT!! so i could sleep in. But at 10:52 had someone knocking on door for me to leave. I said no i gor a late check out. And then another person at 11:25. Kind of defeata the purpose of it. But overall it was fine! Just wish the communicating was better to housekeepers.

The man at the front desk at check-in was very polite, as was the lady at checkout. I wish they had a hairdryer as I travel with the bare minimum. Also, it would’ve been nice if there would’ve been some kind of rug or mad by the door as it was raining and every time I went in the room, we carried in stuff from outside.

My room was on the 2nd floor with outside access only. It was snowing and the painted concrete was very very slippery. The tile floor entrance was also wet and slippery with no caution signs. The stairs had rubber overlay on them, but it looks like there gray paint on them as well. Also very very slippery. I would recommend a textured paint. The slipperiness is just an accident waiting to happen. Other than that it was a decent stay.

Hotel was good value. Proximity to Waffle House within easy walking distance was excellent.

I stayed for one night. The room was newly renovated and very clean. The bed was comfortable. I saw no bugs of any kind (and I went looking for them). The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

No bad, but, front door need barrier against the wind, because i can feel it all night long, a/c and heater are working together and they work as they please on an off, not good unit, then house keeper knock my door twice, first time 9:30, even if check out time is 11, then did it again at 10:30, so i didn't had a good full sleep,no happy!

Did hear construction noise until about 9pm and early the next morning. Pillows were oddly SMALL like throw pillows, I had my own from home and ended up forgetting it - fail on my part. Bed was comfortable. Floor looked clean but between morning shower and getting ready my feet looked black so had to wash them again before putting on shoes and socks. Front desk man was nice, It was just a quick stay as we passed through the area.

Staff was nice. Room was comfortable and clean. Outside of room a bit dirty and area hotel is in was loud when we were there. Basically get what you pay for. Was just an overnight o. Way to somewhere elese so aerved its purpose.

Under construction which is fine but our room definitely needed reconstruction now. I wouldn't have people stay in the room. I love Red Roof but this one was was lower standard.

Very low cost stay, and it shows. Think of an old holiday inn (aluminum front door frame and a/c in the front window). A portion of the property is being worked on, the other half looks like being rented out for long term. The room was pretty clean, but the mattress was severely sagging. If you keep your expectations very low, the $74/night is bearable.

Excellent check in customer service. There are 3 things I absolutely love to have. #1being able to park in front of my room. #2 having Turner Classic Movies .#3 being able to smoke in my room. This Red roof inn had all 3 most appreciated

The property at the moment is undergoing a renovation at the moment but the stay was okay for the price u pay just need better pest control as in ants where in the room by morning but besides that for one day to two is not to bad. I didn’t even stay there. First of all the men at the desk didn’t even tell me how to get to my room and they didn’t give me any information about the motel. Then when I got to my room the key didn’t work and my room was located with a big construction garbage container in front of the room. I travel by myself and I didn’t get any safe or good vibes from this place. I will not book with this place again.

Very welcoming staff. Our room was recently renovated and was clean and the bed was very comfy. Close to everything. We stopped here while biking the C&O Canal. Definitely recommend and will come again.

Great place for cyclists doing the Allegheny Gap or the C&O trail. We stayed there several times and have never regretted it.

They are in the middle of a renovation, but it’s a perfect spot for us to stage our biking trip on the Allegheny gap trail

The place is old and dirty. We stayed because we were driving to NC. Our toilet was blocked and we had to get a plunger from the front desk to plunge the toilet on our own. It was clearly not cleaned from the previous guests. Although there were no smoking signs-every room was outside smoking weed or cigarettes. The wash clothes and towels were old and stained. The lady at check in was nice. Not her fault.

While biking the C&O Canal trail, we needed a one-night stay; glad it was only one night. Check-in and check-out staff were nice--there's only so much they can do to this place. It needs work. Sad because it's convenient to the trail and we'd like to tell our friends to stay there, but we won't.

The hotel is run down. There are taped up notices plastering the check-in process. Including notices about being charged for linens and unwanted guests etc. The room was tidy but very worn, and the bathroom door had a giant hole at the latch where it had obviously been broken into, and would no longer close. It was more like a roadside cheap motel than a typical red roof inn.

I was given a room on the first floor after having to change from Queen and given a Double room instead of the King said they was going to giving me.

Dirty room - built up grime and dirt in several places which tells me it’s a constant problem. Strong smell of smoke/MJ. Flimsy door locks that are so loose it’s obvious they simply don’t want to take the time to tighten them or re-drill the stripped holes. People in nearby rooms must live here because they have plants/food dishes outside their room and have cats coming and going in/out of the room. Would not stay here again.

Staff was very friendly on checkin. Arrived late and just needed to rest from a long drive. Area seemed shady with odd activity happening. Glad the floors weren't carpet because it wasn't very clean.

There was a column outside our room that was crumbling and didn’t look safe. I thought there was supposed to be a smoking area and didn’t see one, but that could be on me. The staff were all friendly and nice though but that’s about the only thing going for this property.

The hotel is slightly dated and could use a renovation. But it was still comfortable and easy to locate.
